Minecraft Curse of the Island #15 OP Enchantments!

All right guys welcome back to curse of the island survival now you’re probably wondering why we’re not down in the mines like we were when we left off last episode well i came up to the top top side to feed the cows harvest some crops and grab some more pickaxes for our

Journey ahead now when i was also down here i passed by this little area right here i got blown up by a creeper right around here so you can see there’s some little holes right here but i knew i saw a little chest right here let’s just

Take a look i have not opened it yet so you’re surprised and my surprise right here we’re just gonna see what’s inside it and that would have helped a long time ago they give us spawn eggs okay well that would have been really helpful a while

Ago so let’s just grab these up right now and i guess we’ll just go put the cows down right now and we’ll have to keep the pigs for a little bit so yeah now it’s really cool how we keep finding a lot of these chests and stuff around

The island it really just keeps helping us along our way now in order to i was thinking about this i reviewed the last episode while i was uploading it and i said how we were going to start working with the villagers again and possibly build them the instant houses in order

To make the instant houses we have to have a bed and in order to make a bed we have to have wool which requires us to have sheep which we don’t exactly have so we’re gonna have to work through that obstacle now you as you all can also

Tell i do not have my pop filter once again i’ve been reviewing all the episodes and it seems as though there’s not really a big difference when i used to pop filter between right now when i’m not so i’m just going to hold off because before it was just a bit of a

Nuisance sometimes it would get in my way and you know i wouldn’t be able to move around as much as i can right now i mean i can spin around against been all about but we are going to head back to the mines ladies and gentlemen hopefully i don’t get blown up

Okay we got blown up i don’t even mind them we’re going down but i actually drilled through right here not drill i mined through right down here and it turns out that we are extremely close to one of our old mine shafts you’ll see as soon as we pass by

Right here that we we turned up like right around here if you guys remember now also when i came up to the surface i investigated one of my old mine shafts one we worked in a while ago when we found our first diamonds right around there i went back and i excavated some

Diamonds now you can still see we still have 46 diamonds so we haven’t mined any more diamonds but there are more diamonds for us over that way with a handy dandy diamond meter but i’m not going to use the diamond meter when we’re down here just to help us out with our process

I mean just to make the experience a bit more real because i know some of you guys are sure you’ll call on me for cheating but you know we gotta make this interesting and in order to make this interesting we need a ton of diamonds so

I believe this is where we came through right around here now i did just get back from dinner i was like oh i’m so full it’s time to play some minecraft because that’s what i do when i get full play some minecraft actually you know what we went the whole episode last time

Without using the diamond meter in this area so you know what i think it’s time we could go with it yeah oh well look at that we already have diamonds on the meter where are they point us to the diamonds ow why man i just want to be friends

Come on come on i can take you i got you both oh man now i actually did die last episode we were mining right over this way and we came across some diamonds and we fell and no it wasn’t diamonds redstone we died over redstone why

But um we died over redstone it wasn’t the coolest thing we could have done but it happened unfortunately so we got most of our levels of experience back already i mean we already have 19 oh we’re getting closer now once it gets to an even yellower tinge or let’s see

I think we have to go down a bit more i’ve been finding a lot of my diamonds around bedrock let’s just see is it around here maybe yes nope perhaps yeah we hit bedrock so i don’t know we’re getting further away let’s just drill through these holes

Right over here and oh hello come on i dare you nope oh wait hold on is this a different tinge of yellow that means it’s like right below my feet it’s like right here how are we not finding it yet it is right around here somewhere yeah yep there they are okay fantastic

We found the diamonds now there is lava like right here so that oh my that’s going to make things a tad difficult for us so let’s just try and escape it or excavate excavate these diamonds the best we can it seems like we’ve got quite oh my

That is going to make things very bad hopefully we don’t lose any diamonds so keep track we’ve got 46 diamonds and let’s go now we haven’t really got all that okay 46 40. we got one diamond from each of those that wasn’t very good at least we got more diamonds in the

Mind don’t worry now as soon as we get back we’re going to build ourselves some legendary armor to help us with the process so let’s just put back our legendary pick for the moment now we’re just going to mine up everything we find just to get necessary experience

