Minecraft Alchemy Ep. 4 – “Level 2 Earth, Level 1 Fire”

Okay I promise last video for today yesterday I uploaded episode one of this series today I I mean right now I’m making episode four I’m really excited about this series in case you haven’t been able to see Okay so why am I talking so loud

I don’t know I need to turn that down to it anyways um welcome to Alchemy survival um okay so between the last episode and this episode I went over there and I chopped down two of the super tall jungle trees so I wanted to make this ladder that

Goes all the way to the top of this Tower which as you know is more than um this is a hundred and forty three blocks tall so uh I figured how how much would I would need to make a ladder to go that tall and I did my math wrong

Um so yeah so I have a I have a lot of wood left over I had nearly three stacks of logs and then I crafted quite a few into planks to make this pretty cool floor and a staircase that goes down to there um so yeah this is what I did uh between

Episodes nothing huge just that ladder and uh redoing my house I also fixed up the holes in the walls so I think that looks kind of nice um anyways uh I’m out of food um I think I’m gonna make a farm that’s not what I was going to say I was

Going to say um wait what was I gonna say I have a really short attention span now whatever um I’m also gonna say oh yeah in this video we’re going to try to get fire Magic um so yeah we’ll see how that goes but first so I have food I’m going to

Plant these here actually I think with that um with a new update you can find melons in jungles I don’t know if that’s true I think I saw that somewhere um um I don’t know um I saw that pig and I thought it was an ocelot I don’t know what this is um

Anyways what’s this I thought this was a cave wait I think it is it’s just gonna be like a huge cave or just that was cool it’s not very much but it’s cool uh anyways what was I doing I’m really good at getting distracted oh yeah that’s right

There’s a little chicken down here um well I’m not seeing any melons um all right yeah oh well um if I could somehow get melon seeds that would be great because I think melons have quite a bit of water essence so if I could make like a melon farm that would be great

Uh look at this iron right here um Okay so I need to try and find lava um I don’t know exactly how difficult that’s going to be I’m hoping I can be lucky and there’s just like lava somewhere right here now I would have been really lucky if there was so

Um but anyways so let’s see I remember when I found that um ravine the last episode no not the last episode uh two episodes ago I think it was um I don’t remember if there was lava in there but there might have been um I don’t know

I also want to see if I could find a um a snowy biome because um snowballs have water Essence and air Essence so that would be great Um I don’t know yeah I mean I guess I might as well uh come down here and see if there’s any lava was this where I dug out yeah maybe now that I have armor this will be a bit easier nope there’s no lava in here uh

No I’m not seeing any law but I don’t feel like dealing with that skeleton I’m in the wrong place uh there we go okay hmm I just had an idea um that could actually be considered smart but surprising considering watching my video um and I really wish I had some food

All right so what I’m going to do is I’m going to come up here and see if I see any like um Lava Lakes or stuff and um no I’m not seeing anything oh I just thought of why I can get food I think I remembered seeing something earlier when I wasn’t filming

Uh I don’t need this stuff so just I know I’ll throw this iron in the furnace all right so we’re there we go and one more thing I forgot okay guys uh sorry about that I guess my iPod uh ran out of memory so it stopped recording but anyways uh so I just

Looked at where it stopped and I was about to run into my house and say I forgot something and that’s something I forgot was boats so I sailed over here uh to this mushroom biome said I could get mushroom stew because yeah I’m kind of running out of food

How much is this here oh only three uh hunger thingies I thought it was four what’s up with this water that’s really weird do you guys see that the block under the water is missing I don’t know uh so let’s see I don’t see any lava

Here I don’t know if I would have expected to um Okay so you know hop on the boat and uh I’m gonna sail back laughs I don’t want the boat to crash I’m gonna crash I didn’t no it’s sailing away don’t leave me don’t leave me boat

Wait my boat is just trying to sail away good okay it’s good okay so now we have a bunch of mushrooms too that should uh keep us well fed for a while um all right so I guess I’m going to go mining and see if I can find any lava

Um but I don’t think you guys would want to have to sit through that so I’m going to pause the video and we’ll see if anything interesting happens right okay I guess that this area has quite a bit of um Redstone so this area here where I found the Redstone I’ve been using

Uh where I also got the Earth Magic I was mining here for about five seconds I found more redstone this area has a lot of redstone in it all right so let’s see that’s pretty good uh yeah so if I find any more Redstone I’ll show you guys but uh anyways so yeah

I’ll be back okay I didn’t find anything really um I got out to this point and my pickaxe broke but then I uh I just heard a bat somewhere around here which means there’s probably a cave so yeah now I have to run all the way up

These stairs which is going to take forever and it’s night time all right so I guess while I’m on my way up I might as well uh go to bed oh you might have noticed I made this room a bit bigger uh yeah I mined out the sides

Um so yeah I think it looks better um let’s see I don’t need all this mushrooms to taking up my whole inventory um and put that in there so let’s see uh do I have any sticks uh right here some great there we go um I got a new pickaxe

I don’t know why I still have this sponge in my inventory like do I really need that um also I don’t have a shovel that could be important uh oh well not too big of a deal okay so I’m going to go back down to

Where I was where I heard the bat and see if uh if by mining around a little bit I can find it uh because it might be in a cave and if it’s in a cave there might be Lava has anybody ever notice that when you’re looking for diamonds you find lava

I’m hoping it works the other way around since I’m looking for lava I would be pleasantly surprised to find diamonds let’s see I’m not hearing that bat anymore where is it I’m not seeing anything now oh look more redstone hmm okay yeah in this series I’m probably

