Water into an arsenal vm spell the spell reads you create up to 10 gallons of clean water within range or you destroy 10 gallons of water this is a first level transmutation spill from dnd 5e from rsd value i have chosen to split this into two spells

The first being create water which is projectile plunger water this just creates a block of water where you shoot the projectile the second destroy water this is projectile with evaporation this will clear up any water or liquid that you aim the spell out to increase the power of the spell i recommend putting
