INSANE Witch Grind Farm! 😱 Minecraft S2E54

What’s up guys amerigaming here and welcome back to the jseno fan server and first of all i want to show you this we have finished the red room so um worked very hard this week to try and get this one done and i’m it absolutely wrecked me um the

Digging uh like tyler did quite a bit of digging at start i think he probably like as in height wise i don’t know maybe up to the log bit here where it meets that level was dug out and it was a tiny bit raised in this edge but then

The rest of it had to be dug out and over around uh it probably around 18 19 hours um i did about four hours like straight like at night or something and then like i went to bed woke up early the next day and literally just like went i think from

I think i went from like 10 p.m to like 8 30 or something it was just 8 30 it might have been even later than that it was just crazy just the amount of digging um it actually took me longer than expected because um we’re on a

Snapshot now like um i believe i showed that off last time we’re on the new snapshot the 14w06b and it’s a bit uh frustrating the new snapshot i don’t mind it uh but the new repair system is like a lot of people call like the repair and the chances and

Very op which it is but there’s a big downside to that and that is that your pick and weapons and armor don’t last long so you can only do a certain amount of repairs and then it’s just too expensive and then you have to let it become redundant and break and so i

Think this one’s marked for the moment but that’s because i started keeping count after about i think that’s technically like mark like eight or nine but i started keep keeping track near the end i thought i could come some nifty thing of keeping track of how many

Picks i’ve actually had to go through in the future but um yes that that slowed me down because then i was like okay well i’ll just use normal diamond picks and then like you like it’s still like pretty fast breaking netherrack with just a normal diamond pick but compared to efficiency five

Unbreaking three it’s just like you plow through it so the time consuming part came to the point where i had to go to the ender ender and um you know try and get uh unbreaking books and uh efficiency books and just keep on putting them on like i kept on trying to

Get like efficiency one and two and i’m breaking like one and two just like to keep on like making the new books i think i’ve got a few efficiency now but i’m breaking i think i’ve only got one left so that was the real time consuming part

And it brings me to the fact that we are close and i’m so happy about it we are so close to being finished this hub probably tidy up the storage room a bit might make that into like a mail maybe mail like where you can send letters i

Don’t know just some fancy little stuff uh but we got this going at the moment um we blocked off this with all cobblestone because it seemed like fire had spread at some point and lit the area so that was a bit of a shame but i’m happy i

Only stayed there i must have missed you log in that’s okay um yes so obviously we don’t want it spreading into this room because this room has a lot of wood on the roof um more than i think the others really but um this is the green room and hopefully it’s

Okay there’s a blaze there but we’ve only dug out like there okay i’m gonna did you for a second i thought he shot through okay he’s dead let’s just break that yeah so this is the uh green room at the moment only just started out

Digging i’m not going to do any of that on camera today because i as i said i’m wrecked with digging i’m i’m a bit over it i need a bit of a break so i think um today we’re not going to be doing too much uh i want to

Want to head back to our house and show you what i did with the storage room and um there’s also some other stuff i’ve been collecting a bit of glowstone on the side and i finally gathered a bit i put some of my chest and i think i got another

Two stacks or something in my ended chest i think i might have almost three stacks now um but i’m trying to get ready to um start the garden because we got the issue of that we’ve got this garden area and we started it but we haven’t finished it and

That’s probably the big part of what we haven’t done there is one other thing that i want to finish the episode on it’s kind of like a little prank but it’s nothing much um it’s not i’m not going to really classify as a prank it’s just like a joke really

It’s um i remember joe or mukluk uh in his recent video he mentioned he wanted to rename his horse and i come up with a good name for the horse i got a few name tags that’ll be great to do i just need to take a drink then and um

I think i don’t know if he actually named it so he did a live stream after that video so he might have named it and it’s annoying like when um when i want to watch someone’s live stream because unfortunately around this time of year the time zones

Aren’t very friendly for me at the moment because uh like i think he was gonna record and live streaming like 8 p.m gmt time which is 7 a.m for me and when i have late nights and like don’t go to bed so like two or three in

