Mind-Blowing 8hr Minecraft Wheat Farm Build

Wow guys um okay literally geez um it spawned me in the water drowning amazing anyways so uh yeah I’m Jared you’re watching gravity gear and I’m gonna be playing some Minecraft now this isn’t going to be a normal Minecraft what we’re going to be doing

Is uh I’m going to do nothing but build a farm and to be exact a wheat farm so to be honest this is the uh last time you’re really gonna hear me talking because I’m just not going to be talking after this moment you’ll hear me at the

End but uh yeah pretty much it’s just gonna be time to grow some wheat so all right guys enjoy and I will see you guys in a bit oh and just so you know everything is going to be done in hardcore mode um that’s sort of the goal here is

Do as much as I can with just what’s available so No Seeds so anyways yeah so it’s going to be hardcore and it’s just going to go until I feel like the farm is done and then we’re going to move on so all right guys well enjoy the video and

I will talk to you guys in a bit so yes I did say you guys wouldn’t hear me again but apparently the uh music that we had planned for this episode we can’t use so I’m going to be uh telling you guys what I’m doing so obviously like right here in the

Beginning my goal was to get as many seeds as I could get and you know to build a massive Farm you’re going to need a lot of seeds I did think that was pretty cool right here that spot you know it’s like a little land bridge over to the Village and

You know having a village right there is probably the best thing that could have happened it uh you know allowed me to get seeds and wheat to make bread and everything else so to me that was pretty helpful I think uh without it would have probably had a

Little bit harder of a Time so you know and it’s funny because my goal was to do this in 100 hardcore mode don’t use creative at all and yeah that didn’t happen I uh I ended up going into creative a couple times and it was to get seeds so

There was definitely a couple points where I’m like okay this is just not gonna happen the uh you know this video is about a farm not mining so you know you get my point but anyway so yeah I was sitting here running around doing my thing

Getting as much food and seeds you know all the wheat I was like oh wait I forgot those and then I saw this over here and I was like man that is perfect all the seeds left a couple so that they could replant so definitely you know was pretty good I

Mean 34 seeds right off the bat go get some wood so I can uh I don’t remember what I was trying to build looking at my notes I don’t recall but yeah so that’s sort of where I started figured I’d go get some a whole bunch of

Wood I would need it in the long run you know I wanted to actually I had this idea in my head for this awesome what’s the word I want to use uh you know farm with like this great fencing all sorts of good stuff like that

And it uh it sort of comes to fruition not all the way but pretty good it’s crazy actually the total for this video was eight hours and it was it was a lot of work let me put it that way a lot of work the uh

It’s a word I want to use the total amount of tools needed to build this big of a Farm was just outrageous so and there for a little bit I totally thought like okay where do I want to build what I want to do and I even

Thought right here I said okay I need iron I need iron tools and what better place to go find some iron than over here at this mountain hoping for some exposed tools and uh that that didn’t really work out too good for a little while so here I am I’m just literally running

Around at this point getting sort of desperate I’m like okay where are the where’s iron I need some you know it’s almost like you can always find it and an exposed vein somewhere I thought okay well I’m gonna need coals coal for the Torches so grabbing that

I didn’t you know this this video wasn’t about uh mining so I didn’t necessarily go and try to mine a bunch I did come across some uh iron right here so I dug it out and uh ended up being a nine vein found this another set of iron

And some coal and I said okay that’s enough for me let’s head back and uh get started then that’s one of the things I sort of messed up on I should have went and got some more iron because down the road it was a uh what’s the word

Very bad situation where I didn’t have iron and I said okay I have to do something I totally went into creative mode and made me some iron hose and I’m pretty sure I actually use the iron I had to make my bucket I did the best I could for not going into

Creative mode but after a good while the uh seeds I just didn’t have enough seeds so I went into creative and got seeds and like I said the iron so here I am just sort of flattening everything out trying to get ready I have an idea like

I said in my head and uh hopefully hopefully it all comes together see so at this point I’m like okay let’s I know what I need to build and you know I was like I just I need to figure out how to get all this stuff flattened out

