INSANE Minecraft Sky Block Mob Farm 🤯

Welcome back everybody to another episode of project ozone 3 kappa mood yay guys so last episode yeah we started getting our tinker stuff going we made ourselves a pic actually beef lava we made a cobble Jen our cobble gin has been cobbled Jenning yeah so we’ve been collecting a decent amount of

Cobblestone here and I just got done chopping down some more oak trees now the reason why I went ahead and did this is because I had pre-recorded the previous episode and I’m just now seeing your comments and people had mentioned that yeah you can make an apple sapling

Mm-hmm and pretty sure I’ve done this before but I recorded the very first episode later at night because there’s a release at nighttime and yeah we can grow one of these trees these things might be too close I’m not actually sure maybe it just can’t grow it next to this

That might be the problem yeah I don’t know if the apple tree can grow like one of the crazy big trees I think it’s only gonna grow like the small size that we plant that like over here maybe it’ll grow let’s try this yeah so we grew the

Apple tree and then we can harvest the apples and the apples are all affected by us working or at least they should be maybe maybe I have to make them feel like far down let’s try if we go up higher or can I only oh they’re already

Fully grown okay yeah you can’t harvest the apples if you have something you can that’s what’s going on okay yeah so yeah we can make all the apples we want which means we need to spend a little bit of time harvesting these guys make ourselves another apple sapling because

This tree is not gonna stay here but yeah I just wanted to go ahead and show you guys that so we can make ourselves apples really easily which means we can cook them into food and we can have a lot of food pretty quickly so that’s

That we needed to get ourselves some iron right let’s take a look at this again hopping bonsai we’re going bookmark that um bookmark these guys so yeah we it requires a hopper in the hopper is just five iron now last episode we did finally get ourselves some iron so we can take these

And smelt that down I’ll just go ahead and stop this and pull those apples out of there yeah we don’t have to smelt all those apples up right now and pulling an item out early really doesn’t affect this since the tiny charcoal only smell it’s one item at a time it’s not like

You’re wasting a whole piece of charcoal or whatever so anyway we’re getting ourselves the iron ingots another thing people have said is that instead of converting the oak wood into one plank so yeah so getting four points you need eight planks in order to make a chest we

Can make four chests by doing this and that is in fact the case so if you make a chest this way you’re gonna spend eight wood to make one chest or you can spend eight would make four chess yeah and that’s a lot more efficient mm-hmm again I’m gonna blame that I was

Recording those episodes at nighttime believe me if you want to that’s fine hmm anyway so we can go ahead and make ourselves a hopper now so that’s our very first hopper and then we can take that bonsai pot that we had and we can do that so now we get ourselves a hoppin

Bonsai so with the hoppin bonsai quest complete we in place a here place that here in fact the apple sapling that we just made we can grab that with a piece of dirt and we can just go ahead and start growing apple trees here and we’ll do that

So the tree grows they grow up so fast yeah yeah the tree will grow and then it’ll give a random chance of dropping wood saplings apples leaves I think is another drop and they all just immediately go into the chest as soon as it’s fully grown it just starts the process anew

So that time we only got oak leaves that’s not a very good drop but it can drop multiple things I do believe you don’t only get one item at a time so yeah we will have unlimited food just being grown automatically now thanks to our hopping bonsai which is really

Awesome yeah see that time you got apple and oak wood so I will probably adjust the chest here actually let’s grab grab this – we’ll adjust this chest so like we get a full row of apples I don’t well yeah I guess that’s fine a full row of

Apples and then we’ll fill up the rest of this with wood so the only thing that I’ll go into those specific slots are what we want and if it can’t fit in there it just goes away yeah I think that’ll be much better I think you can

Also get sticks if I remember correctly in fact I might want to leave a few of these slots open yes you can get a stick – okay so we’ll do that that way we’re collecting wood we’re collecting sticks leaves and we’re getting ourselves apples okay so food and wood it’s taken care of

We can get rid of this guy now it served its purpose and now it’s time to go away bye-bye apple tree okay very good so we’ll grab this stuff and we’ll just put all that into here uh you know what this would also drop apple saplings I think

Maybe we’ll open up a few more slots here to try and allow apple saplings to filter in maybe I’ll readjust this later but we got three open slots here so if we do get apple saplings they should fill up in one of these and then we can

