Good morning hello my name is Doug and welcome back to another exciting installment of dark base Minecraft and as you can see OptiFine has updated again and this time we do indeed have this marvelous glass pane conjoined texture thing um it’s like there’s been a bit of a bit Of a overgrown event out there and oh look there is there’s evil Hello um it’s a business B coming from my face which is interesting don’t jump on my melons look at this well you didn’t but all right fair enough um I saw there was a tall man somewhere How do I get out of here is this the gate yes out out I say uh right oh there we go did he drop any glad no no he did not he also did not damage the melons talking of which I think I’ve got enough melons now so I’m going to Green evil People oh don’t do it and boom of course these spiders are not going to be allowed to stay either boink ow that’s annoying there we go and was there not another one may have despawned yep I think he despawned well that’s good news because they are after all evil right let’s eat A potato and settle our hunger now uh oh yes I’ve just swapped the furnace scissors is over so they are now doing another lot of nether brick uh there we go I’ve made some progress on the tower which I’ll look up in a minute and you’ll see the amazing progress I have Made boink no I think I’ve got it right uh I may have gone one level too high we’ll see I’ve got a bit carried away and miscounted everything and I had to redo my stairs several times and such things which was great I’ve appears to Be a need to mow my grass here that’s a bit interesting um I do not understand how this has occurred is it in there as well no it looked to be good in there um oh no we’re not We’re not gonna talk there’s what’s going on hmm Crazy Town that’s what’s going on All right uh let’s just check for evil around the outside of this oh I know what I forgot to do up there I forgot to do these well they’re other stairs I forgot to the other stairs on those happy bits I should have looked for evil before just randomly stabbing At the air I’ve got more oh I didn’t bring it with me I got more of that uh what do you call that stuff Soul Sand uh I’ve now collected what I think to be every single piece of Soul Sand that I had in the Overworld in Various bunkers around the world so I think I will need to well not I think I will need to go and find another patch in Manila to to grab from I just dumped it in here I believe yes there we go stacking a bit which I don’t know I don’t know how much More I need which is a bit distressing um I opened the Netherland craft more of this because I’m still doing this which is marvelous um I should probably get I don’t have any in here though I don’t even have a I didn’t even have a chest for it which is Madness uh well I might as well just grab these out of here while I think about it then um which I think we’re getting 31 I should have waited one more just to get that there we go and that even numbers look at this give it thank you Grand now uh As well why not so this will give me another what for the stack possibly no I don’t know another 48 yes that’s right half a normal amount boink and boink and boink marvelous all right well we’ll see how far that gets us and uh well if it Doesn’t get us very far tough isn’t it tough completely and utterly tough zombie flesh because nobody needs that be gone now will not seem to be regrowing admittedly I did trample this one and have to own meal it earlier oh well normally a bit of cake and again good now Um indeed right let’s get on let’s see where we are with this Tower well before I go through the portal and investigate where we are next get in hello where’s the chicken there he is hiding behind the cake which is all very well um indeed okay um What do I want oh yes I wanted to see how much of this stuff I put in here not at all much that’s a bit worrying do I need any more slabs I actually don’t know um I don’t know about fences either I don’t know about any of this really Giving the glass too why not I’m definitely going to need ladders eventually up there somewhere I thought I had just the last bit of this so this is literally all of the Soul Sand I have remaining which is a bit awkward I need more of these Of course I don’t have oh gosh there goes the last of my emergency wood supply and of course with that cake on top of here I’ve made this just as difficult to select as the potion stand in the house which is great 20. that’s possibly enough I don’t know Do I have any more planks no well they might as well go there then good all right let’s get up here and see where we are with this business so um we’re completely done with all of this I’m wondering whether I’ll put a glass floor in there but that’s um I don’t know that it’ll do me much good because oh come on glitching goodness I was throwing myself off the edge that would have been very what is that is that a that must be a desert that’s a dead shrub thing did does it Bush I don’t know whatever Um right so here we’re missing the stairs and there you go there and there oh which means I’m missing them all the way around yes because I did not know what I was doing I’m gonna need more stairs aren’t I well of course I am um there we go and well There they go all the way up great Okay so oh come on up the up this took forever as I said I had to redo the stairs inside several times because I’m a complete Noob so uh there’s the one we did together then I did one two three Above it same design hopefully I’ve got that right up there uh we’ll investigate through the portal which I seem to have lost oh well um right so let’s first of all make some more stairs that’s how many we’re going to need so I need two four six it’s Eight in total for each thing and I need one to three more Lots so oh that is a stair uh three more lots of eight that is 24 James can you do 24 of them one two three no you can’t good I want to and that’s 24. Amazing