Hello everyone and welcome back to Minecraft today we’re going to be playing around with making Minecraft into the perfect realistic horse game of our dreams so let’s get started the way we’re going to be doing this is by using mods first things first I’m going to go Through this mod which inspired it’s not a mod it’s a texture pack which inspired this I saw this at a video and I was like this makes Minecraft look so realistic and using the star worm equestrian mod alongside it I feel like we’re gonna get something that just Looks really cool for Minecraft I am also going to be showing you guys all of the other mods that I would recommend having and also just the ones that I have in my game for funsies the thing is that mods in Minecraft resource packs shaders can be very heavy on your Computer if you do not have a good computer or a good laptop then you you should probably shouldn’t include all of the mods that I have especially this resource pack here which I haven’t played around with in Minecraft before but this one here is going to be the Probably the most intensive part of this all if your computer already struggles to run Minecraft then unfortunately it’s not gonna get any better with mods maybe a little bit OptiFine but you know but just so you guys know this isn’t the perfect choice for everyone let’s get Into it I’m really excited so first things first I’m going to download the Patriots resource pack I’m I have this one here because swim is only for 1.16.5 and this resource pack it does have a 1.19 and everything but we gotta download the 1.16 and I think I’m gonna Get the 64 x if it still runs okay we might try the 128 so let’s you know maybe maybe not even this one will work maybe we’ll still need to like go down to the 32x I’m also not going to be showing you guys how to fully download Mods today just because that’s a topic for another day there is so many Minecraft videos there is so many videos on how to download mods for Minecraft there’s even a couple of specific ones in the horse Community as well so yeah I’m not going to get into that today It’s just about playing Minecraft and then this is the Shader pack that we’re going to be using because this Tech this resource pack is made for shaders so we’re gonna download this one here um yeah so I think I might have tried out the soos ptgi but I believe I’m just Using the vibrant shaders right now so for my shaders all I have to do is pull it into the Shader pack folder once again I’ve already set up my Minecraft I manually use both Fabric and OptiFine and I also have a forge installation so mine is already very much you Pro I Don’t think Shader packs actually come in generic Minecraft whilst I continue waiting for the Patriots to download let’s go through all of the other mods that I have in store gold volumes of Plenty is a really nice one if you want some more biome to some really pretty Biomes with it so if your computer can handle it there is one specific biome that I found out whilst I was live streaming swim survival but it just lags out my computer for some reason I do have some modes like CMD cam but I’m not going to talk about them because it’s Just a camera mod and I also have like CFM and Collective and those are parts of other mods so I highly recommend actually reading through any of these mod Pages because as you can see it does say this mod requires gecko lib and player animator so just make sure you’re Downloading all of the necessary extras as well I also have cooking for Blockheads because I just really wanted to add some more farming supplies and things like that I then have Deco craft here which ones again is just a bunch of more Deco items it’s not really Recommend like you don’t need that one fairy lights I would love to say this one is a must-have but it’s it’s not actually required to make your game horsey if your computer can’t read it then we have Farmer’s Delight once again just farming stuff I do have for Aesthetics GUI clock which adds a clock up in the corner of my screen I also have just enough items so that I can see all of the mods that I’ve installed and find all the crafting recipes because there’s so many mods I also do have OptiFine installed because you do need OptiFine for the shaders at least that’s how I run my shaders I then have all of the Pam Harvest Craft mods here I also have placeable items but I’ve installed it and completely forgotten about it but I do have it so I can’t use that once I Remember how to use it but not necessary I then have simply light which is another lighting mods with Mod which adds some more lights to the game just I needed that for my swim Barn because it can be really dark we then have the all-important star worm Deco mods mod Style worm equestrian mod and star worm lighting mod I would 100 you need star warmer grocery mod if you want to play with horses Deco mod is also really helpful if you do like to build if you want some more intricate items star warm blighty mod although I have it installed I never use it because it looks weird with shaders star warm lighting mode basically makes all of the Minecraft blocks and also star worm Decor mod blocks and everything into a light block so this can also be helpful for those really dark barns but once again