Hello everybody Master Kirby here today I’m going to be talking about standard logic gates using Redstone and switches so basically got a little set up here this one here is an input output gate most simple you can get it gotta switch on the Block and it turns on and off Blue here would be where you’d put the door or arrow dispenser or whatever you want to actuate so the most basic there is all right not in the morning stuff let’s step it up a notch next this is a not gate this is basically the same thing but It’s inverted because there’s our torch on it so that obviously Redstone torches are default on giving power the switch will turn it off imagine that all right moving on nor gate so it’s here same concept but there’s two switches of course either one will turn it off But if you have them both down will not turn back on if either one of these is down it will not turn back on next over here you got an and gate the way this little fellow works you gotta have both switches flipped in order to turn it off or gate Basically the same as one over there but without a torch where this one works is one is down it will stay on the other one was just the opposite of that next an X or gate all right so this is where things start getting interesting look at this set up here one switch On another switch turns off this one okay either switch I’m sure this you know it’s a lot more complicated version nothing special so over here is in our snorlatch a memory cell basically it’s not going to turn on because there’s power on this one that ‘ll turn it off this Let’s see where this is going here’s the nand gate this is an sc lock a dual lock the way this one works is in order to activate it you need to have face down I believe I just want to do it moving on that one that’s a little different this orange Name latch memory cell I like the other one up a little differently just kind of demonstrating how these things work it’s easier just to show you repeater so torches start on automatically flip will turn it off if you have a torch attached to another torch the next one will turn off this is How you extend your Redstone Circuits since they can only reach so far and when you flip it they all invert so that’s how that works okay fun stuff this here not really a name something I pulled off of someone else internet watching a video and some set this up it’s really simple Way of having an arrow dispenser that you want to shoot arrows at different speeds for Speed this here so next a little faster all right so the next speed a little faster speed is this it’s pretty fast but for whatever reason it burns itself out on the fastest speed this is five o’clock Oh yeah it’ll turn back on and stuff too I guess very interesting hi this is five o’clock pretty basic setup you just have a bunch of torches connect to each other and it’ll rapidly do that so it doesn’t shoot you know it’s not it won’t make an average sensor to shoot Very fast but if you want something that just stays on but clock pulsar this here it’s the fastest one I got to set it up like this let’s see kind of place into the Battleground s rapidly I keep this one off because it gets annoying after a while All right so uh that’s all the basic Redstone logic gates I’ve got one more I’d like to show you I’m just gonna go ahead and set it up if you can get to hold a second should have one right here somewhere already um go over here borrow Nope got one of my inventory already all right so I’m going to show you how to make a Eternal daylight sensor using the command block which isn’t normally in the inventory slot in creative mode you can’t just go to here and pick it up it’s not in there you got to use a Command one of these slash command things to get this block using slash give player item ID and number basically do command block which you know you insert commands to you can go time set zero kind of doing this backwards got this here um into the most basic way of doing this all right So redstone torch power it I’m going to need a little different this all right so the way this works is the daylight sensor when the heist the sun is in the sky the more power it gets and basically when the sun’s up at all it’ll power at least one So basically when it’s night time it it doesn’t it’s not powered not powered at all so when it gets the night time it starts going down this will stop powering this which will turn it back on and when that turns back on that’s going to power the Command block which sets the time to zero so once the Sun finally goes down it’s gonna activate this um waiting waiting forget exactly at what time there we go you can see it stopped powering it turned it on hit the command block which has time says zero in it Made a new day so if you’re in the the chunk that this is in which when the the sun goes down and it’ll trigger and the sun will stay up uh that I don’t if they add a new uh command that makes it so it just stays daylight this will Be pointless but still again you can use riding on horses with my sword of truth Let’s Go Pegasus Video Information
