Well hello everybody and welcome back to another minecraft video this is mythical sausage how is everybody doing man we are back again doing another tutorial and today we’re gonna be doing this awesome minecraft medieval blacksmith house it’s so awesome we’re gonna build this thing though right now block for block let’s go Here we go with the block palette so the main structure is going to be primarily out of cobble stone and stone brick the roof is going to be a mix of cobble deep slate and regular deep state bricks the stairs and the slabs and then the trim Is going to be with some dark oak we’re going to have an overhang and that’s going to be primarily out of spruce and a little bit of campfire blocks it’s going to be a small tower there with a combination of polish diuret and a little bit of calcite and we’ll bring in A couple other things along the way and here we go with the dimensions everything’s all laid out in wool so find yourself a nice spot and we’re gonna get this started right now now let’s get it started right here in this corner i’m gonna be starting out with Just stone and we’re gonna pepper in a mix of cobble and stone brick and texture the whole thing but for right now to get the whole outline in place let’s just do it with stone starting over here so we’re going to count we’re going to go up one two three four and Five and count another one two three let’s take all of these up by five right here i’m gonna go out by one on this corner and also this one’s gonna go up one two three four and five give it a space of three we’re not gonna Put anything in there but on this corner we’re gonna go up one two three four and five go back one up by five again and then go forward one one two three four and five over here we’re gonna close this whole part out on this side so no Windows we’re gonna go one two three four five and six so a total of seven blocks from that corner and take it all the way up by five just like we did over there i’m gonna turn this corner go up by five again here we’re gonna go to this corner But pop it out by one i’m gonna go one two and three here it’s gonna take it up all the way up by five as well but then pop one out right there in the middle then we’re gonna go right to this corner out by three on this side we’re gonna go One two three and four and also take this up by five to match and then from here we’re just gonna connect this side to that side with a five block gap space we’ll add windows and the texturing now just like this now let’s go over here on this corner and It’s covered this part up one two and three i’m gonna put an upside down stair one on each side with our stone brick now we’re gonna come back in here and texture this a lot so i’m gonna be doing a combination of cobble i’m gonna keeping it in the cobble primarily Towards the bottom over here and don’t worry about the windows we’ll add that after but for right now let’s just go at it just a little bit of cobble towards the bottom let’s do it all the way around this section and just like that cobble added to the bottom we popped up A couple to the top over here but mostly primarily towards the bottom now i’m going to come with stone break and i’m going to give it a next layer so i’m gonna go right in between the cobble and the stones right here just in random spots again doesn’t have to be exactly Where i’m placing it let’s go in and just add a little bit more texturing to it so at the end it should look something like this totally randomized looking pretty cool you can even sneak a couple of these uh stone bricks towards the bottom if you just want to go ahead And give it a little bit more detail and then maybe even pop some of the cobble up towards the top you want to make it completely messy like that that’s fine or you can go with a little bit of a gradient look like this now i’m going to Jump back on this side i’m gonna pop in a couple windows so right here on this section count one two and three on the third one it’s knocked down these three and it’s knocked down these three gonna put a little upside down stair on each side and that is one window i’m gonna Jump back over here on this corner we’re gonna add another one so we’re gonna knock down one two and three and i’m gonna put a ups and down stair there so that’s another window now that we’re done with those little window bits let’s go ahead and work on this roof so i’m Gonna go right here from this corner with our dark oak stair let’s pop that overhang a little bit right there on this corner take it all the way down and then overhang that bit on this corner i’m gonna do the same thing over here so let’s pop this out overhanging that and Then come out just like so we’re gonna do the same thing over here on this end so let’s grab this there pop it out overhang that bit go down one two three and then it’s turned right here on this bit same thing over here overhanging that coming around and then overhanging This i’m gonna put a couple upside down stairs for this one it’s gonna be simple it’s gonna go with a couple slabs and then double slab here you can actually get rid of that bit so it looks just like this from this corner jumping over here we’re going to do the same thing But in a little larger scale upside down stairs in each and then just slabs till we get to the center so sides on top of the stairs double slab a double here and a double there and then we just have to fill that in it could be any kind of the Stones just like so now to work on this roof it’s super simple just stairs going all the way up so upside down stairs stairs facing forward simple a frame until we get to the center point which should be right over here upside down stair there slab on top now i’m just Going to repeat this over here on this end i’m going to skip the upside down stair we’re just going to do a little bit of a placeholder block but i’m going to put the stair on top get rid of that bit because we’re going to need that Open do the same thing here place hold the block get rid of that and then we’re going to continue with the upside down stairs we need that part open so