Loony – Moving RARE mobs to a new museum room in Hardcore Minecraft

Hey guys you may have seen that i recently hunted for rare halloween mobs for 10 hours straight we found a ton of rare mobs in that video and today we’re building a museum room to store all of them before we can get to that i have to

Set up a pumpkin farm because they are part of the building palette for the room so let’s get started with preparations and before you know it we can collect all these rare halloween mobs in one cool place i think right over here this corner we have a pretty cool spot left for a

Melon slash pumpkin farm so let’s lay the foundation for it we got the main portion of the farm done we’re gonna put some glass around it and then see how it’s coming along if the rates are uh good enough or maybe we want to build a second tower next to it i’m thinking

That even though i want quite a lot for tomorrow i’m gonna stick with this i don’t think we want to go bigger because the question is are these resources that we’re gonna use a lot of later if not then we should probably go a little bit

Easy on making loads and loads and loads of the stuff the awesome thing with this pumpkin farm design is that it is actually moduled so what i’m doing is i’m stacking multiple layers of the same farm design on top of each other and i put all the collection down at the

Bottom with just a couple of extra hoppers you can completely stack this making a farm much more efficient but it’s still very compact because it fits into the same just about a chunk of how big the design is and we’ve got the whole thing encased i kept it a little

Bit open so we can still see what is going on in there but overall this is really cleanly built into that section that is now the slime farm and we can see that slowly this area under base is starting to fill up which is something

That i’ve been waiting for for a while i haven’t built any farms that i didn’t need but as we need more and more farms i kind of want to put as many of them together here as possible so that we have one big factory and when we go here

Uh we just built everything let’s see outer rates for the farmer so far this is um production while we were just walking around in the area as over a stack that is actually a really solid start i wasn’t expecting that much sack of pumpkins and then if

We grab all the melon slices and go to a crafting table we could uh make balance a few inches later about 42 that’s good because i wanted it to be pumpkin heavy i feel like pumpkins are a block that i’m gonna use more regularly than i would melons now the interesting thing

Here is that we um we currently have a little bit of a stack now i’m gonna need quite a few tomorrow and because of that i’m considering to um build one more of these right next to it let’s count if we have a room for it so technically these

Are two stacked melon and pumpkin farms now if i want to i can fit one more of them exactly one more over on this side and i’m inclined to do it because everything you do the second time goes a lot faster than it does first time and

If we want to use these as building blocks which is what i built the farm for it might be a good idea to build one more in the time that i uh i counted that we only got four pumpkins i think that means we’re gonna build one more of

These before tomorrow’s project let’s get it going right we finished the second part of the farm as well now let’s walk around i already picked up whatever i produced during construction on that side this thing looks cool um we i only made a mistake with the sea

Lantern line so i’m gonna have to continue that this guy’s just chilling don’t slime in the boat but i want to pick up this so far over the course of construction we already had one stack and here’s about four more stacks so we constructed the fireman over the time that construction

Took i got five stacks of pumpkins i think that is gonna do exactly what we need in terms of production for tomorrow’s project so on to the next step of preparation day two while we were building the pumpkin farm i also collected all of this from the slime

Farm now we are well aware this slime park is far from perfect it’s um it’s up set up in a way that the slime have a pretty long life cycle uh which is going to hurt the gunpowder farm a little bit but not that much actually because these slimes they were

Always in this corner we had a problem with slimes for a long long time now that problem is fixed and all the slimes that do spawn they do eventually die resulting in this which we’re later gonna use as building blocks so the slime barb is gonna serve us quite well

Over time we’re gonna decorate this hallway a little bit later but for right now i have to prepare for tomorrow’s project so back to business hello guys i’m at the loud place there’s lots of stuff going on around here because we need orange gold green i’m just gonna

Place it here and it’s to get a little louder but we’ll have lots of resources so what i’m going to do is i made a little tunnel a drop shaft of sorts that allows us to easily deposit mobs from the top of the ocean into the museum but

We need to transport them there what i’m going to do now is i’m going to make a little shelf that allows me to transport mobs even during the daytime because if we only get to do this at night it’s going to take a long long time so over

Here we find our dropship i can uh look down here there’s a little landing pad there and from there we’re gonna have to sort out the mobs so let’s start by building that leaf shelf all the way over to louisville we got the bridge so um

Let’s see if this works this here is first we’re gonna take so the plan is just boat under here oh my i guys i’m dumb you stupid these are pumpkin heads they don’t have any durability so you can just take them over there no problem as long as you’re halloween

Mobs so we’re gonna do the halloween mobs during the day and then at night time we can do golden uh baby zombies and all of that type of mobs but we can also use a bridge for that so i i guess it’s not a total waste all right we’re coming up

On the museum let’s uh see how this works gonna line it up properly otherwise the boat doesn’t fit drop down there and then here we can bring them straight to their parking spot i think this whole process is going to be a lot of fun before i do

Anything else i quickly want to light up oh skeletons are going to be nuisance during this whole process um but what i was saying is i want to light up the top of this thing at least for the time being we’re gonna have to clean this up