shaders Are just way too important for me and I don’t really want to change around the settings to incorporate the style Wembley mod so I’ve tried to I’ve tried to find a way around it next up I have the vehicle mod because I wanted some vehicles to drive around my little farm With I don’t have like I want to fight a couple of more I wish there was a vehicle mod for like horse trailers but unfortunately not a thing I then have world edit makes things easy and I also have a mini map mod oh yeah I also have The crayfish furniture mod somewhere I must have missed it I do have a furniture mod as well and Patriots has just finished downloading alright so let’s move into resource packs I’m going to go ahead and drag the Patriots resource pack into the resource packs folder I also highly recommend getting The better cats better dogs and better farm animals resource packs they just make them look adorable with all that being said I think it’s time to check this all out in the game I’m kind of nervous that it’s gonna break everything I have a little Watcher with me Mira is Sitting on top of my computer and literally just watching me over my computer monitor anyways for some reason it does say that my minimap mod is out of date I might have downloaded the wrong version but it still works so I’m not going to worry about it let’s just Jump into single player world first I’m gonna jump into my swim Bard and then we’re going to apply the resource pack okay why do I literally sorry I get so motion stick on Minecraft so I need my fov to be so high alright sometimes my Game can be a little bit laggy or just laggy loading in as well but I feel like we should maybe look in this direction and we’ll turn on the resource pack I’m really nervous about this I also need to change the Shader settings so let me just quickly jump in here how different Does it look actually yeah I’m not oh my goodness I need to turn that off I need to turn that off hang on okay to be able to use this this texture pack we do actually have to have some settings changed okay now let’s go ahead and turn on the resource pack okay Done okay I definitely think this is gonna take a minute to load oh oh it’s done oh it’s done oh and it doesn’t seem to be too laggy but it’s a little bit bad it’s got the fluffy bushes oh my gosh you guys whoa is that okay the tree looked like Rounded for a second oh my goodness it’s so bright I think that’s one of the reasons I went back to my silver’s shaders it’s just so bright for some reason maybe if I turn down the brightness a little bit it’ll be better but it’s just like the sunlight it’s so Bright at the sunlight okay let’s just like go explore a little bit I’m so nervous does it look realistic you guys oh my gosh why did it turn it into water that’s not good that’s not meant to be water those are meant to be flower boxes It might not work with some of the custom blocks I suppose I’m not entirely sure my barn looks really dark that’s one of the other reasons I like to use my silver shaders although it’s actually not that bad but I also I do have all of the lights turned off the lights don’t Work my fairy light mode doesn’t work this is this is terrible yeah I don’t know why the lighting is so weird the bucket no the bucket that’s so strange oh my gosh it looks so funny in here what if this entire video was a bad idea it looks really pretty outside though Look at that that looks gorgeous hi orange boy I definitely didn’t always call you a different name I swear I know my horse’s names okay all right uh Ollie you can go outside how are you doing Geronimo all right well I think I’m going to ignore how funny the Inside looks right now and the fact that my fairy light board doesn’t work it seems to be something it might be the shaders that are working with the lighting that’s it’s just so bright at the end of the hallway it’s a little funky okay it’s a little funky that’s Probably the shade as though this is why I like my silver shaders but I’m pretty sure it’s not going to work well with the mod is it yeah see now my fairy lights are working what does it look like outside now it’s honestly not that bad This texture pack is made for the ptgi shaders I believe but honestly do you think do you guys think this is better oh and it’s also fixed my planter boxes well that’s a little broken but that’s fine that’s probably my fault now that looks a little funky my fence does look A little funky now but it’s so we ignore it’s for the prettiness okay I think I’m Gonna Keep it like this you guys just because it also seems to run a bit better it’s not as bright it doesn’t hurt my eyes as much okay so I think what’s really important let’s turn on These lights again see it is still a little bit dark in here but is it just me the flurry nose looks different I guess it’s gotten rid of that um really nice like shiny effect on the floor let’s go ahead and get on one of our horses and we maybe I should Actually really quickly muck the Staples I haven’t done that in a long time let’s go ahead and grab my picture folk and also oh man I’m in creative mode all right let’s also come in here and grab oh wow look at the barrels whoa yep let’s grab some shavings as well oh That’s a problem oh wait okay no I know where this horse is oh