The morning there’s no way in hell i’m gonna wake up at seven in the morning it’s just it’s just not happening so um but i do i do want to look at this i do want to kind of get rid of the torches start you know looking at

Gardening start getting some flowers you know going back to how we originally had it where we had the glass and the glowstone one under now i kind of still want to do that here um we’ll see how it goes uh we need to do the glowstone in

The flower area so we’ll probably do that today since that is almost what we need done uh i don’t even know if i have cactus green actually that would be an interesting thing because i think i’ve taken most of my dies down to the uh yeah i don’t have a character screen but

Anyway this is the new chest system so um i’ve kind of organized it in relevance so you’ve got this didn’t get moved at all this all stayed i just expanded it so we had like hose and shears and stuff like that but here we’ve got all our dirts

So you’ve got grass dirt mussolium and podzol and then here i have it expanded for the new blocks which we can craft i believe we can craft a few of them um but uh like so we’ve got our usual stuff here then you’ve got the three new books

Which are going to go here and this one you can make chiseled block and mossy block and i’m going to put a chisel block there and that’s going to represent chiseled mossy and cracked so it’s going to be evenly split fill them then you have your gravity blocks and i

Just put charcoal here because i didn’t know what to put here because i had one piece and i was like okay well let’s just put that there so that probably will change in the future then you’ve got your glass i might even no i don’t have

Any glass i’ve only got that like them too then you’ve got all your woods and missing a jungle sapling and then you’ve got your nether and end uh sort of blocks then this is all clay and like colored blocks i think this is supposed to have a clay block there then

You have your snow then this is left over so we don’t have anything uh really to put this that that’s good for expansion which i like i kind of wanted to leave it for expansion then obviously we’ve got all armors and tools then all food so this is all

Like reasonable food so you got practically everything i think is needed to be there um obviously like eggs has got its own your chicken i need to start actually collecting a whole bunch of food then you go and got mob drops uh this is uh that but it’s actually

String and it’s actually for that uh then feathers here rotten flesh this will also share slime blocks uh you got blaze rods and blaze powder gas tears and gun powder then you got technically this should be in this area so i might need to change this a tiny tiny bit because

This is technically a mob drop which is supposed to go there so this is kind of wrong here but it’s not too bad then you got enchanting and so this has just got like you know all our enchantment books you know anything course related books and music discs

Then you kind of got your everything else so you got like grass and plants oh we do have cactuses wonderful okay well we can cook some of them up um let’s cook eight of them up actually uh then you know it’s just that and then you got this which is like the expensive

Area actually i’ll take my stacks of them and i’ll put them in here for now because i think i’ve got a bit i’ve been collecting a bit because we’re practically done in the hub we’ve got enough in the hub now um i’m pretty sure we do

And we got the witch farm done up which i’ll show you that because that is awesome though they’ve finally finished the witch farm so i’m absolutely stoked for that so anyway we’ve got key blocks here so kind of similar to the infinity server but i’ve changed up

A bit where i’ve got them over here these are important then i didn’t really know what to put here so i just put name tags and um and these guys and the balls i forgot what they’ll call for a second uh i need to name that i might not get that done

This episode i might not um not crap i didn’t mean to throw that but let’s go i don’t even know if i have coal in my furnaces so i might go i should grab some coal let’s just grab like i don’t even have a block of coal wow

Okay well we’ll take all that with me yeah i’m running low on a lot of materials now um i’ve kind of neglected my like material gathering oh and i know a few of you probably might have said something or thought of it in your head that um i did say there

Was an advocating episode coming and i lied uh i didn’t exactly like i kind of fell through uh rule on i had blocks up here okay that’s not a problem um roland wasn’t able to do it for when i kind of wanted it because i wanted the advocating episode to be

Today’s episode friday so that’s why i don’t really have too much planned um but he said he can do it tomorrow so tomorrow’s saturday which is wonderful oh wait saturday no no no it’s sunday because it’s saturday for him but sunday for me yeah um yeah so that’s going to

