Today we’re going to learn how to make our very own Minecraft animation it’s generally fast to make due to the Simplicity of the objects and very straightforward all the assets that I’m going to be using will be linked down below and are completely free to download also if this video gets 100 Likes I’ll give out the blender file for my project for free the most important thing for this project is assets it will basically save you a ton of time maybe some headaches you can find assets on websites like sketch Fab or CG trade and for this project I’m going to import as Much as possible but that’s going to be the characters and the environment so let’s import uh I like to Bunch up the fpx files after I’ve uh downloaded them just so I can find them super easily then you import the fpx and you apply your image textures onto your Assets and then you basically do the exact same for the environment but you can always make it yourself however that can take a long Time once you have your characters imported it’s time to rig them but as you can see one of mine is already rigged so uh yeah that’s nice um however with this little geometry it’s fairly easy to rig it yourself we have the environment we have the characters and they are ready to be Animated so let’s do that this is going to be fun I promise I recommend that you make shape keys for the facial expressions first and the shape keys will make it look so much more lively and professional when you make your poses try to make them look as natural as possible and Just block out the basic part of the animation and then go in afterwards and fill in the rest with more detailed animation so in this animation step you really shape the story and it will take time but just give it the time it needs and it will turn out so much better than If you shortcut your way there keep in mind that it’s very difficult to get the desired look on your animation especially if animation isn’t your strong suit don’t be dis encouraged because I’ve seen some pretty rough rough animations that still kept me super interested yes due to the storytelling being so Captivating once you’re done animating it’s time to make the scene look good so here I’m going to remove the water that came with the scene and replace it with some far better looking water and it’s essentially just a plane with noise texture bump and zero roughness so That’s super easy and then I’m also going to make some moving grass which is also very easy it’s has two grass planes subdivided I add a displ placement to them and animated the displacement yeah that that’s some nice looking grass here’s my final product and I’ll give it Away if this video can get 100 likes or maybe if someone really really wants it h Huh huh huh this video was my best video yet in my opinion and I hope you enjoyed it and uh thanks for Watching ah Video Information