So I can get it going and I thought okay well maybe I won’t flatten everything out maybe it’ll be like rolling Fields you know which I thought would be pretty cool but I’m sitting there watching the uh the durability on my shovel just go down

Super quick and like I said I I know I said it’s going to be all hardcore mode it ended up not being and you know I’m just being honest letting you guys know that I 100 percent did a yeah 100 I went into creative mode not trying to lie to anybody or hide

Anything it was just you know this is this wasn’t going to be a mining video so therefore I didn’t want it to just you know be mining so so yeah I did cut out all the times I slept as you can see the uh you know sort of pointless minutes but

Yeah that’s what I was doing here I thought oh come on Cal get out of my way I should have left a little bit of a path right there that was a bad decision on my part because the uh every time I would jump I would end up breaking the wheat

So if you guys don’t know this right here you can actually you know it only takes two buckets and you have an infinite water supply so you just put it down go back to the first steel one boom boom boom and there you are you have it so

See just like that nice and quick I say quick but this was eight hours of work see that that right there super frustrating yeah but I mean I I really did try to make this farm and this isn’t it guys what you’re seeing you know is not all of it

It gets a lot bigger so yeah just doing all of the uh water bucket and getting it all squared away so I don’t know who’s uh who’s gonna watch this video but hopefully you guys enjoy it it was actually a lot of fun for us to make we uh we enjoy making

These type of videos Dan he’s working on a video right now where he uh literally spawned picked a mountain and he’s just completely hollowing the entire Mountain out it looks awesome he’s doing a great job with it so hopefully you guys enjoy it we got a couple other videos where uh

Speed builds onto different things Dan loves doing the speed builds look at these chickens look at them it’s like get out they’re not really getting out so at this point I’m just like okay what do I want to do where am I going so I was like okay I’m gonna do fencing I’m

Gonna make it look real good okay I should have just built a shovel I was trying to be stinking Pig I was trying to be realistic about this and you know not go into creative mode and honestly I could have saved so much time if I just went into creative mode

But you know I had a uh I had a plan and it sort of worked out so yeah just blinding it out getting it all done Dan wasn’t able to get on and help me at this point so it’s just me and uh it was going pretty good actually

I felt like you know what this is decent making some good progress here you can sort of see the outline of what I’m aiming for you know it’s it’s not perfect but you know what that’s all right we’re going to be doing some really good maps with a hundred day challenges along

So had a whole bunch of seeds from collecting grass and everything so this first part was like legit did it without going into creative mode and I was like hey that’s pretty good I feel pretty good about that but after a little while it turned into

It was uh too much as far as seeds go see and I had this idea to make it so like the water looks like it’s flowing under the fence you know um like I said I had big plans so here I am actually like trying to build things correctly

Without going into creative mode I know it’s uh so you know I had an idea had plans tried to execute them it didn’t quite work out as planned but that’s okay you know it’s Minecraft half the time nothing works out as planned see I’m sitting here thinking okay that’s pretty good so far

Throw some torches out get a so I can see it at night yeah right here I decided okay again it’s a farming video but I needed somewhere I need to move my bed and stuff from the actual farm so I thought okay well you know

What I’m gonna build me just a mud or dirt area get up high and uh that’s the word I want to use have a you know a little area up here away from any bad guys that spawn the mobs and stuff so this is just basic all it was is just

To get me up off the ground so that I could see more of the farm and you know get my bed and stuff off that area because obviously I can’t plant with everything right there so here I am still trying to do it in a hardcore mode not creative

Like I said I’ll own up to it whenever I actually go into creative mode it happens and I’m like well I had a plan there was that one of them yes so I went into creative mode right there uh and put seeds yeah look at that that looks good

It’s coming along it’s not perfect but it’s not bad and I think I did seeds and a couple hoes Maybe or I did the hose later on maybe I was still using my actual iron for that and I mean that’s like I don’t actually know how how many blocks I should have counted

