Minecraft Frogcrafting: Relaxing Longplay in Flower Cottage

Hello everyone welcome to another long play with commentary I am so excited to be going on another little adventure together today and as you can see we are in a very modded Minecraft surrounded by redwood trees and what appears to be some Lavender Fields which are beautiful our adventure begins today

With punching one of these Redwood wood blocks and is oh wow that actually is very very red let’s get another one and we’ll get a wooden pickaxe going now if you prefer the Cozy textures of the Munos texture pack don’t worry we’ll be going back and making

More content with that texture pack but I had such an urge to explore some modded Minecraft After Infinite drift and I did our Holiday Village streams which were so so much fun and this mod pack is based on that mod pack let’s go over here since it’s a little bit more

Hilly and see if we can find any stone cuz the other field was kind of flat yeah I think that’s Stone over there mhm oh and there’s a moss patch here as well oh that is so nice let’s grab some Moss even if I don’t use it to build with I

Love to scaffold up with moss it’s so much faster than dirt or you know Cobblestone or anything I’m sure we’ll find a good use for it though we always find a good use for Moss now the one bad thing about modded is that I’m probably going to want to

Pick up all of the different blocks so I have added a couple of storage solutions into this mod pack and one of them is a backpack mod which we are going to focus on um those are tomatoes that’s kind of cool but we will focus on storage and

Getting a back backp back as saap Gathering up enough stone with this wooden pickaxe for a stone pickaxe and I think we should do also a shovel and then we can do an axe as well and I just want to get enough Stone to also make a furnace cuz you never

Know when you’re going to run into iron we’ll craft up that furnace and then yeah let’s replace our tools on our hot bar and we’ll be on our way now this is the biomes of Plenty mod that changes World Generation and adds like the new trees and the new flower

Fields and stuff and it is gorgeous absolutely a stunning mod I mean this view going to grab some of these flowers I don’t know if we’re going to settle in a lavender field or not maybe we’ll do another Long play in a lavender field but I just kind of want to explore

Around and find a biome that I like or something different or something that inspires me and from speaking of with the stream chat from while I was live streaming the Holiday Village it seems like everyone might be interested in like a little long play series

So if you guys like this one it might end up becoming more than just like a one-off video it might end up becoming like a little project that we work on and then we can also stream this world as well it would be pretty fun so I’m

Definitely going to be looking for an area that has a lot of potential not just for like a house but for expansion as well also I’ll be killing enough cows to get enough leather for the backpack I think we need leather spring and also a

Chest and I want to make sure that we get some of these saplings from this purple tree now wait what is that a twig oh you can just turn it into sticks that’s cool that’s actually really nice but I wasn’t sure how to say this tree is it jakaranda or is it like

Yakara you know like I never know how to pronounce that anyways if you know let me know in the comments that way I can make sure that I say it right unfortunately until I know for sure I’m literally just going to say purple tray I don’t even know if we’ll build with

It oh and this looks like just a regular oak tree but it has flowering leaves okay definitely want to see if those drop a sapling I want some flowering leaves like a renewable source of them and there’s like a purple tree Forest over there that’s beautiful more flowering trees

And I think that’s just a regular oak sapling some apples but for anyone wondering this mod pack is mostly focused on building and it has some decoration mods and some food mods which are going to be really really fun to play around with it’s hard

To get all of that in for just one video though so that’s why I’m kind of thinking that this will be like a little minseries but we’ll see how it goes so let’s set off what is this little sign post thing must be a sign 300 blocks that way well

Let’s go find out what’s over there oh there’s like a beehive and another tree okay we’re going to take the tree we’ll leave the Beehive though oh little spidery looking cave but I think I saw some cobwebs down there maybe we can get some string that way

We’ll have to make a sword oh sorry Mr be didn’t mean to cut your tree down I’m so sorry all right we’ve got our sword let’s head down there and just grab some of those oh there’s a zombie too well spoiler I am in regular survival for this I’m not

On Peaceful for this series mainly because there are a lot of kind of mob drops that we might need for crafting all of these different modded items I just want to take a quick peek in here and see if there’s any easy items to get like iron which we can see

Right here but what is that wild cave carrot oh I guess it’s kind of like a stardew cave carrot like you can eat it I don’t know also sorry this biome is really hard to look at this like spider nest biome it’s actually really scary I don’t

