Mind-Blowing MC World: Explore Aroma1997’s Realm!

Welcome to the mischief I’m Valen and this is aroma 1997 dimensional world a Roma 1997’s dimensional world is quite a mouthful but the basic idea behind this is to avoid people querying large open holes in the overworld and allowing them to use an alternate dimension

That’s easy to get to early game so that they can then destroy that area instead of the one that’s well right next to your pretty base or something of that nature now there are a few things that this adds in but not much and only one

Or gen possibility as part of the world creation and it’s all configurable so that you can have it in there or not and that is sticky or to start with and if you take it easier I’m using a wooden pickaxe I break it and I get fly balls

It’s rare but you can find it and therefore avoid needing a slime chunk in the overworld as well if you find these and you can at least get a little bit here and there so let’s get rid of these now in order to make your portal to the

Mining dimension you’ll need to make portal frames and they are made with a mining multi-tool which is going to be used primarily as a crafting item but it does have one use in world as well so to start off with take a couple stone bricks like this stone pickaxe a flint

And steel a stick itself you’ll make yourself a mining multi-tool just like this there we go and now I have to mining multi-tool they don’t stack because they have a durability rating as well and you probably just use them for crafting anyway now with this you will

Need to then make the portal frames so you’re let me go back in here you’ll need at least 10 of them to make the portal frame itself the entire frame there’s going to be one multi-tool ten stone bricks there we go I now have eleven because I already had one down

Here and that uses up half the durability so one multi-tool will eat you equal about twenty bricks and therefore you can keep on making more if you have more stone bricks and stuff you can use them as a building material if you like let me grab that pick real quick here

And I will show you that it’s actually just lightly ever so lately a little bit more harder than a stone brick to mine but it is not bad at all let’s get rid of these here don’t need all this extra stuff so with that actually let me grab that kickback again

Might not one of these here and you can see that it is now gone portals gone oh no don’t worry about it this is how we actually start it so you build it just like you would another portal so you’ve got three bricks on either side two spaces in between and

You can fill in more if you want you know you can put in some extra blocks here and there you can make it an entire wall but the broth of the blocks themselves have kind of a futuristic look about them but it doesn’t really matter as long as you’ve got the basic

Frame in there then you should be able to light this up and you’re good to go now if you just right-click as I did there with your mining multi-tool that’s the only in world use that there is and it did say if you look there to go

Through the portal you have to sneak in it so therefore I can walk through the portal and nothing happens I can stand in the portal nothing happens but if I sneak in it I will go to the other dimension but before I go there I need to show you one

More thing that’s the dimension changer which is a more convenience tool later on so the dimension changer is made with four diamonds two ender pearls two eyes of ender and the mining multi-tool and that will get you one of these dimension changers which is you see here it says

This leads to dimension six the mining world and it has infinite uses and all you do is you hold it and you charge it back like you would be shooting a bow you’ll instantly teleport I’ll use that once we get to the other side but for

Now let’s walk into the portal we just press shift and there we are we are now through to the other side in the mining dimension it’s really nice here it’s rather large and spacious and you can see that there are lots of animals is grass flatland it’s really nice now I

Did a lot of testing on this I’m going to go over a little bit of things that you would you probably would like to know plus/minus and so on so now first let’s start with the benefits how good this is one its eternal day by default

Solar power for the wind so if you have any kind of solar are set up in your mod pack this would be a really ideal dimension for you but that that is configurable now a flat surface of course therefore it makes it very easy to travel get around in this

Place as well as gain you know access to the animals nearby that the same ores mostly and by that I mean you should have all the same ores in this dimension that you do in the overworld but the exceptions to that might be perhaps biomes of Plenty requires a specific

Biome for those ores to spawn if you really really want those ones otherwise you should have access to them and if you look on the top right there you’ll see this is currently saying it’s a mining biome so that is the reason for that now sticky or is in this dimension as well

As the overworld so you should be able to find it in both locations though it is going to be rare similar to finding them very rare ores now animal access as you can see here there are tons of animals because there’s tons of grass everywhere there’s sheep cows chickens

Etc and then no more pits in the overworld the general idea for this entire mod to prevent giant gaping holes of existence near somebody’s space in the overworld are no more because there’s no excuse not to go here with the recipe being so cheap for getting to

This area I mean look that’s really really cheap stuff there’s no rain even if it does rain in here here let me change here we’ll do weather whoops whether rain and changing to rainy weather well the Sun will get blotted out it’ll get gray and dreary but

There’s still no rain so you don’t even have to worry about the particles and the noise from the bad weather but we’re going to clear that away just let it’s a bit brighter now there are other things emeralds there are emeralds in here just like you would find sticky ores there’s

Going to be every so often in a chunk you may find one or two or even potentially more emerald ores distributed so you don’t need to go looking for an extreme Hills biome in a biome of a plenty type situation where you’re like searching for hours just