my gosh that scared me let’s clean the stall put out some more shavings for you whoops I always do that um ignore me um you didn’t see that I I’m not struggling clean clean clean clean oopsies uh How and I kind of wish that you didn’t have to do this orange boy I’m so sorry I was clicking the wrong way oh my gosh oh my gosh oh oh no uh oh dear oh my gosh no I saw that okay I guess you can’t Just Spam click to get rid of any of that okay I wish that just how chaotic can this video be okay one final stall and there we go okay look how pretty that is though for some reason so pretty hi Ollie this is my horse Ollie if you Guys haven’t seen this by the way I do have a full barn tour and also an intro to all my horses but you guys can go check out as well but let’s go make a trip to the manure pile I believe I’ve got a wheelbarrow out there if I don’t Think there’s one near here as well right yeah there’s one just there oh oh I don’t like that uh all right we’ve got our first bit of compost here as well and two pieces of compost let me show you guys where the manual pile is It is just out here as you guys can see it is completely fresh right now um unfortunately we do need even more compost to make an actual blocker so I’m just going to Chuck a barrel here for now and we’ll just Chuck that in there yeah that’s fine all right let’s move Along it’s actually getting dark oh dear it’s getting dark you guys not to worry we’ll just go say our good nights to the horses I really want to try giving the other Shader a go again like does the grass look better I kind of noticed that the grass might look better with this Shader turned on maybe it doesn’t maybe a little bit I don’t know which one I like better you guys well those clouds are kind of funny no I I don’t know why but I I just really like my cylinders see look at that Sunset it’s also better performance Of my computer all right let’s just go double check the horses as you can see not every single staple is filled up we do only have four horses right now but uh let’s actually quickly grab our pink halter and we’ll actually go grab I swear I know the name of my horses in From this from The Paddock hi buddy Kayla of course how could I forget oh my gosh let’s put that on and let’s no uh oh how do I grab the maybe you can’t I’m so sorry I’m so sorry um no one saw anything no one saw anything okay Kayla it’s getting late Let’s go girl let’s go inside I really wish that lady worked differently in the game because we’re literally just pulling the pool horses along right now oh my gosh how did it get dark so quickly oh my gosh we gotta get to bed you guys looking at us walking along with Kayla Did I go too far not yet in here Kayla oh that’s one way to get inside and we’ll leave Kayla here for for the night okay let’s go to the on grounds no it’s not a campus the on grounds little house for right now we do have a little bed Set up over there um I don’t technically live on the campus but that’s where we’ve been living for now it’s a little bit dark along here isn’t it here we are we have arrived let’s just open the door and well you do actually have a fully stocked fridge with food and stuff as Well nothing in the freezer right now I think we also have a couple of things up here in the pantry section but this is where I’ve been sleeping right now it’s a little sleepover a little bed at the back here so let’s just go ahead and Take a nap alright guys now it’s time to go into trail ride I think I have been wanting to explore the Redwood Forest that is just behind us because we do need to set up a little bit of a trail ride through it so maybe we’ll jump on a Horse and try to see like whether there’s any fun little areas in there maybe we’ll find a little Oasis I’m not too sure what we’re gonna find I haven’t ventured too far into there so let’s go say good morning to the horses and I think we’re gonna tack up geronimo this Morning and take him out for a ride because obviously you guys have met Ollie and you’ve met orange boy but I feel like we need to start making kind of like a little story for Geronimo and Caleb right now Geronimo is our beginner horse so I really want to continue Working with them and making sure he is all good for the beginner Riders you know so let’s go make sure that they still have some water and some food good morning Geronimo good morning Kayla definitely said good morning good morning orange boy from out in the field The horses really do like the little fields that connect their paddocks um I think that in fact I did not mean to close you out here all day Ollie see look at Ollie and orange boy they’re just little friends it’s really really cute Myra that was so rude she’s pushing Stuff off my desk let’s go now I unfortunately haven’t been able to I’ve tried to bind the attack boxes but for some reason it didn’t work for all of them so this one here for orange boy it worked this one here for Geronimo worked and Kayla For some reason Kayla is too I don’t know what happened in fact this one’s not meant to be orange boy it’s meant to be Ollie so I don’t know what entirely is going wrong so I do also have some chess right now set up with attack A little bit strange but we just need some tack right now Moira what are you doing you