IS THIS THE BEST START EVER??? – 1.19 MINECRAFT LET’S PLAY EPISODE 1

[Applause] [Applause] what is going on people welcome to the brand new 1.19 minecraft let’s play series we’re here today on a brand new seed that is randomly generated and so far this seed is looking pretty awesome looks like we got ourselves a pillager outpost right over there in the distance

We also got some bees flying around which is just amazing and it looks like so far the biomes we have we got a savannah right there kind of a hills right there with some trees on it and then also a meadow it looks like but on these first couple days the sun moves

Really quickly so we should jump right into collecting some materials so we got ourselves six oak logs so far we definitely want to craft those into some sticks and other stuff and maybe get some cobblestone so we can get some good tools rocking but before we do that

Here well these lava pits yep they destroy forest don’t they don’t mind if i take this apple and sapling though we also got some sheep right here and yeah i definitely want to get a sword going so we can make a bed to sleep through the first night craft this stuff into

Planks make ourselves a crafting table and some sticks and honestly a wooden sword will do for now come here sheep one wool collected is there another white sheep over there no that’s just birch trees okay we got two right here thank you for your wool and just one

More to go and we’re getting some food while we’re doing this all right now we got our three wool maybe we make our way over there grab some pumpkins and see if there’s any caves or anything we can jump down into real quick looks like we have a bunch of

Animals also we got some fish in the water and we got some squids a little bit of horses and some pigs now is it just me or did that rhyme that definitely rhymed okay we got a big cave right here do we see any iron honestly

It might be a good idea to get a stone pickaxe before we even start looking for iron but that iron man that stuff is the best all right let’s craft ourselves up a wooden pickaxe and now we can jump down and grab some stone but honestly

Guys i got some huge plans for this series for those of you guys who followed my last let’s play i went for a dwarven look up in a mega spruce biome which i absolutely love now i would definitely love to do that again in this

World but i think i got to change it up just a little bit don’t want to make it too repetitive and it’s a good idea to change up the building styles because it really pushes the envelope for how your building can be grab some pumpkins real quick all right honestly four pumpkins

Should be plenty enough because i’m pretty sure those guys give you four seeds each time you turn them into seeds but now time for the pigs oh this poor guy fell all the way in the water come here pork chops get ourselves a stone pickaxe we’re gonna need uh we got

One stick right here so we can make a sword you know let’s just make ourselves a full tool layout of stone tools get ourselves an axe and then we also need a shovel throw these guys in the great order that i love using we got our sword

Pickaxe shovel axe but i think we should definitely go and get some more food and pork chops will definitely do for a good food source looks like we have a jungle right over there and a bunch more sheep and even some more pumpkins oh let’s not forget about the horses and

The big cave off to the right there is tons and tons of sheep guys let’s take all these guys out real quick All right so it looks like we got a little bit of iron right there and some coal next to it let’s make our way down here just because it is all lit up and it’s so easy to take please don’t be one iron oh my goodness i think it’s gonna

Be one iron uh such a bummer at least there’s some coal though and there is a bunch of copper around but for now i’m just gonna let that be because i got no use for it oh my goodness this coal vein is absolutely huge we’re already at 29

Coal right now and there is so much more to go this should load us up for a few days all right and i think that was the last piece of coal right there let’s hop out of there and let’s look through to see if there’s any more iron i am

Hearing some skeletons though do not want to get engaged with those guys all right let’s dig our way out of here real quick i don’t want to sleep down here because we do have the wool to make a bed all right let’s get our crafting table set up right here and let’s make

Ourselves a white bed perfect and go to bed first day is complete guys and now we are on to our second day and for now we’ll eat this one apple since we are completely out of running hunger oh looks like we got a bunch of cows definitely want to harvest these guys up

I think we got five maybe six the food is great but the leather is even better i think that was the last cow is there another one i would love for there to be another one but i don’t know if there is yeah i think that was it we got a bunch

Over there but honestly i want to run into that jungle hopefully we can find some bamboo maybe collect up some saplings and some cocoa beans we also got some chickens over here let’s get these guys for some food and feathers not that we’re probably gonna use the feathers but we’ll definitely use the

