Great job design wise on the cam but at the same time you want to look at the package itself not the wrapping because i think it’s a little bit deceiving of what we get this time the long-awaited storage chest system something which i think should have been there since day

One as we had struggles with inventory management since the release of the game guys then also the wildfire boss which should have been part of the flames of the nether dlc which released almost 14 months ago finally does get released with a luminous knight update but i

Personally feel like this is kinda late and then also some cosmetic things some new pets capes etc and also the tower which is still single player still not randomized so the replay value of minecraft dungeons still isn’t going anywhere pretty much unfortunately so we’re gonna criticize all these points

Pretty much talk about what the community has to say about this update and i will also share my concerns about the future of minecraft dungeons once again so let’s first talk about the tower itself turkish zombie we need co-op for the tower they can increase the difficulty

If they want to i 100 agree with this i mean how difficult is it gonna be to also make the tower a multiplayer level just like all the other levels which we have in minecraft dungeons right now it is simply a single player update and it

Is not fun to reap these rewards get your hands on all the cosmetics because you simply won’t be able to show them off to friends anyways second comment jeff a just what we wanted another single player only update does anyone actually play the tower for garbage rewards unfortunately

This is the reality right now i mean you can play the tower and replay it as much as you want to get your hands on some random rewards which don’t really pay off and of course the single player aspect right here is definitely something that needs changing nft also

Agrees to be honest they should add tower exclusive items that are actually worth getting so we have something to grind for because right now you can just get your hands on duplicates of other items which you farmed on levels which you actually can play with other people right now you’re just doing something

Solo which isn’t really rewarding and isn’t really fun because there is no randomization the second reason why i think this update won’t really be worth it for most people who already played the game for a significant amount of time is replay value ultra gamer people will play this for 2 seconds and then

Realize this season is going to be even more disappointing than before i honestly want to disagree on this because it sounds pretty negative but at the same time unfortunately i agree 100 with this because if we look at the first season the cloudy climb for minecraft dangers where the tower got

Introduced most people lost interest because the update didn’t really add much content didn’t add any replay value to the game and this is where most people stopped playing the game including me where i started focusing on legends arcus and now eldon ring a couple months later they also introduced

The festival of frost which basically introduced a new tower layout a new infrastructure which did look pretty cool but that was it i mean no end game content nothing else the developers did recycle some seasonal exclusive uniques which were never going to be in the game

Again from like two years ago so new people didn’t see this one but all the veterans of minecraft dungeons didn’t see any new items popping up it was pretty disappointing and that’s also why i didn’t make a single video for it anyways lay adam i hate to see a good

Game with great potential go-to ways just because the developers don’t make the right updates for example replayability they could add a knowledge tree where you could use knowledge points from leveling up to gain passive buffs and it would unlock only when you have reached apocalypse plus i really

Like this idea and it’s also something which i covered almost two years ago where i talked about a talent system which i can introduce to the game i don’t really think it should necessarily only unlock after reaching apocalypse plus but this can definitely add a lot

Of replay value so you can change builds pretty much change your talents in the game and see how they work how they perform in combat so you can try a wizard build or a tank build more customization options for your character pretty much this is very interesting reason number three is endgame content

The mythian they need to plan for dungeons life not its marriage like how are they gonna keep people interested for the next five years and then it’s almost if they have only like five people or less working on new stuff for minecraft dungeons honestly i couldn’t care less about how

Many people are currently working on the development of the game i’ve seen aaa companies with many employees doing almost nothing and then you also have those very small indie game companies which make a lot of content in a very short time i just want to see consistent updates which actually bring replay

Value new endgame content to the game and this unfortunately right now isn’t the case if you look at google trends i mean at the release of the game it was pretty popular because of hype and they made a lot of advertisement for it may 24th minecraft dungeons was at its peak

Unfortunately it only went downhill after that and right now it is pretty much sleeping if we compare this with a video game of the same company minecraft you can see that this one is a lot more popular let me just go to 2004 to the present you can see that minecraft

Didn’t have much popularity at the beginning but after it got released and over the years it actually gained a lot of popularity then it lost a little bit but with the recent updates people started playing again but with minecraft dungeons that is not the case it used to

Be a little bit interesting right here but then most people stop playing and that i think is very fortunate because this game has so much potential right now there are just a little bit over 500 people playing minecraft dungeons while there are literally millions of people playing minecraft and even though it’s a

Pretty similar audience you can clearly see that the popularity of dungeons is only fading and fading i already talked about many different things which i think will definitely make minecraft dungeons a great game if they do get introduced at some points i even made videos dedicated to the developers where

