Minecraft adventure maps are dead or at least that’s what ill mango and a bunch of other people seem to think but that’s just because they haven’t heard about my community Unthinkable I’ve spent the last two years working on this adventure map and two months ago I challenged Members of my Discord to make adventure maps of their own but this was part of a much larger plan I wanted to flood Planet Minecraft with the amazing adventure maps you are about to see today and why would I want to do that because we are going to bring about the Second golden age of Minecraft adventure maps this is AVID Community Challenge season two stick around to see who wins ladies and gentlemen I have four incredible adventure maps to show you today and this first one knocked my socks off and I have very high socks do you see these things it’s called water Temple by twixie so we start off in this beautiful little cottage what you can right click this and this goes to YouTube That’s genius how have you done this jukebox oh oh my gosh oh with that music I am ready to go out on my adventure uh let’s do this and Here we are already in danger after hours of travel through the mountains you emerge into an open clearing like are you serious I hope you used World painter otherwise this must have taken so long oh look at this little info guys have you brought a suitable offering for The goddess nehru I do not have anything what is this job oh I’m going to guess that you want Nautilus shells oh this is so cool it’s like a real RPG I mean where do you think you’re gonna find Nautilus shells hello friend and friends um hi buddy look at this little guy he’s so cute perhaps she’s hungry oh so what we’re gonna go across the ice with all of these drowned everywhere And the little guy okay I’m just gonna try to pick him off one by one this is seriously insane they’re all over all right oh gosh oh gosh okay don’t leave me please please I just need to pick off these drowned as many of them as I can I Just missed I got him okay come on come on yes we are almost what halfway there okay there’s two left now we are making our way across the poison stink water one more shot one more shot I think we’re in the clear I’m in the water Oh I’m gonna eat some food you can do it oh hey are you are you going back home oh that’s adorable well bye oh wow more stink water and the most magnificent and immense chandelier I have literally ever seen caution defrost in progress naturally we’re in some kind of like ice factory Oh no I don’t like the look of that emergency ice picks I hello hello thank you it was cold in there I can tell yeah sorry you okay oh no watch your hands up the cryogenic units are malfunctioning we need to get out of here fast lead the way we need to get Out of here me you want me to lead the way oh those are melting we need to go are you with me please you gotta go faster this is a running kind of thing there’s a witch you’re so slow you’re so slow thank you for saving me It looks like the cryo units aren’t the only things acting up let’s go take a look at the general yeah good idea um the generator that’s uh that’s in that room right oh boy this is looking bad you’re gonna have to find the parts scattered throughout this area well it Sounds like I’m gonna be busy then all right well good thing we have this emergency ice pick I imagine that’s going to help us get the next two pieces of equipment some kind of puzzle you guys come on yes oh safety clamp a do not deactivate are you sure Because what if I do that and what if I do this and then I get my thing I love how alive this area this Factory feels it’s so it’s so unique Alpha lines up and thank me later don’t shake your head at me security control it’s like flushing a toilet oh oh what How does that work it’s so cool um okay so I assume we want orange out and when orange is out it should go in this direction now yes and then down purple and then down blue and that is amazing this is about to get weird here I have to slap purple right now Oh no Orange I did get I did get it look at that all four I did it there we go and a button press no please no beep boop and I guess we’re heading straight through hopefully we can get that component now what is it like some kind of repeater chests What is this a mimic access to secured storage all right if I remember correctly Secure Storage aha yes is somewhere back here in the main chamber aha make sure we place it the right way you did it I could hear the Hub of the generator already that should clean up The water in the main area down we go everybody and I assume we’re getting pushed upwards and it’s quite dark here okay access tunnel Omega 2. oh okay go go go go go go go go go go go cleaning is in progress that is such a cool effect hello is someone there uh Yes I’m here how did you do this I’m so glad you’re here with the generator up and running the last of the Invaders have retreated to the computer core let’s go let’s go check it out mine mine does OS okay let me pull up the security cameras And here’s the computer core itself as you can see we we have some uninvited guests we just looked at security cameras okay oh my definitely hasn’t been 45 minutes and I’m just so scared please I have feelings about this room and I’m not gonna talk about them right now that looks Unbelievable Brett you’re here already I’m not ready for you yet I need more time who is who is Oscar and Bert those are Sesame Street characters there we go Bert I think no this is Oscar no this is Bert rapid fire those were my friends you monster well Maybe something around here will help me I wonder what this button does what don’t push that button careful friend