Lord Dakr – Minecraft: Rohan Mages Guild Tutorial (Conquest Reforged Mod)

[Applause] Hi guys and welcome back to another minecraft tutorial so today we’re gonna be doing the Hamburg majors guild is in the Rohan style so the video probably cool Rohan mages guild even though obviously love rings wise they wouldn’t had a major skilled but it’s in the same

Kind of style a little bit more to Teredo so I’m in it a little bit more fancy than the the rest of the stars that we’ve got kind of going on in this this is gonna be the conquest mod version of it there is also gonna be a

Default version I’ll link them in the description though I expect the vanilla kind of combat you know normal default version will come out a couple days later so it might take a little while for that link to appear I’ll just give you guys a tour so you know what were

Actually doing we’ve been building the interior of this one on the live stream there was a couple bits where we did time lapses as well which were in those Hamburg videos such as the herb garden we go across the side but the idea of this and the functionality part of this

Was that the building itself obviously it was the mages guild but also the way that they get the money is by selling potions and medicines and things like that to the actual villager so we’ve got nice little kind of shop on this side so this is the whole shop part of it and

Then we got the actual guild part that goes into here so if we go in here we got a nice little entrance hall Tiber area where they can you know hang the coop and got a couple up with supplies we’ve got the main actual dining room

Here so actually see neat we’ve got Jeff the skull there that they’ve kept which my have been an old guild master that maybe perhaps had an accent with magic nice little kitchen area here very very simple the library we’ve got sila the witch scroll keeper of the actual library so nice simple library

Downstairs we do have a little bit of a basement which will be going over as well so in the basement we’ve got you know general stuff including a banner cage all this stuff a portal to a very secret place which we which we probably won’t put in and also they have got a

Pocket the condemned necromancer and rat Fingal he’s a compass which who’s going to possibly lay them out but yeah nice little simple kind of you know basement lair upstairs there is a study area here for the majors the majors that are in learning as well as a small alchemy

Station and through here we have the classroom so this is where they mostly learn about different spells or different elements and I kind of generally get their knowledge up then also we have down here’s we have the dormitories so this is the emergency bucket I’ll let you guys figure out what that’s for

But one you know the first dorm is in here and they’ve got a second dorm in here got the guild master there which is land rail she’s just wandering around aimlessly probably okay barging the other way okay so I’ll just go upstairs upstairs we’ve got Hedwig of course the owl the

Gigantic telescope which is where they you know do this day star gazing and trying to figure out what’s going on there the stars weird kind of storage area thing a couple of the high guild people for example these could be the professors so these are like registered

Majors or whatever I don’t know wait what I called them once I’ve done all their Wizarding exams and got a higher level so that we actually in here and we’ve got the guild masters quarters as well so it’s quite a big build it’s pretty reasonably sized it’s obviously

Not a huge huge majors guild but it’s pretty good or I think it’s pretty good as nice smaller one for this kind of Rohan style some more up hasn’t one peasant style so it’s not as not as grandiose as anything but else exterior wise it is you can see it’s quite it’s

Got kind of like Tudor type yeah Tudor type is can I inspire by to collect shooter type buildings and potentially could have a mage’s Tower attached onto the side of it which we might do we’re not sure yet from when whilst chatting to the guys on

The stream so anyway guys we’re going to jump over to a flat world and we’re gonna deconstruct this one and start to tutorial its let’s get into it alright so we’re here on my flat world which is why I’m going to be building all of my medieval tutorials in the compost mod

And this is the shape that we’re gonna be having this quite complicated and I don’t expect you guys to know this down but the reason I put this here so that you guys get an idea of the actual shape of the build itself it’s really difficult to tell when you when you’ve got

Building university that’s going up and got different sizes the engines part of it to the actual major part is on this side now we got the entrance to the Little Shop underneath on this side so what gonna do is gonna build up in stages I’m gonna do quite a few cuts as

I go and check on all of the bits of detail to make sure we don’t forget anything but should be too bad so I’ve used in the conquest mod is the oak beam so we’re gonna do is right on this chord I’m going to start right here and we’re

Gonna go three blocks up so one two three like that then we’re gonna count five blocks over so one two three four five and then we’re gonna go three blocks up again so one two three now we’re gonna do is going to actually start working our way up this is the

First little roof that we’ve got quite a lot of roofs on this one so build up just like that now if we go over to the side so this is the actual where I had the entrance part of it so we go three blocks one two three we’ve got this one

Right here again three blocks up and again we’re actually gonna do a little roof type thing going up here like this okay right now we’re gonna do is we are going to go from here you can see this extra blocks we’ve got much gonna grab a

Different type of wall I think cause I think that’ll make it show up a little bit better right here right behind this one we’re gonna have this block here then we’re gonna have this going up and this will actually go up a total of six blocks high so one one two three four

Five and six this is a part of the main hall so you can see that kind of angle that we got there with this extra block on the side like that and again from the top you can kind of see it there as well now what I’m gonna do is on this side

Here we’re gonna go across three blocks we got a mirror the other side here so we go one two and three so you’re just free block gap no you’re free blocks going up and we’re not gonna do a raised roof you could do if you wanted to but

Risen we’ve got that is just for the entrance then behind it directly behind it we actually get in here we actually get the six blocks one two three four five and six like that now at this these ones here the six we’re going to join these across that’s the main part of the

