Mevoda – Minecraft – Modded SMP – Natural Magic – Episode 10 – OP Potions and Tools

What is going on everybody it’s mavoda and i am back for another episode of natural magic like my hat exterminate sorry a little nerd joke for you guys who know what that hat is uh anyway today we’re gonna do a couple of things um i’ve been doing a lot of work

On my on my magical crops which we’re gonna take a look at uh we’re gonna also make a pretty super op potion using magical crops and i think i’m gonna work on getting some tools as well um i want some better tools uh so we’re gonna do a bit of a tinker’s construct

Setup as well i’ve dug out of room for it um started to kind of lay out some of the some of the items but uh first thing is first we got eight likes in the last episode so we are gonna open up eight lucky blocks this is gonna be great

Don’t you think it’s not gonna be dangerous at all um let me see oh no i don’t have enough room for all the things okay let’s get rid of some stuff i’ll take you you you actually you know what let’s make another chest real quick um oh i also realize i have enough

Levels to enchant another piece of armor so maybe we’ll hop over to max’s and do that but we’ll see um but just need a little more storage space to get rid of my stuff because as uh as i’ve said before i like doing all these lucky blocks with no armor on

Or no things at all in case you haven’t seen my uh my s p videos or anything like that uh panda made me a christmas sweater so so i got a nice ugly christmas sweater now for the holidays um so let’s get started in case you are new to this series uh

The reason we’re doing this for every like i get in an episode in the next video i will open up that many lucky blocks if you don’t know what lucky blocks are they could give me awesome things or murder me to death so yeah that’s the plan all right so one oh cool

A bunch of quartz stuff okay uh do all right andrew pearls and under eyes we’ll take it and three okay zombie horses and skeleton horses and a donkey all right seems legit let’s kind of get away from them i can’t remember if they’re hostile or not before okay bow and some arrows

A zombie horse okay oh man all right gonna run back out there and we’ll see you guys when i get back out there okay we’re back um so grabbed a couple of my things that was the explosion hey i heard you zombie baby zombie baby um all right let’s just okay three more

All right yup oh can i save myself from this oh no can i oh no please please please please okay um i’m probably not gonna be able to go down there so i have um how many lucky blocks two left uh yeah so oh wait there’s one

Okay we’re probably gonna have to make a new sword too because i’m not going all the way down there that’s just that’s just craziness i’m gonna dig down for that sword i have so much um so much meteor ingot i keep on getting so much when uh whenever meteors crash

Oh wait i don’t have my mark for armor i’ll show you later wait why didn’t i make the sword see now i’m all discombobulated from from all the dying okay there we go let me get rid of these so actually you just saw how i make lucky blocks

Um so we got two more oh goodness um so i guess i’m gonna get back out to the spot and i will once again see you guys in a second okay let’s finish this please no more death oh wow that’s a lot of enchanted books that’s cool um we’re probably gonna want those

Even though on some of our you know the tools we’re gonna make you can’t really use these but it’s cool well we’ll find some use form okay so one more please be something awesome and not something death oh that is something awesome netherstar really cool all right guys

Uh what else we’ll take some torches i’m gonna need actually a bucket of lava so this is this is perfect take our chisel in case we do any kind of building quest book i want that some of the wood um that too that should be good oh wait no we want

This aluminum too yeah that should be good for now we’ll come and get the rest later um so we’re gonna take a look at what i have been doing with my magical crops i’ve been doing a lot with my magical crops and we’ve been making some pretty awesome stuff

So let’s go take a look head down here and left and as you see i’m growing a lot of new things um last time we didn’t have any of this so this is guest soul crops i think like an idiot i kind of said in the in the last episode

That i was gonna need four gas tiers to get the seeds for this but i realized um i didn’t no i did need four gas tiers that i did need um but to get i needed four to get the potions for the regen crops but you i forg i

Forgot to take into account that when you make a potion one ingredient will give you three potions so we only really needed two of things um but yeah i have magma soul crop so we can grow magma cream we can grow gas tiers with gasol crops

Max had a couple extra gas tiers so uh he let me take a couple to make the seeds we have slime we have spiders basically we got a lot of mobs blaze spider creeper and ender so that’s all like mob stuff right here and um i made some potions as i said

Four of each which gives me the seeds for um so you know you make four night vision potions and you make the seeds for night vision crops and strength and water breathing regen speed and fire resistance so as i’ve been farming these you get these resistance pedals so with fire

Resistance for example if i just eat one of the pedals you get fire resistance for 20 seconds which is kind of awesome but what else you can do is you can combine them with extreme essence and water bottles to get magical potions like this one if you see that is