he’s figured out the spawner controls uh um you stinking fish stop dropping fish on me what is that I wonder what this button does what are those gonna fall or uh hey We now have holes do I want to get to that boom I think so let’s do this uh he’s down there yes I see I see ICC dummy is pushing every button in the dang room I think I can okay there he is yeah yeah that’s what I thought now it’s Time to dustle not a chance buddy that’s right that was a real outrod I don’t normally say this but I am completely speechless how do you top a map like that well this next map was submitted by the winner of ACC one water flow let’s Get into it uh so apparently this is a continuation of the nameless one where we basically destroyed the universe so here we go hey I recognize this fella anywhere Avid you’re here the old one eromorn should be powerless here in the Third Realm yet he decided To travel here we must stop him before he becomes a threat again yes sir of course the Society of old shall protect you I don’t believe you you all ditched me last time oh who am I kidding see I told you so wow look at this guy how have you done this Is this just like a texture okay this gorgeous area look at the ribs the ice ribs in the mountain we’re gonna go in this menacing looking doorway that looks like a screaming face how lovely okay and I’m in survival oh my goodness let’s get to work come on go go go go Pop ow the wither skeleton with like Frost boxing gloves and a ton of Health gaze into my reflection oh whoa Uh I am I on the ceiling okay and now do I yes I do I understand the way water flow is able to build spaces I mean the way the ice Spikes all come into the center in this Lake and just everything four seals must be deactivated to unseal the gate That’s one yoink I see you problem is you don’t see me and you have no face here’s one three seals this appears to be the last one that’s all for and now I imagine we can go to the exit I push button aha yeah how do I you guys know I look up tell me oh ancient water grapple nice up and over I like is the torch like also doing the animation it’s like flying alongside me like it’s my sidekick hey uh lever I guess I’m gonna pull it okay I guess I’m not gonna pull it something Slumbers Deep below up we go so aside for this cursed uh bed with two butts um I’m pretty sure this room is a puzzle that revolves around this thing in the center and uh this chest here is locked and there are some numbers on the wall a book I’m almost there now I have Everything to prove my theory about the essences I don’t know what that means all right first things first is this key yes has to open up something and I figured it was going to be that chest so we have yet another book and the books is the Way that we talk to the stone is using the simplest way of representing numbers I’m pretty sure that’s binary on the wall over here we have six numbers so if we want to light up number four then this is one spot two spots so four should be here and then if I submit Yes okay that’s actually making sense and then does number six actually exist it does and that should be five so now can I open the door I can’t open the door you catch a blinding flash in the water oh look at these blades I picked the sword This sword is so cool okay here goes nothing yay up we go I am super excited okay it seems our work has finally paid off here we stand before I come the essence of the At Last I shall regain my former power and now I will shape reality as I see Fit oh we have an Uninvited Guest kindly killed a god Slayer for me ah Avid we finally meet so you’re the one who freed vile Thorne Cassius oh no [Laughter] gee looking just take it easy oh what are you gonna do that is so cool how are you doing that animation whoa okay That’s a Wither slowing he’s doing it again that is such a cool effect wow all right okay and I haven’t even had a chance to remark on the beauty of this Arena how did you kill the nameless one how did I do it well I cheated see if I Can get any use out of this oh okay he has buddies yes oh boy that’s a new attack be careful be careful that attack scares me a lot Yes that’s a good sound I think he’s spare me no not him no anything serious what are you doing no God hey I’ll return to your for I shall do the same thing to you as I did to that worthless traitor what and he’s gone I love when people adapt My lore ah that was so good now this next one has one of the most interesting bosses I have ever seen and we begin oh a nice pretty water entrance I love the use of these little lanterns here this looks so good okay I wasn’t ready for that a watery Grave where are the sounds coming from there foreign that was exceptionally loud why is there just a button why would why would you put a button there I don’t know I’m scared so cool okay let’s go go go go go go shoot me up hi fragment maybe use it to Repair the pipe in the pipes room I didn’t even know there was a pipes room after 45 minutes I have finally found the lodestone gosh that was so well hidden uh the door closed oh no okay okay I know how this goes I do not know how this goes there are Drowned in the room skull of him we put this skull of him but uh all right here we go up and around to the other room obviously I’m drowning oh oh okay so he’s some sort of like armored drowned which is already terrifying um and I think yeah I’m seeing particles Shoot out of the walls periodically um yes oh but he wasn’t too tough yeah and now oh we head into the next area look down in the opposite direction you want to go quite not quite almost there we go when we back into the room yes three two one oh uh I’m scared the ancient Arena oh gosh