Food we’re definitely gonna have to make a furnace now because we have no more food we can eat without cooking it i mean we could eat some raw mutton or some raw pork chop but i’m sure it’s not going to taste too good place this guy

Down and you know we’ll throw the mutton in for now with the coal looks like we got some cocoa beans right here let’s harvest these guys up and then i’m also going to take down one of these trees because like i said be nice to get some

Saplings got some more cocoa beans right here let’s collect these guys up and i’m hoping we can maybe find some melons and also some bamboo we got some more sheep but i’m going to grab this food real quick because i want to be able to run around while i’m killing these guys if

You don’t one tap them they can be really really quick when it comes to running especially the cows more chickens and another chicken any iron down here hopefully hopefully maybe maybe i’m not seeing any and i really don’t want to go deep down okay we got some iron right there is that worth

Going to get yeah i think it is but i’m gonna wait for the food to finish cooking all right our food is all cooked up but i’m having to cut down a few more jungle trees because we haven’t gotten any saplings from them oh we got another

Right over here can i get one or two more please i think before we go get that iron we’re gonna go for the sugar cane and that one melon way out in the distance actually you know what it looks like there’s two we got another one

Right there and we got some bamboo there there and one right there you can barely see it poking through all right plenty of bamboo to go around but still haven’t gotten another sapling while we wait for the saplings to fall i’m just gonna collect up the furnace and crafting

Table real quick yeah you know what let’s collect some more cocoa beans the more the merrier day two completed onto day three we go rise and shine day three it is still got no more saplings though come on how is it so hard to get just a

Few jungle saplings i mean we got two so far but all i want is like three or four oh wait nope that’s an oak sapling are these oak leaves oh my goodness they are oak leaves darn it right well i’m officially over it you know what i’m i’m

Done i don’t want to wait any longer let’s get a move on and go collect up this sugar cane and bamboo sugar cane acquired looks like we got a solid seven from that oh and we got a bunch of pumpkins right here we’re not gonna need

Too many though we just need like one or two seeds all right we got 21 melon slices now let’s grab this bamboo it’s looking like this jungle is pretty thin though we’re already moving straight on to a birch forest honestly now that we got the melons bamboo and sugarcane i’m

Just gonna get a move on and kind of look for something cool looks like we got some peonies right here definitely going to take these guys looks like we got ourselves a few lilacs right up here definitely want to take these guys some more double high flowers which i love

So we now got lilacs and peonies now we just need rose bushes oh and it looks like we got a spruce forest right up here definitely want to collect up some spruce wood because that is my favorite wood of all time to use we also got an abandoned nether portal right here

Definitely want to go check this thing out because it could have some good loot all right let’s check this chest if there is one am i not seeing one is there really not a chest here oh my goodness i don’t think there’s a chest here unless it’s completely covered up

I’m not seeing one oh that is such a bummer yeah i don’t think there’s a chest here well hopefully the next one has a chest that is if we find the next one we got a pretty big underwater ravine right there yeah let’s make our way into the spruce forest oh my

Goodness that is a massive water cave right there that thing is awesome looking but it does look like night is about to fall again so we want to get our bed ready oh look a baby bunny let’s go to sleep and on to the next day we shall go

Break this bed and you know let’s collect up a few sweet berries just because i think these things are very aesthetically pleasing it’s looking like this is a pretty large spruce forest i would love to find a mega spruce but i don’t know if there is one i saw some

Iron yeah we got a few good pieces of iron right here so let’s definitely go for these things jump into the water save our healthy we also got some iron right under the water let’s do some cobblestone real quick and now let’s go for this iron

All right now we actually have more than one piece of iron and we definitely want to watch out for some mobs creeping out of there all right we’re up to 10 iron i could have sworn i saw more yeah there’s some more right up in there grab these

Guys looks like it was just two currently our inventory is completely full i’m sure there’s some things we can drop like the gray wool and brown wool but a lot of this stuff i want to keep so we hopefully want to find a good home base pretty soon it seems like this

Spruce forest is slowly narrowing down to an end so it would probably be a good idea to collect up some saplings and some wood yep and it looks like this river is the end of the forest so yeah let’s definitely collect up some wood so i’m thinking we’re gonna travel upstream