well it’s not like you’re not going to need more well whatever give me this and what did I get bones from I don’t know uh I put everything away except random bones that I seem to have picked up good good oh I don’t have any have any dirt Or any Sandstone on me where are you going James I don’t know oh I do have to I I have that good I have some reason I thought those planks I’m clearly insane okay that’s good that’s good up the up I’m on the very edge of this block that’s awkward right Um so that one’s done and then it’s this where are the where are they there they are you and you lovely all righty D and oh uh nope U and U great and and oh hello oh gosh that’s a bit higher than expected uh am I sneaking yes good Aha good good good all right and then we’ve got this hmm I don’t know if we need the stairs on here whether it goes straight out hmm we’ll see we’ll see all right so uh I’ll do this on the other side and then I’ll return all right that’s all of those now let’s Get down here I think I’ve lost a dirt block somewhere along the way which is a little worrying however um 35 I’m sure when I started and now I have 34. um what I done with it it must get must have got caught on something up there oh well it’s a dirt Block we will live without it now there’s probably a lot of evil down there let’s go downstairs and sleep actually is that what I want to do yes I think so um no evil here no evil here just waiting for blazes to show up really that’ll be quite uh Shocking when if it happens that chicken seems to now be stuck in the wall yeah you’re okay in that chicken yeah good good sleeping foreign all right now someone said they thought I had missed some of these um trapdoors trap doors yes trap doors down here but I didn’t they are quite Obviously down they’re obviously there and you can see them all on the ones above um I think it’s when you’re a little bit distant from them like here for instance you can’t see the ones on the back there you can’t even see that it has them Um so maybe it’s that uh I don’t know I don’t know we right okay hello let’s go and first of all check for evil um I hear zombies I hear babies I hear zombie babies oh my goodness zombie babies no no oh goodness all right there’s more people Ah did I know they dropped XP I didn’t think they did oh even more apparently gosh quite a lot of XP just randomly on the floor there that was distressing uh I was about to say that I think I might because the evil sort of stands it here When it becomes daytime I might put in a little piston under here that X that retract this and retract that and then lava something underneath and they plop down into lava I think I would approve of that actually yes put that on the list of to-do’s uh Indeed all right let’s go through the portal and see quite what the deal is with the um the the top bit up there which is uh well I’m here now good which is yes like a like a face with a hat on top a face with a hat yes hello uh Did I I didn’t put you there what are you doing there who who has done you um I don’t believe it’s me let’s get in here um and right okay so first things first up to the top please um oh uh oh yes the other thing was someone said I should probably put extra torches since I’m always so worried that evil might spawn in here but I’m never really here for long enough I guess to have evil spawn in here because it’s only dark enough in here at night time I believe where you get no light through the the windows Whatsoever did I put too many no I’m good I’m good point and boink boink okay oops well that was too many give me that there we go top done thank you for the tip well appreciated now okay so uh one one two three yes I’ve done the right Number good so then there’s this business and I don’t know quite what the deal is with with that uh you know what let’s use the dirt and actually see what we get from the outside here yeah I assume nothing can no nothing can spawn on these oh that’s a good idea for Making them stairs maybe that’s why they are stairs clever people I would not have thought of that well obviously I did just then but I’ve been seeing and using these towers for ages without thinking of that possibility okay right so we’re at the top and uh this is a little different that’s the Stairs there and there here interesting so it doesn’t go all the way um okay and then there’s a layout there’s the accent block and then it’s immediately into what is that is that an aperty stair what down it is that’s a down it is there so a layer of that which comes Where’s the accent block it comes one two further out there but not the corner okay and that goes pick it up here so then we’ve got another layer of normal to the stairs yes uh and oh up I’m running out of dirt and then glass and such things one two three and Three High I assume one two three four high good right all right okay that gives us something to work from uh it’s this topic I’m going to be confused by um hmm because I don’t know quite how that’s going to work out all right so accent block to have Network there we go Let’s see how much of this we can do today not the entire um top part of the tower I’m sure but uh well worth seeing how much we can do did I determine that I could survive this jump I don’t remember uh let’s find out that’s that’s always fun uh hello and There we go get down we go yes thank you MC memo look at that wee derp skill increased by well two really there I guess um good good I am I’m derp oh torch I must have flailed that off when I went through I must have been oh I was flailing Wasn’t I so um when I went backwards maybe I knocked off then who knows who knows I don’t know I’m now noish uh nurse I see that egg give it thank you um I think I have a look at this there’s nowhere near enough of this um Which is crazy uh let’s get up up let’s get up here again and let’s see about laying out the first bit of this Tower okay in which case I’ve probably got too many too