Oh they’re all empty we’re supposed to like start in this world and not do anything good thing i have my fish at least i just ate my fish hey what’s going on guys logdotzip here what you witnessing behind me and in front of me is a world that is probably

Unknown to a good amount of you guys welcome to some of the hidden tutorial worlds found for the minecraft game that we all know and love and it has certainly changed over the years what we’re seeing right underneath us is a tutorial world that was built for

Oncoming players for the xbox version of minecraft this was never originally available for the job edition which is the original version of minecraft and i don’t think it was available for the pocket edition version as well and this is one of six different tutorial worlds that were released alongside the xbox

Version and now what you’re seeing is what the tutorial world originally looked like it’s seen multiple iterations and in today’s video you’re gonna be seeing all six different versions of the minecraft tutorial world that you may know and will probably love because a fun little look at the blast from the past

We are in the original tutorial world for the minecraft xbox edition except we got it working in the java version of minecraft although we’re in an extremely old version get a load of this look in the corner minecraft beta 1.7.3 this is like i think this is like seven years old now

It’s like seven or eight years old now like it’s probably older than some of you guys we’re gonna go and reload back in and see what it was all about it is so old that there’s not even a reverse f5 mode on my character so you all can’t

See my face which is so sad it’s okay it’s steve anyways and you can kind of see me right here in fact the game is so old there’s not even sound effects for this version anymore they removed them for the very very old versions of minecraft you like

Can’t connect to download them anymore it’s pretty wild this if you didn’t know is gravel yes the gravel used to have an older texture oh i forgot the tooltips just look a little different too they don’t have that like blue outline like they used to anymore it’s all so

Different foreign i can’t believe i’ve been playing it this long like i’ve been playing forever so let’s explore this area again it’s a tutorial and we got other worlds to cover as well i think over here is a little fishing pond to teach you how to fish right right right

Right we’ll grab a couple of those baby right here look all the items 2d in nature now in java today you can turn it into 3d items and it will actually show the item like rotating in 3d in this version a little bit different oh

I’m gonna catch me a fish and now i i think that the only thing you can get in this version is yeah the plain old fish right here oh yeah delicious let’s go cook them up actually how do you feel yet we’ll cook them a little bit later

We have another boat over here or a chest and it’s filled with boats speaking look at the chests ugly like they look big now they used to just be a full-blown block size and they didn’t like open or anything when you actually right clicked them so you couldn’t

Really do anything with it the boats are the old version as well oh and they got some speed on them check out this kick baby speaking of kick though all you gotta do is slightly touch the boat against the shore and well i mean what naturally works that time it will like

Break into a billion pieces watch check this out just hit like a slight corner the wrong way break stupid it’s the worst but hey at least we got some wood now don’t mind me cooking up my raw fish it’s time to eat some raw fish it’s my

Love all the darkness it’s great in fact look at my look at my character’s arm you see that in the corner look it just like it doesn’t it’s no smooth transition it goes from like dark to super light it’s crazy yeah this just looks like a

Giant space for us to like i don’t know get our feet wet literally oh there’s not even any sprinting in this version of minecraft everything was just a little bit slower there is an area right over here though that has something different i assume it has something to do with this giant

Minecraft logo right here was a little caving area for us to get down and dirty in as well okay oh a little village now i don’t know if there were actually villagers in this version of the game yet when it came out i mean this is in

The beta i want to say the villagers actually came out like in the official release version fences have full hit boxes so you can’t walk right next to them different times really no glass panes houses look pleasant just a simple bed poor thing nothing like these houses

Like they’re nice but all they have in them is beds there’s no homely feel to them we’re the family portraits all over the place where are the hilarious magnets on the fridge of days of yore and yonder and wander and other things that rhyme with under whoa check this out mine shaft

Empty chest what are you doing to me man what’s in here something oh they’re all empty what am i supposed to like start in this world and not do anything good thing i have my fish at least this i just ate my fish I’ll always remember you nemo that i cooked and this is a mine shaft too there’s a rip-off it doesn’t even go anywhere come on what kind of tutorial it just teaches you how to not complete things you gotta always finish the job if you’re gonna start on something otherwise it’s just

Embarrassing the well like i don’t even know villages were out when this was made like this might be brand new everything you know oh is that a castle wow wow and there’s even a minecart system this is the coolest thing ever but wait i need a minecart oh this will have to do