A little bit like i said we need some more inventory space so i decided to make ourselves a boat with a chest in it and by the way we did get five spruce saplings which should be plenty enough oh i see some rose bushes oh let’s definitely go grab those guys real quick

All right we got four rose bushes for now which is plenty enough so let’s continue our journey [Applause] looks like we have a pretty cool ocean temple right there and we also have an abandoned ship right in front of us and a villager outpost right up there definitely want to steer clear of the villager outpost and the ocean temple but let’s dive down in to this abandoned

Ship okay we got a nice little water hole right there we got a buried treasure map definitely take those guys and we’re carrying some feathers so might as well take these too now there should be one more chest right there okay we got amending a piece of leather

Armor uh some potatoes definitely take those let’s get some more air real quick see if there’s anything else cool in this chest uh suspicious dude you know what i’ll leave that for now let’s get out of here actually is there one more chest in there there might be so let’s

Grab some air and then go back in there anything good in here come on gotta make this quick oh tons of iron oh i might i’m gonna i’m gonna have issues here i’m cutting it close i already know i am okay okay oh gosh oh gosh get me out of here get me

Out of here i don’t want to drown you know what for now i’m gonna leave the emeralds uh i wanna place a bed down right here let’s use some logs and place the bed down and go to sleep for another night emptied out our inventory a little

Bit so let’s go for the rest of those emeralds and those iron nuggets if we can grab them got those emeralds and let’s grab the iron nuggets because those might make one or two ingots which should be really important on these first days all right we got our goodies

But we definitely want to steer clear of that guy i don’t think i can take on any pillagers yet oh and it looks like we got a mega spruce biome right in front of us man this is awesome this is actually a really good spot to build we

Got a guardian temple right there and a mega spruce and oh my god is this thing mega this is absolutely amazing looking oh and a village right there oh yeah let’s head over to that guy real quick i’m liking how this looks people i am really liking how this looks got a piece

Of iron armor right here but we can’t take it because our inventory is full so let’s empty out our inventory a little bit there we go let’s throw this guy on we got a little stone cutter right there okay we got some wheat which we don’t

Nest it yet you know let’s take it anyways got a chest right here got some more sweet berries which i will always take we’ll leave the piece of pumpkin pie we don’t really need that one another chest in here some more potatoes some more spruce wood too definitely we’ll take

Some more spruce saplings we gotta empty out our inventory a little bit in our storage boat that’s amazing our boat is almost full and we only have this much inventory space left nothing really in here you know what i will take one of these because why not it’s easier to

Grab it than it is to make it i’m thinking that maybe right around this village we should probably set up a little dock or base camp or something so we can empty out our inventory a little bit and get a start to our house because i’m really loving this location that is

A really cool looking ravine and it’s also a lush cave okay that is awesome another massive lush cave right here okay this is really really cool oh my goodness guys look at this this is awesome got another big cave right there i saw a zombie back there got another village up there okay

Yeah this is a really really good building spot i’m really liking this oh and we got a dark oak forest right there even better yeah we are definitely building here guys this is a hundred percent the spot to build in and honestly i think this is

The best spot right here i am really liking this we got kind of a nice little flat area we got the dark oak forest to our left right there we got another village up there yeah let’s let’s call this home for now let’s place down our crafting table and we can actually build

Ourselves a chest that is no longer on the boat so we don’t lose all of our items if that boat disappears unloading our inventory here with all the goodies we’ve collected on our journeys and don’t forget we still do have this buried treasure map maybe we’ll hit that

At the end of the episode i’m actually gonna make one more chest just to turn this thing into a double chest and those are all the goodies we collected on our journey so i’m thinking before we start collecting up some materials to build a house or even jump down in the mines to

Get some more iron we should probably clear out this area a little bit just to give us a good idea of the building location we have so let’s cue the time lapse [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] so now that i got a good amount of the trees cleared out i’m doing some planning i’m thinking we can do a pretty solid house right up here maybe some farms kind of going down this little hillside and then an even bigger farm right down