Main hole so you can see it’s kind of bit off angle exactly what we want now what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna have a couple different materials I’d like to use the mix between hewn stone tiles and also mix in some of the I think Stella might the pretty shorts dolomite to

Wherever it is there we go da Mike so we’re gonna do is just gonna fill this in on the bottom layer just have a one one brick layer of this and we can actually then start to vary it as well across these bits there we go just like that

You might want to for example raise up in the front here raise up a little bit there maybe have because the ground will go up a couple more blocks or something maybe have it inside like that I just have a couple extra ones in there then

Just switch out a couple blocks with the Dolomites just to vary eight so there we go we get someone like that next up what we’re gonna do is gonna put in the white wall just in this little section so if we grab kind of where it is in the

Conquest mod now if we grab it’s a white plaster there we go so what clean white plaster we’ll grab that one and we’ll grab the white plaster and we’re also gonna grab one of the stones which is direct so diorite it’s nice and white nice white stone it’s completely

Different to the dolomite type when we got there and I’m gonna use the white plaster as a base cuz I quite like it cuz it’s really messy so if we use that as the base just in there and then we just randomly switch in couple of the

Clean and a couple of rocks as well so we use the rocks to just kind of mess it up a little bit almost like it’s come off the rocks it’s gonna like stain them but it’s actually hasn’t actually come off that’s what we kind of use it for okay

So we just keep on building Chris here I was just double-checking to see if it goes across here it looks like it does go across this part so keep it again across there like that and also of course go from the entrance as well that

Use a little bit the clean one maybe if there got a rock there or something not there actually put it there instead that I’m gonna cut out this one as a door so we’ve got a nice little doorway there like that okie dokie so next up what we’re gonna

Do is gonna grab some patch with my one I actually use the brown thatch rather than anything else so let’s grab that put one there and then we’re just gonna work these around not on the top sorry only goes across it does go across the

Top but not on this part I don’t think I’ll have a look in a bit it’s but across the other side it might be easier so if we bring this straight across here and across this section here across this bit here yeah if we bring that around

And this goes across the back here like this there we go I don’t have a look at all we do in a second so there we go that’s just the rough roof we will also put in some white plaster pine this just to cover up

This bit here we go and we don’t need to on the other side which is good right so now grab some spruce wood it’s up to you if you’ll need to spruce with planks or if your knees the vertical ones I actually use the new ones on this if you’ll scrub the slabs

And stairs of this we’re at the front we can do an upside down stair they were just gonna bring our stairs going down on these and then on the other side as well and then underneath this one we put a slab and then bring this across and just

Bring it on to this one here we’ve got the actual beam from there for now I try and do this like I said in stages so we actually work on bits at a time putting your upside down stairs just to smooth out that and then on the front of this

One upside down stair there and bring those down on the side same on this side as well this is a bit difficult blade go get on in there now sit down upside down like that and then all gonna do on this corners we’re just gonna have a slab sticking out like that

It’s nice and simple then underneath this one will have an upside-down stair upside down stair upside down stair there and we’re just gonna switch this one up front upside down stair the reason being we are going to if we grab oak beam we’re gonna grab the actual oak

Beam that comes like texture from the oak beam and that sounds a bit weird but we’re gonna put that in actually never no we’re not gonna put that on it we’re actually gonna use I think oak opening pillars so your pillars or balls he’s even on these pillars I think I have

This going off up so this is just a bowl straight a little bit I think yeah and the same on this side as well where we go upside down stairs on these bits on that bit there there we go put that in there yeah key dokey so to do the flick

That we’ve been doing for Rohan all you need to do is onto that stair put one facing upwards so we got these like little points that makes that kind of X shape it’s really nice and the same on this one here and then bring your spruce

Wood slabs going across here and on top but not on top of the actual X and I’ll show you why I don’t I don’t like it that much if we jump around here if we put it on there I think it looks too chunky it doesn’t look as clean as in

Like an X so keep that there like that okay now I’m just zooming through some of my pitches I’ve got as reference we’re gonna grab some sort of some sort of pains needs the liked gray ones however I have been playing around with my shader pack far far too much and I’ve

Broken it so they always come up blue but usually it would be like grey for those ones it just it just happens that that’s the shine that’s happened if you also grab the wooden board that’s the yeah they’re kind like really good trapdoor that I think it’s in conquest

Just put them on either side of that there now then give you a nice little window and we can also put an off course door it’s up to you what kind of door you want to use it could have for example yeah the birch door might be a good one

Maybe to go in so then we at least get this tiny little bit we’ve got loads more to of course do so what we could also do on this part I think so I put in a slab on there as well I’ll double check that as well as we as we can like

Go on and start to expand it but what do is I’m going to build up for the next part this so this time we’re going to go up by four blocks on top of this one so one two three and four then bring that across one two three four five six seven

However many is I can’t remember and we’ll grab our white plaster and just fill this in like that okay and I’m making of course grab our variation blocks such as clear white plaster and also the diorite as well I’m exciting you can have less style right if you wanted to higher up

You go or you can have more I mean it’s totally up to you how Safari use the variation box as well definitely does help this is purely just to make it look a bit nice I think it makes it look nice so when you do this kind of stuff