Now something i’ve been wanting to do just like a little idea for you guys is if you’d like to suggest a building idea or you’d like to contribute a design of your own to me just feel free and i’ll try and recreate it in the world so we

Sure what i’m going to do with all my stacks of diamonds one thing i’m going to do is i’m going to have just a stack or a set of armor just so we can wear it around the house and you know just look all cool and pimp and whatnot and then

We’re going to have a set of uber duber a protection 5 armor that’s going to keep us safe when we fight the wither boss now the ender dragon isn’t going to be the biggest threat to us i’m thinking the wither boss i fought him once when

The snapshot came out a long time ago and he’s an extremely hard guy to fight so we’re going to start guerrasing supplies to you know fight him and armor is going to be one of those now something i want to enchant in the near future is a bow and try to get infinity

And like punch five or something like that it’s either puncher power one of the two all these p sounds it’s alliteration but we’ll try to get one of those enchantments or both possibly now with the anvil we haven’t made one those yet i think we could do that like later on

This episode if we make it but check it out you guys just got blown up but when we get back up we can make an anvil and you are able to you know put enchantments on from books now we’ve already enchanted one book i believe we got

Golden carrot and a golden apple now i was already aware that golden apple is better than a golden carrot but i wasn’t sure why so the the recipe to craft an enchanted golden apple is you have to have golden blocks surrounded by an apple now it’s extremely expensive it’s going to be a

While before you can make one of those but that gives you like resistance regeneration restores hunger you can eat it even when you’re not hungry it’s a really cool thing overall and we’re near some diamonds i think there’s some diamonds over here but yeah the golden carrot is a

Component in the invisibility and the night vision potion so that’s just something we can all like do later on now i think there’s diamonds like right beneath our feet are they they’re like right around here let’s see this thing gets progressively more yellow yep they’re like right

Have to find diamonds on your own which we’ve kind of done already so it’s not technically cheating now i think this is going to push us over the edge for our very first stack of diamonds so let’s just oh yeah it’s definitely going to that’s a full it’s eight things of diamond

Oh look at that a stack and nine fantastic so just go through wait there’s more diamonds oh wait hang on what if i pick them up is it still active yeah it’s still active there’s more diamonds wait they’re like right around here somewhere that means there’s like two stacks of

On the villagers now actually when i was looking on the wiki for the golden carrot i found that we actually are able to make like a cure for being oh there there they are fantastic but for zombie villagers the way we have to cure them i believe is with a

Weakness potion and we throw them an enchanted golden apple so yeah that’s all we got to do now we’re fine plenty of dimes that’s 17 right there now we have 21 wow fantastic now if we get more than 20 diamonds before we get back i think we

Can make it make a goal of it like 10 likes that’d be amazing get two full stacks of diamonds here have we checked on there yet i don’t believe so all right this is treacherous please water do your job oh man oh no water you cursed me

I thought we had a deal that’s a zombie villager right there we could have saved them but we just don’t have our potions yet now that’s something we probably should get working on rather shortly now i’ll let you guys decide that i don’t i doubt we’ll be able to get to either of

Those quests or you know things of interest in this episode perhaps i just want to explore this entire area down here but in the comments down below let me know if you would like to start calling the villagers and doing trades with them or if you would like to start

With enchantments that kind of stuff now i’m also aware that my diamond meter is going off for some of these areas i’m just not going to go around and grab every single diamond i find if it’s like a red reading right away i’m just going to look for stick out diamonds at the

Moment and then we can come back for those more harder to find diamonds in the near future but uh there’s a lot of these areas we haven’t explored yet that’s why i’m trying to you know get my get the road on whoa whoa what what’s happening here oh man ho ho

That is a death trap right there goodness gracious that is i hate that so much it was like it was the goldilocks trap they’re like hey he likes gold let’s let’s make a trap oh cool good idea dude will he be okay yeah he’ll be fine almost died they’re trying to kill me

Oh whoa this mine goes on and on cool and that just drops right back down into there i’m guaranteeing we’re going to get lost and we won’t be able to find our way back home goldilocks now at the moment i’m just going i’m grabbing mostly like um you know big ticket ores

Diamonds you know uh redstone i’m not going to i thought i almost fell into lava again my goodness i have to like get some feather falling boots or something because i keep falling this looks like a completely new area i don’t know if i’ve explored here at all it doesn’t look like it