Everything all six of those uh effects combined for 25 minutes and the way we get one of those they take some time because you need six extreme essence which is a lot that’s a lot of grinding so you know don’t think you’ll probably notice as you start

To do this yourself or if you have done this yourself you’ll you’ll agree with me this isn’t an easy mod when it comes to like time this stuff takes lots of time but you know if you just do a lot of farming you’ll eventually get all the stuff you need

Um i’ve been getting you know you get a lot of the essence and stuff even from just farming all these crops so i was farming lots of emeralds to finish out this room so that helped a lot because you get a lot of essence from that

Um i’ve been making a lot of reinforced diamond chests so i’ve been farming a lot of diamonds as well which the essence i get from that is helping a lot but yeah i was able to get 60 uh 60 6 extreme essence so oh wait i needed six water bottles that’s okay

We’ll go and we’ll get another one in a second so basically this gives you each of the individual potions one of these petals an extreme essence and a water bottle i think it doesn’t matter which shape you even put it in no yeah it doesn’t really matter you can put them

Anywhere let’s get three more and yeah then you can combine all three of these bottles or all three potions to get to get your next potion the the one where it’s all together the super op magical potion so oh what am i doing oh i don’t don’t even really

Need to come flying down to a crafting table just that i should do one more so now we got the six individual potions um you can do these with other essence you don’t need to use extreme essence uh you just the time won’t last as long

As you see each of these are 25 minutes um but yeah then you just basically combine all of these into a crafting table and you get the super duper extreme magical potion um and as you see i used uh the bibliocraft potion shelves looks really cool so eventually we’ll have that all filled

Up with with super op potions but yeah i still gotta figure out what else i’m gonna fill this place with i cut i got two spots over here um i think i’ll probably get rid of these emeralds and diamonds maybe not maybe i’ll hold on to them and then just

Get rid of these and move something else into here that’ll probably work the best um but i’m gonna get myself ready with a couple of the things that we’re gonna need for tinkers and um i’ll come back with you guys and uh we’ll make some uh we’ll make some tools and that’ll

Probably wrap up the episode all right i’ll see you guys in a sec okay we’re back and i think we’re ready to get started um i’ve used the chiseled cobblestone just on the floor here just to kind of start to do something i don’t really know how i’m gonna make the

Room look yet but let’s just get our tinkers set up you know functional uh yeah i think that’s what i want got a couple of i’m assuming you guys know how these things work you basically just got to build a three by three structure with the seared bricks which you craft

From gravel clay and sand mixed together and then and then smelt it you make that and then you need the tank to store the lava in and you’ll notice you’ll know this thing is working because this will light up with fire the second you create the circle or square i guess um

Also didn’t i get some glass where’d it go did they just oh yeah there there it just went invisible so we’ll do that where’d i put the other glass why do i have six oh why not we’ll do it on this side and basically the taller you build this thing

The more stuff you can put in it so for now we’ll i suppose we’ll just oops oh i know what i forgot to do i forgot to put my drains in so once you smell stuff in here i’m giving a really quick overview because again this is

I’m assuming most people know how these work by this point this mod’s been around a while a little bit of that whoa things are acting glitchy there we go that’s what we want casting basin um casting table and then yeah that’s good enough for now so some of the things we will need

Oh i made one already that’s cool and i’ve made some blank patterns do i have i have one right there let’s put this guy just right there so one of these will give us the parts builder um one of these that’s the tool station stencil table okay then

What else uh oh yeah the chest one so the pattern chest i believe it’s called pattern chest all right so where do we want to put these guys i guess over here i’ve got my bookshelf with my tinker’s books in it so one stencil table first and then i guess this

And then parts builder and oh no funny tool station cool we’re gonna need um hold on what’s it called tool forge i believe is that it okay no that’s a casting table looks kind of like that and tool forge there we go so i need three seared brick that

And a tool station i got the seared brick i think i got the iron too yeah there’s two um pick another one actually we need four right yeah and we need an extra tool station what was that one again oh okay i want to heal okay that in the middle

Like that and like that cool that’ll help us get some of the more advanced tools i’ll just plop you down there all right so i think what i have to do with this first of all let’s put our start to fill it with some lava and i think i need bronze first

To make the um is it this one maybe you yeah it’s that i need bronze or aluminum brass or bronze there we go um to make to uh our uh molds so hmm oh i also need smooth stone i think to start our molds let’s start with an axe let’s do that

Um where do i have some smooth stone maybe it’s smooth stone i might be able to oh wait i got some it might be cobble we’ll see so let’s first go into our stencil table and get what are we gonna make maybe we’ll start with a pick let’s do that

