Minecraft Classics: Herobrine’s Mansion w/ DanTDM

Herabrine’s mansion here we go you’ve probably heard of this one before it’s an adventure map that was released in november 2012 for minecraft 1.3 made by hypixel the man before the name became known as the server brand really it’s one of the most well-known highly played maps ever made for minecraft it helped

To promote the hypixel server early on actually and for a few years players could actually create herobrine’s mansion lobbies on the hypixel server to play with their friends the map is a fairly straightforward hack and slash pve featuring several bosses with increasing difficulty culminating in a very difficult wither fight i actually

Forgot how difficult it was i played the map within the first couple weeks after its release but being that that was almost 10 years ago i’ll be going in without much memory today with the help of dantdm despite our long histories on youtube this is actually the first time

The zombies you can find them hiding in the little house in front of the mansion okay sounds good and then we’ll get on the quest too probably a good idea i like being handheld did you really read it all really questioning our reading unbelievable i’m so good at

Uh i didn’t play maps that much when this came out but i remember a series called asleep it was a series of maps called asleep those one two and three hey wait victor why are you interrupting me help us stranger zombies are surrounding us we’re trapped i assume that’s oh yeah that’s this

Page of the quest log though head to the chris and find the skeleton king kill him and use his music disc on the jew oh god thank you thank you thank you oh god they just don’t respect education and reading i know um when it’s done make sure you loot the

Gold nuggets victor will be able to exchange them for very powerful loots okay so i assume the crypt is right in here oh yeah he’s gonna he must have some good so are you good he must hit hard yeah i’m good okay oh he dropped a sick sword i think

I feel like we’re probably gonna end up getting a lot of rotten flesh as we go yeah so i’m kind of just focused on food for now but then like i bet you once we start fighting the bosses we’re gonna need the heels the heavy heels skeleton king

Damage this is bad it’s nice sometimes to just be in the old pvp boat and just be able to spam and hack and slash everything so much better i do now understand why they changed at the first game why are they doing this why are they changing the game but it

Kind of makes sense it definitely does like it’s it it requires a lot more uh strategy now versus just like do the people who are good at 1.8 pvp they just like butterfly click their mouse and just push you back a hundred yards and you’re like okay i can’t hit you

This is great so you’re playing bedrolls like they’re hacking the hacking nope and they just have really sometimes sometimes though my chat will be like no they were dead they were actually that looks that looks suspicious i don’t know about that but i you never know for sure okay i don’t

I’ve just started playing rl craft again and i feel like i’m just all i’m gonna do the entire time because it’s hardcore so i’m just gonna stay as far away from everything and shoot it with a bow yeah definitely that’s right hardcore yep nine hardcore though that is uh that’s

Next level yeah it’s um it’s probably a mistake being being honest but uh we’ll we’ll see how it goes i just um i’m hoping i i don’t get like super far and then have to restart because like i want to achieve my goal but yeah what is the goal well so

Initially it was like it was like do a tier four or five ice and fire dragon the ones that are in the over world and like those big underground dungeons but then other people were like oh make it the ender dragon because i didn’t realize apparently the ender dragon is

Harder than than the the ice and fire dragons yeah um i don’t know i gotta i gotta get some clarification on it in the comments on the next episode but also there are like some actual oh you’re getting you’re getting potted i think oh oh i’ll go distracted there’s some like actual end

Game bosses and so part of me is thinking like oh i don’t know should i actually make that the goal to do see i played it for like two or three hours uh and then i didn’t do hardcore but i got to the point where i walked up to a chest

Opened it dragon spawned killed me and i was like you know what this isn’t for me yeah i i played it uh it was like three years ago kind of around when it first started taking hold and uh oh you know what all the potions

And the walls are done so we can just yeah here we go drinking all right she looks kind of sad actually she does there we go there’s the bagpipes let’s go dude the pipes the pipes are calling what we said yeah dude we got this nice okay

Wait where’s the jukebox in here oh he’s over here is it there yeah My dearest friend well now you’re kind of humanizing her i know you just feel bad yeah i was thinking that i didn’t know herobrine had a sister that’s unfortunate what um do you want d oh you’re wearing the leggings already so this doesn’t really help and

Is that a um yeah the only thing i can really improve is helmet i think okay yeah i didn’t get a fence i got i thought i got another sword but now i don’t see where it is so um but oh here’s another uh nugget there