Later but for now i think this is the best move a few moments later mark the second one and that means we’re gonna go oh my armor wear is uh pretty high that means like every four mobs that we get we need to go and fix our armor at the gold farm

Crazy project this and we got another one we’re gonna eat some golden apples to use the resistance and minimize the armor wear because otherwise it’s going to slow us down a lot so one golden apple each trip should keep the resistance up hopefully that helps this happens if you don’t aim right oh

Shot right in park that one over there look at that which skeleton was that i think it’s this dude who’s gonna give us a ton of trouble let’s box him in for safety otherwise he’s gonna shoot us and that’s gonna destroy some of these boats let’s go get another one this guy’s uh

Pretty cool he’s got the uh enchanted leather armor going on this whole challenge was so intense that i totally forgot about what we captured so we’re kind of gonna rediscover the whole collection which should be fun oh no guys oh no oh no we gotta we got an issue we got an

Issue i need to fly out here so that dolphin these spawns and these spots it didn’t die okay it did not die it despawned it’s not the same thing this was mercy this dude somehow is very chill he only occasionally hits me pop chilling chilling chilling pop chill about chilling chilling

Most of them are are super vicious compared to this one i don’t know why but it’s chill i like it i just fixed my armor for the second time these mobs are crazy guys have a theory so apparently it is always a baby zombie that doesn’t hit me consistently

I’m thinking look at those tiny short arms they have to really stretch to reach me that must be it it is getting pretty crowded in here while i’m moving all of these guys around i’m thinking about how i’m going to design a room and i actually have a really interesting

Thing in mind but we are pretty far from done there’s a lot of uh guys over here as well so what i’m gonna do is i’m gonna finish getting over all the months from looney will park them here and then we’re gonna start sorting them out because not all

Of these moms are gonna go to the same place meanwhile it is time for trip number three to the gold farm to restore my armor take this piggy boys give me them xp orbs we need to mend everything this thing is so fast we’re almost done

One and two three and we are out here we go guys we’re gonna use the leaf ceiling this time here’s this little guy he’s gonna lose helmet durability as soon as the sun starts shining so we’re gonna stay under these leaves we can actually use the shadow kind of as a race track

Getting this mario kart vibes good old day i played that so much in my student dorm we had mario kart wii and uh i played that way more than i should have but it was so fun well this thing totally worked because this little guy still has a helmet which is awesome

We’re gonna park him here he’s uh he’s one of the best finds fifty percent enchanted our baby’s homie don’t see that long this one we’re gonna lose a little bit of durability while we get to the platform and then we’re gonna use that leaf bridge for cover this should

Work as long as we stay on track there are just two golden zombies left and then this guy most of the skeletons are lined up here there’s a couple skeletons one here or one here towards the back and then there’s a couple villagers but the villagers are going to stay in

Looneville if they’re not halloween villagers so we’re pretty much all set that means that i only have to do two zombies when night falls i’ll do the skeletons later because zombies and skeletons for time being they are not gonna mix that that’s gonna go all wrong

I need a name tag on every single mob so i’m gonna go to the old house where i have my librarian set up and i’m gonna buy as many name tags as i can get my hands on right at the very least i managed to get the rest of these guys in

Here safely especially this little man and these guys survived we have two cool iron ones two full chain ones and this dude over here he’s been pretty chill for the last couple of minutes now the next question is where am i gonna keep all of these guys

While i decorate the room around it i’m thinking we’re gonna move all of these guys over to that side build up the entire left side of the room and then put them in their display positions does that doesn’t sound somewhat acceptable it’s it’s actually this play position

And then after that we’re gonna do the right side of the room and we’re gonna get busy with skeletons and skeleton jockeys those are the trickiest to move so i want to have a little room over on this side if these guys figured out as well before we get around to doing that

I see that this guy still needs to be moved to the iron room and this dude over here he needs to get shot and then if we can get the hitbox of the boat here let’s get this little dude over here he’s regular gold right yeah we need to take

Him out of the museum this is some bad part this is not the best but it worked so he goes to gold boy’s room where i think i’ll just park him outside for now no that’s dumb i should park him inside right away all right let’s get him this

One is the first dude that goes into the section on the left he’s fast let’s put him in here nice that instantly worked awesome so back to the halloween guys over there so it was time to build up the foundation for the mall room and i chose to go for

Very big flat surfaces all around the room now this is a very square blocky shape that i usually don’t like so in the most important projects i will cover up these shapes later and make it a little bit more intricate but as collecting resources generally is much faster than actually placing down the

Blocks when you’re building i decided to go for a very quick foundation so i had something to build on top of and that might mean that i do some double layers of blocks where i built this foundation and then build another layer in front of

It so you don’t see the first block but generally doesn’t matter because if you can build big simple shapes it saves you a lot of time in the general process and with that workflow before i knew it i actually had the foundation for the room

That i wanted to build to store all the halloween mobs sometimes i heard the sound i heard the sound by brushing my way out so you know where because we’ve got a thunderstorm oh yes i was not in a formal mind for this just not thinking