Definitely I think it makes it look that it makes a lot more variated which is always a good thing okay cool so what we’re gonna do next if we go around to the side all do is we’re gonna work on the next bit so this interestingly goes forward straight away we’re actually

Gonna go over to this but we’re not gonna do this are sticking out but yet while doing so this from this main pillar they just built an account five blocks are one two three four five and then the six block we’re going to do a pillar so you’ve got basically got these

You know pillars and the or five blocks in between and the same thing here we’re gonna go up and do the exact same thing across here so I usually don’t count these bits because you’ve already laid out that and it’ll been and the same when we go onto the site as well

One two three four and then go across I do the same again where we count five blocks so one we go one two three four and five and a six block is that so if I block a fighter gap of five blocks so you get in the end so one two three four

Five okay so that goes across like that and again build that one up and we’re not gonna fill this in yet of course as you guys can see in the orange wall we’ve got a little bit going across here this is just gonna be I think this

Is two blocks so just go one two and then five blocks go across it’s just got one block gap if I’ve got across them just go one two like that very nice and simple now if we grab again a hewn stone we’re just going to do a little bit of

Stone stone laying really on this bit and again don’t worry about being exact if you can you can’t mess this up a bit okay it’s a rapid dolomite so it’s some of those out for dolomite it’s got a little bit of a mass around that bit there’s a look a little bit

More I think makes it look a bit eroded actually gonna go down there tweaked it a little bit I still don’t like it you have that there that there we go I’ll do so we get something like that then now for your white come like plaster again

You put it on top of these ones there and of course this wall goes all the way to the top and all the way up again in the next section and this section here and this one we’re gonna do some woodwork in a bit I’ll have to grab a

Better screenshot of that one in order to have to do it but we will have underneath it one layer at least of of a white plaster so put that in and also do some variation now it’s this one you can actually see it I think it’s too bright

In the shade it’s in the other side she didn’t really realize until til I kind of like chose to do it this way okay a couple of these just randomly around yeah like that and also our diorite as well and a couple of those don’t like

That I don’t know wife just done then sometimes happens I tried to very ate it and you just completely mess it up it does happen right it’s okay they’re covered down in this light bit down here especially in a stone it always looks really good if you don’t understand

Something like that would look good okay cool so if we now go around to this back piece trying at this right I think this is this one’s going up by four blocks in total one two three and four I’m pretty sure it does and I think it actually

Goes up like this I might have to double check that but I’m pretty sure that’s what happens so I’ll have a look at that so we literally from that block there two blocks over then put a post going up by four blocks and then bring it Haven

Over a cross then next we’re going to do is we’re gonna go across by seven blocks so one two three four five six seven and then the eighth block so the seven block gap here we do the same here and we run across but and then two blocks going in

On this way so move it into this pot to box in what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna go up to the same height as this one so one two two three four five six join that across let’s pull this all the way across like that and I do the same

Where we have this kind of like going up that and then we’re gonna do is we’re actually gonna go one two three four and five they’ll get the same kind of thing actually I don’t think we put in a beam on this one I might have to check to see

If we actually do per beam in that one or not might leave it for now I think we will leave it for now so I’ll do is I’ll go and grab another load of screenshots and then we can kind of work on to the next bit but the idea will be that we

Kind of build up the majority of this structure wise so we got the whole structure done and then we can do all the details okay so now I’ve a whole load of screenshots we’re ready to go into the next bit so one minor change on the back here we don’t actually have a

Beam going across but it is the right height so if we just put two blocks down here I built up this is the back of the what I used for the library you have comic books like that you know put one up laughs why not a bit more stony and if

Grab the Dolomites as well switch this in a couple of these blocks maybe there we go so now that’ll do and also this backpack as well actually he let’s put that in to free now we don’t actually build the ever ever one here we actually use this small space

That we’ve got here in order to build the stairway which does make kind of sense because we said maximize in that space that we got which is always good there we go so if you have someone like that doubt deep what we will do of course however is go across by you know

Up five gonna process that one you know one two three four one five like that and then go up so actually put this dough in it’s just that I don’t think we actually have the beam there we can actually now you can actually put a beam

In we can put a beam in just realize that it’s cuz I’ve got another wall but I thought that didn’t exist but it does so there we go if you bring that across then least we’ve got this partner we go one two three four during this across to

Make a big box like this there we go so bring that like that’s ok cool so as you can see with this this side part here is a bit weird we got those three blocks there you can see this bit where we can or two we’ve actually gotten this side we’ve

Got ignore one so if we now put down put bound down a little bit of stone like that I got one block on that side now if we build up the plaster on this part they’re just going up on that wall the upper part we will actually leave I

Think for now here gonna leave that bit this lower part however we can actually build up like that bit there and of course in these sides as well knees and on the side here but up grab you’ll clean my plaster such a couple of these in here as well as do oops

Not that bit do not want to do that bit there we go switch these out in here oh this side there you go that grab a bit Dom I switched in a bit dolomite as well because we can you get on that and put in a little bit down here to make a

Little bit my shop I just think it’s a really good transition block the dolomite just by mixing it in it just it just seems to work really well especially down here you can see the stone and he can see actual bits of stone in there as well which I think

Just just kind of like finishes it off really right so next bit what we’re gonna do I’m gonna come around the side you know this weird little security bit that we’ve made are actually gonna grab I can’t record I think it’s cool wall of spruce logs that’s the one of spruce