cannot come underneath the monitors are you okay oh gosh that’s her moving my mouse though she did not take no for an answer she is squeezing behind okay I think we Might actually take some Western Tech if I’ve got any Western Tech out I mean I know that I have some in the actual tack room I guess we could go to the actual tack room who would have thought we do have some western saddles here so let’s just grab western saddle and Western Bridal all right I’ve also grabbed a girth because we do need girths in this game and we also grabbed a black Western blanket so let’s go ahead and grab we need this we’ll grab our halter and we will go ahead and put that on you wait why do I Still have it in my hand but that’s a glitch okay I’m definitely in survival right now okay Geronimo let’s go ahead and go out and maybe we’ll take him into the like tacking up area inside the tack room out here it is also a wash stall so there is Washing capabilities in here you can see we do have grates for the water to go through we have a spigot and we also have our hose but we’re just gonna come in here it’s it’s a multi-purpose it’s multi-purpose perfect yep that’s just give him a little shelf so he goes in Further let’s go ahead and first things first we do need to put on the western Bridle and then we’re going to go ahead and put on the blanket the saddle and then the growth strap and then we’re gonna put on some leg wraps and there we go Geronimo is all tacked Up so let’s go ahead and grab the lead rope from him and let’s just go ahead can I do it now please don’t hit you okay there we go now I’ve got an actual lead rope so let’s maybe come out here and we’ll go ahead and tack up I mean Mount up out here Geronimo facing this way buddy facing this way buddy there we go and let’s go ahead and tack up malotope I do not have my terminology correct okay and let’s just go ahead and warm up as we walk out towards the Redwood Forest out there wow look just like how Pretty this space is I live streamed with you guys when we first found a location to build our barn and you guys will know that it took me forever to find a location I think I spent an hour just like running around with something looking for an area because I wanted it To be perfect and I am just so glad that I’m really happy with the location we ended up with because this Redwood forest is just gorgeous we’ll actually probably start the trail ride up here you can see our third Arena I believe we have three Arenas I think we have four How many Arenas do I have but there is a little Trail which just kind of like you know it just ends and I think that’s where we’re going to go ahead and put the start of our at least one trail ride I do want to get a couple going all Right we have a wild sheep right here but yes it just literally just ends and I think we’ll go ahead and try and find our way through the Wilderness here I did actually walk a little bit through this track don’t worry um a couple of days ago just to see if You know it is kind of viable to ride through and just besides the couple of trees it is really pretty around here the trees are just gorgeous unfortunately you see how this is the Patriots whatever it’s called resource texture and unfortunately it does not apply to these redwood trees because They are part of biomes of Plenty so I’m not entirely sure whether I’m going to keep this texture pack on I think it makes the grass these ferns the leaves look really pretty but I might be able to find just like another texture pack which does something like that because I Do use so many modded features and blocks alongside vanilla Minecraft I’m just not entirely sure whether I like the look of it being so merged together I suppose unfortunately like the redwood trees don’t have that fluffy texture either because they are a modded block Which does make me kind of sad but um I don’t know let me know what you guys think obviously you guys are the people who are going to be visualizing these videos and like what Aesthetics do you guys prefer as you can see Redwood forests to get Fairy dance oh wow this Looks so pretty over here just with this oh I’m fine don’t worry about me just got hit in the head by branch the sun just streaming in right here like oh my gosh I can it’s a little bit of a squeeze with a horse you know a Little bit bumpy but we’ll go around this tree like a little roundabout except I did go the wrong way for talking about the Australia roundabouts see look at this there is a little bit of a spring here which is really pretty but not quite big of a clearing I do Kind of want to find maybe a little clearing if there is one where we could potentially set up a little picnic area for like breaks because I would love to maybe run trail rides and because that’s all like in real life all I’ve really done is just trail rides I have Quote-unquote spent today at a barn where we got to tack up the horses there was even like a little thunderstorm so we got to kind of like experience what’s that like is like for the horses they got kind of scared things like that which isn’t a good thing obviously we Don’t want the horses to be scared but I’ve kind of like been around horse is not just trail riding and I’ve tacked them up and things like that but um I