Hello everybody welcome back to dad plays minecraft I’m JD and today we’re back with another easy tutorial this time it’s one of my favorite functional blocks and that is the stone cutter so I’m going to show you how to craft and use a stone cutter and first let’s put This down we need to make some resources first and we need a furnace so let’s put that down This is to get our Stone oh we need stone just regular stone for this I have a blast furnace here I do have another video which you can check it’s in the cards up in the top right corner and I should steal some some of this from there right okay so we Need iron as well so these are gonna cook up very quickly got two there and one more we’re done let’s get that out of there and we’ve got this okay now we’re ready to craft this so it’s very easy just need three stone and one iron ingot and there you go The stone cutter what makes a stonecutter one of my favorite functional blocks is that it has a very efficient way of cutting things out of one cobblestone and that’s one cobblestone block you can get two cobblestone slabs you can also get one power stone stair and one cobblestone Wall that’s out of just one cobblestone so let’s look at how to make these on a crafting table so it’s a cobblestone wall we can get six cobblestone walls from six blocks which is about the same as the stonecutter but we want to look at stairs this is different you only get Four stairs from six cobblestone blocks we’re losing materials here and slabs themselves well there you go you can get six from three which is the same as a stone cutter but it’s with stairs that makes the difference other things we can use mossy cobblestone there we go we got the same Materials with sandstone again the same materials but you can also make cuts and stone and chiseled sandstone which is very handy with block of quartz you can also get this which is just chiseled quartz block and pillar quartz block as well as the slabs and the stairs that is The question does it use prismarine as it does slab stairs and walls red sandstone again just the same as regular sandstone brick block just the same look at that and now stone bricks we can get slabs stairs and wall and now stone itself a lot get stone slabs stone stairs and Then it’s stone bricks chiseled stone bricks stone brick slabs stone brick stairs and stone brick wall very easy and finally granite exactly the same thing it’s this polished granite polished granite slab and polished granite stairs as you see it’s very useful so that’s the stone cutter and as You can see it’s one of my favorite blocks simply because it’s fast and efficient it saves on resources and it is just very very easy to use so let me know if you like this block and what you like to make out out of it so let me know in the comment section Below and if you like this video then please give it a thumbs up and don’t forget to subscribe to see some more easy tutorials see you next time Video Information
