One of the coolest recipes i ever made this year was homemade chocolate from this cacao pod i learned how to make it when i visited a cocoa farm in calcetta ecuador i was inspired to try it at home so i fermented the beans that came out of the fruit roasted them and then Smashed them with a skillet to separate the outer layers from the bean on the inside and that’s basically cacao nibs so i blended the nibs with sugar and cacao butter until it was nice and smooth transferred it to a chocolate mold and then i froze it for 30 minutes And you guys i couldn’t believe it i made homemade chocolate from scratch Video Information
