Let’s Play Minecraft Hardcore | Farm Area Complete!

Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of hardcore minecraft today i have had a wonderful idea and it was sparked actually by our new and improved sheep farm so while we’re on the topic let’s start by feeding the sheeps hello lovely sheep hello hello would you like some food there you go

No problemo right both sides here we go perfect look at all the babies okay now it’s time to share so i actually really like the thought of this sheep farm kind of outside here and doing this really sparked my imagination and entire thought process for the entire castle

Because well the walls are looking great i mean they need a lot of detail this needs to be completed uh not done at all and in general everything would look a lot better if we had some custom trees out here and just general decor more areas for our farm animals areas for our

Horses we just there’s a lot of work that needs to be done in this area now as i just mentioned one of those very important projects is to do with my castle keep right here this is my starter house and it still looks exactly as it did on

Episode two i haven’t really upgraded it to fit in with the rest of the castle yet and honestly i think that’s okay um but it’s gotta change very very soon but before we can change it we have some residence on the inside and these residents uh need a home and

This is not their home this is my home i’ve donated my home to the bees and i’d like it back to be honest luckily this all ties in together great because you know where bees belong bees belong with the flowers and the crops out in the farm and you know what

This area out here could really use a little bit of love so what do you say we get to work on building a home for the bees because bees are actually fairly prone to escaping and flying out and getting completely lost in their derpy little bodies and just fluttering off in

The middle of the ocean um i do think that it’s important that we protect the bees so we’re gonna collect some sand for glass to create the bees a proper home where they can look out but they cannot touch and they cannot fly away and they cannot get lost

Very important i feel not sure exactly how much glass i’m gonna need probably four or five stacks maybe i’m just overestimating i don’t know you know what we’ll start with 30 stacks that’ll probably do the trick oh look at my castle i’m actually so happy with it

I never actually broke down any of this coal ore from our mining trip so it’s time to do it now do you think i would die if i fell from here best we don’t figure that out i think this is so satisfying and look at all

That coal ah perfect all right now all we got to do is wait for the sand all smelt up the other thing that bees really love and definitely are going to need lots of is flowers so we’re going to go on a little bit of an

Adventure and see if i can’t find a few different types of flowers for my bees corn flowers are definitely on the list oxidazies for sure you know for the ultimate bee happiness it would probably be beneficial for me to actually go ahead and try to find a flower forest

For them i feel like i’ve passed by one before the last time i was exploring it this way so i’m gonna go this way and see if i can locate that again i don’t think i wrote down the coordinates oh louise yes please thank you these are my favorite type of episodes i

Love episodes where i can just go exploring and grab some flowers ah what a good day it’s about to be a minecraft oh that could have been bad oh gosh okay um am i gonna be more careful when skipping through the forest very carefully skipping through the forest yep yep

Oh the swamp is absolutely beautiful we need some of these flowers blue orchids yes they are gorgeous yes look right straight ahead that my friends is a flower forest i knew there was one here somewhere it’s super close to spawn i’ve seen it before i just can’t exactly remember where it was so

If you’re in the seed uh my house is literally just past those mountains that spawn it’s just behind them super easy like 500 blocks out oh my gosh it looks stunning i’m gonna get all the flowers and there’s donkeys hi donkeys what are you guys doing cool oh and

Beehives more beehives and bees this is just great i love this okay now i need some of like every type of flower definitely this purple one i love this purple one i’m actually kind of shocked that i’ve never oh hello sorry i’ve never built in a flower forest before

I feel like i should really go ahead and do that at some point this place is gorgeous look the flower forest extends all along there we have the pointy mountains over here the swamp what a gorgeous area of the seed it is bedtime though so uh we’re camping

Out here with pig tonight sorry pig all right as much as i’m enjoying my little vacation in this flower forest i’m gonna leave the bee and donkey and pigs alone and take all of my lovely flower loot back home now to my bees ah yes my castle appears in the distance to the