On this little plateau i think it’s honestly a really good idea to build everything on different layers it just gives the whole area a little bit more depth and something big i’m shooting for in this let’s play series is i really don’t want to build too close to other

Buildings i think it would be really cool to have a bunch of pathways kind of winding throughout the forest to reach different areas so i just crafted myself up a nice little smoker here so we can cook our food a little bit quicker and i just smelted all of our iron because

It’s honestly time that we jump down into the cave so now we got our first iron pickaxe of this world i’m gonna try not breaking this guy so we can maybe throw it in a trophy case in the future because yeah now that we have a solid

Building area that we can lay out some foundations and get a house built first we need to go collect some supplies because right now all i have is a bunch of spruce wood and a bunch of flowers and random stuff and the house i want to

Build involves a bunch of deep slates so we definitely gotta go to the low low depths and hopefully we don’t run into a warden because i do not think we would even stand a little bit of a chance against one of those things i absolutely love how this river just kind of runs

Through all the different biomes it’s gonna be super great down in the future okay yeah this is a pretty large cave let’s put some torches in our offhand light this thing up a little bit okay yeah nothing is really up here except some floating gravel and some copper

Which you know what i’m going to go for the copper got a little bit of copper rocking we got even more right here which i’m definitely going to go for i don’t want to waste our whole pickaxe though on just copper could clump a coal right here definitely going to pick this

Guy up all right let’s start heading a little deeper into this cave if it goes deeper um it looks like it just goes up and then there’s nothing up here except some more coal oh that’s such a bummer more cave right there nope that’s also water flooded we just don’t want something

That’s flooded or something that is lush as beautiful as the lush ones can be it is such a nightmare trying to traverse them all right so it looks like we have a pretty solid cave right down here with a zombie coming out of it hopefully this

Thing opens up a good amount and yes it looks like it is going to this is exactly what we want it’s so brutal mining coal in the early game like once you got efficiency and fortune it goes by quickly up and we just uncovered some iron but the early game yeah coal is

Just it’s a tough one definitely a tough one all right so we got a bunch of coal rock and let’s head down a little deeper hopefully we can find some more of that iron up and look at that we got a little bit of iron right there and it is bigger

Than one little oar of iron which always pleases me oh we got a spawner okay let’s block this thing off okay yeah we got a spawner right here and it is a zombie spawner maybe we can reach in and place in some torches probably wouldn’t be the worst idea all

Right we got some torches placed in any more zombies no it does not seem so should be plenty lit up oh yeah we got a name tag and two music discs this is one of the new ones too at least i think it is i’m pretty sure it is don’t really

Need anything else from that we can leave the rotten flesh we got another name tag which is great got ourselves some of our first gold in this world we got five gold from that [Applause] All right i got a bunch of iron up top throughout those caves and now it’s time we start making our way down a little bit more what side do i explore first you know we’ll go to the left side let’s hope there isn’t too many baddies down

Here got some deep slate we got some tough always love using those blocks yeah it looks like we got a bunch of creepers up here and a zombie so let’s kind of retreat a little bit maybe we can get these guys to explode explode

Get rid of this guy any other ones no no more mobs behind us definitely some more in front of us got some more gold definitely gonna go for this stuff let’s go grab this redstone up here how’s our inventory looking it’s looking pretty good we got we got a lot of space left

All right just one clump of redstone that’s fine at least we got some redstone nope lapis lazuli let’s definitely go grab that we gotta be careful though because we’re building up onto a dark cave light this up a little bit some more lapis right here i’m so happy we found

This cave we were not having any luck at first but now we got some good luck oh would you look at that guys we got our first diamonds of the world let me light this up let’s make sure we don’t get killed by anything yeah we got a spider

Right here let’s take this guy out whoo creeper coming up on us oh gotta always watch out for those guys that would really suck because i have no clue where we are in this cave right now all right fine you can explode go for it there’s also a bunch of redstone down

Here yeah okay i think the coast is clear all right it looks like we’re only rocking with three diamonds which you know what that’s fine we don’t need any more than three i mean i would love to get like eight but that’s fine with three i’m good with that oh would you