Slopes that’s long ago grab we’re gonna grab the slab version of that here we go and we’re gonna do is we’re gonna have slabs going to say I think this goes up one more yeah this moves up one more so put that white plastic on across there

And all the sides and then what we’re gonna do is we’re just gonna have slabs on here cut across not gonna stick over though you’re also gonna have slabs on top like that and then we’re gonna have a lock their blocks there and then slabs in between like that so yeah that’s what

We get end up game oh it’s pretty good I think it’s nice and nice and simple and we can also if you want to put in a little window think I had mine on the side pretty sure I have mine on the side here and if we grab again the wooden

Wouldn’t bought I think it is there we go wooden board yeah and do is gonna shove a block in here put it’s on the side as if it’s open and we can also put in some smoke or some steam steam is what I was actually thinking but I’m still used to

Calling it smoke even though it’s got name now so we’ll have that there on the side or have it there or you know there or even both have one on there as well if we want to we could of course put a pie or cake or you know anything really

Let’s put some apple pie on there put some apple pie which is on the windowsill and it’s actually you know out there to cool down so something like that would definitely work okay so next up what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna make another window grab this inside

Here and not that one at the window like grey a stained glass pane and on this side here what we’re gonna do we’re actually gonna go on till on the sizes offer off angle slightly we’re gonna go one block down from here cut out two

Windows and put that in there I just put the board’s on either side really really simple super simple window but that want to be in there and then if we work on to love it more data we’ll grab the brown thatch spruce wood stairs and things

Like that and we’re just going to just do this back part here so if we put the brown thatch on top and go across we’re gonna bury all of the thatch in one go I think it took us ages but it’s definitely worth it so we gonna put that

In there put your stairs going up so stairs building up to here and then I have the slabs going around the outside underneath that and then stairs going up upside down stairs as well and the other thing we’re gonna have is actually and outside on stair going this way like that so there

They’re there as well just like that now we’re also gonna do we actually gonna have a upside down stair here and I’m gonna bring our wooden slabs going all the way across the end here and then wherever we’ve got the beam matching we’re gonna have an upside-down stair so

I put this one in here so would have just been that but it’s got this is a nice little ledge which we can then use first some minor detailing and things like that so if we get on to the next bit just trying to find all my pictures

I’ve got loads and loads of reference reference pictures if we go to the front of the build what we’re gonna do is going to go forwards and up by two blocks like this okay and I’m just gonna have to zoom through to find the right

Picture that I’ve got for it there we go okay then we got to go over by leave one block and go up by two books by two books and by two two blocks like this pretty game pretty much given this kind of like structured pattern in a way and

Then in between each of these we’re just gonna make our way up like this so same on the other side so they’ve built a way up like that there we go so that’s what we get so it’s pushed forwards which obviously makes it a bigger space inside

But also adds a little bit more depth into it so I did the same on the other side here of course here and here and of course on the other side as well and the same exact thing where we’re building up on each side and just like bringing this

All the way up so we’ve got to do that on that side as well which is always good there we go so it’s book that’s up with ya and here and then here there we go okay so white plaster in the middle of these you guessed it you know it’s

Gonna be white plaster you can of course use other blocks as well if you want to make this more muddy and more I know rural or awesome another there is a load of other textures you can use such as the like the different plays are not in

Really different place oh my god we’ve got all these refined ones you could use yellow for example the you know cheater one or dark cheater or the mud tutor I can actually really like I really really like that one and you can mix that one in with other materials as well like the

Hardened clay I think it is looks really a hardened clay that’s really good with that surprisingly it’s really really cool there we go mix all that in you know it’s on try get again get the right pictures for actually building this it’s really difficult it’s not a simple build

So we’re gonna do then is we are you gonna join this going across so if we just join this gun it all the way across from nano will start to chip into it and everything just put it all the way across they probably built that one up there

But that’s pretty much straight across okay so we now could be onto the balcony which it’s not the easiest thing in the world but we could do it I hope first what we’ll do is we’ll grab a light I can like stained windows will actually

Put these in so on the top what we’ve got actually actually on the bottom down here first we got two little windows so we’ve got one right here and we got one on the other side and we’re just gonna use wooden shutters instead so this is

The it’s a really cool texture which I absolutely love in the pack a wooden shutters so grab that shut that on the front of it punch it in and then punch it out and the simile was like put it in punch in punch it out like that to get

It to look like it’s stuck on the end of the building and then upper part as well we’re gonna do just go and one down from this white one to leave this one white go down and cut two windows in here cuz we’ve got obviously big windows put

Those in and you guessed it wooden shutters again shut those on punch them in go inside them punch them out punch them out punch me out punch him out like that and then it looks like I stuck on that’s awesome obviously the minute this doesn’t look

Like it but we’re gonna detail if we grab the wolf spruce logs slab if we then grab the wooden staircases with it don’t gonna do underneath each of these is gonna put the wooden staircase the staircase wooden staircase when staircase wouldn’t a staircase and we’re also going to grab the wall of spruce

Logs trap door I’m just gonna put that underneath like that so that’s just nice little bit to kind of move it how we can actually just straight away run over to the other side and shove this in obviously and same with the trapdoors let’s very 8 blocked I mean it’s just