But let’s see we’re at 64. seeds so I mean it’s a big farm it really is so let’s take a look here we go 64 to 27 so I mean that’s pretty big I’m not gonna lie I’m not very good at math so 37 long or wide and this Farm gets big

So let’s see when we get towards the end we’ll actually have to add it up the number of seeds and just how much is actually in this Farm so yeah that’s me building it look at that like And subscribe please guys check us out so 4 8 12 16 so we’re all ready

We’re already at I think because if it’s 27 so 64. so that’s 37 per row we did four rows wide so it’s 148 and we’re already at 17 rows so that’s 2500 seeds already I mean that’s crazy so yeah you can see like all the seeds down there obviously I went into

Creative mode so here I was trying to I moved my bed and stuff this way I could just start farming this so yeah I mean you’re talking thousands upon thousands of seeds for this weed farm so yeah we keep going all the way back

This way guys and uh you know I had a plan like I said I just I know I’ve said it before and I’m just going to probably say it a couple dozen more times it uh we just keep trying to go further back so I mean what type of stuff do you guys

Want to see let us know oh yes more seeds see you know you let us know Dan and I uh we have a lot of fun playing Minecraft so more seeds yes I went on this side of the fence because I didn’t want to jump on the uh

It’s a word on the actual plants so here I am just mining it out some more getting everything ready and I don’t know maybe you guys maybe you guys know so let me know does a water hydrate four up or is it just for out because I know it’s four out one two

Three four yeah so you know I know it’s four out but it made me wonder if it would actually hydrate up four so I don’t know and I want to give a big shout out guys to uh if you guys are ever looking for a channel to watch Forge labs

I’m done hollowing it out it’s time to start climbing upwards so I’m like okay I’ll just level out this small section see but it didn’t it’s not saturating from down below so that’s I guess I sort of answered my own question right there look at that so Dan joins me finally and

Uh told him I said look I need help this is taking way longer than expected and uh yeah I got a hold of him and I said look man I need you to come over here and help me build this wheat farm because it is at this point you know taking forever

Iron Golem doing some work on three four there we go yep so and I should have actually well I mean I guess what I I probably later you’ll see it where Dan he did eight blocks so instead of four so that way it’s hydrating four over

Four over water so you got water for for water so yeah I don’t know if that actually is any more efficient but whatever that’s what we did that’s what he did so yeah here I am I’m like okay I’m gonna put a bunch of stuff away

And I’m pretty sure I went into creative mode here at some point yeah see right there if you go back and pause it I added like one two three four five six seven seven stacks of seeds eight nine ten eleven twelve so 12 hole Stacks so I’m

Not trying to hide it guys I uh did have a plan doing it in hardcore mode obviously that didn’t work out so not trying to hide it went into creative mode a handful of times mostly for all the seeds some of the tools but

I try to do the tool the best I can you know without going into creative mode obviously it works there’s Dan helping me out you’ll notice I get a little frustrated because he jumps on the uh stuff that’s planted I don’t know if he knows it actually gets destroyed

But after I plant seeds and then I look over and he is uh running and jumping I have to go back replant reho yeah see all the seeds so there you go I went back into creative mode again so not not trying to hide it guys that’ll be interesting at the very end

To see exactly what the total number of seeds is going to actually be yeah but Dan really did help me see right there right there he helped me same time he killed some of my some of my uh seeds that I planted so hopefully you guys are enjoying the

Stuff sort of stepped away from the car stuff so yeah hopefully you guys uh are enjoying it see right here we did eight I believe two three four five six yeah eight eight wide so that was actually sort of nice you know the way that Dan started doing it

Because it uh allowed for bigger plots and I think it actually you know won see write that right there uh I was like come on see almost died there which you know I don’t want to give anything away but I have leather armor I don’t even have a sword

You know I have nothing really to defend myself except a shovel and a hoe which you know that works but see he jumped on it right there jumped jumped and then jumped over the water I have to fix them so that sort of drove me up a wall