Away we go let’s work well let’s see where it goes in the meanwhile we might have better luck on foot anyways oh wow i think it just leads to the castle okay so that didn’t save us that much time to begin with anyways now we can check out the castle at least check

This out this is cool someone’s job at microsoft or no i guess it was mojeng when this came out huh someone’s job at like mojang was to make this area a little tutorial world now if i’m not mistaken we should be able to you guys should be able to in

Theory use this world as it’s like a full-blown world and and it should continue to expand the land should keep going in whatever direction you can do it all and it’s a real nice look at what the minecraft worlds around us used to look like now i want to say that this

Basically covers the gist of this world i guess we can look around this house over here just a little bit longer i uh hurt myself a little bit can is this even out oh this goes oh i was just that inside the house here we’ve got little

What is it just a chapel or a meeting area or something books to read everybody loves reading books y’all learn you should noodle yeah and then the final thing for us to finish off on it’s gonna be the lookout tower with its own special areas to snipe people from because everyone knows

Violence is the answer right you can either do the staircases or you can go up on the ladders right here and at least the more staircase now look it’s getting real dark can we even i guess i can break the wool yeah that’s fine you go place right back there nice

Check this out what a beautiful minecraft day we just shared together guys like wow this world was a lot bigger than i thought this is funny and even got like ice over there and you can see the difference in the light chunk updates instantly changing watch you can

Get darker again in a hot second y’all ready look you’ll be able to see it look just completely goes over all the land it’s amazing but that’s just the first tutorial world we’re gonna check out a couple more probably not as much detail because i’m pretty sure they’re built on

Top of each other but you’ll be able to explore that with me in just a second as in right now okay so tutorial world number two there’s some differences here namely i see a piston over here piston was not here before so i’m curious to see maybe this tutorial world was when

It was this the redstone update finally hit and it signified oh you got some extra goodies now obviously a lot of the updates that came with the xbox get on my way obviously a lot of the updates that came to the xbox version of the game came after they were already in the

Job stop looking at me distracting me from my pistons yeah so you see when you add pistons into the xbox version it changes up everything it needs to tutorial world you see yeah this has to be what it is because as you can tell well now now now now something’s missing here

Why is it not connected all the way this is bad news i’m gonna break this we’ll go ahead and connect them just like that i think that’ll do that yeah they were just placed incorrectly so we’re gonna go with it differences pistons that’s it so far let’s see what else has

Changed in fact it looks like they got rid of the furnace and put the pistons there instead right that means no more furnaces in the tutorial version allegedly now has anything else been altered since that point it doesn’t appear as such we’re going to double check but it doesn’t

Appear such okay no so it doesn’t look like anything major has changed maybe this wasn’t here before i don’t remember if the cactus was there or not and i don’t remember the sugar cane was there or not obviously the the icelands the snow lands over there that’s been there

And we may have just missed one of these houses i don’t think we went into this house maybe there’s things in the chest now nah nah of course not okay well that looks like it’s it for this world oh nope severely mistaken look it’s a whole

New area over there with a lot of love still no minecart for me to ride across but you know you give and you take you know you gotta you gotta choose your battles so here we go now we got a staircase that leads us right up here and a nice little lava pit

You all ready for this i don’t think already we’re gonna create a self-repairing oh my gosh i can’t wait check it out check it out check it out check it out check it out all this redstone causes some inverters and la la las and this is and that’s it so i’m

Gonna press that and it begins it’s gonna start doing its thing um presumably the rental might be broken in this version there we go i just needed a one extra button push and it’s ready to go right is this yeah it’s working okay cool oh yeah my voice just got really

Look it begins it’s pushing it it’s pissed and pushing oh i just no that was not what i want to do well hopefully it at least keeps going up at the top here yep it slowly builds the bridge and the moment it hits that obsidian over there

It no longer has any means to place more blocks here so instead what happens is it goes over the next one and it starts to build just like that all the way through until the entire drawbridge has been created with cobblestone that is fantastic i don’t even like i haven’t

Done like a self-repairing bridge in ages now has anything in here changed it would appear not so that’s it for the differences in this tutorial world we’re gonna head on over to the next tutorial world which is actually in a different version of minecraft alrighty tutorial

World number three and as you can see we are in the official minecraft 1.0 release of my mouse let’s go crazy over here yeah official 1.0 release and we are in tutorial world number three now i can’t change the daytime there’s actually no commands in this old version