Have one slot for those if we actually need those for any particular reason but yeah anyway so we’ll just continue on here right so our our quest here does give us the five RAK so we will clean that and now we’re up to sixty now I do believe

It said that we needed 60 for a full stack in order to get the item that I wanted previously which was saturation yeah so we need another quest complete that gives us at least four more and then we can get this one unless we want to hold off that’s another option and

Get ourselves this sword here well that it does require 100 RAK and it does require 200 blaze rods well we haven’t been to the nether and we have not-funny blaze so yeah that’s gonna be a minute before we can get to this so I think maybe the saturation totem might be what

We want to look at maybe I mean again that’s not really super important either since we have unlimited food being growing right over here yeah just something to think about anyway we can sit on the RAK there’s no reason to spend it right now either okay so our

Next tasks here we have one for an iron mesh we have one for growing carrots and we have one for doing the melter this might be the next thing that we need to look at because I’m locking this will allow us to starting it at tinkers and

Then using tinker’s to double our or so we’re not having to sift as much I think that’s probably gonna make a lot of sense here so let’s go ahead and start looking at this we want this guy we want this guy again you just click on these

All these guys so we know we want the porcelain tank I do is it the porcelain tank one of these things let’s go back to the quest book yeah the porcelain tank here gives you a few different options you have the tank the gauge in the window and one of them

Is more expensive than the others or at least one of them is cheaper than the other two I guess I should say so maybe we should take a look at that so this is a porcelain tank and that’s what I have over here does it always choose

Porcelain tank I guess it does okay so maybe we should search for porcelain alright so we could do the gauge or we could do the windows so the gauge requires only for porcelain bricks in five class and then the window is six porcelain bricks three glass and then

Finally the tank is eight porcelain brick in one glass so I kind of feel like doing the gauge is probably what we want to do yeah because that will hold lava just a seam and allow the multi-block to form so I think this is the one we’re gonna do so that’s gonna

Require for porcelain brick then we need seven and then we’re gonna need seven more so what is that that’s fourteen eighteen we need three for this one I guess we don’t turn that into the brick but we are gonna have to make that the same way and then we are going to need

An additional five over here so we’re gonna need somewhere a half a stack we’ll just call half a stack of the porcelain clay right so we need have a stack of bonemeal half a stack of clay and currently we don’t have either of those so I’m gonna go ahead and start

Sifting dust I’m going to take our cobblestone that we’re generating over here turn this into yeah the compressed stuff and smash that all into dust I think that’s gonna be what we need to do next so let me go ahead and get on that and we will be right back guys

Well one furnace is just way too slow for the amount of stuff that we’re trying to cook at this point so I went ahead and I made two more things to our cobblestone generator over here we still even have enough for like seven more furnaces using eight compressed

Cobblestone per for this but anyway so we are making all of this porcelain brick now and then I made some extra glass as it turns out the porcelain melter does require one of these different windows gauges or tanks in the recipe itself so I’m gonna make two of

These porcelain gauges one for this recipe and one to put lava in speaking of lava we probably should make ourselves a thing a lava here so our melter will work when we get around to crafting it so let’s make two of these porcelain gauges if we do this hold down shift and

Then we go two of those so we want to make just one porcelain melter we have the porcelain gauge we need a porcelain casting table let’s grab the rest of the porcelain stuff so we can make this I do need to fire the faucet here okay so we

Have that going we need the casting basin and yeah soon as we get the porcelain faucet done we should be ready to go and that should be everything for the quest there we go simply tinker is awesome so we have that all done we’ll clean that

Up and we’ll get our five RAK and we will just place that in here for now I’m probably just gonna start calling that money currency I’m not really sure seeing Rek every time is kind of getting like long to say I feel like so yeah I

Did make a whole bunch of extra compress and then I turned that into compressed dust and then we have some extra bone meal and clean ow and some sand and so on and so forth so you can place all that stuff away so let’s see the next

Thing that we should do I guess if we go to our quest book let’s see we just got done doing this and it wants us to do grout so it’s kind of like pushing us to do tinkers construct at this point right so this just wants us to make one grout

That’s easy enough right so a grout you can make with a CLE block plus for sand and for gravel to make each grout or you can make them two at a time with one gravel one sand and one clay I think we have I think we have