Very this not die right not very eight it let’s just fill this in now we’re gonna fill in this bit right here I’m pretty sure on mine I just ended up having a complete wall because I was looking at it on the inside and I just think yeah I think I

Just went with a wall with that bit because it just didn’t look right if I tried to do anything else with it we do the exact same thing with the window so we have window there window there punch it through punch it through wooden shutters and

Then try to figure out a way to punch you free I think you have to step into the window something like that that’ll do let me get something like that I will do these two windows so again in the middle tips down two blocks down window window and wooden shutters punch him

Right the way through through that punch him back trying to get stuck there we go I get that so there’s art there’s like window type stuff which I think it’s pretty good okie dokie right so let’s quickly just fill in this side but here we are going to end up editing this

Quite a bit but for now this will work you know that’s why we’ve got D of C D upper floor a little bit more a little bit different I think definitely and of course you guys could then fit on the floors if you want to kind of out to you

If you want to want to do that I’ll do like a tour at the end of the mages guild and give you a really good view around but I basically used the mix between the Oakwood platform which is really I love the lovers block wherever it is I can’t even see it Oakwood

Platform and also the dark this dark oak planks pretty sure it’s dark oak planks or something like that I think it’s called but I know it’s not that dark oak planks I think there’s another one isn’t there maybe not I can’t find it always dark wood planks I think might be called

Dark wood planks yes dark wood planks is called sorry guys so these are the two materials I actually use for my floors and it’s pretty much like your standard kind of Minecraft stuff where you you know go across these bits I just use stairs Absalon stairs as you saw in the

Time-lapse and not so much the live streams because if you guys want to watch those I have got the entire interior being done on time like on a live stream sorry a bit long win but it’s pretty much that to get your flaws in you’ve got a bigger floor downstairs

A small floor up here and then you’ve got the top floor just a little bit more cramped but I think still works so anyway right let’s go on to the side D to Ashley’s come to the front details first let’s just finish this up because it’s pretty simple we’re gonna grab that

Oak beam pillar I’m actually gonna get the beam version of it okay this will make it a little bit more Tudor so on each these sides or gonna do is gonna build this up to here then I’m right next to it also gonna put one next to it

And on either side of this let’s see what we’re doing now making like that checkered pattern going on and with this one we’re also going to build up I’m pretty sure pretty pretty sure that we end up having to do something with thee with this up top so maybe we all

Leave the up top bit I think I’ll just build up a couple blocks so we’ve got the block there but won’t go too far of it because I can’t really remember what goes on with that so that same on the other side as well you can’t see what it does it just it

Just ends up making it look a little bit more cut up a bit more Tudor I think it makes a little lot better just kind of frames it just just a tad so I’m happy with it I built this going down she’s I’m going up as well there you go

Okay so if we get on to let’s go on to the other side windows on this side and again or do is we’ll grab the light grace stained glass pane and also the wooden shutters again and right onto this side okay we are going to need the

Wooden staircase and we’re also going to need wouldn’t wolf spruce logs stairs as a mouthful what we’re going to do here is right in between this middle part we’re going to put an upside-down stair here so I go either so that leave a block put one you’ve got cut ones this

Is for the base of the actual balcony that we’ve got for for the big telescope type thing to go on right also grab a block on each of these put a block on top of it and on the front of these put a stair okay also gonna need the slab

Version of the wall of spruce logs and we’re just going to bring that forwards and I’ve just realised nope don’t really bring that forwards we also need to get the stair and put a stair and behind these and then have a slab just on the

Front of it that’s what we need just so it gives that lover extra depth so that is gonna be the kite sticking out a bit okay grab your spiritual slat spruce logs slab spruce wood slab sorry guys spruce wood slab it’s too many spruce II things I don’t see a stair and we’re

Just gonna basically do the same as we got down here so we just bring this gonna cross then we would bring it to this point at Point here put in an upside down stare same on the other side of this just to join it all up it’s more of a like a

Detailee type thing rather than anything else until right so the windows we’re gonna do is gonna put in a window their window their window there and window this we got loads of windows on this top level you know let a lot of light in this to the classroom else isn’t to that

Study area we’re gonna put in our wooden shutters as well punch them punch them punch them punch them and then punch them back out again punch back out punch it back out and punch it back out they go cool like that grab that oak beam and

We’re gonna build the oak beam going up and gonna do exactly the same as we did before we have this going up on these sides and I see why we’ve got this stair here it just kind of joins in quite nicely I think there’s other bits and

We’re going to go up by 5 so 1 2 3 4 & 5 it’s actually one lower than the other side we’re then gonna go across by 5 1 2 3 4 5 and then build a pillar as well at that so this the other side as well

Basically the same where we had this have this wall now we’re gonna have a pillar so 1 2 3 4 & 5 and then bring this across by 5 1 2 3 4 & 5 like that build that pillar up like that so that’s pretty good what can actually do as well

If we grab grab the hewn stone tiles and also of course our other can like dolemite for variation if we grab those that’s pretty bad variation there from me put that in there we also put on the other side as well the reason be and this is the I don’t

Know what you call it I guess that kind of road that goes underneath this building that bit SAP it don’t know what it’s called but then we go have that there go around to the back of this one it’s just a little bit easier so if go

Across here we go across by 5 so 1 2 3 4 5 and build this up that and then we go across by five one two three four five and then build a pillar coming up just like that also gonna have this pillar going across to