Like it here at all but I’m just going to get this iron and then we’ll peace there’s a little bit more iron right there and we’ll get that string as well from the cobwebs o this is a nice little patch of iron oh my gosh I really don’t like looking

At the eggs I think that if you like attack the eggs a cave spider comes out I’m so scared all right let’s get out of here we’ll check for our sapling and then we’ll make our way over to that area the signpost was talking about 300 blocks or

So and no sapling maybe it doesn’t actually exist I don’t know couple hundred more blocks in this direction and I think that’s a village that the signpost was pointing to so let’s head over and we’ll grab some more leather from these cows and unfortunately some of their food as well

Sorry cows I I got to make a backpack my loves I’m so Sorry oh the shape looks a little bit different yeah very different his wool was kind of fancy ooh look at that one that one’s fancy too definitely take the sugarcane we’ll probably need paper for whether or not we’re going to make books or whatever we’ll take a little quick

Bath in the river going for a little swim and then we’re going to go into this kind of shrubby biome oh I love these reads can I pick those up probably need shears and I don’t have any right now all the flowers and the foliage on these biomes makes me so

Happy I love modded Minecraft so so much and here we are a little ACAA Village what are all those trees those are cute and some paper but I’m going to take all of that for now I’ll have a backpack soon enough right so it won’t really matter

Um hello can I just yeah thank you oh perfect a bed and going to eat some of these cave carrots so I don’t have to eat the raw meat and what can you make these into oh okay okay you can get an extra one oh here we go copper carrots that’s

Interesting and you can cook them on a campfire oh so you can get like a baked carrot oh that’s cool you can cook with it cabbage rolls oh this is going to be really cool to like play around with oh before I go to sleep let me slap

Down this furnace really quickly and we’ll get some of these I don’t want to smelt Logs with logs I want to get some charcoal going but we’ll use planks just for a couple the next morning is here let’s get some iron smelting and I’m going to put those planks in there just in

Case and let’s see what else this Village might have to offer for us so we’ve got a brewing stand here a little farm it looks like there some tomatoes and some cabbage and stuff cool that reminds me I should probably try to make my backpack now so how do I

Make this I think it’s a string and then some leather but obviously that’s not the right configuration um how does this work that isn’t right either um let me just look it up here with our ji mod I was so close I was almost there okay I should have tried

Again but yes we have our backpack and we can dye it Purp purle and then of course once we die let’s put it on our hot bar and then we can put it in the back slot and there we go we have a backpack now and we can access that backpack with

A hot key as well if you didn’t know this you can press B on your keyboard and then B inside your backpack like this and now I’m just going to put all of the stuff that we’ve been finding on our adventures in here just in case I

Want to go and loot a bunch of stuff in this Village our iron is done thankfully we can make some shears and let’s make an iron pickaxe as well just needed some sticks for that and there we go and I’m going to use our last bits of iron to make a

Helmet it’s not much but at least it’s a little tiny bit of protection all right let’s grab our crafting stuff like our table and our furnace and let’s get out of here we’ll continue on our search for more loot oh I um I forgot the bed yes I

Will be taking that I’m sorry villagers this is now mine okay I can’t remember quite where we’ve been yet but this one was the cleric area o a bucket that’s actually a great find we’ve got some food and some saplings some seeds as well that’s always nice especially because I do want

To play around with the modded crops oh these little wild flowers they’re so cute I don’t know what biome we’re going to end up settling in so I’m going to take some of these flowers just so we have some we can put those away oh having a backpack is like having

A chest on your back on the go it is so nice oh hello a botus villager fortun one ho some bone meal some flower pots we’ll take all of that oh my gosh this this house is so cute hello I love this and then there’s like this little lattice block oh my

Goodness nothing in this house and some more bread is welcome actually we we are a hungry girly you know I’m sorry Mr cartographer I I know you were saving that for when you were hungry but blue lobella botanical Beginnings those are pretty oh I see hay bals let’s grab them

With the hoe that we picked up a this is exactly what we are after this is the best part about coming to a village you know early game food and early game bed all sorted no problems oh here’s those trees as well Tall Dragon Tree these are cute

Um well I don’t my backpack’s kind of full I don’t think they’re going in there but let’s take some of these I don’t want to take everything from this Village I feel bad oh some more stuff to loot we’ll take that oh my gosh tall grass that is