Forest oh how i love it don’t mind me just breaking my ankles on my way home and of course my glass is all finished melting oh it’s all coming together okay now all i need is a couple of these bones we’re gonna go ahead and make white dye

Out of those so that we can make some white stained glass there we go i’m gonna start with that much and hopefully that’ll get us somewhere and the flowers can get temporarily sort of way in here until i’m ready for them how did you get yourself in there

I was i was walking by and there was a baby villager sound and i was like huh that’s weird i don’t see anybody oh but literally how how dude you fit in well here i’ll give you that you do you fit in so extremely well oh my gosh

I was just thinking that it had been weirdly peaceful around here you gotta mix it up all the time keeping it real are you still stuck how come on there you go freedom really weird i feel like the villagers are a little bit attention seeking today since i’m

Giving my attention to the bees but regardless we must continue with our build so i’m thinking that we build a greenhouse right around here like slightly tucked into the dark oak forest so they feel protected and safe but also slightly close to the farm over here so

That we can breed them and have them actually working the fields at least some of them we’ll have like worker bees and then we’ll have home bees in the greenhouse like queen bees i guess and i’d like to have the path kind of tuck up right along here somehow just like so

And kind of connect up there we go oh oh my gosh why is that every time i start working on the farm there’s a patrol that they look so official look at them looking side to side are you all okay yeah no trouble here that’s right that’s

Correct glad you could see that well since they’ve decided we’re innocent i suppose i’ll just go ahead and get started on the build so this is going to be the entrance to our lovely greenhouse and then we’ll go by blocks of three and hopefully just start building it up

Parkour ah nailed it doing sort of like a barn shaped roof so it’s really curved like so yeah that’s perfect progress update i like it so far so i’m in setting the glass one so we have a layer right here where i can put some

Leaves and so far i really like it i think even though the glass will be here on an inner layer there’s still enough room on the inside because i made it so large this is awesome okay friends and now it’s time to decorate ah yes this is very exciting

First things first i’m gonna need one of my finest selections of diamond hose thank you very much very helpful a few flower pots definitely wouldn’t go astray now what do bees like definitely honeycomb beehive is a must and some campfire yes yes yes it’s all coming together

Gonna have at least two beehives to start i think now what would the bees enjoy hmm you know what i have just the outfit to get me in the mood for this job one second i’ve gotta go change ah yes this is much more like it i’ll let you

Get a look at the full skin look at me the bees are gonna be so much more excited to see me now and i’m feeling more set up for the job already i have to put my rubber back on though don’t let me forget that oh my goodness so the

Bee’s job in this game is to fertilize and pollinate the lovely crops in the area they love going to flowers and then when they fly over crops they sprinkle their little pollinated butts on them and they grow i’m not really gonna take advantage of this in any sort of farm

I’m mostly just gonna decorate this for the aesthetics we’re gonna breed the bees in this room and we’re gonna release some of them to our farming area at least that’s the plan and it might work it might not whatever i’m down either way mostly i just want to have a

Really really cute area for my bees all set up in here after all i am kicking them out of my house they’re not paying rent though so really it’s fine i am going to use a campfire below each of these hives to hopefully help the bees stay not angry and very peaceful

However bees can get hurt on campfire so to prevent that i’m using trapdoors honestly the main thing after that is just sprucing this place up with lots of leaves and greenery i’m gonna have some growing up in the ceiling here and of course we need to get a whole bunch of flowers around

All right and just like that the interior details are about finished and i think they are looking absolutely fantastic all we need now is some flowers and some bees speaking of bees and flowers i have all of my flowers on me ready to go now it’s just time to collect the bees hello

Hello so the easiest way i think to do this is going to be to take these two first over into the greenhouse and then i’ll come back for the hive okay come on easy does it i’m very thankful in this moment that this is not a long trip perfect