End up being monday’s episode which um which isn’t too bad because uh this week is my last week i’ve practically got um today saturday sunday then monday unfortunately i’m back at uni so that kind of sucks and i just realized i probably should be cooking up some glass as well

Um yes so i’m i’m back at uni now um going to be starting back up in my third year so that’ll be fun kind of uh like i i’m not it’s not too bad that i’m going back i’ve kind of enjoyed my break i kind of don’t want it to be over

But then i’m also kind of want to get back into the gist of uni you know just start moving on with it and getting it done sort of thing so yeah it’s a bit of a mixed feeling sort of thing and it shouldn’t be too bad but um hopefully in the uh

I don’t know what i was going for i was gonna go hopefully in the future that uh we can go do some more series as well which is something else i wanted to talk about um because batman batman finally finished and um i do want to look in doing a new

Series but i think we’re gonna just stick with minecraft for a little while you might see some extra like and to be honest you might actually see a new series come much sooner than i might think it’s just more the fact of when i can get it done it’s just something i’m

Going to record on the side with them a few guys just for fun and we’ll see where it goes but um until then i will just stick with minecraft for a while i’m pretty happy sticking with minecraft just due to the fact that since i’m going back to uni

It’s a bit easier to focus on a game like minecraft for me because it’s such an easy game for me to um record and build and jesus this this this um burns slow so what we’re going to quickly do is we’re going to swap out all these torches

For um where the glowstone is so i actually probably should go grab some glowstone um we’re probably going to need more glass so i needed that to cook pretty quickly and what i want to do and it’s going to i don’t know like i keep on saying that i

Want to get this island finished and i really do uh and it’s more the fact that i want to start getting it done because of like i just kind of feel like we should move on like this is still going to be a main

Base but i kind of just want to start a new project i kind of feel the urge to start a new project and um it’s definitely going to happen i’ve actually already started exploring trying to find a new location for i need to find actually a real it’s it’s not hard to

Find it but it is at the same time there’s a few things that i need right uh to build in like the area that i want um but like hopefully we can get that happening soon i really do want to finish off this island though first because it is important that we do

Do that um okay we’ve got eight there so we can only start with that um but yeah like i really want this island to be finished and be over with i feel like it’s about time it happens and um but it means that i need to get quite a few things done

Like i got a lot of uh exterior work as in garden-wise to do we’ve got a huge amount of i kind of like landscaping we really do and i do need to knuckle down on that and i think today um i’m actually going to try and do some off camera i don’t know

Um how much time i really can devote to it today but i’m going to try and get as much as i can so at least i start getting a bit of progress on the outside it’s more it’s more the trees uh the trees take a lot of time to

Do and the issue with the trees is i’m not i don’t want to use normal minecraft trees i prefer the idea of making your own they look so much better like like minecraft trees just look a bit basic unless you get like the really big ones which you can edit the trunk a

Bit to make them look a bit nicer which i might do with a few trees but i’m also thinking of changing the style of tree because don’t forget we haven’t finished the landscaping over here yet but this area is going to be a bit different um i believe oh i

Think it was a mathemate that uh suggested it he said like a tiki bar sort of thing so i’m thinking you know like let’s make like some sort of like bahama sort of hawaiian theme so i’m gonna have kind of like palm trees and stuff all in this area

And like a tiki bar and all that so we’ve still got a lot to go and we still got probably quite a lot of episodes left on the island but i really want to start knuckling down on the exterior work and start getting a lot of that done off camera because it is

Time consuming like this tree like let alone time consuming like i’m still not very happy with the tree because it looks a bit derpy from this side it’s only when you get a kinda over here that it starts looking pretty cool so i don’t know but like just the materials that use like

That uses a lot of oak logs it doesn’t seam it but it really does like you got o clogs going all up here then don’t forget it it actually spreads all in these leaves so it’s a bit mixed reaction uh sort of thing because

I like i want to build them but then i know they take a good amount of time to build at the same time so it’s yeah it’s it’s mixed reactions and it means i need to get the resources which i don’t have i’m actually very low