So rare and we got some emeralds too which is a really great find The Tall Grass though oh my gosh that is so so rare maybe in modded it’s not as rare I don’t know ooh Some More seeds another bucket oh well okay maybe in maybe in modded it’s

Not that big of a deal but in vanilla Minecraft finding a tall grass is a very very special thing for uh this is a good time to mention I am playing this world with a backup mod because sometimes modded corrupts and can like wreck your game um and if we

Are going to be playing this for a long time I do want to make sure that we have access to like regular backups in case anything happens then we can restore to a backup you know sometimes chunks have errors or whatnot I don’t know if I can

Turn off that message in the chat though I will definitely do my best to see if I can wow look at this River so beautiful I am going to grab some wool from these sheep as I don’t know if I’m going to need it for building but there is the option to craft

Sleeping bags in one of the mods here and a sleeping bag is very nice it lets you sleep the night away but it doesn’t reset your spawn so you can be on an adventure and not have to worry about you know like if you die you broke your

Bed and now you’re all the way back at spawn oh I see some light over there oh a fire no but what is that what kind of tree is that I want to go get whatever that is the color of this boat is very nice Actually all right I’m here to check out the tree lemon tree from fruits Delight oh how do I lemon can I use this to make like a sapling doesn’t look like it okay if we right click you can get the lemons but how do I get the tree it says with

A ooh that’s like a special one says that you can get it with the axe maybe I have to have silk touch oh that’s a little bit awkward okay hello here are some more of those trees but nope the shears didn’t work so I guess I

Can try get a silk touch if we get silk touch let get some more cows having a little bit of extra food and leather is always good it’s so beautiful and peaceful here well I mean I guess until Night comes down and another apple tree the

Apple trees are kind of cool you can just pick the apples off of them by right clicking then you get some apples that’s very very nice what is this a rose these are beautiful oh they remind me of the Roses that used to be in the

Game that was a very long time ago what is that wild corn I guess we just got like corn kernels to plant that is cool I can’t wait to like mess around with all this food get some more roses since they’re right here is this another apple tree no this

Is tomatoes a different kind of tomato even Cherry logs from vinery ooh love that they even you can take the cherries off that’s so cool all right I’ve got at least one sapling for this cherry tree let’s take a quick sleep so that no mobs kill us

Hopefully and oh my gosh sir please go away thank you uh yeah throw out that rotten flesh we do not want it we do not need it actually I want to grab those tomatoes and I want to grab the cherries oh we got some extra saplings

As well nice okay throw out that we do not need it get the extra cherries it’s good to have a little bit of extra food you know I’m assuming we can eat it now I think I’m going to head back towards where we spawned in that Redwood

Forest near that lavender kind of field I don’t know if I want to live in the lavender field directly but I kind of want to have along that River and just kind of see what kind of biomes or whatnot that we can find I feel like

When I find the place I will know it you know oh these seeds here these are actually flax seeds and this is a good way to get string if you’re ever playing with this mod it’s a farmable Str string which is great let me grab these extra flax seeds

And while I’m here sorting my inventory really quickly and seeing if there’s anything else I can put away just an upfront like kind of disclaimer that I might cut some of this boat Journey out depending on how long it takes me to find something um to live at because

Sometimes this stuff is kind of boring and you’re just kind of boating forever and I don’t know how long this will take so we are back to the spawn area where we came in and if we can I just want to try one more time to get one of those

Saplings that are flowering I feel like they exist maybe I’ve seen it in a different mod before but I just I just want one just one oak tree please give me one flowering sapling and I will never ever ask for anything else ever again I promise Oh you know what I have actually a fortune ho I can try to get a sapling with a fortune it doesn’t look like I’m going to get one a that’s unfortunate well I I I mean I guess we tried I really can’t believe that there aren’t

Any okay one more try one more try there’s a big tree over here I think exciting I well we can be excited later please please yes yes I knew it I knew it okay can I get one more more saplings just just so I have an extra one it seems like they’re pretty

Right oh this is a beautiful beautiful area wow we have gone a long way actually wow I don’t know exactly what kind of new biomes we’re going to find but I’m eager to explore so let’s get in our boat and head north I think based on the mini map in the corner that we’ve kind of come to a dead end so let’s get out and then continue our journey North ooh very lucky for us there is some coal here so we can mine that up really quickly get rid of that wooden sword we don’t need that anymore we just needed you for some cobwebs and we might as well just grab this entire little patch because we’ll

