Hey guys so I decided to do a video about my musical minecart track that I showed in my spirited away episode number 11 so how it works is that there’s basically just a bunch of note blocks and redstone and detector rails activating it bunch of redstone torches To keep the rest of the rail activated and no blocks need a one block of air above it or else they won’t they won’t make any music so that’s why they’re an extra block below the surface of the dirt so I’ll jump into the program that I use to do this which was no blocks to do so see there okay so here we are in no blocks to do and it’s a it was actually fairly simple to compose the entire song using note blocks since I already knew how to play the song in Piano you basically just take the instrument that you want and just click the note and then put it down select new note like that and then you can right click to delete notes so that’s how I did that and you can change the tempo as You want but the only way for it to be compatible is with Minecraft as if it’s 10 ticks per second to 5 ticks per second or 2.5 anyway the way that minecarts work it ended up being a lot slower because of the speed of the minecart but anyway you just click Export as schematic do a simple walkway repeaters per row set to 100 and it has this include minecart track option but that’s actually not what what uh it’s different it’s like making a walkway to view it in the form of a minecart but anyway you set it to 2.5 ticks per Second in order to get the spacing right and then you click export and I’ll just make this one summer’s day point number five so I’ll see you in MC edit okay so here we are n MC edit and I just click import and select it and put it Down and I will rotate it that and click import okay so the rest of this is um I’m just going to do it time lapse style and kind of explain what I’m doing as it’s happening so what I have to do is kind of it’s in a Zig-zag pattern right now so I have to stretch it out or kind of unwind it and make it one long thing so since since some of them are facing the opposite direction I have to rotate rotate them 180 degrees to get it to be the same Direction and then after that I have to kind of select the whole thing and then just kind of replace blocks row by row move them around and stuff I start by kind of nudging the middle of it forward and I make the top of it dirt and then I Replace or I use the note blocks as kind of placeholders to set the detector rails and make the powered rails up there and then I’m a nudge on everything down or the note blocks down so they have enough air space and then I fill up The walls with dirt and then I am pretty much good to go so this is the end product and yeah it works it’s a little bit slower but that’s just how it works with the speed of the minecart and yeah I wonder if I can pass through this I can one day Anyway um I’ll head back to the original world and show a different song that I composed which you might recognize alright so when I was a extremely excited about this whole idea of minecart songs on the track I I composed this other song which is from spirited away which would probably be more Accurate to what’s it called the actual location that the trunk is in because it is a song that plays while the Riga train but I guess the other one is a little bit more recognizable but yeah I’m just going to let this song play for The rest of the video and you can just enjoy so thanks for watching and I will see you guys later yep thanks for watching I’ll see you guys later Video Information

I composed “One Summer’s Day” as well as “The Sixth Station” from Spirited Away using the Minecraft Note Block Studio, then I used MCEdit to convert their “walkway” note block track into a minecart note block track.