Enough stuff here to like try and do this oh you know what I don’t have any gravel do I okay that’s easy enough let’s go ahead and just grab like 16 of this compressed and we will place that how like so in vain mine it there we go

Now we got a plenty of gravel let’s do eight of those eight of those okay and then we will take this and turn it to the blocks and we’ll do like the the big recipe I know we’re gonna need this much in fact we’re gonna need more than what

I just made there so we might as well just do the big boy stuff also all right win the hand I made an infinite water source here so we can place water and then put okay put that away and put dust in there yeah here’s a

Regular dust so yeah we can please dust into here get clean water water dust dust water does that yep so as soon as we get to the ability of making a hopper I think this will be all right multiple hoppers I guess we can place

One on top they’ll place dust in one on the bottom that I’ll extract out the clay that’s me and then all we got to do is just right click the water on there and it’ll just make the clay for us that’ll be a lot easier going forward

But yeah until we can start we’re doubling I think we’re gonna hold off on that kind of automation well there we go there is one full stack of grout now if we look at the uses of this we can melt it down it turns only into one ingot is

That all it ever turns into yeah seared stone and then this one is just one ingot as well okay so you don’t get two from this you only get one and it does not look like that you can smelt that into a regular furnace so that is one of

The changes for project ozone at least in kappa mode I don’t remember I did play through a project ozone 3 the normal mode when that first came out on my live streams but yeah I don’t remember if this was the way that was set up either so anyway we want to take

Our porcelain gauge actually before we do that let’s go ahead and make ourselves an iron bucket let’s do that that way well you know what we can speed this up that way we can take lava and place it and not worry about having to make nuclei cuts all the time like the

Clay bucket works just fine for water but soon as you put lava into it’s a one-time-use item and that’s not cool right okay so there is that and we can make ourselves our very first bucket no we can what does it cost for the bucket I forgot ah

It’s iron pleats in order to make an iron plate we need to do a plate cast or we can do the crushing table we might do this what does it cost for the crushing table that requires an anvil plus zinc oh boy okay so maybe we

Will not be doing that that’s a little expensive I think it’s kind of like pushing us over to this that requires three ingots of iron okay and then we need some gold or aluminum brass on a stone bucket how do you make a stone bucket will now work as a bucket but

Good to cast one I don’t see how to make a stone bucket I’m clicking on this it doesn’t do anything I wonder if we can actually let’s go back but I can’t go back bucket this yeah I can’t do that what about the Clee bucket cast okay so

This doesn’t have a recipe at all and this one says that we need a stone bucket I wonder if I can use the clay bucket in place of that hmm how are we doing on gold so we have some gold we go we have 11 alright well I

Guess we’re just gonna go ahead and get this thing set up and we’re gonna we star our clay bucket moving lava into this thing but that’s fine so we do that the multi-block is made you can only ever put three items into this this is pretty much just to get you started into

Takers construct and then we have a casting basin which I’m not sure we’re gonna be using at all so I’ll just put that up for now okay so that’s pretty much all we need we need to put lava into here and then we need to take gold

Not enough heat to melt to set them yeah we need to take gold and melt that down and then cast it out I’m hoping that we’ll be able to do that I do need to make another clay bucket though so I’m gonna do that real quick and we’ll be

Right back alright so I put the lava into here we melted down our two pieces of gold so can we pour that onto this bucket it looks like it is pouring oh but it says it needs 1000 ml of buckets so how much is that that’s like well

We’re gonna put in at least three more I believe that is gonna be somewhere around nine I think so we put in five six seven eight nine I don’t think it’s gonna be more than that but I could be wrong so anyway we’ll let these things melt down that we can continue pouring

That out there’s that start melting that down so that is gonna bring us to 720 and then ah you know what it might just be two more it might not be three because each one of these I believe gives you 144 milla buckets right is it C

Yeah so that’s 432 I think we probably could have gotten away with just two more ingots but that’s fine like we can sit for this stuff it’s not gonna be oh this is not what we want okay so that gives us molten gold in a clay bucket ah

Um can i right-click that under here somehow okay well now we’re making a cast okay I’m doing everything wrong here well that’s not what we wanted at all okay well back to bucket huh it said that we can pour molten iron on to this and in order to make that we need a

Stone bucket but there is no recipe for stone bucket so I’m not sure why this recipe even exists stone bucket yeah it’s here but I don’t see a way to craft it so maybe we just can’t make a stone bucket at all well trying to make a bucket is proving to be