many fences up there hmm uh well up we go uh I’m not sure I’ve done these stairs correctly but Well oh goodness well I must have because if I can fall off them then they must be correct yes oh hello I guess they must be they seem right enough I guess oh here we are right we’re at the top here so then where’s the accent block from here is it Excellent block is there and then it was immediately into this yes I think it was all right so so I don’t think this could have been here then accent block and then it’s immediately into full block yes okay so I got to take this off oh well I’m losing some of these but That’s fine um remaining oh is there another accent block um I might have actually got all the sauce and I need goodness that’s pretty crazy isn’t it that’s 27 does that seem reasonable actually no no it doesn’t seem reasonable um let’s think about this what was this This is a one two three four five six seven no oh goodness count again one two three four five six seven eight so it’s eight so two eight sixteen two sixes and twelve that should be 28 I lost one I lost one oh dear well never mind it’s Gone forever give me the the fence and that fence oh goodness uh this should be a stair if it’s going to match with the other Towers so let’s do that and that means this goes and you go oh I got that one good and you become one of them yes all right Oh oh the slowness the slowness uh oh gosh um I saw today that there was a new snapshot out uh which I assume is going to add tons of craziness well once again I’m going to try to stay spoiler free with regard to the snapshots so um I’d appreciate No huge hints as to what is involved in the new snapshot please if there are donkeys that ride on your head and you can uh turn them into airships by attaching but I don’t want to know where the heck did that go um oh my goodness I’m sneaking on a Fence and I’ve lost that one forever good um so you go there haha good uh one more lot all right and you and you oh I lost those fences as well forever I think oh well and you be gone and become one of these and you be gone and come one of these Oh goodness one of them I say one not two all right so then okay so then we do this next which the gap of I don’t know um up so this well first of all it went around all of this so let’s do that uh all right Then the next thing was it went two out from there except for some weirdness on the corner so uh let’s start right here then one two all right so let’s do that um we’ll think about the corner in a minute I think it was just a one notch Cut out of it I don’t know we’ll find out uh U and U I’m going to have to go down and get more of this anyway aren’t I so I think it’s like that I um oh give me more of those uh I’m not gonna have enough even to do this little Bit am I uh typical typical I say typical uh one two I may have to put more torches up here as well be annoying to have evil Falling on My Face from down there yep I guess they’d fall at me from up here indeed logic I don’t have any right so Uh oh I will have enough to do this bit good oh well I wonder if I keep doing that you go there and there and there I think one two three four five six oh I think I may have placed one underneath somewhere nope that’s exactly where I didn’t want one big on Okay so I’ll just dump that there for now and I hope that’s Square but it may very well not get down here and see about collecting oh well fair enough um did any of those blocks fall here oh yes stare hello and fence hello and oh another stare good good and that Seems to be it from up here about down there let’s all get sort out because there might be evil any zombie movies no nothing hiding in the oh yes he is oh yes yes that’s good well done um can I get him to oh he won’t come towards me will he Because of things oh I have arrows I have restocked on them so boink have at you yes have some of your own medicine back why can I not open my inventory there we go good I can’t click that so I don’t know why I’m going to Give me these and give me that that’s why I came down here um if I do this Lottery thing then I’ll have to do something similar here and I don’t know that I’ll be able to do it here um I could probably do it on this block Oh and that one because that could no on this one yeah and that one so they that would pull back although that would get into this hmm well this one definitely that pulled back this would pull into here uh saying this side yeah that’d be cool all right let’s eat a potato apparently I’m hungry uh all right oh yeah that looks right okay let’s go and get more brick if I’ll need it sploosh and and let’s get in here and oh I heard a chicken gosh through this transferring it into here and then forgetting about the rest of it what’s that and do this and a few there all right let’s probably set up more of These fernai because this is getting a little bit whoops yes a little bit whoops and we don’t like it getting whoops I’ve lost all ability with this now and yeah good well stacking a bit it’s better than nothing I suppose I am gonna need even more stairs and they Take even more of that oh my goodness okay all right no I don’t have any nether brick anywhere else I checked in the storage room back in penguinia all right oh the melons grew excellent well you know watch the pot never boils and I wasn’t watching I guess so it boiled until Right I’m ranting so let’s just get out here again um okay right let’s do the next bit of this which was uh stairs on that yes it was oh I see another egg thank you very much he appears to be staying there now can you not get over the cake That’s when he goes down there he gets to and he can’t jump up I don’t know poor little thing you you can stay there though because you’re a chicken and therefore evil yes that’s not enough at all but it’s something did you just drop another egg negative good All right okay back up here once again um I need to eat again don’t I call this all this