On a lot of resources i’ve only just like i’m starting to go back out and gather a lot of resources like i easily could go out and probably spend like two three hours just gathering wood um which i probably might end up doing just like i wouldn’t mind getting like a just a

Single chest worth of every single wood like just a single chest of all their logs just so i have the building materials because it is frustrating um did i not finish placing the torches in here i don’t think so i did did i i don’t know it feels a bit bare there

Oh i might there might be a few extras that i’ll be adding because for some reason i’m looking at this now and i’m just like there’s torches missing like here because we’ve got like a light here and like here and we’ve got like a gap missing here so

Well we probably could put one like right here for starters let’s kind of just improvise here because like i think this side was 100 done with torches i don’t think so i had finished this side perfectly so we can just place a few where we feel it’s necessary too

Because we’ve got another light like over there so we probably could have a light here trying to try to make it because like it was perfectly laid out so mobs can’t spawn here so it might change i’ll come back out here at the night and see how it looks um

But yes like the hub um i’m very happy how the hub’s going and i’m really looking forward to it finishing um i know other people on the server are i think a few people uh wanting it done as much as i am okay i’m apparently i didn’t place all the torches in that

Area so i don’t know why unless someone maybe come here and stole the torches i don’t know um but i know this area was done i’m pretty sure this area was done but um yeah like i’m looking forward to it being done i know a lot of people on their servers as well

I’m pretty sure thai luck is as well it’s been it’s been a very long-winded um straining build um probably that’s interesting uh might as well fill that up um like it probably doesn’t seem it because like every time you guys like see like i think in between this episode and last episode

Like i think monday’s episode you just saw like i just said yellow room just got finished then all of a sudden this episode i’m like okay red’s done so you you probably look at it and you go well it’s not too bad if they’re moving quick but

It does take a lot of time and i can someone that is running out of time because since i’m going back to uni it’s going to be to the point where i won’t be easily able to sit down in front of a computer uh like for something like that

For god knows how many hours um like how i did for the red room and um why am i going down here i was thinking like for a second why am i going actually i might grab more cactus whilst i’m down here ah shivers what chest was it in i was

Upstairs i think it was upstairs maybe i don’t know i can’t remember what chest things are in i just realized i don’t have a cactus chest down there actually okay that’s interesting i might need to make a cactus chest so like it’s still in a bit of work so i don’t have

Or did i cook up no i didn’t cook up okay whatever i don’t care we should have enough we should have enough anyway um but yeah like the the the build’s been fun it’s definitely been probably my biggest build i’ve done i’m pretty sure off

Uh when i when i think about it now i really should have like a light here shouldn’t i yeah probably should grab like a light here um but yeah like it’s definitely been a long build uh this this build that we we have here the house and all that like

That that’s a pretty big build in my opinion but when i look at the hub that like if tyler wasn’t helping me build that i would be nowhere near where we are like right now like it is just insane how much resources we’ve used like like all the

People that on the server that have helped donate materials for that uh just like we’re greatly indebted because like it’s just saved us so much time like the glowstone my god the glowstone like that has been an issue for a long time and um i know

Quite a lot of people that donated um it’s too hard to list everyone and i don’t want to list really everyone because then i might forget someone and they might feel bad that i forgot them so we’re gonna keep it at that but it’s more the fact just like you know who you

Are and it’s i’m very grateful for people helping because i know that we would not be where we are right now if it wasn’t for um the donations uh like you look at it now it’s like okay well the guys are finished the witch

Farm which i don’t know if i get time to show in this episode i really want to uh we might do that at the end um but what the where the hell is there pistons here huh what the was i doing something here a long time ago that i can’t remember

Maybe i don’t know that’s weird i just ran into pistons maybe someone that either was me or someone was trying to build a trap here a long time ago and probably messed up and left some materials okay um any torches still left i can’t don’t think oh yep there’s a torch still there

But um yeah like the witch farm like the guys that have been working on the witch farm oh my god they have done some insane work if there were some people on like you’ll see the number of mine says are 880 so like that’s how much stone i’ve