A little troublesome right I didn’t end up moving our crucible over here I placed a source block of lava underneath it and we are able to melt down cobblestone at a rate of three X as opposed to the 1 X from that torch yeah moved it closer and over here since

We’re gonna be needing lava for this stuff um what I saw here if we go into looking at the bucket once again we can look and this tab solute bags you can get buckets from common loot bags I think that might be something that we’re gonna want to do mm-hmm so

In order to get the loot bags we have to kill monsters so I think it’s about time we look at setting up some kind of our first style mob farm yeah I think that’s what we’re gonna do so let’s go ahead and grab some sticks over here we will

Make some torches like so okay and then we got plenty of building blocks that we can build out with and we got torches to light all of those up yeah okay so I think what we’re gonna do let’s take this one diamond that we got and we’re gonna turn this into a

Builder’s wand yeah that’s another thing you guys had mentioned in the comments that I could use this diamond for turning into a chisel he absolutely can do that I think we’re gonna hold off I think it’s more important that we use it for a building wand so we can build stuff a

Little bit faster and generally speaking I like building my mob farm to the south I like the front of my beast to the north not that that really matters but we’re just gonna build this out to the south and that’s the reason why okay so we’re gonna say that this is like the

Start of the e path I just saw squid down there so we need to go out 24 blocks we need to make it so from this block and over this way we’re twenty four blocks away from the mob farm so it will actually spawn mobs so let me do

This we’ll put 23 blocks on the bar and then when we run out of blocks we know for sure that we are 24 out and then we can use our builders want to expand that out and make that three blocks wide for safety and we’re also gonna want to

Place torches around here too just so we’re not spawning other monsters and stuff where we don’t want them to be saw that green over there I see key there might have been a creeper or something no it is just our bonsai tree okay so yeah we’re gonna build out here we’re

Gonna go 24 blocks out and then I can use the Builder wand that we just made to expand this this way and expand it this way that’s pretty cool another thing that I didn’t notice that I haven’t talked about yeah I think it’s quark that adds this feature if you guys

Have not seen this oh you know that’s a little too dark now at the end yeah so I think quark has it’s feature if you’re looking at a block on the side here and then you point directly underneath it you can see how the cursor changes like that if I right click here

It places a pull Huck down there and I can continue to do this I don’t know how far down looks like you can go yeah there you go so you can place blocks kind of low like that and you can mine down yeah and just go all the way down to the

Bottom of the world if you want to or that makes it super easy for building like a platform underneath or you know something along those lines I discovered that accidentally no you know when don’t put a torch there I’ll get rid of that block later I discovered that accidentally when I was placing

Blocks and expanding out this base here I saw that the cursor changes like what the heck is that I can figure it out but yeah it is in fact petunia bunny or not petunia um quark yeah anyway I’m gonna go ahead and make a mom farm here I’m

Gonna build a little platform here so we can build our mob farm out this way so let me go ahead and do that real quick and we’ll be right back alright guys so we successfully created a very ugly cobblestone thing that will spawn monsters you can see right here we do

Have a creeper that has spawned I don’t really have a good way to kill these monsters I have a pickaxe okay and we have successfully exploded our first mob spawner hmm okay well there is a way that we can solve this a couple of things the reason why that exploded is

Because well actually I’m not entirely sure why that exploded but a way that we can prevent that from exploding and doing damage is by using the FTB team thing here we can create a new team we can accept that okay so now that we’re on a team we can take this and clean

These chunks which should prevent mob explosions from happening yeah why that creeper exploded I’m not entirely sure cuz I’m pretty sure it couldn’t see me any any in any way maybe I’m wrong I don’t know but I feel like it should not have been able to see me I feel like

It’s line of sight should have been broken but well that really shouldn’t happen again if anything else a creeper exposed and I’ll kill the other monsters that are in the mob spawner with it but yeah the next thing that we should look at is making ourselves some type of a

Sword now we were gonna wait and save up and get our looting sword but we need something to attack monsters in the meantime before that happens so we have a tool rod we have a sword blade we need to get ourselves this guy right here because that’s the the type of swords

That I like making let’s go up but that way in will grab this alright then that this and this and now we have all sorts of these patterns for later cool alright so we’ll make one of those so we’re gonna make the sword let’s go part builder we’re gonna do the