Trying to find that one biome so you can get that one item instead it is distributed in here and you should be able to find it now there are some drawbacks not many but there are some there’s world Jen but there’s no structures so you’re not going to find

Any villages nearby you will find world Jen and by world Jen I mean like you’ve got your trees you’ve got your grass your flowers your your forestry beehives and animals and so on but there’s also going to be other things like now let’s see I’m going to

Show you another one there we go if it is night time then here actually a time we’ve set night then you should start seeing there we go fairies showing up and this is just an example roots to has a world Jen stuff here that will spawn

Fairies at the pool now there might be other buildings and stuff as part of that but that’s considered a structure and therefore it’s not going to be viable as you know showing up in the world as you see it’s just trees and plants and potentially your little world

Gem type special features as I mentioned before another drawback would be that there’s only one biome and that’s the mining biome so if you have something like biomes of Plenty and you’re trying you really want to do the biomes of Plenty quest or something like that where you’re trying to gather all the

Different ores and stuff you’re you’re kind of going to have a difficult time finding what you need to here but it does just have the one biome which makes it very simple and straightforward here it’s a very general area now there are some configurations that you can do

And I’m not covering exactly everything but I should be covering the majority of it here you can change the dimension ID number so if you don’t want it to be as in this case this leads to mention zero if I use it now it’ll take me back here

I’ll use it right click hold it and I teleport back it’s night time oh my gosh terrible stuff but if you see here it says this leads to dimension six which is the demand the mining dimension if I use this again teleport back and there

We go now it’s not going to be exact I should be close by there’s the portal but the idea is you can change the dimension number if there’s some kind of conflict or you’re worried about a conflict of one dimension in another you can change that so that six is not you

Know going to be in the way you can change the message you can also turn the message on and off for this mod so that you know people can say hey welcome to Oromos 1997’s dimensional world or you can just say hey don’t go in here know

What now anyway there of course you can turn sticky or on or off some people might not like the idea of adding any world Jen by adding this mod in and that’s entirely up to you you can actually turn those sticky or on or off the world height right now it’s set a

Default of 80 it can be raised or lowered as you like and if you raise it your oars will start spawning a little bit higher as well you know according to whatever the or spawn Heights are set for so it might be similar then to a more extreme Hills where you might find

Coal and copper and tin or something like that at higher levels as well as all the way down to their normal Heights now on top of that you can also change this surface it’s set default to grass but you can change it to stone if you don’t want people to take advantage of

Like all the animals around everywhere then you can change it to stone and that should eliminate any grass spawning critters that are nearby and you can always turn off always day so if you feel that people are getting a little too Opie with their solar power or it’s

Just bothering you that this is just a little too easy you can turn that off as well so that it’s your standard overworld day/night cycle and then you can always turn your mobs on and off now in the by default there are mobs just not on the surface because it’s daytime

But they are as I said before going to be spawning down in the tunnels and you know passageways and underground areas and that’s pretty much it but I’m going to take you on a little bit of a spectator mode here now if I go down

Below you can see that there is a ton of ores and so on in this area I cleared out using minecraft commands anything that was pretty much your mundane stuff like stones and clays and gravel and whatnot just to give you an idea of what

There is and this is like I think it’s a 30 block square you can see that there are tunnels and other things don’t just ignore the the no texture stuff this is a different Montague but it has all your regular stuff underneath you will find dungeons you will find rails under

Abandoned stations and stuff and if I go into the overworld I can use my dimension changer here I’ll just shoot back and you can see that if I go back into my dimension 3 I go back underneath and it’s got very similar spawning of things whoops I’m a little bit crazy

Here let me turn it today so things are a bit brighter for you now this is a much bigger area that I actually dug out my apologies I was trying to keep it similar for control group but I got a little carried away but you can see that

There’s a really good distribution of ores and you can see that there are of course biomes of plenty ores in this version according to the biome that it’s in but there isn’t in the other one but otherwise it pretty much stays the same with the exception of like emeralds

Being intermixed randomly throughout the mining biome as opposed to the other and last but not least I’m going to show you just a little something in case there is any questions just things that I’m trying to think of that you know people might ask and that is what happens if I

Take an animal through let’s let’s take this guy through first you can just walk through nothing happens if I have him on a lead I hit shift he’s off the lead so yeah you can’t drag the animal through unless you have some method of actually capturing the animals like in a

Safari net or some such device so therefore you can’t really steal the animals from the dimension too easily unless you have another mod that allows you to do that but still you will have access the animals nonetheless you can even use it as your own well base dimension if you want and have

Your base access only through an alternate portal but there you go so I hope you guys enjoyed today’s bit-by-bit on a Roma 1997’s dimensional world of fantasticness this is something that I think is desperately needed and required in just about any minecraft modded mod pack most of them at least