Get the economic shape for it from so I’ll put this do this a little bit differently we’re gonna put a beam blocking and the beams them have three blocks here really a big window and with this window we actually have the wooden boards rather than the wooden shutters

So put these on the sides of this here so lots and lots of light to coming in so as good also means that like white it with the interior of course as I put up curtains which look really good in the conquest that’ll love them and like

Absolutely great there we go so that’s what we get there we’re gonna do as well obviously plaster on this part here and we’re also going to go up with this one so we are going to build this one up so one two three four like that and I’m not

About here some love this yeah had a couple of spruce with trap doors actually I need them there we have put them there I was Pittman there where I had the hanging baskets it’s totally up to you this is just me trying to tow adding the extra bits of detail and principle so

That and then to put in these like hanging flowers just like over the doorway here and then using the beams on sites of these have this going ups here and it’s up to you if you wanted it like that or just right on the side like that

Eve way kind of works right so if we grab the window and we’re gonna grab wooden shutters or do is right in the middle of this put your window in put your wooden shutters on and punch it like that like you don’t we do okay then what go have whoops then we’re gonna

Have it’s going to have our spruce wood around the sides like this visit with your slabs they’ll convert a couple of these slabs to stairs and those two are just gonna be this one and this one and then we use the beams to just go down on

Here it lines up with that trapdoor like I think it looks kind of good because it’s kind of like off a little bit it just breaks up the the white obviously we need to vary all of this white I’ve gotten people kind of been ignoring it kind of important but I’m purposely so

That’s fine so if you don’t cut out this beam here we’re then gonna fill this in like this and they’ll be just some patch on top so just kind of throw five thatch roughly on top of it really really horrible but just kind of like a placeholder really like that okay so

What else we’ve got I think we’ve got around the back to do so I think we put in the windows in half we don’t put them in yet now so just on the back here same place one there one there put those in and I get your shutters on and punch them obviously Like that punishment free hello that’s good oh we actually do pretty much nothing with this wall I think’s because I’m gonna end up adding semester details in my world like I always do an update if I do the wait the wizards tower majors tower kind of thing one side I

Can always do an update to this tutorial I can always do that right so let’s go in a little bit detail or outline of these so if we just put our stairs on upside down stair stair stair then we’re gonna have a one underneath that and then one underneath that like that yeah

Of thing on their boots labs in that and bring them around you go and to the stair stair or sit down stair stair stair slabs as well pickups upside down stairs and these ones put your X in your maze annex and put that in there right

Upstart stairs hope beams go down I beams go up local beams go down we have beams going up on this part and then we’re gonna flick that out at the end here and while you can have upside down stairs on these bits so go get your beams going there and I’m just gonna

Have them sticking out this time same on the other side of course so how could you do it any differently on basically a mirror side have this button there we go so get back there and we get that there and I think with these ones exact same

Thing where we have these going up we’re just going up straight and then put these in here like that there we go it’s starting to really look good now it’s nice to come together okay so what else have we got to do let’s just flip through all these pictures don’t think

We’ve got so much more to do actually on this we’re doing pretty good definitely looking pretty good okay so everything we can do Oh yep window window on this side two blocks can’t cut out and they put window in and I can’t move why put on

The side of this weirdly I have not detailed it on mine so I’ve totally forgotten the detail parts of this on this side of things because I was planning on coming back to it now don’t have a window up here but you could technically if you wanted to have a

Window up here or you can just keep that wall completely flat and again you’d even bring this down all the way I think that’d be a good idea to actually bring that one down and that one down even I don’t place it anywhere we stupid to the same with that one

Maybe as well so ago that all looks good and bring that one down as well oh so it can be pretty plain make sure to vary everything of course so but you die right you’ve got clean white plaster other minute we haven’t done that at all

So if we just put in a couple of these everywhere it should look a lot better knowing it does anyway okay tire right as well die right in there die right all over the place what horrible name for a stain and there you have one up there or

Something on it like wherever obviously can use worldedit to do this as well if you wanted to do some brushes around that’s what I do it just get a good brush and stick with it really it’s the it’s nice way of doing it you put that

Up there I know we haven’t done all this pot here either but just you know that’s up to you guys to like you know do all your variations and things like that because there’s not too much point me going over in a tutorial right so there

We go that is the base build we’re gonna do something briefing now I gotta sort out of roof it’s not gonna take very long so you get your brown thatch and you get a couple variations like the stair slab and also your trapdoor and all going to basically do is move this

Out so for example going to put in an extra slab there we go never stare here whip these around and you make it really rear andum if you’ve done any of this before you’ll know exactly what you’re doing with this so there we go just like that just just

Just randomize it and don’t be afraid to put bits of thatch and things on top of other bits so what I usually do if I’ve got a big straight bit like this I will actually raise up this side of it and I might actually even do something like

This where I extend it out quite a bit and then I’ll end up cutting in as well on these sites like that and then we can actually do like a little bit of chunky here as well get a bit like that you can around there and just go wild on it

Really on the roof trapdoors are really good for just raising up and lowering things just like a tiny little bit but it’s basically variation it’s your friend so it’s all about very eating it without actually changing too much okay so you can put like blocks down there

