think is pretty quick for a casual speedrun yeah And basically I told I told Gail like all right like I’ll try to beat your record right so now I have to I have to beat that record so we’re going to be practicing for that yeah are you going to do like test runs before you do a Stream of it prob probably yeah oh really yeah cuzz I’ve never I’ve never really tried to beat the game before it’s really really fun actually like the whole journey is kind of like it’s like watching an episode of Lord of the not an episode sorry one of the Lord Of the Ring movies you know yeah it’s like the the whole journey no I know wait but did you like actually do like things like speedrun strats or do you just try to beat the game the way you know just beat it the way I know I didn’t do any speedrun yeah I found like U I think it was like 20 something diamonds so I Was able to make armor and a couple of tools to like really help me out with the the dragon flight but you really don’t need them um that was completely like superficial yeah um it’s totally possible it’s just doing with iron oh yeah I know that I I like watching Speedruns I just never really like you know tried yeah cuz I know you you’d Ace them if you did I don’t think I do like any of the hard like speedrun things like you know Finding fions and fortresses although I probably do need to find a fortress right uh yeah so you Yeah wait um let me think like how do you find yeah to get blaze rods I’m pretty sure you have to go to a fortress I’m trying to think if there’s any other Alternatives cuz I I don’t know if you knew but there’s a Bastion right next to Us there is but bastions don’t have blazes yeah they don’t they have a lot of gold you have a lot of gold but um the bastion’s unnecessary for the speedrun true it can give you loot um to help you beat the dragon if you wanted To yeah but what you really need is the blaze rods to help locate where the uh Ender Dragon even is that’s the biggest hurdle is finding the portal yeah yeah like I said I’ll write you up a document I’ll I’ll I’ll even detail like my decisions that I did in the uh Speedrun all righty you can see what my mentality was like the big I think one of the biggest things you have to remember is like yeah you have all these objectives but you have to remember like you’re constantly burning through food if you’re taking time playing Minecraft yeah and if you Run out of food like you’ll eventually die and accidentally get like reset all the way back to the beginning so having a bed and food are probably the two most important things in the speed run I would say oh yeah I mean obviously if you run out of food you can’t heal yeah You can’t run entally get shot to death by goddamn Skellington archers sounds fun sounds like a fun thing to do it’s really F I don’t I don’t know if I would like take too many streams practicing like I’d probably take like one stream with like many hours of practice and then actually try And like attempt my run yeah I think honestly I think once is probably enough for you to get the idea it’s not really that complicated to remember things yeah I mean you’re how how long have you played Minecraft before like you’ve been playing for a bit like a Year yeah you know like the mechanics do you know about um jumping to attack enemies yeah to get crits yeah mhm you’d be fine then I think if