So i think we’re gonna need that uh let me see recipes yeah that’s not the book we need uh we need i think this yeah tools there we go so for a pic we need a pick axe head a tool rod and a tool binding okay

Um if we look at the different modifiers too i think it’s good like to make slime rods for example helps with durability and stuff so let me get some some slime going or is it slime crystals is that what you gotta use i’m not sure you know what what is the

Pattern for slime oh there we go it’s not too bad all right now for this oh that’s crazy is that it um so much stuff okay let’s just slime crystal how do you get slime crystal uh let’s see slime slime crystal why is it slime crisp no i can’t type sorry guys i’m

Really derpy today slime crystal slimy mud oh okay we got to make slimy mud all right so wasn’t anticipating this so one thing you notice about mods you just kind of think to yourself like oh i’ll just kind of do this thing really simply but then you realize there’s like 25

Steps just to get to that simple thing it’s always something um sand if i have any sand i bet you i don’t have any sand nope so we gotta go get some sand um i’m gonna cut the video again i’m gonna collect some sand get myself ready because we gotta we gotta get

Ourselves wrapping up the episode pretty soon so let’s um i’ll get myself ready and we’ll craft ourselves his pick and then we’ll probably call it an episode so uh i’ll be right back okay we’re back and i think we’re ready to go now i’ve made the three patterns that i need

So first yeah and i uh i got a bunch of the stuff for the slime mud cooked it up made sure i had enough of the other ores i need so i think we’re gonna be good to go so first thing um i’m gonna do is just build our tool rod

Out of a slime so now we have a slime tool rod so we got one of the parts oh you get a little excess and i think our binding we’re gonna do out of paper so we’re gonna do a paper binding um so now we have to make a mold

For for the pic pickaxe uh head so we take a stone one uh for now we’ll just put it here and then i think we need um for bronze yeah three copper and one tin so we’ll make two pieces of bronze so we got six copper and two tin

And while we’re doing that let’s take a quick look at what the illuminates gonna be so five aluminum two iron and two obsidian okay so i have enough for three so six of that and then six iron all right that’ll be good let’s actually get those going as well

Oh it’s not big enough gotta wait i think i got enough fuel too luckily the the tin and the the copper go a little bit quicker pretty soon so now it’s just molten tin but once this um melts it’ll be a molten brass i believe copper brass or something molten bronze

That’s what it is okay so we can use that for our mold am i wrong why are you no work aluminum bronze hmm well i know another thing we can probably do is just make gold ones so let’s just grab some gold where do i have gold i think i have some

Up here do i have any where did it go that’s all i have here always growing gold but that’ll be a pain to do at the moment oh there’s some okay let’s see i always thought you could use bronze to make to make uh molds but i could be incorrect about that well

Let’s first of all get obsidian and aluminum oh yeah let’s get that going and get some gold in there so once that iron and the rest of the aluminum um melt we will get our aluminite uh so i’ll be back with you in a second once this is done

Okay we’re back and gold worked so so now we have a a gold uh mold for a for a casting for a pickaxe uh so we have our alumite i think i said illuminate before but that’s wrong uh so we’ll make an alamite pickaxe head very awesome so now i think we got

Everything we need so let’s uh go here pickaxe so we got our head our binding and our tool rod sweet so now all i wanna do is um i gotta start upgrading this guy pretty soon you can add modifiers and things to it is that at the end of this book no it’s

The other one um this one yeah there we go modifiers so with a pickaxe i usually like to have where is it um well we’ll add a diamond to it to reinforce it uh what will an emerald do also reinforces it okay redstone makes it faster a slime

Ball here that you can craft using uh using uh what’s it called uh monty cobble will uh will give you uh auto repair on your pick that’s auto smelting if you add a slime crystal yeah see there’s there’s that um luck which is pretty much like fortune on a pick

You get from uh from lapis uh sharpness which you wouldn’t really want to pick but maybe on a weapon you get from quartz uh you can get fire effects uh this gives you life stealing power all kinds of stuff oh aluminum brass that’s what you can use

A large glob of it or gold for silk touch on a pick that’s pretty cool um all right well i think that’s going to be it for today i think i’ve uh derped around enough i’m feeling kind of derpy today i don’t feel like today’s

Episode went too smooth but we got a lot done um we made one of those really dope potions we opened eight lucky blocks and only died twice was it twice we died i think it was twice and uh yeah got myself a really awesome pick so i’m gonna

Probably work on some other tools by the next time and don’t know how i’m gonna pretty up this room yet but i probably will and uh yeah we’ll get moving along do some building in this hallway and stuff make things look all nice and start to dive more into the other