we can do a nice little overhang to the little blacksmith side but we’re going to end It off perfectly just like that with the upside down stair and slab on top now we just have to fill this part in it could be any combination of any one of these blocks just like that so they’re all gone and then maybe leave a little Bit of texture do the same thing over here on this side and then we’ll do our texturing after like that got a cobble there that’s nice now for the inside part of the roof i’m going to do everything right now out of the deep slate bricks but then i’ll come in and We’ll add some of the cobble versions but for right now let’s go with the stair right here we’re going to follow this line stop right here on this corner and then for this this is a slab i’m gonna put a slab in front like so I’m gonna put a full block here and a full block there then we’re gonna keep going down with our stair and take it all the way down to the very end and this should connect perfectly to that side continue this with these two just like we did on the Other side put our slab put a full block then put another full block right there we actually get rid of that bit because we’re gonna go back with our dark oak slabs one here another one on this side i’m gonna put a stair right there and then continue one two three and another Dark oak stair and then slabs continuing all the way down just to there gonna grab our stairs let’s keep it going i’m gonna seal all this off in case you guys want to variant without the tower but we’ll add the towel right after so you can have it clean just like This but then we’re going to continue in the back this is super simple pretty much mirroring what we did on the other side so take it all the way down keep it going right to the end i’m going to put a slab here i’m going to put a full block Another full block right there i’m gonna come back and let’s keep it going this one goes all the way to the end stop right here but we’re gonna put a stair of our dark coke right here same thing on this side keep it going all the Way down and then put our stair right there just to mirror the other side and then we’re just going to match it up right here going all the way down and then matching it to there we’re going to put our slab of our deep slate and it Should end off perfectly right here like this but it’s time to add the tower so we’re gonna place the towel right here in this corner we’re gonna count one two three we’re gonna knock these three out right here this little three by three frame right in there and then we’re just gonna Go ahead and layer this up one two three three here three and three a little box right there and just take up your calcite if you don’t have calcite you can use a diorite the whole way up but yeah other variants could be you can actually use oak you can use spruce you Can use anything here if you don’t have the calcite but we’re gonna take it up one two three and let’s go up four one more here i’m gonna knock down the window so knock down these two and we’re gonna knock down these two for a window Now for just a little bit of detail i’m gonna grab the polish diorite i’m gonna replace these top and bottom of the windows just to get a little bit of a lining going there now for this main roof here we’re going to be adding some of our dark oak slabs on the corners Just like so all the way around then i’m going to put a little placeholder block and put a block outside so our slab is going to look like this we’re going to do this on all the sides here just make sure it goes all the way down and then We have that look to it now i’m gonna grab some stairs and this is the front of the house right we’re gonna place a stair here and here i’m gonna place a stair here and here i’m gonna put some full blocks or double slabs right here In the gap so it looks like so i’m gonna grab some trapdoors i’m gonna place these on top of the dark oak slats we just placed then i’m gonna grab some stairs and we’re gonna be placing them on top of the full blocks like so here I’m gonna grab a slab we’re gonna put on the bottom and then i’m just gonna put a full block on top and surround this in our trap doors on top of this i’m going to grab a polish deep slate wall you can grab any wall though i think this will Look the coolest and then on top of that a dark oak fence just like so now for window details just put some glass here i’m going with a regular clear glass you can go with any color and i’m going to put some shutters on the side and do the Same thing over here mirrored like so same thing over here trap doors here trapdoors on this side glass and glass right there as far as the front door i’m going to put a big door here so i’m going to go with trapdoors going all the Way up we’re gonna go up by four on all of these and then close them up just like this and then let’s get rid of those two and i’m gonna drop a door right there now it’s time to work on the little blacksmith over here so we’re Gonna go right from this edge i’m gonna go with a full block right over here then i’m gonna go with an upside down stair another full block a stair facing down so that’s how we get in full block upside down stair full block i’m gonna go with an upside down stair here this Are just some bricks you’re gonna go ahead and just line all those up right here for now i’m gonna go with another upside down stair and then pretty much almost mirroring it right here but instead we’re gonna go with the full block here and then upside down stairs Going all the way down right here and a full block there i’m gonna go with the full block on top of the corners just like this and then right here when we get up i’m gonna put another couple full blocks just like that i’m gonna draw fences in the gaps right Here all the way around and then a full set in the back i’m gonna fill this in for right now let’s go ahead and just fill it in with stone and we’re going to do our same texturing we did on the top over here for the flooring over here you Can pretty much use any combination of what we did over here but i want to add some gravel just