crazy another thing whoops well not nethering but uh hmm building building it really takes it out of one Bounty uh oh stay on the stairs I don’t Know how I could make these safer I guess I could put a pillar down the middle uh which actually might be worth doing well um possibly I don’t know probably not oh did I do all of the yes I did all the internal ones of those I Was I think I had forgotten that I think I have forgotten something with regard to those that’s why I made those extra things I guess I’ll need them anyway for the the lamps that are on the top here somewhere okay right so these are all uh these I believe Uh so I’ll do that and then it’s another layer of normal on top this is on top of it give me that um all right up we I don’t think I would survive a fall all the way from up here actually I’d probably fall onto the Oh goodness that one always seems to get me I’d probably fall onto that wouldn’t I can you sneak off this no you can’t so I’d be okay possibly I don’t think I really want to test that at this time up all right assistant is where does the Floor start is there another layer built up on this I guess there must be otherwise you wouldn’t get to be able to get to the windows hmm I have to nip back to the mystical Tower to see the actual detail of that but there we go I need at least That many I think I don’t know just to vomit them all over should be a stair there so many defects on these early Tower oh this looks crazy dark ah Right right right right that makes sense all right that’s a full block I assume and stirs of course um and then okay I don’t know what that looks like on the outside looks like one two three High is that a cloud up there I think it’s a cloud up there For some reason I’m seeing the Stars through the clouds what ah the slight bug isn’t it uh assuming this is a cloud up here it’s not just a glitch I don’t know it’s a cloud craziness many crazies uh right you oh oh I’m really having trouble with these Because you can’t close one of these while shifting so you have to oh there we go go crazy fast with it let’s dump this here sleep morning all right now let’s get back down here and apparently down here and what do I keep falling through these things uh the Gap is crazy massive Um all right oh don’t fall through there hmm okay let’s take a quick look I’ve got enough dirt uh have I got any other no not really well okay let’s see how close I can get to with it to it with what I’ve got I mean okay right I want To see what the top of it is like at the very top with all the uh the pointy roofie bit but the um the top of the glass bit I don’t know if it’s all flat or whether it’s um some stair type Arrangement might very well be stairs hello oh I went too Far there oh this is all crazy isn’t it uh I’m going to have trouble with that um I wonder if this is because you couldn’t do corner stairs now but I like this actually it looks pretty cool anyway uh down we go there we go ah right so ah no no it’s Just normal so from the outside it’s so inside it’s three uh but one of them be a right okay so stairs at that point I assume that stairs I have to check in this not slabs that’s stairs okay okay good good yeah yeah now get all the way down here again Don’t lose any dirt this time valuable Resource as we discovered previously 34 good that’s the right amount I need to eat thank you very much I need to regain my health come on again there we go and four hmm doesn’t seem that blocking blocks fall damage possibly not don’t know Let’s go through again hello uh oh I don’t know if there’s going on with good all right Let me through let me out and uh all right now this video may be running a little long at the moment but tough I want to get a little bit more of this done before I call it today it’s in here not a lot oh I guess I haven’t really been In the area to grab or to to let them them cook have I indeed that was gallivanting about miles away give me this um well that’s 13 that’s never going to divide oh well I need two more give me two more thank you all right uh so a bit Of that and a bit of that all right that’s enough to be going on with there okay let’s go back up here and see how much this we can get done I’m determined I’m a determined penguin indeed goodness um all right uh yes this is this is looking good I like I like Um oh gosh there we go um oh dear uh oh that’s very true um If I do this I’m not going to have enough for any actual building You’re Building E building indeed this was here give me that and you were there uh oh yes and here I didn’t look at the corners so I’m still in the dark after That I’m going to leave them I think if it’s wrong I can well relatively easily fix it I guess by towering oh towering up from down there again I guess and then it was stairs which of course I do not have enough of there was a solid Block there but I’m going to do a stair yes I know call me crazy but I’ve done a stare all right uh yes that’s pretty crazy now let’s do this and then one two three and then here and there and then there one two three is that right Looks about right to me uh one two three it’s difficult to see where the blocks begin and end here with this color scheme I think I mentioned that before one two three there I don’t know uh looks to be right yep okay one two three boink and there and there now give Me that thank you lovely good all right so then it’s glass I don’t have enough for this well it’s gonna be a um tight squeeze I think to get enough of this one two three uh so there’s this here don’t fall off uh there we go good and there and there All righty well this is taking shape taking shape indeed I’m gonna take one more I suppose in order to make it all the way to the top of this Tower uh including all the roof business because I have absolutely no idea how I’m going to do that So I’ve already forgotten how this bit goes alone the roof which is much more complex that’s fine that’s fine um at this point
