Minecraft – Alex’s Mobs – Hats & Enchantment Books (1.16.5)

How’s it going everybody welcome back to a new video so today we’re going through some of the things that i missed in my alex’s mom’s reviews in the three parts so this would be the fedora hat the sombrero hat and the enchantment books now being requested to do the enchantment books and

A couple of people asked about some of the hats like how to get them to like the swimwear like i said and the fedora also i’ll leave the link to my discord down description below so if you want to ask any questions or something just i’ll try my best to answer them

So uh yeah let’s get straight into it so to start off with let’s start with the sombrero hat now with the sombrero hat you can actually wear it like so um as i’ve shown before in my alex mob reviews and you look pretty cool it’s a massive hat

So to get the sombrero what you need is uh cockroaches i just need to be in here like so and you need to give them morocco’s like i showed in my review and when you do uh they’ll all start dancing and as you can see the one that i gave the maracas

To had the sombrero hat on so you can give them to all of them if you have enough and what you need to do is kill through the dancing cockroach with the sombrero hat on now i’ve got a looting three sword because it’s actually quite a rare drop to get

Um you do have to be a bit patient with it um there we go okay that wasn’t too rare but don’t forget i’ve got looting three on it and it doesn’t drop all the time and that’s basically how you get sombrero hat it’s not too hard but to get the cockroach

And the maracas and everything else it’s a bit stressful to get a hat but if you want the hat then it’s a nice little easter egg you can get so the next hat that you can get is the fedora so you can wear the fedora

Like so and you can actually put this on the platypus as well uh actually quite cool so i’ll basically tell you why you can only put it on the platypus because the only way to get the fedora is through the platypus so to get it you need to have a platypus

Name the palatapus perry so it has the skin from um as agent perry from phineas and ferb which is quite cool easter egg you then need to give it redstone once it’s got redstone uh it should start going over to some clay underwater and start digging when

It starts digging it has a chance of digging up the fedora so it will have to do a couple times if we keep going it will eventually drop don’t worry like i said these are quite rare drops Okay uh let me get a couple more so these are very rare i mean i’ve i’ve made the bloody things dig up so much there it is finally so that took a very long time but i mean let’s see how much clay they actually dig up from one

About five so it took three plats pisses and a stack and pretty much a half to get at least one fedora and then basically it seems to have given me two fedoras at the same time and that’s how you get it you can also put it on perry and now it

Looks like agent p or agent perry from phineas and ferb so that’s another really cool little easter egg pretty epic right so let’s move on to the enchantment books so if we go to the enchantment books they are all for the straddle board so to basically craft a straddle board

Uh you need three another right ingots and four stradalite and you get yourself a straddleboard now with the straddleboard it’s basically like a surfboard on lava and it’s very very good i don’t know why uh for some reason they don’t break so easily and as they

Used to i think they have updated it and so it doesn’t do that too badly however it makes it very difficult to try and show you some of the things that i need to so the first enchantment book we have is straddle jump now straddle jump actually increases the height of struggle before

Jumps and there’s three different versions but in creative it doesn’t actually show you more than just one book so there might probably be these in chests or something but right now i’m going to show you straddle jump three so if we get straight and we’ll enchant it i’ll basically show you them

Like highest it could probably jump There we go so if we enchant it we’ll see how high you can actually jump with this thing so if we put it down so as you can see it’s just a massive improvement already we’re pretty much touching the ceiling so yeah straddle jump can be very useful if you do need

To get up things like here or something or even things higher so yeah it’s very useful let’s move on to the next enchantment book so the next enchantment book we have is lava waxed and lava wax gives the rider the straddle board fire resistant uh

So if i go into survival uh and i obviously do this and we get on the straddle board gives me fire resistance so this is basically if my board does break it won’t because straddleboard is very powerful now um there we go or you accidentally come off

Like so it actually gives you a couple of seconds of fire resistance basically get back on it get back on it i’m i’m stuck oh god well uh that’s basically what the fire resistance is for if you accidentally fall off like you do here and it gets a bit glitched

You can just jump back on it and unfortunately i couldn’t jump back on that because that one was really glitched uh so yeah so that’s basically what it should do which is actually pretty cool so uh let’s move on to the next enchantment book so the next enchantment

Book we have is the serpent charmer now by the champion book you could probably guess it actually makes bone serpents neutral towards the right of the straddle board so if we enchant it and we get a regular straddle board basically show you that bone serpents aren’t very friendly towards you so they

Will attack you so as you can see they’re already attacking me however if i have the straddle board that is enchanted which is called the strat straddle board a i just realized bone serpents won’t attack you this guy will this is an but as you can see they’re actually quite friendly towards

You they won’t attack you yeah there you go see they’ll jump at you but they can’t actually hurt you so that’s really awesome very useful for you are crossing lava lakes because no doubt lead there will be bone serpents and as you can see there’s about five of them just trying to attack

Me right now and they can’t uh let’s move on to the next enchantment book so the final chunk book we have is the returning board enchantment so the straddleboard returns instantly to the rider’s inventory when broken now this is going to be quite hard to show you because the straddleboard has

Become very strong in alex’s mobs meaning that it’s very hard to try and break it so if i enchant it show you what i mean in my review it wasn’t it was very easy to break because they hadn’t updated it i’m sort of like zooming towards the wall here

But it doesn’t matter it won’t break and i don’t think it actually applies to when you just break it if i go into survival mode and i break it yeah it won’t come back to me so as a bit glitchy this enchantment but what it should do

Is if it breaks it should return to you i can’t show you how it breaks because i don’t really know how to because they probably fixed it but yeah um that’s pretty much all the enchantments in alex’s mobs so thank you all so much for watching i hope you enjoyed
