told in a message this morning by the folks at uh BAC hey it Seems to be going through customs you may uh it looks like you may receive a call to clarify something or other I’m like I don’t know do you even have to pay import duties on a personal item in the in the US like we don’t have that Here um I’m like do we is there some Duty or tariff on a personal item I don’t think there would be but um anyway anyway so it says this I haven’t received any feedback it still says oh your package is going to be here today Oh it’s not going to be here today um but the status hasn’t updated and um I tried calling the customer service and they’re like uh we’re closed now they really try they really try to make it you can’t reach a human they’re like um here are all these menu options also uh If you want to reach someone and I had to like specifically go for a particular Department to where it was even like if you want to reach a person stay on the line then it goes through the menu options again to kind of bait you into Thinking wait a minute am I not going to actually reach a human it’s reading me the menu options again and then it’s like no but stay on the line if you want to reach a human anyway and then it just goes it’s closed after taking me through The menu like multiple times over uh you could have just told me it was closed like from the outset but but okay thank you um so anyway uh if anyone had any experience with shipping and Logistics and DHL in particular and has any info I will try calling back on Monday but I Guess I’m just dead in the water for the weekend which