Have to make torches we’ll have to go caving we’ll have to go mining we’ll have to smelt things we’ll have to make lanterns and all of that stuff so it’s always good to have a little bit of extra coal on hand coal all gathered it’s time to continue

Our journey wait what is is that a llama oh my gosh I haven’t seen a llama in so long hello I only ever see you guys as Trader llamas now I never see regular llamas hi oh my gosh absolute cuties enjoy your life here llamas we’re going to go over this oh

That is beautiful what is that you know what I have a full inventory I can always come back for it oh my goodness well hopefully we can find a place to settle down pretty soon so we can make some chests and dump all of our stuff and then continue exploring and

Expanding our you know blossoming life in this world that is is some really really tall grass there that is a little bit uncomfortable I would probably not see creepers in that grass I really do not like it High Grass plant yeah it is very high oh my gosh four blocks

Tall taller than an Enderman even oh my gosh okay this biome is kind of cute it’s like a flower field but with like tigga I really kind of enjoy this I like the color of the grass and the leaves on the floor oh and there’s like these little

Shrubs oh what is this is this another Village oh my gosh Mossy Village Vibes forever hello oh they have some goats a little goat herders Village or something this is so cute and like so well built oh my gosh can I go in your house wow you guys really have it made

In here oh my gosh little beehives and sea pickles I’m going to come back and um go shopping here later um shopping for no payment though such a cute little house oh my gosh okay actually I’m going to shop right now um this bed is green and green and frogs go better together

Than orange and frogs in my brain wow that house is kind of in the cliff a little bit that’s a little bit weird I’m very curious about what this large building is so let’s get in there and look around oh is this like a church they have like all these candles oh and

This is like a little Podium for the preacher oh this is really nice I actually really like this oh it has a bell tower as well that’s really cute the one thing I will say is interesting is that they have like a bunch of shrubs growing on the inside so I don’t think

The church gets cleaned very often but you know it is what it is okay let me just drop this bread out of my hand cuz I think it has to be an empty hand that you sit with yes I installed a sit on stairs and slabs mod

As well so that way we could talk and it didn’t have to just be you know in an actual chair from any of the mods um but hi hope you’re having a good 2024 so far it’s weird to think that it’s already 20 24 I’m not going to lie I think the past

Years have just kind of gone so fast for me and especially this past year I you know didn’t have a computer for like 5 months and then I was sick for almost 3 months so time is an illusion it feels like to me sometimes I’m not going to lie but

Here you can see that this is like a big lake oh my gosh this is Absol absolutely magical this is the spot this is absolutely the spot oh my gosh okay next order of business is to find exactly where we’re going to put down our you know crafting table chests all that

Stuff and I think maybe on this side of the lake would be good I really like how it looks from up here looking down and then we have the mountain at our back which is good so why not just right here I think that works now let’s put down our furnace and

Our crafting table and then we can put it down our chest as well although we are going to probably need at least five or 12 more of these chests okay I’d like to grab out all of these seeds that we have collected and that includes the ones in our

Backpack and let’s take those over to the side of the lake and we can plant them and let’s just pick out a spot like over here so it’s not directly in front of the house and we can plant our sugar cane on the outside and then on the inside we’ll

Make a little bit more space but we can plant our crops behind it and it’s just going to be very like temporary early game farm one of my favorite noises in Minecraft is actually the noise as you you know till the farmland and then plant crops it’s just such a great sound

You know it’s such a great sound these don’t have to be in any perfect order or anything I’m just going to plant a bunch of them and then later we can arrange them into their own sections if we play more in this world add some cabbage seats down add some corn

Kernels I wonder how that’s going to look and we’ll just try to use all the space that we have to us available even over here that’s fine cuz this is this is for so this will all be watered as well and finally our last little wheat

Seed here and yeah that’s all we got let’s just light up this little bit a little bit to help these poor plants during the night and maybe we’ll light up our area a little bit as well don’t want any creepers coming up on me while I’m trying to

Sleep trying to get a better idea of how much space we have here here to work with let’s get rid of some of these little tree stumps although I do kind of like these like shrubby trees they are really cute I love love love that there’s

Spruce in this biome that we can just grab it’s growing everywhere and I feel like I mentioned this almost every single time but Spruce is definitely my favorite wood I think it’s just such a great color it compliments everything it looks good stripped it looks good in every specific