to change it up a little bit mostly in our blacksmith you see a bunch of gravel on the ground anyway so it looks kind of cool and we Just have that little bit of a variation compared to the wall so it looks like that now for our blacksmith over here let’s take this up another one and two one and two let’s put a stair facing this way a stair facing this way right here and an upside down stair right There i’m gonna go in the back over here and let’s take this up one two three let’s go up one two three four one two and three for right now i’m gonna go up right from here another one and two i’m gonna place a stair down right here on This side i’m gonna place a stair on this end and then i’m gonna take this up another one two and three i’m gonna put a full block here stare on top on this end then i’m gonna place a uh one more block on top upside down stair let’s replace that one Just get a little bit of a curve to it then up here i’m going to go up another one two and then plus a stair right over here campfire on top let’s put our trapdoors surrounding this bit and then we can come back in if you wanted to add A little bit of texturing just by putting in some of the granite it looks pretty cool if you want to you can replace it really with any other blocks it doesn’t have to be bricks if you don’t have these available so one more little bit of details put a little Upside down stair right there kind of like the way that looks let’s drop a wall on top that looks awesome uh we can also keep adding more down here if you want maybe a couple stairs on each side just to round that off on the bottom Yeah that looks pretty cool now for a little overhang bit i’m going to do a combination of copper walls and put a cobble on this side cobble on that side let’s do some bricks on the other i’m gonna put some fences of our spruce on Top of all of these now for the roof i’m gonna just do this out of spruce first and then we’ll come in and add some more details after so we go three from here three from here and all we got to do just take it all the way down to the Back of the house and just cover the whole thing up just like this now if you want to go really simple with it you’re done right there but i want to add some detail bit so i’m just going to break in random spots over here and just add some Trapdoors it’s going to go randomly in here and do this over here on this side you put it exactly where i’m placing it but you don’t have to you can make it your own and unique and break wherever you want it’s all uh where you want to Break it it doesn’t matter so something like that really simple and then i’m going to come in here break even more and add some of the campfire blocks just make sure you extinguish those unless you want the whole thing to be looking like it’s on fire and it’s up to you if You want to do that so you can do this like so get rid of those and it’s all about eyeballing it you want to make sure you place them in just right spots that looks cool and just don’t overdo it or or do overdo it and have fun okay it Doesn’t matter uh so something like that maybe a couple more back over there we go so something like that pretty random looks cool now for this section i’m gonna add a blast furnace you can add any kind of furnace over here it doesn’t really matter you can Even add two let’s put two that’ll be kind of cool but then over here just to make this look a little bit more black smithery uh like i’m gonna put a smithing table in the center we can put a little uh bit of cauldron action on each side drop some anvils right here I’m gonna grab some trapdoors i’m gonna go down this line one and two and three like so and then i’m gonna place some slabs in between i’m gonna drop a chest over here uh maybe a couple chests it’s pretty cool maybe a barrel on one side put an extra Grindstone maybe over there in the middle i’m going to put a main grindstone right there and then we can go ahead and grab a slab it could be any slab it’s going to add oak this could be a little bit different uh and i’m going to put it right here actually let’s put It facing this direction so if you’re coming from this way you can see the person working on the grindstone area i’m gonna put a trapdoor behind it and then i’m gonna put some slabs on the sides like that you need a little bit of lighting over here so i’m gonna drop a Lantern randomly in a couple spots like so in the corner over here i’m gonna put an armor stand and just drop any kind of armor just putting iron for now you can put anything right there in the back put a little water in the cauldrons and i Think we’re good to go right here now for the interior you can pretty much put anything as the flooring i’m just gonna change it up because i want to use some of this brick that we used outside so i’m just going to go randomly in here And just scatter some of the brick and then also come back in and just add a little bit of the granite as far as the interior i’m going to do a little bit of a separation over here i’m going to actually separate this bit i’m going to Take this wall all the way to the tippy top don’t worry about this tower it’s just an aesthetic tower you can’t really go up there you could if you wanted to but it’s really no point there’s no space it’s just for looks but i’m just going to do a little wall divider and Come back in here and do a little bit of texturing that’s fine adding a combination of the same stuff we use on the outside bit right here you can also take this all the way down and i’m going to also cover this part up here just Like that i’m going to put a single entry right over here on the side and then a little upside down stair right on this bit right there i’m going to leave that part open and this is gonna be our small bedroom side drop a door here on This corner and then up here we’re gonna pretty much cover this up i’m gonna cover this up with some spruce so let’s do this i’m gonna put an upside down stair right here in here one here and here on this side leaving that gap open we’re going to cover this up with some Full blocks or double slabs here i’m going