Hello everyone and welcome back to another Minecraft tutorial where I’ll be showing you how to build one of the easiest slime farms for a casual player that you can make in Minecraft and yes this was a terrible idea for the introduction the farm you’re going to See in this video is an alternative to the two very common slime farm designs one of which you can build inside of a swamp and the other type is a similar concept built inside of a slime chunk both of these require ire a large amount of work whether it’s digging out a big Space underground or building a structure above it there is also the additional task of making the surrounding area suitable for having slime spawn inside of your farm I am talking about lighting up all of these surrounding caves with torches to prevent mob spawns so that you can get More of them spawning naturally inside of your farm this process can take up a lot of your time to get the slime farm running but with this Farm most of your time will be spent looking for this new structure this is of course the trial chamber that will be a part of Minecraft 1.21 so if you’re out of the loop and you want to be in the know it’s these two videos here that you want to check out to learn all about the trial chamber it is inside this structure that the trial spawn is located and when surrounded by Moss it means it spawns Slimes so on average every 30 minutes you only get between 15 and 18 slime balls this Farm is for the Casual player that just needs a few slime balls on occasion if you want stacks of sticky pistons and slime blocks because you’re a pro redster making flying machines This contraption probably isn’t for you but if you only need a few slime balls it is a great low effort alternative to the previous ones that I just showed you and as well as slimes you can also Farm some of these goodies and of course the Trial key as well so at this point you can probably see exactly where this is going and if if you think you can figure out how to turn this into a farm yourself then I’d say you know pause the video and give it a go see where your Creativity takes you if not you can stick around for a solution and if you are sticking around feel free to subscribe to the channel so you can catch more Minecraft content in the future like this so thank you for doing that now let’s get into the tutorial First of all I’m going to assume that you have already conquered the trial chamber so when you’re building this you’re not going to be harassed by the local mobs new ones will spawn 30 minutes after a trial spawner has been conquered so keep keep that in mind but This Farm will probably take you 5 minutes at the most so here are the items you’re going to need four powered rails and obviously some blocks to power it we’ve got regular rails and magma blocks which are going to kill the slimes we’re going to need a hopper mine Cart to pick up those items and then Hoppers and a chest to move them into storage when it comes to building blocks you’ll probably have a stack of something lying around but you will need six stone slabs as well and lastly we’ve got an additional Hopper and rail if you Want to get some additional loot this is for the trial spawner and this is super simple just break these two blocks put down a rail and then a hopper Minecart that will then pick up the items that are ejected from this block when the mobs that spawn are killed and if you Want to put some hoppers down below you can chain it up to the storage for the Slime balls as well now the location here is pretty ideal but obviously these can be generated in different positions you just want some space around it that will allow the slimes to spawn and then See the player and the slimes can only spawn where the spawner has a line of sight so it won’t for example spawn behind the wall that you build the next thing that you want is just two rows of slabs like this so that the slimes can See the player and come towards them the next thing we need to build is the rails for the item pickup this might be a little bit Overkill but you don’t want any slimes sort of falling outside of the pickup area so I’m going to make it A little bigger than it needs to be and this by the way is three blocks deep and seven blocks wide and here is the rail configuration that I’ve gone with you’ll notice that in the middle here we have two Hoppers for picking up items it Could be one if you really wanted to use less materials we’re not going to have no fancy Redstone unloader here because this is only going to pick up a few slime balls and it’s going to go back and forth Over The Hoppers plenty of times now the way we’re going to fill This in is just by putting a ring of regular blocks around the outside and that means that your 10 magma blocks will go here in the middle and this is the farm actually fully set up the one thing you have to do is stand a block Back from this wall we have to stand on this one here you can see I’ve left an opening so that we can access this chest okay we shall now use my spectator cam to show you the rest I’m going to put me into survival mode this will activate The trial chamber and then we will get some slime spawning inside of this area because they can see me over there they’re going to come towards where the magma blocks are and that’s going to kill the slimes and of course we’ve got our Hopper mine cart down below picking Up all of the Slime balls and moving them into that chest all right right and then a few moments later there’s our loot it got picked up instantly I can of course click on the hopper mine cart here and there you go we got some Emeralds so I did a fair few tests with this thing and the average amount that I got was 15 to 18 and this time I got 27 and this reminds me you can take advantage of this new slime spawning block with a looting sword so you don’t have to automate The Collection process Like we’ve done you could just visit here every 30 minutes get your looting sword and get more slime balls that way and the very last thing to mention is that you can find more than one of these inside a trial chamber in my experience it’s difficult to find two slime types In the same room together but you might get lucky and of course there’s multiple rooms inside of these structures so you could set up a farming scenario where you visit the area go to multiple rooms and get yourself a bunch of slimes there is no wrong or right way to do this but It’s nice to have an alternative to those grindy slime Farms especially if you only ever need a few slime balls at a time and that brings us to the end of this tutorial so leave a like if you found the video helpful share it with a Friend if you think they’ find it useful and thanks for doing that I will see you soon with another video take care bye-bye Video Information

Slimes can spawn from Trial Spawners, this makes for an easy alternative to grindy slime farms.