Way that you can even think of it’s just a great block and I think in these long plays it’s just easy to use Spruce because it’s so easy to get a lot of so we’ll definitely be using some Spruce today maybe some oak oak seems to be

Pretty easy to get around here and we have a bunch of Oak saplings already and I think we’ll do a little bit of Mining and exploring before I decide on any other blocks that that we’re going to use but that’ll be after I kind of sort

Out well dump out all of this stuff in my inventory now there are some pretty cool upgrades we can do to our backpack and I want to get into those pretty soon although I don’t think that this is all of them so we might have to do

I could spell here adding like the specific mod although that also just took a bunch of things away okay well we’ll have to see the storage as well but you can do crafting upgrades which basically makes a crafting table inside your backpack but that’s going to require some more iron and string of

Which we do not have right now let me grab these saplings and we will come back to upgrading our backpack very soon we can also put more inventory space in there there’s a bunch of things you can do with this amazing backpack mod but I think we should probably start looking

For a cave and maybe try to get some more iron and some more basic resources let’s bring our furnace on our crafting table and yeah I think that we should definitely be good with this stuff leave behind our hoe oh can’t forget those wonderful Spruce saplings let’s pick those up

Let’s take a quick look at our map here and this is where we are at this Lake which looks amazing by the way let’s see does it look like there’s any open kind of caves around I can’t really tell and it looks like there’s a couple of structures

Around up there that’s okay I’m sure that we’ll find some kind of opening into a cave or something I don’t want to drop down there cuz I’m scared that there’s mobs and I don’t have any armor well I have one piece you know what I just realized I forgot a

Bed but not just a bed a sleeping bag which we can easily make with the wool that I shared earlier I just completely forgot to grab it okay I’m going to set my spawn point and then I’m going to grab three pieces of wool and with that

Wool we’re definitely going to be able to make our sleeping bag oh and it looks like we can make some other stuff as well like a carpet and some sheets and let’s make some extra food because I also forgot food that is very good that I just noticed

That and back up the mountain we go oh this looks kind of like a little Ravine I wonder if this is connected to the one at the bottom I don’t see anything scary oh there is coal though now I do need the coal I don’t have that much

So I will always jump at the opportunity to take some coal and get some extra torches or lanterns or smelt some blocks I feel like I always run out of coal in the early game and I always end up having to like smelt with like planks or

Trying to turn logs into charcoal and it’s just such a hassle all right and then let’s try to get over there safely we can add some Cobble and just make a little hop and here we are grabbing the rest of this coal if we end up playing in this world some more I

Will definitely probably get a dripstone kind of lava Farm going you know if we find some dripstone that would be nice but I feel like those are really really worth it in your longterm worlds because you will always have you know some lava nearby to help

You smelt things and it’s helpful if you have to like you know smelt a whole stack of Cobble into stone before you get silk touch or if you have to cook a whole stack of steak or you know mine up some ores and then smelt those down

All right I think this is the end of that coal finally just taking a quick look to see if we got it all placing a torch and then let’s make a jump down we can easily water bucket that it does look like this is the entrance to a ravine that’s going to go

Down into the caves hello Mr zombie you mind if I pass by you here buddy oops did not mean to make a path block there oh there’s some Clow berries there’s a lush cave here no way this actually fills my mind with so many ideas of what kind of cottage we can

Build over here oh that’s a new biome kind of look like mud and some kind of weird blue stuff all right for easy way in and out let’s put our water bucket down we’ll grab our glowberries and there’s a skeleton over there and I

See a bunch of iron as well but I want to try to light up some of this cave before we start mining up resources I see a bunch of granite which is good we can always do kind of like a granite brick combination there’s Andesite oh this is a very very large open hole here lots of resources though let’s grab this we were pretty safe oh oh no oh no we are not safe I lied I lied please leave me alone let’s cover that up we’ll get that iron

Hey can you not do that please I’m just trying to mine here I’m just mining my own business with some iron let’s drop down our furnace and start smelting up this Iron and then let’s continue to light up the cave oh there’s some Moss here as well that is very very good and if we can find an area that has some clay we could combine the granite with some bricks and I do believe in this mod pack

When I was putting it together that I did see that there was a Mossy brick so maybe we can make kind of like a Mossy overgrown brick and granite roof and andesite is always a good block as well to have to mix in with some Stone so if we did like a stone