Of minecraft we can’t do anything about it but i can’t go ahead and change the difficulty now it’s on peaceful kick it we should be fine so as you can see here we’re in this world once again it doesn’t appear as though there have been any major changes once again i know the

Piston area was still over there boats still doing their thing fishing still light on over there we got some zombie flesh this is a new drop as of the official release and in addition you see we’ve got our hunger bar now which means we can also sprint in this version the

Other version did not have that and we can finally go back to f5 mode yeah but no skins yet either well yeah you gotta make dudes sometimes and here we’ve got all the different piston stuff that we saw from just a little bit ago in the last tutorial world as well as a

Means to go and complete it maybe this was in the last world and i just didn’t see what i was up to hard to tell really why don’t we go ahead and just yeah we’re going to get in that not not that’s power oh yeah that’s about oh yeah not really good

Okay well we’re over that has there been any additional changes though now that appear to be on this side we’ll go ahead and oh this looks way new hey we got a bow we got some arrows we don’t even know what it’s enchanted with but it’s enchanted with something we also

Got jukebox and we have a lovely little disc to play now again i don’t think the sound is gonna yeah yeah the sound is not doing nothing okay we go play that music sorry i didn’t do anything but look at this we’re like now in a castle instead of it

Just leading out to a village and it appears as though we’ve got a couple different options namely we now have a nice little desert village to check out still still no mine carts anywhere where are the mine carts you expect me to do it come on now don’t play like that and

We’ve got a nice little desert villager explore because i believe that the desert village is this a desert village what is this what even is this what are you oh hello this is exciting oh and the old style looking dispensers with the lootings i’m gonna i’m gonna press this isn’t it

It shot it nice yo i’ll put it back in that thing shot far look at this boom that’s beautiful but what are you another disc yeah yeah whatever that appears to be it for the desert area i guess we can go ahead over here and see

What changed in the castle zone which it didn’t exist before in fact this honestly looks like an entirely new world like the swamp just starts to appear right there there’s no icy land anymore yes seriously what is up with this biome this is creepy looking all right let’s

See what is on the right side and then we’ll go in the castle ah yes the farm area of course and it looks as though the chests finally made their lovely change into the chest that we know them as today that open and close still no sound effects but it’s okay

Because we got bread now i assume this is where animals are supposed to hang out so you can feed them all right here oh and the beef it’s got the old texture with the the black outline i forgot it had that that’s insane this is such an

Old game but it’s time for the main castle segment where all the peasants live in the beyond oh and skeletons e hey stop that he bouncing around like going out of style good okay wow hey this is totally different hey don’t mind if i nice free drawbridge huh

Made out of the greatest of iron blocks it’s been a blocks music disc you’re useless you don’t make any sound in this version of minecraft what do you want me to do pretend can’t hear nothing stupid okay well what else we got huh we got some cauldrons we

Got a nice little crafting area finally we can turn this into bread been waiting for this moment yeah feed me baby four of them to be exact i’m eating it up now i’m curious i’m wondering if there’s something on the other side of this that i don’t know about let’s shoot an arrow

Through maybe we get something okay so it went all the way through do we go through do we do i’m gonna do it last just in case so we got one other room over here it looks like this is like just a study zone little study area we got enchantment enchantments enchantment i

Said enchantments finally added beautiful beautiful and what do we just enchant like yeah yeah yeah back when they used to cost a whole bunch of levels for essentially no reason oh i got a chest right here i’m breaking three on that guy so wait a second the bow has no enchantments on it

Yet the sword you can see what the enchantment is and on this you can see the enchantment is but the bow nothing what it’s just a little odd but we’re gonna go upstairs because who cares and that kind of rhymed all the time okay so here’s our nice little sleeping zone does this

What does this do does that do that was it does that uh i’m gonna keep you open just in case something like unlocked somewhere special but i don’t really know where that happened maybe this was it oh nether portal okay nice maybe we should do that guy last instead let’s see

What’s in here though another oh smite i’ll mess around with that that’s good okay close you you got anything else in this area no just the twin bed set okay we’re gonna see if the nether has anything special in it and it appears that we have been placed right by

Another fortress which is extremely convenient but we won’t be exploring right now because we got a little tutorial final area on this side uh just leaves the swamp all right let’s check out this little lava area this might have something good for us on the side it could just be

