This was done manually using all of the techniques shown in my tutorial series (linked below). There are no editing tricks to alter the tempo or sound; the video is playing at 100% speed and using the original game audio. Due to Minecraft limitations the tempo is playing slightly fast at 100 BPM rather than 90 BPM as intended.