Broken since they’ve set that number there are some people on the server i think biggest killer or one of them i think he’s one at least one of them i think multiplex is another um but i know biggest is definitely one of them uh he has like over a hundred thousand blocks

Dug i think he probably has more so it is just insane the amount of time that some people have donated um not donated like um just devoted to uh digging that out because we now finally have the witch farm done and i kid you not it produces so much materials like redstone

Glowstone bottles like anything that the witches drop it makes it super quick it really does and that’s where we’ve got the rest of our materials from because we’ve realized like we don’t need donations for redstone or glowstone um it’s all covered by the witch farm which is

Great i have a feeling there should be wow there’s like three really close to each other like right there there should be like one like right here or something there’s one there maybe like here and this will be the last one that we need in this area i think

Then we should be good in this area so now this area is all no torches all hidden in the grass like it does it is a bit annoying that i have to do that but i prefer that it kind of blends in it’s a shame that you can’t place these

On top of glass it would be actually pretty cool but um that doesn’t bother me i don’t mind the torches up there technically i could put the glowstone up here maybe actually oh damn it all right oh well um but yeah that i think is this area complete actually i’ve really maybe

There should be one like right in this corner oh no we don’t have any more glowstone okay oh well all right well we’re not putting one in that corner then all right well i think the last thing i’ll do is um this episode probably be a bit longer

Than usual which is not too bad since i might go i might just go show off the witch farm because um i know we’re practically on time but we might just run a bit longer just so i can show off what these guys have done um because it

Is the other big project that has been going on whilst um i’ve been building and as well as thailand building the um nether hub so we’ll go quickly show that i’m i’m just going to leave the stuff in my inventory and i’ll put it and organize it later because it’ll just

Take too much time so let’s end a pearl over here let’s take a quick drink and um let’s go have a little peek at the ender farm no end of god damn it the witch farm i do have to mention the end of farm i want to ask some of the

Members of the server if they’re still watching um does the end of farm feel slow to you because for some reason since we’ve gone to the snapshot i feel like enderman’s spawn rates are much lower than normal like we used to be able to get 30 levels in around 30 seconds

I don’t know if it’s the new in channing is it harder to go up levels or something i haven’t really i don’t really know um but i definitely know that the spawning’s wrong because like there’s moments where there’s no enderman actually in the farm like you can kill

Them all and no one falls down then maybe like five ten seconds later you might get a whole bunch fall down so i don’t know uh it’s a bit odd um i wasn’t too sure with the red pep like the with the repairing like it really confused me

That i wasn’t able to repair like i had the same pick practically since the start so um that was weird but anyway this is the new witch farm i’ll show this off and then that will be the end of this episode since we will be probably running close to my time

Uh i’m probably gonna get a bit of a portal glitch here because it always kind of teleports me back but um yeah so this is the new witch farm so right here i don’t know what they’re going to do with these chests uh by looks if it’s just junk at the moment

But we’ve got a few things going here like we’ve got obviously beds and uh ender chest we got a way out which i’ll go out in a second this is the sorting system for the items so obviously we’ve got please don’t take the hub but look at all that glowstone that is insane

Absolutely insane then you’ve got redstone that’s probably all full probably should turn all these into blocks just to save space i have a guess gunpowder is full yep look at that just just amazing it’s just such an amazing project and the guys that have done a um

You know kudos to you i know i helped to be at the start but i didn’t do as much as some of the other people i’ve done but this is a good way of looking how big this hole is this is insane it is huge the um the amount of dedication some people

Have done to to to get this going is incredible and um just hats off to everyone that uh that’s helped out doing it and they’ve decided to put a few other farms here like we’ve got a slime farm over here uh we’re gonna actually have an iron farm

Linked up to this like just look at all those witches falling we’re going to have an iron farm linked up over here we actually have a sand generator here hello which i think like every one of these chests full of sand so yeah so this this is um impressive and i

Really like this area now and um it’s great to see that this project isn’t like another big project done and it’s great to see that it’s kind of finished at the same time as uh the hub almost but anyway guys i think that’s gonna be
