Insane Minecraft Tower of Magic! Ep. 4 Hardcore Survival

Hello everyone it is i gonzal and welcome back to our hardcore survival series here in minecraft and as i last left you all off i was finishing up the barn house which i have now successfully changed out the woods and i’m honestly liking this a lot

Better than using the birch i still have to do some work on the inside to replace the wood because i feel like birch it’s a good block but i don’t exactly like it for exterior work i just feel like it’s better for like a floor so

I’ll have to work on the floor i still have a bunch of stuff here i can hear the animals outside and i need to make them a better pen also in case you haven’t noticed i have llamas because a trader decided to stop by and um

He didn’t have any good trades so i made a trade uh for his llamas the trade was his life but back up here to our mining base i’ve decided that of course we need to work with our pallets so that’s what we’re doing and what we

Have to do now is actually start getting ourselves some better supplies because we do have our beautiful little enchanting station here but we are missing quite a bit of supplies namely diamonds for gear and also well uh lapis so that’s going to involve a lot

Of mining but first what i wanted to do is actually use my diamond pick for a very important project because we have spent quite a bit of time here in the overworld but there is a whole other realm to explore so i think i left it in the barn

So or not barn but the farmhouse so um one second ah there we are there’s our obsidian so we now have our obsidian so that means we can actually build ourselves a portal to the nether which is going to be a very very big thing we’re going to be doing

So i feel like we need to install it in a nice in a nice location and while i is a little out of the way i feel like putting it over by the mages tower would be a very good focal point for lore reasons because while they do

Not trust magic they would definitely not trust a portal to the nether so i’m going to install it over here but before i go anywhere i first want to go over the three points of today’s episode the first point is obviously build a portal to another and explore a

Bit see if we can find maybe a fortress or maybe a bastion see if we can get ourselves some good materials we also need to do some mining and finish up the farm because that is uh a little lacking and the animals are a little uh

A little tightly strung in that place so i’m going to extend it a bit so they can actually have some room to walk about and then the third thing is build a alchemy mages tower because this is not a uh this is not a proper setup so that is

The game plan but first things first i need to build a a clove to put in our nether portal and with this we have access to the other side but now it’s time to do the most dangerous part of a hardcore survival series and that is to go into another

For the first time uh i do have some decent gear but i don’t exactly have the levels to uh enchant anything so we’re just gonna have to go with what we got we got our pickaxe we got our sword got our axe got some bows got some meat

Oh this is the best we can do so here we go okay it’s uh okay first things first we are surrounded by soul sand so that is oh first things first we are surrounded by skeletons so that is a little problematic especially since we don’t have too many arrows to fight them back

But uh looks like we are spawned in a seoul so what’s it called a uh soul valley okay that’s what they’re called but um pretty all right uh no eminent death of lava so that’s something i should probably take a screenshot of the coordinates just so i don’t end up getting lost

There we are uh but yeah so we’ve got soul sand everywhere uh but we do need to find some better stuff so let’s see if there’s anything of interest and maybe avoid guests oh so after a little bit of exploration i have realized that i don’t exactly have

All the necessary supplies to explore this place safely because uh i’m an iron and i felt like i was going to uh get deleted quite a few times especially since i decided to take on a gas i took care of the gas but uh i was one fireball away from landing in

Lava but what i did get is there is a crimson forest actually just beyond the way here and i’ve gotten myself some crimson planks which uh to me i feel is a good uh good material to make part of our i guess i would say alchemy tower but

It’s actually going to be a mages tower because we don’t have uh any laser rods so that’s gonna be something we’ll have to work on but in the meantime i’m going to be focusing solely on getting everything ready for the tower so we’ve explored another so that is one thing checked off

On our list next thing i guess i should work on is probably getting some more more diamonds and finishing off the The farm so i think after a quick nap uh bed’s over at the farm well since i’m heading to the farm anyways i might as well finish up the farm so quick time lapse as i explore and upgrade the farm Well i wouldn’t say it’s complete but i do like the nice little cow pen uh still don’t know what i’m gonna do with the chickens but the farm is slowly growing so once i gather enough seeds i might be able to actually completely terraform this into a farm because i feel like I feel like this whole area should be the farm and then once past those tree lines we’ll start making the village but from here to about there that’s gonna be the farm so i’m gonna hook up some plans for what to do there right now we need some very important materials which is

A diamond pickaxe no wait diamonds that we’ll gather with our pickaxe i’m going to head back into the mine grab myself some supplies and see if we can maybe find ourselves some diamonds okay that’s not uh something i was expecting to mine ooh if i found a ravine hello

Right well i’ve at least found a cave so i mean dreadstone that’s that’s good let’s see if there’s anything else we can find uh i found some gold oh this might be promising definitely looking promising oh that’s gold oh yeah definitely promising more diamonds means diamond sword oh that’s good that’s good good

Oh but that’s not bad that that is bad uh you know once i get myself some better armor i feel like i’m definitely gonna have to make a better mine shaft because this is annoying but uh it does work so while annoying useful so still a win and boom

Blue blade means better protection so well not better protection but better offense so that should help and i should probably bring with me a lot more supply because since i found that ravine that means there’s going to be a lot more surprises to deal with and i

Am not going to get caught off guard not again Ooh mine shaft now this this was interesting didn’t know they went down this deep well i guess with the new update i’m sure they had to so let’s see if there’s any goodies inside oh oh those are some goodies what’s in here melon seeds i can use those and the apple okay

So far pretty good oh yes very good oh oh this is very good there oh this is a what is this it’s christmas it’s christmas all over again diamonds of plenty that was 13 diamonds make myself some armor now i might even make myself a axe let’s see if there’s anything else in

This mine cavern big this is big cavern eyes oh burnt down uh we’ll just let them deal it out ooh we’re at bedrock and ooh more diamonds though not too shabby so what level is this this is level 59 okay oh double chests blueberries rails okay we definitely have loot

Okay we can definitely use that use those use all of this for the farm this this is a wonderful little cave ooh better go but i suppose like all good things it must come to an end so i think i am going to head back after i grab

Maybe just a little bit more extra stuff not seeing a whole lot of iron down here though strange well it’s not a full set but it will do for now because we have ourselves our shiny new amma and hmm don’t have enough for pants boots and a

Helmet so i’m just gonna go with boots and a helmet and uh Okay toss that put that and equip that there we are almost a full suit it works enough for me so i know i just got back from the mines but i completely forgot uh almost later into my session that i still needed to build the mages tower so with that in

Mind i decided to build up this quick little tower it is a work that i tried to put inside my mind i looked at a few things to inspire me but even though i originally said i was going to use the crimson st crimson stem root well that is a word

Uh i ended up going with granite because it just seemed to work a little bit better with the color palette so i actually went with that i might use the wood for maybe like a village of some kind later but yeah this is what i’ve

Got to work with and i think like it is pretty pretty good i think so and with that the tower is complete still need to add a bit of fine detailing work here and there but i think for the most part i can call this a resounding success uh

So now i will actually have a place to put the enchanting uh supplies and i think there’s even enough space to once we get ourselves some blaze rods i should be able to at least install a brewing stand and make some potions but yeah i definitely need to do some

Interior work exterior work is fine i’m going to need to work on the interior work but uh i’m going to have to save that for next episode because i’m kind of out of time but with that said though i want to thank you all for watching hope you’ve
