KasaiSora – Setup OneBlock On Your Minecraft Server (Tutorial)

Welcome to one of the most requested videos from the last couple of weeks today I’m going to show you how to install one block onto your Minecraft server now if you don’t know what one block is basically it’s a Skyblock variant where you only get a single

Block and every single time you break it it will spawn another block eventually you will have tons of blocks and you will be able to build a base high up in the sky the one block is available as a map as a mod as a plugin and today I’m going to show

You how to install the one block plugin onto your Minecraft server so before we start do make sure to leave a like also press subscribe and then with any further Ado let’s Dive Right into this So installing one block is really really easy the first step will be clicking on the link in the description of this video and downloading one block from speaking MC then drag it into your plugins folder restart your server and you will be ready to go now the second

Step is choosing a world where you want one block to be in now this can be any world you want so we can use this Overworld here though you will not really get a one block effect as the thing is that you’re high up in the sky

On only a single block so we probably want to use a void world now you can use any void world you want So in theory we can just turn this world into a void world with a plugin called voyagen if you want to do that link will be in the

Description of this video but what we can also do if you have Multiverse installed we can just create a new world with the sole purpose of running one block so when you have both one block and multiple scroll installed we can simply type slash MV create then you

Need to give the world name I’m simply gonna call it one block then you want to type the world’s type which is normal then you want to use the mine symbol G space and then we’re gonna type one block again with that we’re basically telling Multiverse it should use the one

Block generation then press enter it will generate for a bit and it is complete now after doing that to get to the world we can type slash mvtp one block and it will say no save location found run slash MV confirm to continue this will expire in 15 seconds it has

Already expired and vtp one block and then we’re gonna type MV confirm like that and there we go we’re inside of a completely empty world now what you want to do is type the command slash OB which stands for one block and then set so by executing this command we will turn this

World into the one block world now the value you can give here is how big of an area you should have available for your one block base so 100 means that you’re basically inside of a world border with size 100 if you think that’s too small

You can also change it to 500 or 200 whatever you want I’m Gonna Leave It default so 100 enter bam you see this block here that’s the start now we can just type slash OB join to actually join one block so press enter and there we go

Now I’m gonna change my game mode to survival and we can start our adventure you can see the world border here so we’re surrounded by World border that’s 100 blocks big so this is all the space we got to build our amazing base now the block here in the middle will actually

Be the one block so when we remove it it will spawn back but now as a little bit of a different block so we now got a poppy on there and then I’m gonna remove this again and again and again and you can see I’m slowly gaining materials now

Do note that mops can actually spawn on here so that can be a bit dangerous especially when a creeper spawns on here oh there we go no hmm just on time now we got some blocks we can expand our base just like that and this block here

Will actually be the one block so I’m gonna remove the blocks here to the sides just so when the creeper spawns we can easily just you know remove it from the island okay let’s continue on and as you can see all the way at the top I’m

Almost level one there we go level one puzzle and melon so I will now be able to get more blocks so let’s just continue on and there we go our first melon we got food now which is pretty great oh okay that’s why I removed that

Part of the island because of this but cool we’re getting more materials we’re getting more dirt we’re getting puzzle oh spider hi after a while animals will also start to spawn so that is is really really useful you can actually make an animal farm now of course leveling up

Will get slower over time I’m not getting the many materials hmm maybe I can ah how would I how would I how would I I want to get lower oh I know something we can do we can just jump place a block and after that do slash OB again I’m gonna try that

Okay didn’t work slash OB to get back to your Island okay I guess we just have to wait until we get something like water oh level two Forest oh no the chicken the chicken oh he could have been my friend but this is the base this is how

One block Works we’ve started our one block Adventure so we keep removing this block we will get more blocks that we can use for other stuff and eventually you will have a gigantic base now let’s check out some of the commands so one command that could be really useful is

Auto join you might want to enable this if you only have a single worlds on your server and that single worlds is actually a one block world so let’s say you would have downloaded foygen and then with voyagen you will turn your normal Overworld into a one block world

Then you can disable the Netherlands and when you set auto join to true as soon as a player will join your server they will automatically be teleported to a new one block Island we also got one black border if you don’t want borders at all you can disable them there we go

Durgano and I don’t know if what I’m thinking is actually true but without the Border it should be possible to go to another player’s Island but don’t quote me on that it now here we got the one block GUI here you will be able to

Join leaf and see the top one blocks so let’s click on here and currently the top is me I’m level 2 so we will see first Casa Sera here and we can see that I’m level 2 Fighter 2 over here that’s pretty great there’s also an option to

Do slash OB ID reset your Island’s data will be lost okay let’s click on there now your data has been reset you can create a new islands with Slash OB join okay oh we join uh that’s the same island I was already on okay oh seems

Like I’m just level zero again so it will delete your data after that it will teleport you back to in my case the same island and I can just kinda start over but not really very interesting though if you get bored you can reset everything now let’s take a quick look

At the config first you want to go to your server folder after that two plugins then you want to look for one block and here we got all the config files now let’s first open the basic config.yml here we just got some general settings that you can change for example

What is the one block world name in my case it is just called one block then we go to leave world so let’s say you will leave one block you use the command slash OB leave you leave your Island which world will you go to in my case it

Is just set the world then the progress bar the one you saw on the top of the screen do you want it enabled yes or no then next should we enable chat alerts for levels true or false what color should the progress bar have should we create new islands for new players

Rebirth on an island should the player get teepees to the islands again after death in game true or false and then all the way at the bottom we can also enable auto join or the GUI just basic settings that’s what it is basic settings Now by

Going to blocks.yml you will be able to customize what blocks appear per level so in level 0 you will only get graspberry box ends as mobs you will get creepers now when you go to level 1 you will get part soul and grass blocks but also melon zombie and spiders then when

You go to level 2 you will also get Birch locks Oak locks oak leaves sheep cow Peak chicken eventually you will get types of stone after that granite diorites and the side sand Sandstone Cactus and the list goes on all the way to level 28 which is the final level so

If you want to add a level or you want to change what appears per level this is where you can do it and it’s all very customizable so you can even change what type of flowers will appear on grass blocks so when a grass block spawns

Which flower should be able to appear on it even that you can customize now of course you don’t have to play one block Alone by doing slash OB invite you can invite other players to your Island you can also use slash OB kick to kick players from your Islands if they don’t

Do what you tell them to do overall one block is a very great plugin and a really really fun game mode for your Minecraft server I would highly recommend it and then there’s gonna be everything for now I really really hope you enjoyed watching this video if you