hydromancer’s orb that’s bad I knew it I knew it I knew it I knew it I knew it okay it’s fine I’m gonna hang out back here this guy’s awesome that tried and rain that reminds me a lot of a boss from ACC1 Okay I pushed him into the wall a portal lighter used to open a can be used on chiseled deep slate oh wait a second this looks like a portal and that is the chiseled deep sleep yes I’m so smart so I’m gonna just just get an Apple ready Up oh I see all right then but uh but now I have this thing uh it can be placed on polished and sight right there that was the coolest door I’m a person who loves doors and that door that just went let’s do this I’m scared oh who I am Now even realize how stupid you are that’s not a nice thing to say I am him what uh blast nope nope nope okay okay it’s fine it’s clapping I see I see I see uh-huh my guess is I need to survive for a certain amount of time he’s making Finger guns can I shoot these I cannot shoot them I cannot shoot them he’s looking drained now would be a good time to hit those targets okay okay oh I see his health bar up there that’s a really cool way to do a Boss part oh Yeah we got him there’s TNT three yes oh no okay what is this what uh what is this um okay holy Apple I don’t know what’s happening uh he has one hit left this is like a spinning beam that I have to jump over I gotta stay back here now because That Fizzles out I got it that is my last holy Apple come on come on yes oh my gosh laughs this way guys screaming8 did an incredible job with that boss don’t you think now this next one was made by my good buddy Dr trog and it has some Mechanics I have never seen in an adventure map before and also it is absolutely hilarious so let’s go all right I’m ready Adventurer I need your help my kingdom had been taken over by an army of Undead please hop on my back and I’ll fly you over This not actually happening right now oh we are in the sky of course here take These Wings okay thank you uh Miss Miss Pig Queen I can I can fly this is gonna take some practice I can do this yes yes thanks if you ever get stuck just summon Me and I can help I can summon the pig Queen um all right I think I’ll grab this helmet and maybe we’ll head over to this Castle um I can hear something on fire oh my gosh this whole area is on fire there are blazes and zombies and it’s awful Help my house is on fire oh my gosh there’s a pig in trouble guys we need to get upstairs okay there’s literally fire everywhere but yes okay I found the pig um how do I put this fire out again right uh with the wings wings okay come on buddy let’s keep walking we’re Dangerous you’re gonna turn into a pork chop you have to okay you want to get out a very specific way and I understand that but fine now you’re safe thanks for saving me fun fact your wings can also turn lava into obsidian well that sounds super useful all right next up I think We’re heading to this power station see if you can find a magnetic grappling hook in that storage closet magnetic grappling hook I know where this is going so I happen to know a thing or two about fishing rod grappling hooks and I have to say this one is really smooth Okay I’ve made it to the power station and I think this is some kind of puzzle try following the sound from the core and adjusting the Chimes one at a time what does that mean all right so the piggy says we need to follow this sound Wave from the core to the first chime so we need to line up the Chimes somehow okay so maybe I can yes that is so satisfying okay and now particles are going from the core to the first chime and then bouncing off the first chime Over this way so now I need to get the second chime up a little bit like a so oh my gosh and this is super cool so the particles are actually going into and out of these iron bars oh wow and and this one shoots it in two directions oh This whole room like comes to life with all these particles going everywhere and this should be yes Pig Power is that a pig powering machine it’s so satisfying once you figure it out we generate power by harnessing the saying when pigs fly whatever you say Miss Pig Queen all Right you guys it’s time to take on the boss let’s give it a shot oh I have no idea if that was what I was supposed to do but that was really cool well that looks like a boss looking fella over there um probably just don’t do that and maybe Okay so I need to find a way to get up to that platform there so what I think I can do is put my grappling hook yes onto this point and then I just come around to the side and one two okay and now I Just need to get up to him and now I can hit him with my sword let’s go let’s go let’s go um fishing rod a sword sword right uh he’s withering me okay and that’s one and that’s two okay and another time okay he’s locked himself behind this cage but yes I’m up And now what uh you have gotta be kidding me the floor is lava okay I’ll jump over the fence no yes oh that was so close okay let’s blow this thing up yes and I think we might actually be able to do this okay flat my wings Obsidian oh that was so close Miss Piggy are you okay no no oh we almost fell down this has got to be the last thing come on morning it was so hard yeah that was probably one of the most brutally difficult Maps I have ever played but also wow you guys Those Maps were honestly unbelievable and I am so proud of what this community can do so you’re probably wondering which map is the winner well part of it is you get to choose but also part of it is I didn’t even show half of the submissions that were sent to me so you Guys are going to have to check out my live stream coming up in two days if you’re from their future then then