would love to run Trey ride just because that’s what I’ve experienced this little area here is gorgeous Unfortunately it is still light it’s it’s still light right oh dorota okay he’s a bit of a Wanderer I suppose to run away let’s go back here I wanted to say how pretty this little spring was here this is very gorgeous a lot of dirt around here though I mean we could Always just like you know plant some grass or something it looks like we’re still like really at the edge I’ve really just been kind of walking along like you can see our riding hole in the distance over there I’ve just been kind of walking along the edge of the forest Because I am a little bit scared of like going all the way in oh look at the little mushrooms here so pretty I think let’s maybe pick up to a little bit of a trot I suppose Geronimo is a speedy boy I suppose which is kind of right along Here a little bit it looks like there’s a little bit of a clearing here it’s not too deep in the forest though to put a bit of a lame trail ride but I don’t know we were going really slowly but it is kind of you know I wouldn’t make sure That the ground is okay whilst we ride through it that we’re not going to get too lost that Geronimo is going to be okay it actually looks like there’s a little bit of a river back here oh now this is kind of pretty over here ignoring the little bit of hot water Just spilling in we could always maybe just replace that with a little bit of water and we could get a little trail ride that ends around here but you know we’re really close you know realistically to the barn but we could take them through the forest and come Out somewhere over here so let’s see what else is over here to see if we could do something like that because I’m actually you know I’m getting really hyped about that little waterfall concept there that’s like exactly what I was kind of picturing a little clearing here even though it wasn’t technically a Clearing that actually looks like there might be something in here as well look at the Sun oh we’ve actually got a little bit more of a water source in here as well whoa there’s an entire plains biome out here so it’s not a relatively large Redwood forest but look at this I Definitely feel like Geronimo right now wants to do a little bit of a run so let’s go ahead and let’s just kind of gallop along this field oh nobody did not like that it’s fine he’s fine oh my gosh oh my gosh Geronimo you’re okay I wonder what’s scaring him maybe He doesn’t like lettuce which was back there yeah he definitely does not want to go very fast right now this is why he is our beginner horse because he he likes to take things slow a little bit of pumpkins out here what’s over here it looks like a little Willow Forest over here Let’s see if he wants to go faster again oh there we go he’s kind of you know warmed up a bit he’s getting more confident in this area and we’re just a galloping around hopefully we’re not gonna fall into any ponds or Ravines as I’m known to do in Minecraft I wonder if He’s he wants to go any faster come on boy no he does not he has had enough okay let’s go ahead there’s a little bit of horses around here I feel like it would be really sweet to maybe turn some of these Wild Horses into swim animals So that you know we’re still getting the vibe you guys are also seeing the better farm animals which has the sheep and the cows they look so adorable and before we ended off this video I do actually want to maybe bring a barn cat adopt one or something Um bring up our cat to the little Barn because the cats in this game are just absolutely precious but the time is actually midday right now and we should probably start heading back because otherwise it is going to get night on us again I mean it definitely wasn’t Nighttime at all so let’s go ahead and maybe do a little bit of a trot as we head back through the Redwood Forest we’ll kind of Go a different direction see what else is available through here over these Mountains they’re not Mountains they’re little Hills oh On the gray cracks of a thousand leaves Somewhere in between our past and our future rolling over all the dividing things are you still listening I want to be heard by you Didn’t see where the cold and hot me and the powers that be thee All right so we are coming out relatively close to where we started today actually which is really fun I feel very satisfied right now we have kind of explored quite a bit of the Redwood Forest to see what they have in store for us what’s in there you know There was that little passageway that we went through and honestly it’s a little bit of a squeeze but I feel like it is kind of fun to walk through so we might incorporate that into a bit of a trail ride but the Sun is setting over us Right now so let’s cool off as we walk Geronimo back to the barn maybe we will get off him somewhere here and just lead him back I feel like that might be a good idea just to make sure he’s nice and cooled down so let’s go ahead and walk Geronimo Yep this is just how walking horses in Minecraft has to be walking back to the barn very graceful very graceful wow the sunset is just so pretty just so so pretty right actually yeah we’ll we’ll attack Geronimo near his stall today so let’s go ahead and just cross