I address some issues about a tower and other things but until now we haven’t seen a single one of those popping up which i think is pretty unfortunate the second reason why i think most people will stop staying interested in the game are the paid pulses this is something big guys seriously anyways

Shockwave games minecraft dungeons has gotten a little bit money hungry not gonna lie the fact to get all those rewards you have to pay money is dumb and i also hate the fact that the tower is solo only i love playing minecraft dungeons with my friends and we can’t

Play the tower so basically this also covers the tower a little bit but we already talked about that but that you have to pay for rewards in a game which you already have to pay for is seriously dumb seriously dumb guys i can’t repeat this many times i honestly don’t

Understand this then we have luke rogers the minecraft dungeons team is really just digging their own grave with this battle pass system i honestly don’t think we’ll ever see anything new come out because of the time it takes to make these new seasons the other thing is like how minecraft earth failed since

It’s a copy of a battle pass for example fortnite people who don’t like to grind for battle pauses aren’t even gonna try with this the adventure pass should have never been brought into the game it’s not the right place combining a dungeon crawler game with almost a goofy battle

Pass just isn’t the right combination i once again agree 100 this is very strange i mean why would you introduce a paid system inside a game which you already pay for with fortnite for example you can experience a full game see everything for free and if you like it you can optionally get

Your hands on cosmetics but right now it literally feels like they’re trying to milk as much money out of the game before more people start realizing they’re actually just throwing away their money because the thing is you can do all those challenges and missions in the tower but you can only do that

Single player and getting those rewards like cosmetics is something you want to show off to your friends right why would you do this i honestly even find this a dirty move as most people who play the game are pretty young and they won’t see the value of money simply ask their

Parents if they can unlock the content and they will be like all right sure we’ll just pay for this but in the end you just have to grind for it for a very long time you get a reward which you can’t show off in multiplayer if you’re

Playing the tower so it all doesn’t make any sense it literally adds zero end game content and only just a little bit of replay value if you think it’s actually fun to do these missions which i think are pretty boring but you even have to pay for the rewards play a long

Time so it’s pretty much a system they implemented to keep you playing and even keep you paying and that my friends is not okay anyways other than that there is something that concerns me even more and that is the slow development of the game this of course is paired with the paid

Content so they’re basically adding features adding ways to monetize the game a lot more even though they already got our money when we purchased the game and the dlcs in the first place but the slow development of course is also something which you definitely have to worry about most younger people who recently

Discovered the game are probably like 4am what you’re saying bro they’re probably working on an epic update which they’re going to release in the coming months which is going to make minecraft dungeons great again etc etc but i have had enough i mean i’ve seen the paused updates they added little to nothing

Pretty much with the previous updates only some new cosmetics and maybe a new infrastructure for the tower still no randomization still no multiplayer so many things i can bring up right here but yeah at a certain moment it is just time to realize that you have to move on

I mean i really can’t find a new challenge in the game so that basically puts me with my back against the wall right now i’m just looking for some new games to check out which are great fun like elden ring and other people also agree with me they’re right i just want

New levels to be honest with new mobs and items and stuff i think this can be a lot of fun to discover some new levels maybe a new dlc but if we look at the videos in the dev diaries which they published in the past months year then

You can see that they’re not really working on any new updates to the game and that is also pretty concerning jet ballet i don’t understand what took him so long to change the item management system it is beyond frustrating i stopped playing shortly after due to the letdown the tower was i

Was hoping for a multiplayer option in it as well as solo indeed the chest or the item storage system in the base should have been there a lot earlier but it’s finally coming which is of course good news but it took him almost two years to realize that which is indeed

Very frustrating and indeed the tower itself there was no randomization there still is no multiplayer so why would you wait for this update if you cannot experience the best of it with your friends you can only play it solo get your hands on the rewards solo show off this reward solo

System is gonna be a lot of fun to finally work with then you can also expect some free rewards from the adventure hub but the majority of this update basically is the new tower design the luminous knight scenery pretty much which all is single player so you can’t really experience any of this

Multiplayer and unfortunately there aren’t new special items to look forward to except for the cosmetics for most of them you probably have to pay this sadly though isn’t enough to keep me interested in minecraft dungeons to reinstall the game and try it out again because the last two updates were pretty

Content creator i can’t really make any changes to the game please do keep that in mind i can share the voice of the community and my own thoughts with the developers but right now the ball is in their camp i sincerely hope that in the future we can see some new epic content