Foundation and then we have a brick roof we could probably do like a wood middle and make like a twostory house I think that would probably work if we’re going to be in this world for more than just you know one day that is mud oh there’s a creeper okay my axe is

Going to break I just realized hopefully we can get him before it breaks and some zombies coming up here on the side hello sir oh well going to hit you with my pickaxe my shovel yeah take that oh here’s some clay okay this is good over those purple things on the

Ground definitely going to want to pick those up if I can they look like little flowers I love that ooh yes we will take we will take it I don’t know if that spider noticed me but we will take all of this I think this comes

Out is this where we blocked off that skeleton oh yeah it definitely is yep same little ho area you know I actually think I am kind of sold on that like granite and mossy brick idea so so let’s grab a bunch of granite as well don’t know exactly how much we’re

Going to need I don’t know how big this house is going to be I want it to be relatively big it doesn’t have to be the biggest house I’ve ever made but it’s got to have enough space for you know some starter storage our bed you know some

Decorations and I will go back to collecting some more Granite 19 will definitely not be enough but let’s let’s get some of this iron on oh I did not put the backpack in my backpack slot there we go now we can wear a chest plate and our backpack and we’re all good to

Go and once again we go back to the early game iron grind I will say it is a little bit weird to hear mob sounds around us normally when I play these I don’t have to be as careful as I have to be now don’t have to make armor I don’t have to

You know light everything up I don’t have to like play cautiously but you know for all the drops that you need for the modded items I figured you know it’s probably the best way to experience it is with you know mobs on ooh that looks dangerous down there

Maybe we could go down and find a couple Diamonds though that might be something I’m just going to ignore that guy do I want to go down there I don’t know oh a geode hello is there another geode like right over there yeah right there’s two GE right here

Ah you know sometimes it’s kind of nice to just turn your brain off and mine up some blocks with the XP sounds I don’t know if I’m the only one that gets like this immeasurable level of satisfaction when you hear the jingle of the XP in Minecraft and genuinely I find resource

Collection to be pretty relaxing I like to just hang out and kind of sing to myself I’m not going to sing in this video don’t worry I’m not a great singer but usually if I’m doing it for a time lapse or something for another video I’ll have my music on and I will

Just be well trying to sing Little ear with some seeds in it okay let’s grab some dripstone though for our eventual little lava Farm I don’t know when we’re going to make this it might not even be today but eventually we’ll do one and here it looks like we’re getting into spider territory again which is not

My favorite place to be so instead I simply will water bucket your cobwebs and I will take the string really quickly and that is all I really need from you over here All right we’ve got 10 iron total let’s get that other iron smelting and with this iron now we can upgrade our backpack so you’re going to surround your backpack with iron in the crafting table and then you can put it back on your back and when we Press B you can

Notice that we have so much more space in which I’m going to use to store the glowberries and this raw gold right now for and of course we’re going to get some of this Moss mined up as well I think Moss is a really fun block

To add to your builds just because it goes along with that like cozy cottage por feel of everything being a little bit overgrown a little bit you know taken over by nature in a way and I especially love that you can plant on Moss as well you can put flowers on it

To the mountain as possible which normally I wouldn’t do but I think it’ll give us a lot of easy expandability for our storage system if we’re able to dig into the side of the mountain and this is an idea that I’m kind of directly taking from a friend of

Whoops I personally find it the easiest to build from like single point outline kind of things rather than like you know replacing all the blocks as you go like I just need the corners and then I’m good there we go take out those three and then take out these ones and then we

Should be good we have a little outline let’s go or let’s go start grabbing all of our blocks okay we’ve got some blocks now what I want to do in the corners is build up by four with some stone bricks 2 three four I’m only going to use these stone

Bricks in the corners that way the corners are kind of uh fortified looking and they look you know special I always feel that a build that has like special Corners like polished andesite or stone brick kind of looks a little bit more like a castle or a fortress not

That I want this to look like a castle or a fortress that’s not what I’m saying but it has that like strong look and strong feel to it and I really like that I really want a strong foundation for my house in this world and then we’re going to use a

Combination of mossy cobblestone andesite and Cobblestone and gravel bricks which look like this which I really really like I think that they look cool and basically what I want to do is I kind of want to flush out this bottom area here and just see how it’s all going to

Look I do know that I want some windows on this front part on this side but I don’t exactly know how I want the windows to look yet so if I put Windows here we could do three like that I think that could work and then we’ll just kind of fill in