tie him here Like number one and number two and there we go nice and cross tied let’s bend over down there and let’s go ahead and untack him take off his leg grabs take off his girth strap his blanket nope he is Saddle Daddy’s blanket I swear I know what I’m doing and then We’ll quickly replace the Bridle with a halter Oops I did not mean to throw it uh you didn’t see that there we go change that up I don’t know why I have an extra one so I guess we’ll just put that there um I don’t know Let’s go ahead and uncross tie him oh my gosh did it stole my it stole my lead rope from me there we go and now he’s gonna go ahead and have a nice drink of water after a long day and I’m gonna head to bed Good morning all the sun is rising it is a beautiful day to adopt a cat so I actually you know put a phone call in earlier just yesterday before going to bed and I’m gonna go ahead and jump in the car this morning and head to an animal rescue center we’re going to Adopt some rescue cats probably just one cat from an hour I don’t know maybe we’ll get two cats maybe they’ll have like a sister when my brother went to get his cat they were actually like this cat will do better if you take like them both so now my brother has two kittens Honestly I legally only allowed one cat that’s part of the contract that I signed so unfortunately Moyer is the only cat that I can have but let’s go ahead and drive the car around a little bit of a circle and we are going to head Off head off to the Animal Center and I will see you guys when I get back I just remembered that last night I forgot to put everything back so um that I’m just such a great role player oh my gosh um let me just put everything else in these barrels sure Totally fine totally really fine all right you guys so let’s go ahead and see what cats we are going to end up with obviously I don’t know I just thought it would be fun I know it kind of breaks role play a little bit I kind of do a Casual role play here that’s just kind of the role play style that I’m enjoying right now just casual I don’t really have to think too much about aesthetic shots or anything so we are just gonna spawn in some cats I want to be surprised by what colors we get once Again I do have the what’s it called better cats modern store so they look really cute let’s go ahead and see what it looks like oh we got a polka Dottie boy you guys there we go here’s also a little friend he or she let me know what You guys what we should name our first Barn cat this is what he or she looks like absolutely adorable oh that that he or she goes little leopard cat or something I don’t know comes back that’s so cute all right and I feel like I definitely went to the rescue center and And oh my gosh if I had a property this size there would be no way that I would go to a rescue center and only get one cat so we’re definitely gonna have a second Barn cat right now and we’ll probably get more in the future but let’s go see what does your Brother or sister look like let’s see please don’t be the same cat oh pretty pretty pretty and let’s give you some cod oh no no not does not like cod maybe you like salmon there are there are a bunch of salmon kitties look at you beautiful blue eyes oh my gosh this is ABS so cute look at us we get followed around by cats eventually eventually they’ll come oh my gosh where are you going you like the inside better you really like this area right here well this is our second cat let me know names in the comments below for both of our little kitties Look at them go oh my gosh this mod literally makes me so happy oh my gosh even the dogs are also adorable but bunk cats makes more sense right now you know I personally I also do really like dogs I would love to have dogs and just like Take them for little walks but yeah okay you just can you like not just stare blankly at attack box you can sit there that’s fine do you have little toe beans oh my gosh look at your little toes that’s so cute well I hope you guys did Enjoy this video if you want to see what this world looks like without this texture pack on I honestly have really enjoyed it but it’s just so strange seeing how there’s just different wood types you know like if I fly up here you can see this here is like I think this Is Acacia Wood oh dear it is Acacia Wood and this here is Redwood and you can just see that they don’t match up that might annoy some of you guys it kind of annoyed me back in the Loft area of our little house you could really tell the Difference I honestly don’t mind having this resource pack on but let me know if you guys prefer having like this realistic grass and fluffy bushes more if you see look at the difference but I love my flowering plants so let me know what you guys prefer for the these Videos and whether you’re going to download any of the mods I am working on my website which will have all of the mods that I use and things like that linked otherwise if you ⋆Today we are adding some mods and resource packs to Minecraft to make it the ‘best realistic horse game’ or at least better than vanilla minecraft haha! (gotta get those catchy titles ya know). This is done using the best horse mod (that’s for sure) SWEM! And also checking out a new (to me) hyper realistic resource pack – Patrix!