Trash but we’re gonna just try and bounce it yeah yeah alrighty guys tutorial world number four we’re in minecraft 1.3 0.1 and there’s been some actual changes in this version compared to the last version so check this out huh namely there’s a giant bridge leading to terrible presumably i don’t know it

Takes it somewhere but this is a fresh new exploration area gone the ways of the old chests with the small rivers piston blocks they’re all gone now baby you still got the half completed house i couldn’t tell you why once again gravel’s finally had its texture change

Things are looking up for this game known as minecraft hopefully it sticks around for a little bit huh hey that’s mimi i’m a mimi memes okay anyways i’m sorry i’ll shut up what do we have right here bow arrow jukebox music disc still for whatever reason no

Working sounds for any of this so i appreciate those with high fidelity headphones dealing with the fact that i got nothing let’s show them it’s a shame trust me i want sound effects for this too we got a fresh new village right here of course the minecraft logo still in full display

Doesn’t look like that’s changed too much fall damage is a real thing potions finally added apparently according to this tutorial world to the xbox version um again i don’t know exactly when the release date of these things was but pretty substantial potions big deal you now have fire resist you have healing

Abilities you’ve got all these crazy things that weren’t usually available in the game channing’s been changed the area you’re enchanting with ooh looks like bottles oh and channing are finally a part of the game as well and i’m not mistaken there’s lapis requirement no no lapis requirement just yet we could

Probably throw on a tool right here so we can get ourselves our hands on nice little enchantment okay we need a couple more levels let me get to level eight boom just like that we get to 10 maybe we’ll get a 10 just in case you see six this time how about

Let’s get to let’s try and get into channing of uh ten let me try for ten there we go yes my so presumably this is when jungle trees were added and then onto our left here we’ve got the farm it’s been located and relocated to the west side instead of on

The east side of the area there’s our jungles right over there baby and what do we have in this chest it might be different compared to what we were just not saying the two freshest additions to xbox were snow golem and presumably the iron golem they weren’t

Here up until this point now in the tutorial world is explained how it all works notice every tutorial world has like less to explain because like just more and more people were like learning about minecraft you don’t have to worry about how to make a furnace anymore

You’re now worried about how you make iron golems so interesting stuff huh up here is an empty room okay whatever what were we supposed to like live in the tutorial world or something i supposed to be an option i did see a basement down there we’ll go revisit the basement

I just want to get a nice little feel for this area because this is again most people’s introduction to minecraft in in the tutorial worlds wow this is like such a huge this is like a city town just a whole area of houses all surrounded in the castle look

Staircases didn’t work the right way they’re all just super ugly looking that’s awesome yo honestly this is like enormous in size where’s like the main building we’re still traveling upwards like it doesn’t end they all wow new worst new worst house just the bed spot come on dude where are you

Supposed to watch your television don’t even have tvs in minecraft uh not yet anyways yeah just exploring around it just looks like a whole bunch of buildings there’s nothing too crazy about any of the buildings just beds and lamps all over the place there pretty ugly carpet though gotta say not a fan

And what is this supposed to be like a hotel where’s the room service man i need my food it’s almost nighttime hopefully we can survive this fall because i wanted to show you some other areas of this wow this is so big look i’m not even in the basement yet where’s

Okay two more worlds here we are in world five and notice we’re in creative mode this time we start in creative mode we also start with a crafting table 64 more crafting tables and then a sword and a bone again i don’t know why still got the terrible house over here but now

We can at least fly around all the other versions did not have the creative mode working properly oh i got a little village over there too that’s nice okay again looks like there’s been some serious changes we now have uh this i don’t know if the stairs

Were there early or not can’t really tell you got some crafting worlds right around here lava little forge area hmm okay lava still looks like cheese it wasn’t changed to not look like cheese yet because you know that is a thing lava looking like cheese over here the

Farms have seen another change in how they’re being presented we’ve got again this must be like an animal pen or something over here’s all the farms we’ve got now our new boating area right down here okay why are all of these chests empty i’m so upset like just give me something to

Show off please and over here it doesn’t look as though too much has changed at least at face value oh we got some andrew chess this is fresh okay this one here before in the previous tutorial world other than that though yeah looks like a whole bunch of the same maybe