Sword blade out of cobblestone since that’s what we have readily available we’re gonna make the guard out of cobblestone and then we’re gonna make the handle out of wood we go awesome and then we get some wood shards I’ll just go ahead and queue those out of here get

Gone see ya if you hold down queue you can power that up in the Senate real far ok so now that we have that done let’s do the tool station we’ll make ourselves a sword and there we go now we have a tool that’s designed for smacking mobs

Around and teaching them a lesson we only have 18 spawn table spaces over there we are far enough away where monsters can spawn but since there’s so few spot able spaces it can take a little bit of time before mobs decide to spawn there so really it’s just gonna be

A waiting game yeah we’re probably just gonna have to hang out for a little bit and see if we can get anything to spawn now there are ways that we can automate this process I do believe do we have vector plates for one we there are

Vector plates in this mod pack but we are going to need slime and sugar in order to make these things those will push entities that are on it to a certain point and then we can have something kill the monsters do we have fans and the smartpak we don’t have the

Open block fans but we do have the mob grinding util fans which work okey but that require redstone and bread alloy these are things that we don’t really have access to at this point and this mob farm is going really slow that creeper spawn quite quickly and now nothing else is

Spawning I did have this setup correctly yeah we got a red x’s in there and there is three blocks of space I don’t know why nothing else is spawning other than again there’s just low amounts of spawn Obul spaces okay well I’m going to keep

My eye on this for a little while see if we can kill some mobs and not have them blow up on us and hopefully we’ll be able to collect some loot bags well our very first monster here’s a zombie villager there we go we got ourselves

One loot bag so this is an uncommon one and it does not look like we can downgrade it this is from the loot bags mob and there’s a bag storage I don’t know so that is stone plus iron plus a chest now I do believe you can put in

Like the one tier in that in the bag storage and you can take out a different tier right so we can turn this one on comment I think into four of these and that might be better overall for us since we’re trying to get stuff out of

The lowest tier loot bag and you know we’re gonna be getting a lot of these loot bags so we might as well get some place to store them right okay so we want to get ourselves a six stone well that’s easy enough I just throw that

Into our furnace here on the back hook up and then we need to iron which we already have two and then we need a chest which we already have one of those so let me grab some of this stone I’ll distribute it over here so it goes a

Little bit faster maybe one into this one and one from here over in that one oh I don’t have any coal it’s not gonna go very fast unless it’s actually smelting things down huh okay well once that’s done we should be able to make ourselves a bag storage here we got two

Two and oh come on just like three more seconds and we’ll have this one in there it is got it okay so now we can make ourselves a bag storage and we place that down just put down here for now okay so if we place this in here it says we have

Stored one of these we can cycle to another tier so it says it needs four in order to make that right yeah we can go through all these different ones but anyway the important thing is that we can turn into four of these common loot

Bags wait why do I only have three what just happened there we have four in there a shift clicked and then okay maybe don’t shift click out of there anyway hey look at that our very first one that we opened up we get ourselves a bucket

Okay very very good we get some torches and we get ourselves a spider eye well that made that really easy so now I could take lava out of here and put it into our melter without really worrying about having to make all sorts of the ceramic I guess the clay buckets the

Overgrow seat is pretty good we’ll have to get into that when we get into boating yeah a little bit later and I don’t know what happened there looks like we do have another couple of monsters over here let’s try and not attack the creeper just yet okay yeah I

Don’t want to blow up on me I think I got to go to the other side I also don’t want to like aggro the skeletons into lake shootin the creeper and blowing it up either there goes okay we got it oh that was a John Cena creeper – that

Could’ve killed me I don’t have armor okay we did not get any more loot bags so we got pretty lucky on that very first kill and we’ve killed a few more monsters well you know we’re making some progress here none of this stuff is very

Fancy I would like to make the base look good at some point in the future we’re gonna have to work on getting some more materials and all that kind of stuff but yeah that’s all gonna come with time guys we’re gonna go ahead and we have the episode up here for today we

Slaughtered our first monsters we got ourselves an iron bucket and we’re working towards getting ourselves a smeltery yeah that iron bucket I’m not sure what the deal is with the bucket cast or the bucket mold whatever maybe we can make one out of an iron bucket but we definitely couldn’t
