Minecraft – Alchemist Evolved – #1 – Tiny island

Hi everyone I am Johnny man and welcome to another map this time we’re playing a Skyblock map called alchemist evolved we’re playing on bedrock today so kind of a console edition of minecraft maybe should be interesting we’ll check it out oh right we’re kind of in the main lobby

Before we start we’ve got a little bit here that tells us about the map so the alchemist evolved this map test our survivor skills and challenging environment okay cool oh we’re only gonna start with a couple buckets of love and water little floating island and we mix them to get new stuff

Interesting well let’s just start with the first island I guess and let’s start in alright here we go stuck break this sign to get a new set of initial items alright oh okay cool so we’ve got bunch of bone meal we got a couple buckets of water some lava so

Normally we would want to make kind of a cobblestone generator but not sure about that so we’ll see what’s going on here guidebook number one which is good online wiki well we’ll just kind of take that alright so let’s take a look and see what the guidebook have to say the

First step in the Alchemist evolved or crucial to advance this map if you make a mistake use the reset sign on the island to refill the chests with materials okay so quest one dig a hole three blocks wide using the water bucket from the Box place water at both ends a

Water source will now generate in the middle block alright let’s go for that okay you can now use the infinite water source to fill your empty buckets fill buckets from the middle water source otherwise it will not regenerate alright well let’s uh let’s just let’s go ahead

Let’s do that so three blocks wide oK we’ve got a little three by one trench here and if we put water in one side and water in the other this gives us infinite water in the center which is what we want now the first task was to come

These two and you combine them by dropping them so we drop that drop that boom there’s our cobblestone and our buckets and then we can grab another piece of water and I think we had to do this again we needed to so let’s do that so we’ll drop that drop that and then

Boom we get it again perfect and then I think the next step was if we drop one of those and one of those we get gravel cool let’s do it again because we need to do it again there we go let’s get our water back you know what I’m just gonna

Grab the extras just so that I have them now it’s dropping the gravel and the water gives us the dirt very cool and we do it again all right so now I think they said if we draw up the dirt and the water we get seeds very cool okay now

Let’s just double check on this so we’ve done dirt and water to get seed perfect all right so we have to do this one more time could go through the sequence again that gives us the cobblestone let’s just get you know get extra water just to

Have it and then we go to get gravel perfect the water again and then this gives us another dirt because if we look back on the book again it said that if we do a dirt and a seed we get a sapling which is what we need so let’s do that

So if we go drop the seeds drop the dirt and there’s our sapling all right perfect so now we can plant a where we’re gonna put this you know what we’re just gonna put it right here we can plant the sapling and then now we will get a tree and hopefully it’ll drop

Other saplings I’m sure we have the bone meal to make it go a little faster so we’ll just give it a little give it a couple all right as you can tell we’ve got the tree I did a bunch of a much more bone meal on it

Just to grow a little bit quicker and now we have got some planks or some logs if she can make planks hopefully obviously this is going to drop a sapling so that we can continue the process and we don’t want to fall off the edge here I just want to be pretty

Close to grab a sapling there we go perfect just be nice to get maybe an extra sapling or two just so we’ve got it there we go okay so book – I think I had to just drop this book and some planks so I’m not mistaken drop this

Was then able to finally craft my 4×2 little container here so if we look at our foundry level steps again cobblestone generators what I was looking for couple some generated there we go two blocks deep four wide and so we put water in one side and lava in the

Other according to the book so let’s take a look again here we go guidebook I just want to make sure we’re doing this raid so there we go dig a hole four blocks wide and two blocks deep then place water and lava in opposite upper corners okay so I think I’ve done that

I’m still holding on to that there lava and water so I think this should do it let’s put the water in that corner and if we put lava in that corner there we go so here’s our custom generator so yeah I’ve been able to do this before by

Just standing here because the time it takes the lava to come here the water will come here so I should be safe and this will then let me collect the cold stone perfect okay crucibles allow you to melt cobblestone into lava Oh interesting this will be useful while you don’t have

Nether access let’s create a crucible using a wooden pickaxe mine 11 cobblestone from the cobblestone generator then craft stone pickaxe I’m sure that none of the iron ore falls into the void this is where we might have a problem because I think we lost one so let’s try this out

Right should be enough so we’re gonna scoop up the lava just like the told us to just to be safe and let’s find out what the next steps are kind of hello scattered around here but that’s fine put the furnace down and if we put the

Iron in with the planks we will get some ingots and we’ll make a crucible there we go so let’s put a block behind so if I put the cauldron there perfect in the crucible one cobblestone plus one empty bucket okay so maybe you have to choose

A cobblestone first Wow there we go all right we’ve got a lava bucket oh yes and the rain fills up the coal written interesting I think I need to cover the cauldron as odd as that seems I’m gonna have to put a roof over top just so that

It doesn’t fill with water and I can continue to get my lava buckets alright there you go we’ve begun the alchemists evolve we got some different crafting methodologies here throwing things off in combinations to make stuff kind of neat I like that we’ve got the crucible

Built down we will have to build a foundry so I’m gonna harvest a bunch of cobblestone build this platform out a little bit more have a nice little spot for it because I think we need some room hopefully I’ll have another tree or so by then and I can explained it with the