Look at that there’s a little cute slime up here but i’m taking your slime balls buddy did it even give me a slime ball oh that’s such a bummer i didn’t even get a slime ball from that i’m gonna be totally honest guys i think we may have

Run into an iron vein yeah we i’m getting so much iron right now if i just like dig around there’s iron pretty much everywhere look at this oh my goodness this is so great this is exactly what i wanted to run a tail i mean diamonds would have printed pretty good okay

Don’t necessarily like the water not a huge fan of the water uh maybe we should go back down i don’t want to drown let’s just block that off maybe it’s coming from right there okay let’s block that off our pickaxe is about to die and we do have those three diamonds

So i’m kind of tempted just to make a diamond pickaxe let’s drop this gravel i do want to kind of carry the top what can i drop i don’t need the gunpowder oh we got diamonds right there look at that that is awesome we got some diamonds and

We got tons of iron let’s check this out let’s just break it let’s go for oh please don’t tell me it was just one and our pickaxe just broke let’s actually light all this up i haven’t been lighting anything up behind us okay so we’re up to four diamonds and

Our inventory is definitely full we can get rid of that stuff here i’m gonna throw it way down here get rid of that get rid of that get rid of that okay that should give us plenty of room get some sticks made and a diamond pickaxe would you check that

Out guys we got our first diamond pickaxe of this world okay let’s dig around a little bit more i hope that wasn’t one that that would really suck if it was just one oh we got two okay that’s why you always dig around that’s why you always dig around guys that

Would have been a really big bummer all right i’m gonna dig around a little bit more i’m not seeing any more iron and i don’t want to waste too much of this pickaxe on just digging for iron i mean we got some right here maybe try and get

Another stack of iron or we’re already at 30 maybe try and finish off that stack okay we got a little bit more right here okay we’re getting some we’re getting some [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] oh my goodness guys we are up to five stacks of iron and i could keep going if i wanted to but honestly i think this is a good stopping point i just gotta kind of figure out how to get back to where i was we got more iron there but my

Inventory is full so i’m just gonna leave that for now okay i remember this i think we came down this direction so let’s actually try and block this off a little bit like that and then i think we’re came from down this direction yeah it seems so

And you can see how much more iron is still on the walls but my inventory is pretty full i could throw away some of this cobblestone and keep going yeah i’m just knocking i know i’m i gotta stop i gotta stop i got other important things

To do this episode did not find any more diamonds though sadly all right now i gotta make my way all the way back to the surface and we are way down here right now we are all the way down right now and negative 33. any diamonds in

Here do we see anything real quick anything nope nothing yeah i don’t know the exact direction i came from i think i may have come from yeah i’m not totally sure where we came from okay that’s that’s dangerous that’s dangerous please don’t knock me off oh where’s

That skeleton shooting from i saw that arrow get shot is that him right there yeah that’s him okay we just stay back here we should be okay all right well it’s sort of the middle of the night and i really don’t want to wait down here for that long so i have a

Good idea where the boat is so i’m just gonna go for it and hopefully we don’t die yeah let’s not die that would not be a fun one okay we’re up at the top of the village we just gotta make our way down this direction hopefully there’s gonna

Actually be some villagers by the morning all right we are in the boat and now we’re heading just across the shore look how nice that is we were so close that may be one of the few times that i’ve actually been able to find my way

Up from the bottom of a cave typically i usually just end up mining all the way up but with the new update going all the way down to negative 64. man it is not fun going that high up okay let’s sleep real quick before any mobs come sleep

Sleep sleep hurry up hurry up i’m just gonna run straight to the water in case anything’s coming up on me yeah we got stuff over there that’s all burning hopefully we can get a bone or two from that skeleton would be pretty nice because we don’t have any bones right

Now i think we have two and i love myself some bone meal and look at all these goodies that we got from mining we got five stacks of iron we got two diamonds left over we got some copper we obviously found the spawner got some

Music disc and name tags we also got the deep slate that we needed and a bunch of other goodies this is absolutely awesome that was a great first caving adventure we are gonna need another chest now so let’s make another double chest real quick and we’ll just throw it right on