Nope fantastic this is my favorite part about minecraft just like going around the unknown just exploring all about now you know what i think we found enough diamonds right now so let’s just put away the diamond meter if we find any diamonds they’re going to be natural we’re not going to cheat not

One bit now i really want to come across an abandoned mine shaft that’d just be so cool because i want to find some more spawners and hopefully usually this is a really weird thing i’m sure this isn’t like on purpose but whenever i have found a stronghold

It’s been like dissected by an abandoned mine shaft like that’s just happened to me in about three of my survival worlds so we’ll see if we can’t get that luck again i keep making these creepers blow up just see if we can’t find any cool ores now gravel always hides great secrets so

If we hop over this and there’s something cool we’ll know that it’s the real deal or is it just another dead end don’t you be a dead end you better keep going you better keep going keep going dang it oh my goodness this series is notorious

For dead ends i’m i swear we come across dead ends just about like every other episode it’ll be like all right guys we found our first mine let’s do this oh we found some diamonds all right let’s go to the end of the hallway oh dead end this world hates us

I guess that’s the end right here now i probably should start grabbing all this iron you know we’ll just start right now at the moment now once we get back to the mine shaft i believe there’s one more area that we haven’t explored and then i will take us top side we’ll you

Know feed all the piggies and do all that good stuff and then we will grab the rest of the diamonds which i found in our old mine shafts and this creeper is going to give us a hard time wait i got an idea he’s gonna he’s gonna make

I forgot what they’re called my goodness i keep drawing blanks but um yeah one of the pigs the nether pigs i’m just gonna call them other piggies they don’t deserve a formal name oh zombie pigmen that’s what they called zombie piggies but one of them spawned

At the nether portal and made me think are we able to push animals through to the nether like can we start a farm in a house in another like a country home i was wondering that’d be something cool to do so let’s just i think i’ve explored most of this area here so

Let’s just make let’s make sure to grab all these cool oars before we leave now we get plenty of xp from a chanting not enchanting from smelting so we’re going to grab plenty of iron and plenty of gold and we will smelt all those oars down and then we’ll get some

Plenty of bars and i think let’s just grab all this stuff and i think we’ll go top side and then i will go grab all those other diamonds now i what i wanted to grab all those diamonds on camera but all of today the builders have been working on the

Bathroom right behind me you can see the the wall it’s actually painted now so let’s see i can hear a bunch of mobs around me actually you know what we are our pickaxe is almost down there we’re going to call it a day right here so

Let’s just go top side and then we will grab all of our other diamonds and then we’ll see what else we can do i know i don’t care nope nope he didn’t buy it that’s it i’m out of here he can’t he doesn’t have a scope on me i’m out

I’m zooming ladies and gentlemen they can’t catch me i’m too fast too slick so let’s just get back home now over here right in our old mine there are plenty of diamonds now i believe i found a double vein of diamonds there’s there are four diamonds there’s just no eight

Four yeah four diamonds all in one and then i believe there are some more intersecting that veins so we’ll go check those out once we get to the top and then we’ll see what else we can do with our time so let’s just go top side i wish there

Was a quicker way to get up here now unfortunately that little drop down right there that water droplet that’s supposed to save you it doesn’t work i think they should have put like a thing of water at the very bottom of the block to make it work that way

So if you guys don’t remember but when i signed on last episode i had like significantly less experience than i did when i started that’s because i tried to use this little drop down oh i’m gonna get blown up oh man whoa the chunks didn’t spawn cheat quick look

At them look at it look at it oh there’s an enderman we haven’t seen many endermen around here have we oh man there’s so many mobs oh man actually when i first got this uh des laptop i was a minecraft noob and i was asking my friend i was just like playing

With him we found this zombie spot and then we found a skeleton spawner in relatively close proportions to each other i was like hey dude let’s find a creeper spawner and he just laughed hysterically at me for the longest time and i found out not too long ago that there is no

Such thing as a creeper spawner so yep this is me your hardcore minecraft host and i know everything about the game just so you know so right down here is where all of our diamonds are they have been waiting so patiently to be mined by us now let’s

See if we can’t get a full two stacks of diamonds so i believe they’re right down here to our right if i recall correctly now i’ve already excavated the so i just haven’t gotten any of the diamonds yet i didn’t go too far this is just one of the mines