Which as soon as you per slab on that multiplier looks really cool even though it’s on top of the wood it just makes the roof look a lot better I think it does anyway does it look awesome but that’s just me you pretty much go around doing that to

Most the build and that will of course vary eat it quite a lot and pretty much do that all the way across you know that I’m not gonna go over load I know I went over it with the granary but I think cuz this is quite a big bigger one I think

You guys get the point because you can go from a very very straight roof to a very very ated looking roof really quickly I love the messy roofs absolutely love them and the best thing is if you don’t if you’re literally just switching out blocks like this or adding

Blocks the inside of it as you guys will see through this entrance the inside of it is still completely straight so there’s nothing that has changed at all even if I’ve added blocks onto it I’ve actually not removed the ones behind it and it means that the roof is really all

The ceiling should I say it’s really easy so it looks really standard so it looks like it was actually built properly it’s just that they’ve gonna love to thatch onto it you know there’s been a leak so they’ve start to put more onto it fall down or something are they something

Like that has happened over the time of course you can put all your birds and things on this because you could put like a pigeon or whatever or whatever doesn’t have to be a pigeon don’t watch the pigeon you know you could have pigeons that I just hanging out and

Everything including up here and just with these ones you know obviously add onto these and variates and everything you know just go around I can show you that very very quickly so I think that’s what we’ll do but that is it for the actual tutorial part of it

Situated it in my town so it’s on my main road it does have the herb garden attached to it which is obviously on the hill so we’ve got that kind of you know sloping down have gotten itself is just a collection of loaded flowers got some

Stone walls going in and we’ve also got the wattle fantasy fantasy texture fence there’s two different styles of the water fence now one of them is this fancy 3d thing which I think she looks great looks almost too too good I think but yeah all I’ve done is just do done

With different layers a little perhaps and mix it in some different materials to make that I think that’s pretty good though and of course at the front we’ve got is their little shop so I’ve got a couple of things on display like potion telescope the Sun in trying to sell this

Terrible urn which does absolutely nothing but they’re trying to sell it to anyone as well as this weird just water in a jug and we’ve got an insight here we’ve got a couple of little shelves in there to office Lee pull this all in I’ve got the actual shop side of it

Which I want done for the shop like I said the arch we’ve got going across here I’ve got a ladder on the side here the idea being this hood earth and slide across the floor sitting it to some of those books so they’re selling books and scrolls and some books that falling out

But this old wizard as you can see is staring against the wall so he’s not really paying attention a couple of little bits and bobs around here such as there would be something in a cage that be selling maybe that weird weird magical creatures or dust or something

That’s really valuable and like typical kind of like shelf type things we’ve got some tobacco’s selling as well it’s got a like ledger type thing here and the back he’s just got a load of shelves loads looser shelves just going on we have Al’s and Pekka who we named on

One of the streams so he lost a nice simple thing and then he has his back door to the actual herb garden itself so we can go out and go out get some fresh herbs if he needs to if he wants to actually I guess or if somebody’s bringing in some fresh herbs

You’ve got durian so good so that’s that part that’s the whole separate pot there is this cart which I’ve taken from Darwin reforged there was a an elf elven plot competition type thing and this this cart was just awesome so I’ve actually just kind of

Like borrowed that and just put it in I think it looks amazing this would be like a load of magical item type stuff that’s come on come by by a carts and they’ve just brought it over here and you know it’s for a delivery and they’ve

Kept out of the rain by keeping it underneath this thing that’s all I’m really done with that if we go on the inside now so this is the actual mages guild so this pub first part is I just like like a low entrance where you’ve got a couple bits of stores literally

The the entire you know that entire free 3×5 section or whatever is got five so five by seven section I pretty much just separate it off so the wall behind it is the log here that’s what the log is now just uh you know put an archway in there using the

Arches that we go and Congress modern also the trapdoors on each of the sides matching the trap to over whatever the block is behind it so you’ve got a die right in there as well so I think that looks really really cool wood I’ve got some cloaks as well and yeah not too

Much in there you know cabbage in this part I’ve separated out into a natural kind of like eating hole and that beam that we’ve got in there that one that goes up that’s where I’ve actually used as the separator so that’s the actual separator part of it yeah this side of

Course we got the actual dining room pretty simple we’ve got a nice little skull that’s gonna be a guild master we’ll put a story to that guys you know used to be the guild master and he blew himself up with magic or turned into a skeleton for like I know seven days and

Then he died I know we could have something weird like that so he was actually talking for a while or just like telling himself into a skeleton then one day he just he stopped talking and maybe we could have it like that I’ll be a weird story anyway I digress

Um see a nice little table around here we got the kitchen part of here well there you go there’s one of the NPC’s walking around which I’ve got in the world small kitchen this is where I’ve got the bit of bread which is going on a bit just nice nicely

Separated using lots of the different textures and vertical slabs and things that we’ve got in here and then of course blocking them up as well using trapdoors to kind of create that that can like you know pushing the edge type of thing got on she really wants to go

In the kitchen isn’t she she kept walking in and out but puff him out there’s not too much else Ernest has been held up by a bit of rope as well – can I support it it’s all set it’s a bit wonky you know and random stuff and

Shelves random stuff in shelves is always good since I’m in the savanna biome for the rohan style stuff the ferns look really kind of dried out so that’s why I’ve gone with that so it’s like weird dried out plant that they’re not really too sure how to grow