Did you see your new home do you see it over there i’ve been working so hard for you too isn’t it beautiful oh you’ll love it trust me okay right through here please there you go that’s it that’s it oh my goodness there we go welcome to your new home

Perfect and we have our first baby of the new site so these lovely bees should have fun fluttering all around in here i’m gonna place a whole bunch of flowers for them up in different areas with lots and lots and lots of these okay we have lots of flowers in here now

For the bees to enjoy and it’s time to go get the other friends so this is a silk touch pickaxe so i can just pick this up really quickly there we go and it should have some bees on the inside and i think with that there

Are no more bees left in my house thank goodness hello villagers remind me just moving some bees eventually i would like to relocate some of these bees into different areas and not just have them in the greenhouse for example in the farm and also on the tree

In our village but for now we’re just going to have them kind of chilling in here and breed them up so we can have lots of them to relocate and kind of populate the entire area it’s perfect i feel very accomplished right now but i

Do think that this area could use a few more little specks of detail around the place so i’m gonna go ahead now and create a couple of custom trees i think i want some different trees down along this area to kind of border in the farm

A little bit and just help kind of finish off the entire look so i’m gonna get to work on that now and i’ll bring you back once i have some progress and success i have added some trees and honestly i think they really fix up the area they’re meant to be like cypress

Trees sort of an italy inspired kind of i don’t know but i think they border off this area really well and really softly and just in general add to the entire vibe of this farm area i’m living for it since we have tons of diamonds available

To us i’m going to go ahead now and heal up this little kind of waste pickaxe this is the pickaxe that we’ve been using the nether and i would like to go in the nether right now and see if i can’t find a couple more ancient debris

We actually have two ancient debris on us right now or well another right scrap i suppose since i already smelted them so we only need two more in order to upgrade another piece of gear and i would love to upgrade more of my tools and also we really need to focus on

Getting a better sword really feeling the need for a small break from all the farming stuff so i feel like this quick trip down to the nether is going to be both productive and also just a really nice break for myself to give me some more thinking time for our farm project oop

Should probably grab my helmet while i’m down here in the nether i’m also going to take the time to grab some more of that nether gold ore which will be super useful hello what are you running from here we go here’s some so we’re gonna have lots and lots of gold after this

Trip and hopefully some ancient debris hello oh did you get mad when i mind that oh you just stole some you are mad are you mad oh why aren’t you mad at me that’s so rude honestly i suppose i should have known i apparently even if you still touch these

They still get mad that’s interesting hadn’t thought about that before my bad oh there we go okay our first piece perfect it’s just one single piece but it’s a great start if i do say so myself i’m also up to 36 nether gold ore which is epic let’s keep going

That was almost bad oh heck yeah more oh my gosh this is so close to where we found the last bit so with these pieces we’ll officially have enough to upgrade one tool i’ve literally only been down here for like five minutes that’s so exciting as satisfying as this is i’m not having

Much more luck it’s fine though we’re just chilling oh got a little bit more a little tiny bit more one more piece ah now i have to get two more to make it even so that i’ll have two tools to upgrade so gotta keep going naturally oh more

Oh and thank goodness that i checked that there was lava oh my gosh it’s a lava pool okay there we go i should be able to mine it safely now perfect okay i just need one more ancient debris and i should be good to go i’m definitely gonna find

More than one though and then i’m gonna have to keep going it’s fine i’m not addicted it’s all good oh there we go oh my gosh literally right next to where i just was we have the perfect one single ancient degree more that is epic and i am returning home before i

Get a little carried away excuse me you’re not meant to be down here how do why is there a skeleton i guess i’m in a soul sand valley all right mission accomplished back home to the farm just like that that was actually such a quick trip

That was like the fastest nether run i think i’ve ever done but it was a success so uh i’m happy about it now we are gonna need a bunch of gold for this so i’m gonna go ahead and get all of this melting in this area where i had the glass

