Previously on Redstone with Cal I’ve shown how you can make a double piston extender like so with the delays of two four and zero on the Redstone and it works because this piston gets powered first to push this one out of the way since this Redstone that is actually Getting powered first won’t power the Piston since it won’t get powered through the face like that but what if you want to make a vertical extender well powering the block like so will send the signal downwards like it should so even if you have it set up right with The delays of four two and zero here the top piston is just going to get powered first however you can take advantage of an effec of observers in sticky pistons sending out a single tick pulse it makes the block get dropped off so with a setup like this that pushes the Piston Up and then a bit of redstone on top you can send the signal straight up and the Piston will drop the block off and send another signal to retract it Video Information