The rest with our blocks and I’m going to try to to not overdo any specific texture in these I’m just going to try to you know get the blocks up and I really like how that looks it’s very simple and when you keep it simple it’s easy to replicate for your other sides

It’s also easy to misplace all of your blocks but we’ll add some lighting on the inside that way no mobs are spawning in here and we will continue on filling in this wall as well now this wall is not going to get any windows or anything

Because on the outside I think I want to do a raised kind of staircase for the Upper Floor since this is such a small space I don’t want to waste any space on like you know a ladder or a staircase I think I want to have like two separate

Entrances so like a downstairs entrance and then an upstairs entrance it’s a little bit dark and in case I keep working through the nights as we keep playing I’m just going to light up some of this area around where we’re working just so that there’s no

Mob spawns like directly next to us I mean it probably won’t be perfect and we’ll probably still have some bad guys like approach us but I once I get building I tend to like continue building through the night I don’t really notice if it’s you know dark and

There’s like a million zombies like swarming me and then a skeleton is like knocking me off and a creeper is blowing up my build I don’t really notice that back to filling in our walls this one is going to be where the entrance into the bottom Workshop is I’m not exactly sure

Where the doorway is going to lie so for now I’ll only fill in a little bit of that but let’s fill in the back wall and these two again no windows cuz they’re going to be right down into the edge of the mountain so it doesn’t really makes

Sense to me to put some windows in there and I really like how this wall came out I kind of really like that simple you know mostly Stone and andesite feel with a little bit of that brick in there but if we go through the mountain

This will be the way that we go through right in through this part so definitely going to just fill this in right now and then later on we can figure out the terraforming and everything on the outside there we go another completed wall and then one more left to

Do our last little bit of Mossy Cobble until we make some more of course and that’s fine we don’t really need any extra Mossy Cobble and you know I’m not going to put a window on this one yet either but if we need another window we can always put one

We’ll do some stairs here for the entryway just to get that little Arch way going I’m a big fan of the archway and I guess now would be time to start doing some of the walls for the Second Story and like I mentioned earlier I definitely am going to be

Wanting to use some of this oak wood and some stripped Oak as well but I think I only want that on the insides and I’m going to do pillars on the outsides we do like a three and a three and that will be where the entrance to

The second floor is so I’ll have to fix that later and then where all those gaps are I’m going to absolutely do some pillars okay I’m going to need my spruce I’m going to need Oak am I going to need more Oak than this I should be okay and

For my Oak I want to turn some of it into some of this flowering aelia log for you know the pretty log and then I’m going to use this Carpenter’s workbench to also get some of these fine vertical planks to go alongside our strip Oak for

The walls just to have a little bit of extra contrast and a little bit of you know um let’s make some more oh these are the wrong ones aren’t they yeah they are let’s make some extra there we go but they’re very soft next to the

Stripped uh oak wood so it won’t take away from it it won’t be overwhelming and overpowering to look at but it’s still just a different little texture and then per usual my beams are a mix of oak logs stripped spruce and then I’m adding in these modded aelia logs which

I think are so gorgeous and I think I want to do the same thing we did on the bottom I want to go up by four it’s kind of weirding me out cuz I normally go up by five but we’re going to try four I don’t know why

I’m just in the mood to have like a little bit of a shorter house overall not looking as large in this space and I think that this is going to be really achievable we’re not going to do too high of a roof we’re going to kind of have like a

Very chill little house that we can expand on and that fits the starter house Vibe also I don’t really know if there’s a better combination than stripped Spruce and oak logs it just looks so so good together okay maybe maybe barrels with stripped Spruce as well but okay stripped Spruce is just a

Defining feature of many of my builds all right let’s take a step back and grab this and see how it’s looking oh yeah I actually love it I actually really really love it let’s head up and start the next little bit of beams and then we can start putting up the walls

Before we put up any walls though I just quickly want to add some extra details here in the front and I’m going to just do that here with some upside down stairs here on the beams and then I think I’m going to connect them in the Middle with some trap doors and slabs

That way we can have like flower boxes sitting up on top of them and stuff and this is definitely going to ease the transition between the stone and the wood and we’re not going to do any on this side cuz that’s where the stairs are going to be that’s

Right I find adding bits of detail like this can help make the parts that look a little bit awkward look a little bit less awkward if you know what I mean as I mentioned it kind of provides a transition or like a split between the up and the bottom so it doesn’t really