Slight changes yeah it looks like the uh it looks like the houses are now made of this like nice looking polished smooth sandstone instead of the uh the old version of sandstone so you know subtleties you know truly a lovely castle village thing what what even are you is that a cannon

They’ve got a cannon in the tutorial version they don’t even have this in regular java minecraft what are you even shooting at can you even shoot oh my gosh what is this dude what is this i feel like i’ve just happened across i’m not supposed to sing look at you a giant creeper

I like how the mast bigger than the boat wow this thing must jam across the water you got any special goodies somewhere hidden in no what kind of ship is this there’s no booty oh i just want the booty no booty hey this looks cool see that’s where we

Were a second ago but look at this this is like it like wow you really can’t see anything underwater but you all don’t need to because look a ravine it just leads to this gold all the gold in the world we got our booty the real question though is this still

Just a smite it’s not even here wow these worlds are getting worse and worse we got one more to show you though we’ll see how that works and lastly the final version and your boy’s got his skin back no less you all ready time to rumble oh

The final version this came out for minecraft 1.8 and what’s more we got our sounds back i’m walking around a bunch of things it’s making noise it’s really loud okay much better and as you can see the world has changed once more oh a little mushroom biome right here that’s cool

This is sweet world and the castle has changed in fact everything looks changed we’re gonna see what this final version looks like because this was the last tutorial to come out for the xbox edition check this out this might even be the most recent one did that what

Does that do did that did that deuce what is that now i gotta know what do you what are you linked to did that just do something so exciting that i gotta figure it out i can’t even see anymore oh hello bad where what does it lead to

Downhill the beacons are finally in play we got a nice little area over here for all the food you can spawn in wolves they got the spawn eggs finally added for this version of the tutorial world all your farms hanging out right over here again these are pens for you to

Store your animals in uh presumably got the beacon right here maybe you put something for the beacon i don’t really know we don’t have anything to power the beacon currently not a big deal over here is what anvil slash trash can slash furnace area i couldn’t tell you this is a nice little

Crafting zone i guess you would craft here i don’t know why you bring all your stuff over here to crap seems a little silly brewing area as well it’s all come together real nicely enchanting area two all the chests once again completely empty and what do you have in here

Ah looks like a whole bunch of nothing maybe a villager’s supposed to be here you got blue carpet and all the other wool carpet colors finally added in game and this is the little main village that you started hey i’m a fan now we’ll go

Ahead and take things over to i guess i want to see what’s in this cave okay cave appears to be mostly empty nothing too special a couple ores together it’s pretty much a cave yeah yeah it’s a cave so now we’ll follow the bridge over to the main castle area with

Its flag of waving and everything over here we’ve got a nice little sitting zone whatever and this is the meat of the area now we can fly around things go a little bit faster this way huh what is this just a little lookout zone there’s not even any room for furniture in here

The most random of purple carpets just placed sure i don’t get it i guess i don’t have to huh but now the real question is where do they keep the jukeboxes because now i want to play song they’re all empty so all the bedrooms they just have beds in the room

Makes sense now didn’t look like there’s been too many other changes to this castle seems pretty normal when compared to other castle types not too much special happening this is the this is the flower pot room sure oh this is cute the hoppers are supposed to be

Like chimneys it’s so fun seeing like what the poor peasant xbox people had to do for decorations while us java people were getting it going just right now what’s down here um secrets huh oh a little jail cell keep all your villagers that have bad trades um i could get behind that that’s

Good pretty comprehensive jail cell pretty not that good at catching criminals though there’s no one in any of these cells so but let’s see what’s in the nether well it appears as though there’s a whole bunch of nothing in the nether oh here’s like a back entrance to

The jail area this is not where we came from before wow that just takes you right to the front there in that lovely and that’s something else okay i like that that’s cool so that right down there takes you to the front there okay now in terms of

The world itself i’m pretty sure that’s kind of where it ends i mean there’s a village right here for you to presumably explore but it’s not really i don’t feel like it’s like attached to the tutorial world itself and the final thing that was changed is it looks as though the

Actual minecraft logo that appears at the top here has gotten some kind of fresh liquid paint it looks different from the other ones i may be misremembering i don’t exactly know but that’s okay because we got everything we needed out of these tutorial worlds that

Has been a look back if you will at what the minecraft tutorials used to look like on the xbox version of the game these never actually came out for jobs this is probably a new experience for some of you guys i’ve personally never seen these worlds before and i’m glad i