It maybe some weird herb of some kind the library is at the back here and I’ve used the floating books quite heavily so these are awesome they’re basically the this style you know the chantin book type thing and chanting table it’s basically that just with the book style

Of it so it means you can get some of these close they open up I just think it’s great amazing they’re like creativity from monster fish fur for actually thinking about even doing that in the first place back of the metadatadate it’s brilliant but pretty simple we’ve got the ladder of

Course on it and I’ve tried to make it a little like it’s and slide on this didn’t do that in the other one just cuz I think it didn’t look right whereas this one was quite big I think it kind of needed something to what’s going on

And it’s also got a little archway as well going over the top of it into that expansion partly the extension so that was just a way to go between these different types of woods into the blue roof kind of wood type thing and use that beam but not really too much going

On here just just using it’s just books it’s just books now something that we didn’t do in the tutorial was the downstairs area I will show it to you as you can see like I said I was using those two blocks for stairs so it’s pretty much like you just go straight

Down the stairs a couple stairs and then go down a couple more all I’ve done here is a couple of archways and built everything into archways using the vertical slab so all of these are vertical slabs going across here so it kind of pushes everything off in an

Angle I think which I kind of kind of like so just got its like area here where it’s pretty much just one two three four five blocks on the inside wall going in and then five blocks go on there and it’s just pushed back into these recesses and then using those

Resources to fill it with stuff such as a bat in a cage kind of random but you could have like jars of weird stuff in this case I think this is X and this is X or mushrooms or something and cabbage that’s pretty much I think sex and

Cabbage or that we decided with them having their staple diet as a cabbage which is pretty horrible some onions and they forgot about as well out there awesome garlic maybe they could be garlic or something crates in the side cuz wood stored underneath as well as

The towel rack because I love the towel rack now I found it I didn’t know existed before some of the jars you can’t really find those you can like search them make you find that way over here we’ve got a kind of like a portal type thing because it fits with the law

Again it’s not really a tutorial specific but there is a portal and it looks better when I haven’t messed up the shaders shaders that I haven’t messed with the it’s better with this it is a bit blue anyway uh the back here we got a little alchemy station type thing just fitting

In with this again you can see where the vertical slabs come in and it means that you get this like really nice clean cut I think around the edge of it so that’s why I’ve got this we’ve got a mortar and pestle here which is just a plant pot

And add some other jars of weird stuff and then we have the actual cage in the back here and there’s a do to the stream and a whole storyline that we kind of made on there so got pocket Phoenix here who is a condemned necromancer it’s been

Roof is I’ve actually got full planks and I’ve used slabs instead so I’ve done it the opposite way around usually I have slabs and then use the planks as the main beam of the other way around because I went a bit deeper with the ground because this post is huge so do

The next floor up in this area here I have got a small study area it’s more alchemy 8 station and they go to see the guild master just wandering around loved customer NPCs but they really do ponder when um I’m wandering over here we’ve got a couple things just hanging up as

You can see they’ve got some notes going across the glass it’s cuz I put the windows in after I’ve done that but that’s fine and it here yeah we just got a simple globe classroom so they actually have to sit down just using these desks to get the wooden desks actually worked

Perfectly in here in life I didn’t actually like them before actually didn’t like them before by now like them it’s all cuz they really work with this so all of that and she’s using the big black slab trapdoor and also the black big black inscribed slab trapdoor

We go down now I’ve got a step going down because cuz we have got that going down see this like little recess area here we’ve got as a hallway we’ve also got the emergency bucket and I’ll let you guys figure out what that’s for if you watch the streams you’ll know

Actually used this as a recess so I actually use the trapdoor that we had in there it’s create this little recess to put in you know this little shelf and a little little bottle of potion or ever a couple beds in here though a couple things on there I got some books got

Some just stuff in general is everywhere which is always one of the good things to do the door oh I pinged off the door earlier sorry yeah that’s me I did I did that pinged off the door and then in here what we have is another

Dorm again yeah using like the for that for that kind of area here to cover it up using the archways that work perfectly small desk these are like the slightly older students I guess there’s three of them in here because they each time there’s a exam there’s usually less

Them maybe maybe it’s that the either they give up or they they end up blown themselves up or something I don’t know see if I go upstairs we get again a small little bit of storage over there where we got that window I think that

Window is kind of a bit wasted but it kind of works got a telescope that we built because earlier in here we’ve got the teachers so we’ve got a couple of teachers that are living in here in their own ones or like more senior students that are still studying

Underneath the guild master but they that can I have to pass on the knowledge as well as part of their their journey I guess so there we go we’ve got a couple note smaller room in here but I’ll try to make it a little bit fancier now they

Got an emergency bucket of their own and then the guild masters quarters what I’ve tried to do to make it feel more like a guild masters quarters is obviously we got the double bed but color the carpet I didn’t use anywhere else no carpet at all so the only instantly

We get here we have is a bit of color with the purple with blue and also with the green as well so it’s all a little bit different and I think that really works again emergency bucket got some cheese because obviously cheese makes have weird dreams and so does

These weird potions that are brewing up but that we had ketchup so they’ve got and some water there just in case they need it yeah but nice and simple I quite like this little bookcase actually with my shelf on on there yeah I think that’s pretty much it guys um yeah it’s