And i will also go ahead and get my ancient debris smelting before i change any of my tools to netherite i want to get appropriate and chance on them so i’m going to do a little bit of farming now trade with my villagers and hopefully get some xp up so that we can

Make some epic tools carrots are honestly probably the easiest way to do this i love farming these carrots super easy you get like a full inventory off this field so fast absolutely awesome alrighty my inventory is very full of all of the lovely root vegetables it’s time to go see if

That’s cool all right my inventory is almost completely empty of the vegetables and i am 40 emeralds richer heck yeah nailed it and our netherrite scrap is indeed finished cooking and we have so much gold yes goodness i really do need to work out this okay but we have just enough for

Two lovely ingots let’s get that in there we go okay perfect now we have to very carefully decide which tools we’re gonna give these against to i want to create an unenchanted diamond sword our current diamond sword has fire aspect and sharpness it’s great however there are a

Lot of enchantments for a diamond sword and our sword could be a lot better now where is my smithing table hello everyone lovely to see you today hope everybody’s doing well um smithing table in here i’m gonna upgrade this sword unenchanted basically some of you have told me that the higher level

The item the better you can enchant it so netherright being the best we should have the most luck when it comes to enchanting honestly even if that doesn’t work out we get sharpness 5 directly from our villagers anyways through trading so we don’t have to worry about

That enchant and if all we get after that is unbreaking and sweeping edge or something like that then that’s fine that’s not a big deal so that’s the reason i’m taking the risk on the sword because i know that we already have the books in place if i need to fix it up

Now my lovely villagers i have some paper for you hello librarian don’t you run away from me what you doing thank you very much thank you thank you are you gonna upgrade you are projectile protection i don’t really need projectile protection i’m gonna be honest but that’s actually cool that it is level

All i did was trade carrots potatoes and papers that’s pretty epic um i know it’s time to get to enchanting oh hello hello who are you oh you sleep up here now i thought this was athena’s room where’s athena i’m so confused by this village right let’s see what we get

Smite oh no i absolutely do not want smite oh my gosh i’m gonna go ahead and take this efficiency trade on the book just because i think that’s going to be really useful for our tools to get some insta mining going uh not yet but you know eventually and now we’re officially

Back down to 27 levels so i gotta go get some more it’s that time of day where i’m gonna head down into the zombie grinder now spend a bit of time and see if i can’t get this another right sword enchanted the way that i would like it

Okay i’ve had great success down with the spawner and we’ve got enough levels to try a couple of different rerolls on the sword if we need to hello everyone i am home i know i know you’re excited okay so we have a sharpness for enchant i don’t really need sharpness 4 because

I’m going to get sharpness 5 anyways so should i do this i don’t know or should i re-roll it we’re gonna have sharpness five on the sword that’s guaranteed because we have the book for it so i kind of want like unbreaking or sweeping edge or looting and i think it’s worth

Rerolling for to be honest let’s see sharpness four again oh my gosh okay let’s do another book fire aspect i will take a fire aspect to be honest i don’t have a book for that please give me something else okay sharpness four fire aspect two unbreaking three the only way that could

Be better is sweeping edge and looting i like it that is a fantastic sword it’s not too different from the one we currently have just with the unbreaking very happy very happy indeed if i ever see looting come up in these books then i’ll probably add that as

Well as mending to the sword all right mission accomplished we are quite a lot richer today and i have one netherright ingot left over i’m gonna put that on either my axe or my pickaxe and honestly i’m kind of thinking pickaxe yeah they both have mending and like all

Of the enchants that i want so i think pickaxe hello my lovely tool smith hello hello okay let’s put the pickaxe in there i like stone my pickaxe is officially upgraded to netherright i love it thank you very much for supervising that action okay cool i feel a lot better about that

Now full another right armor and two another eight tools that’s good all in a good day’s work okay now that i’ve had my little farming break i’m happy to turn my attention back to this area because there is one final thing that needs our attention and that is our lovely horses over here