Not gonna have too much trouble finding iron and redstone found quite a bit in this mine um let’s see fill that in um okay seriously I thought Redstone was kind of rare but apparently not and why is it that whenever I find Redstone there’s always iron right next to it thank you

I mean I have a whole stack of redstone right here I think I hear a zombie but I might be going insane let’s see if it gets louder um I’m not finding much besides iron and redstone I’m stupid I was just thinking hey maybe I could find some by going to the nether because there’s a lot of lava in there the problem is to go to the nether you need obsidian and to make obsidian you need lava wait actually you don’t let me just check something real quick

Um and is this screen is really bright so let me just turn it down okay let’s see it’s level two Earth Magic we can make a lava bucket so if we could level up Earth Magic then that would be great um so I have to make 10 items using Earth

So I’ve made three iron ingots and a sponge so that’s four items so far um I’m thinking I only need one or two lava buckets wait not yeah I might need like three lava buckets I’m thinking to surround the Redstone because around the Alchemy circle with lava no need to um

Yeah I think I need like three or four I don’t know uh so I’d say I should go make um some sponge and now I don’t want this gonna be too dark so I gotta turn the brightness back up um okay so here we go I gotta eat some food

Um all right so let’s see I’m gonna come up here um let’s see if I make I would um let’s see only things I can make I know you can’t see this because the screen is too bright but the only things I can make with that have Earth is iron ingots and

Sponge but iron ingots also use fire and um I don’t know what happens okay so like I said to level up with magic you have to make 10 items with that element and I don’t know what would happen if I make 10 items with fire so I would level

Up fire to level two before I even have level one so I think I’m gonna make sponge so I need to make six all right let’s see um I’ll just make three at a time so let’s see one of my five Earth five water and five air um

You know what I kind of want to do is I want to go find a Whatchamacallit I am uh it’s called um I wanna go find a snowy biome because if I get snow that’s air and water so there you go I’m gonna make a shovel I forgot to make sticks

Okay so here we go foreign so so I guess since what direction should I go in um I’m just gonna close my eyes and point in a random Direction and then go in that direction try to find snow bouncing there okay so I’ll go in that direction

So let’s see for each sponge I can just use like five pieces of sand and five snowballs so I’m gonna need I’m getting 30 snowballs Desert is pretty big and it’s night time Uh I’m just gonna set it to daytime wait is it yeah oh I dropped my shovel okay so that was actually pretty lucky hey I wasn’t actually expecting that to work like a wolf I don’t have any bones so I can’t uh tame the wolf oh well so it’s a 16. uh

So I guess to get 30 I need 16 and 14. great so that’s um that’s enough snowballs Um okay I’m almost back and I think I have a bunch why did I drop that dirt where did I Oh there it is um yeah I think I have a bunch of sand back at my house so yeah getting the Earth Essence shouldn’t be oh look an ocelot I don’t know if you can see it over there but uh yeah so anyways here we go let’s see do I

Great we got more than 30 sand so that’s I’m gonna put all that stuff back there um okay so let’s see okay so we’re gonna make six so here we go five there um foreign and now let’s see if it’ll work okay it worked um so now let’s see because we also made

One sponge in the last episode we made Seven sponge so let’s see we made seven things with water seven things with air uh because those three iron ingots and seven sponges we’ve made ten things with iron so now we sh I ten things with Earth so we should have a level two Earth

Magic now and we’ve also made uh what should we call it uh three things with fire so yeah sorry this is gonna be a bit of a long episode let’s see uh I don’t know if you guys can see this uh it might be too bright but anyways I’ll just read

This so the level two Earth Magic would make a lava bucket with six Earth and five fire so let’s see six Earth and five fire we have a lot of iron so I’d say we’re just gonna use iron ingot we have half a stack of iron right here so we’re gonna

Use that for Earth so what was it six Earth and five fire yeah this is too very um okay there you go um I hope you can see this so six Earth five fire um an iron ingot has three Earth um let’s see what do we have has fire

If I make a bit more Flint so let’s see we need was it I’m gonna guess about three lava buckets so that’s gonna so let’s see so it’ll be two iron ingots for each one so it’s a total of six iron ingots and five wait I just thought of something

With three pieces of Flint I mean wait okay so I’m forgetting that Flint also has Earth Essence so six Earth and five fire So three pieces of Flint that would be six Earth and three fire no trust me I’m good at this sweet trying to figure something out uh for each one you can do a piece of coal and two pieces of Flint so that’s three fire and for Earth

So I do a piece of coal two pieces of flint and two pieces of sand Doesn’t seems I need more gravel um so let’s see so that’s okay let’s hope this will work correctly so let’s see that’s one Earth no two Earth um wait I want to do this right but I’m I’m really worried I’m gonna get it wrong sweet so piece of coal that has

Three fire essence there we go it’s five fire Essence and it’s five fire Essence and four Earth essence great there we go sets five fire Essence and six Earth essence see if I got it right okay that’s great it worked um so let’s see now we have a lava bucket um

So let’s see maybe I shouldn’t do it this close to my house um all right so there we go um let’s see how far it flows one two three that’s as far as it goes three bucks you can put one right here let me see it we need two more lava buckets

And let’s see this bucket right here is eight Earth essence and we only need six Earths so I know um I’m gonna go to bed um okay so let’s foreign so I already have one piece of flint and to do all of these I’m gonna need three more pieces of Flint

All right great now I just need two flint wrong item there’s one piece of plant okay great there’s two so now I should have enough uh of what I need to do this so let’s see I didn’t mess this up the first time let’s hope I don’t mess it up this time

So let’s see three fire five fire and four Earth okay great there we go and the phone’s ringing uh so I guess I’ll be back after I answer them okay it worked wait okay so now I put that there put that there and I should have enough um so let’s do this uh
