Jax and Wild – Minecraft Modern House Build Tutorial | Deepslate Build Ideas

Hello wonderful people it’s wild here today i’m going to show you how to build this modern house this bill is featured in my deep slate ideas video so for more ideas be sure to check that out but let’s get on with the tutorial for this build you need the materials on

Your screen now here is a layout for this build it’s a 5 by 14 rectangle with bits sticking off the front and back i’ve also got a hole there for the door begin this build by creating the floor out of smooth stone blocks filling in the whole 5 by 14 rectangle Your three sections sticking out should be four from the left hand side now switch to some polished deep slate this is going to go underneath each window here and here three along this wall like this one here two right beside it And here like this if you create an outline out of concrete you can get rid of this now or you can leave it as it’ll just be covered up by the rest of the build the first section we’re working on is the entryway this clay section runs straight down the

Center of the build so the two out on the end sections of each three wide section and then build up a total of 13 high so 12 on top 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 on top of each of these clay blocks On the front come two up and place two clay blocks like this so we have a door and a window come right up to the top and place two more clay blocks and on this side two to finish of the top grab some tinted glass or if you don’t

Have this you can just use black glass and fill in these two windows switch back to the clay and build straight across joining them a total of three deep on either side and you can grab your tinted glass or black glass and put in the roof switch black back to clay again come

Three blocks down and build a four deep section like this once again joining the front and Back here’s how it should look so far come to the left side of the front and it’s time to start adding in some more walls feel too high with jungle planks leaving one block gaps in between and fill them in with tinted glass you’ll notice that the tinted glass

Always sits on top of the polished deep slate that we placed earlier grab some smooth quartz blocks and create an edge like this For the roof use polish deep sleep And place these one space apart and in between use polish deep slate slabs the resulting look is a kind of wavy perhaps corrugated metal look finally for this section Build three hive with smooth quartz stairs one block apart all the way across For the second story on the left hand side create a kind of c shape like this which is two wide and three high on the front and the back This is the outline for this story these jungle slabs to decorate the windows We tend to glass behind them for the floor and roof we want to continue this pattern all the way around so start with some slabs followed by blocks we’ll continue to pattern up the wall with some blocks and some deep slate walls another row of blocks and finally some slabs Here’s how it looks so far Now on to the right hand side of the build begin by creating a swooping shape like this building three high with smooth quartz extending out six one two three four five six building up another a three and then building straight on top and going all

The way across so it joins up here you can check your built it correctly because it should line up with the second story on the left hand side do this on the back as well You’ll notice these quartz sections a sitting one out from the polished deep sleek and one in from the end of the clay now for some walls just like on the other side these jungle planks one space apart with tinted glass in between and place a row of jungle planks over the top

Of the front and back leaving this part open this section here use some upside down jungle stairs for the rest of the walls build all the way up to this height here with the tinted glass Switch to some jungle planks build up to flush height here and here and then create a sort of u-shape going around this way this should leave a thin window right here here’s how it should look let’s add a little decoration starting with some jungle slabs

Coming all the way up the height of this taller window then some smooth quartz slabs two on this top and four here the simple slab decoration is really effective and super modern for the roof and wall section here are following the corrugated pattern with some deep slight and deep sleep walls

So wall lock wall lock And follow along the roof this time using slabs now i’m only going to here with the roof before i switch to just polish deep sleep because this is going to be the floor for the second story this build is really coming together to finish it off use some light gray stained glass

So you can walk across here And create one more wall section like this layer of jungle planks a layer of tinted glass one more of jungle planks Add some detail with some smooth quartz blocks coming out five you can check these in the right place because they should be in line with all the other quartz here like this and in line with the quartz on the left hand side of the build And finally finish off the roof With just a little bit of modern landscaping this build really pops if you’d like to see some decorating ideas for modern builds be sure to let me know in the comments or join the discord and let me know there i hope you enjoyed this tutorial please subscribe and i’ll see you in another