Hello i haven’t paid a lot of attention to these horses to be completely honest oh this is our fast one that is not a jumper this is our jumper kind of yep kind of but it’s very slow and i enjoy riding horses in minecraft but i haven’t done it a lot in this

World since we’re kind of focusing on the castle however we could definitely do with some better kind of horse pen stable situation over here so i think i’m going to go ahead and grab a whole bunch of my logs and stuff here and just create kind of a simple stables nothing

Crazy but it is going to be right in this location where they currently are i think this location works really well um yeah let’s maybe cut to a quick time lapse of that I think this might be my favorite building project that i have worked on in a little while in this world and i think it’s just because we managed to pretty much complete the entire area in one episode this farm is done everything behind me is complete in this world i

Feel like it’s bordered off really well it makes sense the stables look great the windmill fits in and the greenhouse tucked into the forest is so adorable let’s talk about some changes that i made because i did a lot of it off camera i’m not gonna lie um accidentally

Though it actually just didn’t record i was trying to record it but it didn’t work so it’s fine i’m gonna catch you up this is our horse i have given this horse lovely leather armor if you don’t know in minecraft you can dye leather horse armor to make your horsey whatever

Color you want i did yellow because you know dandelions it’s got a match so this is our horse dandy it was sort of like our mascot for the farms i i’m sorry uh you gotta back up though okay oh i should probably remove some berry bushes right you return back in here

Safely sorry dandy um you’re doing great though i do want to probably move this light post and create some better paths up to our horse stables but in general kind of like it it’s simple it’s small it does the trick and it’s a lot better than the pen that was there the bees

Themselves are of course doing absolutely fantastic look at them go they’re just so happy i love them it’s been such a pleasure to watch them work and as i keep reading them i am going to be releasing them out into the farm as you can see i’ve added just a

Couple of these little bee hives to the center of some farms i like the idea of having bees kind of fluttering about in this field not doing any serious type of like automatic farming with them but it’ll just be really aesthetically pleasing i think to have them fluttering around

Continuing up the farm i have also worked on completing my windmill my windmill has been unfinished for a little while but now it is done look at this interior isn’t it just so cute without a little kitchen and sort of storage area here and this is our trapdoor which leads us down into

Our ice tunnel down below i feel like it was really important for me to finally finish off that room so very pleased with it in general this entire farm just makes me so happy i love it and i hope you do too another thing that i did i patched the hole in

The bakery roof the bakery roof has had a hole in it for a while some of you have noticed it is now gone it’s a complete roof look at us go we’re moving up in the world patching rooms fixing issues hello i what you live in here i didn’t know that

This is a cool place to live you’re not a baker though now before i end off the episode i have a very important question for all of you that involves sort of the layout of our farm and in order for that i need to actually we need to go up upwards please

Yep this is perfect okay so here is our farm absolutely love the layout of it adore it it’s perfect this is our castle and village love it the layout of it is fantastic having so much fun need to work at this area need to detail the wall need to finish the castle otherwise

Though fantastic absolutely perfect loving it this area nothing about this area is perfect this is this area is a mess i don’t i don’t have a plan for this area i’m going to be honest with you okay so here’s my question we have cows and we have chickens over on this side

Can’t see them from here what do we do with them we have a couple of options right we have a sheet pen over here already i like the sheet pen don’t hate that do we add a barn and a chicken coop to this side as well and have this be like our

Animal area and this be like our crop area or alternatively do we continue this little windy path along and set up a little barn and chicken coop area kind of in the forest and maybe give us more of a reason to walk through the farm

More often to get to the cows and the chickens i’m perfectly okay with both of these options i don’t hate either of them so i’m just asking for some opinions if you have any or if you don’t care that’s cool too i think both options would be

Good i don’t think there’s a wrong way to do it but it definitely needs to be done the sugar cane also really needs to be moved underground into our tunnel soon and that’s about it for my housekeeping notes of the day just some little things we need to clean up around