I was doing right here to try to find a mine shaft just for us to you know mine out our days but here’s one of them right here let’s see how many times we have one two three four pieces of diamonds let’s just hand me we get we

Started at 21 correct and we’re at 31 and 34. wow 13 diamonds if i’m not mistaken now there’s another vein like right around here i believe it’s like right down here i think is it maybe may not be no i guess not oh there it is and let’s see how many we get

Oh man 41 diamonds we are so close to two stacks now i believe i stopped right here i didn’t go much further in the mine or did i here let’s just walk around with the diamond meter out and we’ll see if we can’t find one more thing of diamonds then we’ll stop

If we get a red reading we’re going for it okay let’s just sprint down this hallway anything come on diamonds you beckoned to us anything whoa we got something wow wow wow well it’s going off i can hear it well well there’s diamonds where they are they right here

Some coal out no we kind of need the colt just a bit yeah let’s see yes there’s a new area cool beans let’s just grab all this stuff right here now we really can’t do a whole lot of mining because of the fact that we’re using a pimped out

Pickaxe to do all of our petty mining oh wait we’ve explored this area already have we oh i voice crack i don’t even care i’m a man you don’t have to judge me okay so i guess we’ve already explored this area so let’s get top side and then

We’re going to look over all of our loot and we’re going to put our good stuff in the furnace in the furnaces now one thing i do want to make is like a ore processing plant type of thing it translation it’s basically just going to be a massive

Building with a ton of furnaces in it so we can put all of our cobblestone in there i saw that zombie by the way i’m not going to mind him he doesn’t deserve my attention but we’re just going to put all of our ores in there all of our

Stone and we’ll get plenty of xp from that when we do our mining adventures but we really didn’t have to go too far in order to find ourselves really cool mine shaft so let’s just go back here and check out what we have now pretty soon once we start killing

Plenty of enderman we’ll be able to make some eyes of ender and then we’ll be able to find a stronghold that’s gonna be a cool thing to do so let’s just toss in our iron pull out all this old iron look all this cool stuff we have fantastic

Now let’s just see stack of stone put that in here with all the other building materials stack of stone i believe another stack in here yep okay put the rest of our gold put in some cobblestone some cobblestone and then put in the rest of the stone over here okay great

Now he’s gotta put all these spawn eggs and all this good stuff away now let’s see i’m trying to like arrange all this stuff but i’m sure i’m gonna put something in the wrong place people are gonna yell at me in the comments down below so i’m just gonna be extremely

Careful it’s gonna be like oh we’re out of furnaces you leave any more in here it’s just let’s just make two quick furnaces and stack them on top of each other and look at that pro recipes right there and now ladies and gentlemen is how you make a furnace you’re welcome yeah

How many diamonds we have so we have so many dots let’s make ourselves a full set of diamond armor it’s been much overdue chest plate make the pantalones make the booties how do you make the booties i believe this is booties right here booties and then the cherished helmet the headpiece let’s

Just get rid of this old iron set we don’t all this stuff is almost dead anyways here i think we can combine all this arm in here now let’s do that later today let’s suit up ladies and gentlemen oh man look at that and let’s make ourselves a

Full set of diamond tools man i feel so good we’re pimping out we got all our stuff we got our stuff okay let’s just make a pick right like this let’s make an axe you know we’re gonna make a diamond hoe just because we can we’re that guy with those guys

And then let’s see diamond sword of course can’t forget that am i missing a tool a shovel yes i am and look at that we got our crucial tools for survival now i’m going to keep this legendary pickaxe with us so just arrange our inventory real quick

Now we’re really not going to need this hoe a whole lot so we’ll just put that back like so keep the axe and all this good stuff on us and yeah looks like that’s good we got it now so many dimes we have overall now

We still have almost two well we have a stack and not even a quarter well there we go fantastic so it’s just put away all this stuff and we’ll go see how our cows are doing let’s just grab ourselves some wheaties and some seeds and we’ll

Go breed up the cows and the chickens so that we can get that gracious xp now we’re almost level 30. let’s see it through if we can’t get some xp from these animals humping each other extensively so let’s just make all the chickens hump and then we’ll look at all those eggs goodness