But I didn’t say anything because obviously didn’t really care that much so right here I said okay I’m gonna open this up so that uh he doesn’t jump on it anymore I’m pretty sure this ended up actually harming me at some point maybe I don’t know

But I’ll tell you right now this ended up not being the biggest farm ever made but the total amount of wheat is just unreal if you were to actually build this and Harvest everything oh my goodness crazy amount of wheat so I’m gonna have to look back and see

Exactly how much that’s eight wow look at that guys look at that somehow our beds disappeared I don’t know where they went it’s going to be interesting to see what the overall number is there at the end just how much wheat we actually planted it would be crazy if it ended up being

You know 10 000 or something I was also wondering does the rain actually help anything or is it you know just sort of pointless it doesn’t actually do anything because I don’t know I when it rains at my house seems like the Grass Grows a little better

But could be completely wrong on that I don’t know but yeah I got tired of digging down and I just figured okay well he’s mining out all this stuff I’m gonna go get all the dirt and just level this out so we can keep building so yeah that’s what I was doing

Working hard hardly working you know and it’s when it’s raining you can’t tell a hundred percent on the time of day and like I said we we tried to do this in hardcore so that way there was still mobs everything was still going see right here I was like okay

What are we gonna do because of that hole over there I thought okay well we’ll just bring it down to that level I don’t remember let’s see my notes I put I dug it Non-Stop oh see right here I started doing the the four again because I wasn’t thinking and it was

Four wasn’t thinking about it and how Dan was doing it yep still doing the four so here’s the fun part right here yep so that happened almost died and I was like okay no big deal come over here going through my inventory yeah I eat some bread oh gosh I’m

Getting hit and I pushed down so I’m crouched and I die yep yep and I was crouched that was a problem I couldn’t move I was stuck on the edge of the uh the dirt so yep there you guys go that’s actually the death that I did have it happens

I was actually pretty upset about it but that’s okay so here I am just more water more water getting it done if you guys are still watching I really appreciate it you know you guys are the reason we uh we’re doing this because we enjoy it and hopefully you guys enjoy it also

A whole bunch of tutorial videos on how to build things and how to do things so hopefully it helps somebody that’s my big goal is for somebody to get helped stinking sheep gonna have to move those beds yeah it’s an immense amount of seeds I’m not going to get an exact number I

Know that but it’s going to be a try to get you guys a pretty decent number No More Zombies that’s good and I honestly think it turned out looking absolutely gorgeous the uh way that all the wheat looks when it’s grown up and everything just looked phenomenal somebody jumping across it again

So roughly 37 seeds per row is what we did and here in a little bit I will do the math and try to find out the exact number roughly of how many seeds we actually planted in eight hours of play time obviously there’s about an hour total where we ran around and

I don’t know tried to find different things iron and coal and stuff when we were dead set on playing like you see all that so those are all the seeds that he collected while harvesting all the grass and everything see so my Count’s going to be off by a

Little bit because I went around the water right there that’s okay though don’t you guys wish it was this easy real life cut grass like I said guys really awesome all you need is a little bit of uh look at that so we got one two three four five more rows already built

Just got a see it’s getting in the way sorry there we go we’re approaching some of the final spots isn’t it weird how sometimes the spiders don’t attack you you know that guy was there for two days and he didn’t even attack us once but I don’t know maybe they only attack

At night I know and then I go and kill him and that wasn’t nice as you can see though I went back into creative mode and uh stocked up on seeds again so we’re approaching the end of where we’re actually going to be farming you can see it just right over there

So I mean we are getting there see we’re still getting seeds which is awesome I was thinking to myself what is Dan building right here you know that water over there I couldn’t figure it out and then you know after coming over here I was like uh I see

He’s trying to make it look like a queduct or some type of water inlet type thing same with right there where it’s like a spring or something I don’t know but whatever it looked pretty cool I decided I would just let him do his own thing

148 so that’s 148 right there so that’s each area is 148 and then the eight buys are going to be roughly 300 yeah it’s a lot isn’t it guys so I think at this point all I’m doing is just sort of trying to light it up