to go with slabs here on this side slabs here on this side or you just do another full block it’s fine over here right on that bit perfect i’m going to leave that part open we’re going to take This down and then up here i’m going to put an oak trap doors you have a little bit of a skylight right there but then on the side here i’m going to put some trapdoors going pretty much all the way around just to cover that up a little Skylight to look up here on these corners we’re going to put some more trapdoors just to give you that lining and right here gonna put a little dark oak fence right there i’m gonna drop a bed back here let’s go right on this edge one and two and put some polished Deep slate on the back with a lantern on the one side and let’s just drop a flower pot with an azalea on there i’m gonna grab some dark oak sides and place those in the front like so so we got a little bit of a bed frame and then some Dark oak stairs we’re gonna go upside down on each side like this like a little bit of a shelf and let’s drop a double chest right there that’s fine and a painting in the back bedroom done um this side i’m thinking a kitchen would be perfect so i’m gonna add one right Here i’m gonna put a cauldron uh right here in the center i’m gonna put a slab one on each side trap doors in the corners up here we’re gonna go up by two let’s put a trapdoor in that corner trap door here and a trapdoor on this side Slabs repeating what we did down the bottom so i’m matching that bit put some barrels on top i’m going to put them on top of every trapdoor and you’re going to knock this bit down let’s actually put a regular furnace over here i’m going to grab some chests let’s place One on top like that make it a little bit messy i’m gonna drop a lantern let’s put one on the corner over there i’m gonna put some candles on this side let’s light those up those are cool uh let’s put a cake over there on this bit Flower pot for a little cup on that end drop some water in here why not you know what let’s put some sea pickles here also let me grab some spruce signs i’m going to put these right over here on the side that looks kind of cool i’m Actually going to replace this bit let’s put a barrel down there it looks a little bit more of a structure to it i’m also going to repeat the sign bits up here yeah that looks awesome you can keep piling more junk up here that’s Fine and a way to do it is just add a little bit more trapdoor right over here maybe one on each side and another slab and keep that going you can actually seal that little bit up right there that’s fine and maybe another chest and a couple more flower Pots and i’m just going to put a little spruce sapling and a regular azalea bush on top for this section i’m going to do a little seating area so let’s go with two chairs just like that i’m going to grab a fence of our spruce i’m gonna put That on top of that i’m gonna put an oak pressure plate on top over here i’m gonna do a little bit of a grandfather clock kind of thing so i’m gonna go with three trap doors going up three trapdoors going up here i’m gonna lift those up right there i’m gonna put a Note block on the bottom i’m gonna put a belt on top and i’m gonna put the tinted glass on top of that i’m gonna drop a slab on top then i’m gonna put a glowing item frame in there and a clock on the inside we got a little grandfather clock That looks cool up here i’m gonna add one more little shelving unit i’m gonna put some slabs like that another trapdoor up here and then we’re just gonna add some hidden junk up top uh for now let’s just grab a chest i’m gonna put the chest over here and it can still Open because that’s an upside down stair and then let’s go with another barrel let’s put that on that side and just drop a little stone cutter up there that’s fine just make sure it doesn’t fall might hurt and if you want it up here just to cover up this bit you can Actually take your trapdoors all the way to the top that looks cool still and that is it for the house interior and now just for inspiration let me give you some exterior details of how you can dress this up so it just stands out just a little more Now the first thing that i love to do here when it comes to these houses is set up a good path so this one i started to do it with a little bit of gravel some coarse dirt on the edges through a little bit of cobble mixed in with the Gravel so it blends in nicely with the house and then it gave a little bit of a farmland area you know this is a house after all we do need to eat some uh so i made a little bit of a messy craft for that i’ve been loving to do it recently Adding some seeds in there making that wheat grow putting some bushes in there some tall grass some ferns and a little bit of flowers there just to pop it out and i love adding these little overhang bits right there with some hanging lights and then some barrels and chests On the outside just to dress it up to make it look like it’s a living reading house people live there people hang out but definitely gotta get a path set up going down that hill with some slabs with the gravel and then also a little bit of a retainer wall there which adds A lot of detail this one actually draws your eyes straight into the path and straight to the house so if you’re walking around in this area you definitely see this uh as a nice little addition uh to the house just a nice little wall to surround it besides that You gotta add some trees you gotta add more life to that area by having the trees surrounded in certain spots leaving also a little bit of path to get out to other future areas that just gives you inspiration to keep building in the same spot that’s it that’s your Details that’s your exterior let me know what you guys think but this was so much fun to make let me know if you guys want to see more of this style what do you think of the color palette let me know what you want to see next but for right Now i am out of here thank you so much for watching hopefully you guys enjoyed and i’ll catch you on the next minecraft video goodbye [Applause] You Video Information