Top of this one right here all right so this is pretty darn solid actually i think i left one music disc in here and some coal and meat let’s get this stuff out of here and we’ll just put this all in the top chest so yeah this is a lot

Of our stuff right here all this top stuff is pretty much from caving and all of our other goodies and then we just got some random assorted blocks in here but with that being said i think i’m gonna get to collecting up the rest of the blocks

We’re gonna need to build our little starter house and then i’m gonna get started on building the house itself so you know what let’s cue the time lapse [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] And just like that we have a completed starter house with an actual interior now i wish this thing was a little bit bigger because this is tight quarters and i couldn’t fit that much in here but you know what it works for the first few episodes i really love how the building

Turned out though using the oak as the walls some strip spruce right here as the pillars and then we got a deep slate roof that is absolutely filled with so much detail and then as you guys can see off to the sides i added a bunch more we

Got some hay bales on the right we got some cut down logs and we also have a horse stable absolute beautiful location to be building in and i am looking forward to actually build down on that water now pretty much the only thing i’m waiting on is for this grass to grow in

And also to have it kind of grow all the way down into this area so we can actually have a pathway because right now it doesn’t look super great and i really want to turn this into path block but once the grass is gone it will not spread very much

So we’re just gonna have to wait on that one something i did notice while we were building this house is that there’s an abandoned portal right over here i literally did not even notice it until like maybe 10 minutes ago yeah right here look at this oh okay magma blocks

Gotta watch out for those guys got a chest right here what do we got a mending golden helmet and got some golden carrots blast protection three and a mending shovel pretty cool to have this thing right here definitely pretty cool and honestly i think when we build

Our nether portal this is actually gonna be our nether portal i love the idea of turning an abandoned portal into an actual usable portal besides that though i’m thinking we should get ourselves set up with a little wheat potato and carrot farm right here we can’t really do

Carrots because we only have one carrot at the moment but we do have a bunch of potatoes and a good amount of wheat that we can plant down and as you guys can see i planted it up against the water but that was just for the time being so

I’m gonna clear up my inventory a little bit and let’s get started on this guy so when it comes to turning coarse dirt into farmland it can be a little grindy because you have to double click it so if we hit it once it turns into normal

Dirt hit it again it turns into farmland so it definitely takes a little bit longer but you know that’s fine with me just getting some water sources placed down real quick so the crops don’t die and honestly i’m going to expand this out a little bit more just so we have a

Little more farmland to work with a little bit of terraforming action right here we want to make sure it doesn’t look too manicured make it look a little bit natural and now i’m just going to go through and double click all these blocks well luckily i can just hold it down

Makes it a little bit quicker definitely you definitely go through your tools a whole lot quicker when you’re having a till horse dirt let’s make ourselves another iron hole real quick and finish this up all right all the dirt is turned into farmland so now we’re just going to

Come down here and harvest up all our potatoes and everything even if they’re not fully grown so i’m thinking i have enough potatoes to fill this whole thing in so this is gonna be our potato area i don’t know it’s gonna be a close one i’m going through these potatoes faster than i

Thought i would oh we’re just gonna be able to fill it in and we only have four carrots so we can’t really do much there we have 38 wheat seeds we should be able to actually get a good amount of wheat place right here more buckets and more tilling get these

Wheat seeds placed down we actually got some more wheat seeds left over so i think we’re going to expand it a little bit more out in this direction and then we can just put our four carrots right on the end right here and don’t forget we also have some melon

Seeds and some pumpkin seeds so we’re just gonna place these a little bit down the hill like right here i’m thinking and honestly i’m just gonna do some of the pathway i’ll leave like one piece of grass just to make sure it does all grow

In and also i don’t know if you guys remember we do have a silk touch shovel at one of the other abandoned portals we did get that golden shovel silk touch on it so that should work out pretty darn well and it looks like it’s already expanding down here so we can actually

Tell all of this or i mean turn it into farmland what would it be packing it down yeah i guess it would be packing it down all right now we got our farmland prettied up i took some leaves and some fence posts and lanterns and kind of put

A little border around it just to make sure we don’t really run through the crops but with that being said my friends i think this is a good stopping point for our first episode we got so much done and i am so happy about it and