About it at all oh we’re too high um i think this is everything i need that’ll do it oh no do we still have mobs here we do but not a lot gotta be real careful in case there’s anything still in boats that we don’t get rid of some valuable mobs that we

Want to take to the museum i kind of beat them did the storm finish oh man we did terrible here i was all over the place we got seven skulls that is not a lot but i’ll take it back to the museum we go guys i legitimately can’t handle it

Anymore the sounds are too nuts there’s too many slimes to get any progress done so we gotta cover the whole place in glass to stop them from spawning um empty glass barrel i need to go to the nether hub and smell some stand up later i always love visiting this place but

What we’re gonna do right now is honestly the best we are about to do one of the most satisfying things in minecraft and that is drop resources into the super smelter this is not going to be the final place where we drop it that’s going to be one

Level lower when we built the actual nether hub and down there you can see all of them laying on the pressure plate and that’s where they’re going to be picked up meanwhile we can just keep dropping them in right that thing down there is really really full but let’s

Check what is happening downstairs because that is the reason why this is so satisfying if we go down here we’re gonna see all these tuning back and forth and those are emptying out the sand which then goes into here now we can wait for the whole thing to sort out or

We can fast track it which i usually do my goodness it is so loud we can wait for oh we got one locked up one row of furnaces there and then oh that’s just one furnace that probably means that there’s no uh no sand in it right now that means

There’s no fuel in that one but that’s also it is what it is um we’ll fix that later now we can wait and pick it up out of the chest but if we go through these ones we’re gonna find quite a pile up and what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna

Take some of the resources from here because it goes into there really fast and then we’re gonna bring that back home and just get busy with construction and we’ll pick up the rest of the glass later because glass is something that we uh we need every now and again i already had a

Lot of black dye and storage so i made two shulkers of black stained glass which are these and i’m actually gonna make them black so uh later when we put them back in the chest we know which ones that is and with that back to the

Museum all right i’m just gonna seal in the floor for now and this might be temporary it might be semi-temporary we’ll reduce something a little bit later but for now i just feel like we got to do this to make this place workable because it’s been super

Frustrating to work in this room just because of the amount of slime chunks in this room the fact that we’re under the ocean and that most of the tunnels are lit up because i wanted to spawn proof for the heart of the sea guardian farm makes it so that it’s solid slime

Spawnier and it makes it just about impossible to get any progress down so we’re gonna fix that and then get back to that made a very simple bat design i love that that’s gonna fill it up so well nice let’s um go and make uh like a house and probably another tree over

Here i like that this place is coming along really well but as you see we have a zombie spawning here because i ran out of black carpet we need more carpet to spawn proof because this room is exceptionally dark so i have to put carpet on top of all

The full blocks like on top of these stairs on top of here we need carpet here i just put the last one and then here down below we need carpet as well so it’s time to get some uh some more wool dyed black and come back with black

Carpet actually had some wool left over so i made a second half and edge here and over here i can’t wait we’ll probably need them later on but for now i want to continue with this side of the room like using some black glass to make these

Clouds and fill up these big areas a little bit is definitely going to help get the look right because otherwise these uh orange surfaces are just too big let’s take a look and see how that works in the shade or so because it is really important that we get that right

This room is gonna look super nuts it’s gonna need some fine tuning because right now it is both too dark and too bright i quickly wanna see how it works in other shades but i i’m pretty certain oh my goodness i was going to say i’m

Pretty certain zeus is the one whoa what is this mirror effect i don’t know whether i like this a lot or whether it’s too much i think it’s a little bit of both the the one thing that stands out to me that i don’t really like is

This like edge of the reflection it just it’s very pixelated very weird if we can um fine tune the shaders a little bit where that looks slightly different we can uh reduce the scatter i think there has to be a way i’m gonna play around

With it for a moment okay i’m sure we can get a super wild picture with this but i’m not entirely sure whether this is the default shader i want to check one more oh this is ugly i do not like this at all but i also don’t like it for

This oh we also got to consider that the silver shaders they don’t look great in this room so the floor shines through whereas the shaders for this room are amazing so i think we’re gonna have to stick with shoes look at this glow squid so we’re gonna have to make it work in

This shader because we’re we’re gonna have this on most of the time if we get through here for now i see zombie creeping up on us which means there’s more carpet to be placed so let’s get back to work we are very very close to finishing the room but i still have to

Put a lot of mobs in there in our cages in their display cages where they’re going to be but we need levels so we’re raining pigmen to get to level 90 or so get some golden process and then then we go back and see how much work is

Actually left this is a magic massive massive massive project i think like the actual getting all the mobs sorted in the room has taken me more time than getting them and that was a 10 hour marathon this is spread out over a couple days but it has we’re getting there we’re getting there

111 gold blocks from essentially doing nothing i just had to drop by a couple times i am so so so glad that i finally got the storage for this sorted and spawn protein there are a bunch more mobs that still need their name tags so i grabbed a ton of comments

From this unlisted video that you can find in a community post and put them on 21 name tags that’ll do it for the room right now there’s a few details to add later because we still have to move the spider jockeys into position but for now