Seem as harsh and already that’s looking so much better so much more complete and then we can continue adding onto that Vibe with some trap doors on the Edges I need to make some iron bars as well for the windows and oh I need a table for that okay so we’re going to have to make a table for those cute iron bars hopefully I have some more gunpowder somewhere how’ I get to that before tinkering

Table okay we’ll make the TNT and then we need a piston and we need oh my gosh we need so Much I’m just going to make these back into regular planks if I can find them I don’t want to have to make more planks hello where are the planks there we Go I need stripped Spruce logs specifically and also oak logs okay and we’ll change that there we go and then strip two of these and here we have it our tinkering table so this will allow us to do some other editing like lanterns and well apparently iron bars as

In the middle and they look so much like Muna no glass paines to me it makes me happy and now we’re just going to continue that once again on all the different sides uh between all of our beams until we have a fully finished upstairs of our

House I also just want to say how much I really enjoy these long plays they really make me feel good about building I don’t know why I think they’re just fun it’s not like planning some big you know project for 100 days or hardcore or something like that you know what I mean

It’s just something small cozy simple and I can take my time and really relax with it and I think that is really special and I think these videos for me are a good reminder to myself that it’s okay to slow it down sometimes it doesn’t have to be the most efficient

Doesn’t have to be you know the fastest it just has to be and sometimes that’s more than Enough for now along this back wall I’m not going to put any Windows like I mentioned we’re looking at the mountain so as we continue to build up we will f figure it out I’ll also have to figure out this staircase here but for now we’ll just kind of keep

It simple at least get a frame going you Know and finally we can fill in this back wall and we’ll just strip it all at the end because I find that very satisfying that’s one of my favorite Parts is stripping all the wood oh it does look like our cherry trees are done so let’s grab some more more of

Be more than enough to make the shutters that we need to make and I think I might also check out a cherry door just to add some more pink into the build somewhere else besides just the shutters and these of the shutters that we’re going to be making

So we’re going to need a bunch of cherry slabs and this should be plenty we should not need more than this especially cuz you get four wow that’s a lot actually and then when you place them together they’re going to make like one combin piece which I love and then it

Just opens and closes I love that so much and it has a heart on it it’s so so cute I do want it to open and close closer to the actual window not like away from it but close to it I love that so so

Wasn’t it yeah it’s planks okay that should be good and then I was thinking about this four panel trapo as well but I need a dark oak trapo to make the pattern for it I don’t think I have any dark oak and I haven’t found any so

I’m going to have to probably go get some from those pillagers all right they don’t even need to know that I’m here I’m just going to run up I’m going to get some dark oak wood maybe a couple logs maybe maybe a little bit from the top I don’t know

Should we go up top I I’m scared please leave me alone I’m just here for dark oak you know what okay it’ll probably be easier to go up and take the pillars on the top because they can’t get up here because I blocked it off and now I can steal all these

Pillars in peace but definitely a priority to get some more diverse trees around our area right now we only have Spruce and Cherry and Oak okay finally back with our dark oak and let’s just make up those dark oak trap doors oh I I put the planks away whoops

I’m so silly there we go and what else do we need for this again oh paper right okay good thing we’ve been growing our sugar cane Now that we have that paper paper crafted up we can make this little like panel ingredient thing and there we go Spruce trap doors in an dark oak Texture and now we can just do our normal little you know pattern around the door I actually really like these trap doors I’m not going to lie both of these trap doors are kind of really really good I love the barrel texture I don’t know why

I feel like that is just so different it’s not something that I would normally consider oh I got to put it in from the other side oops there we go I love it maybe a little bit too much Barrel action though maybe we remove that one and put one of those other ones

There yeah that’s much better and I guess it’s no time like the present to actually start working on the roof and I’m a little bit scared I don’t know if we’re going to have enough bricks but I hope that we do I really I really hope that we do we should be

Our Moss that we collected earlier so let’s grab some I have two variants one is from twigs and one is from Mel’s vanilla plus and we’ll do the mels first we’ll just do all of those let me put some stuff away oh my gosh and then we can do the other

Variant which is the Twigs variant and we’ll do like 16 of those as well and there’s not too much difference between them this is the Mel’s version and this is the Twig’s version and there’s just a little bit of difference between them but I like it like I noticed that so I like

It and then we have some GR as well that’s Mossy um let me find it Mossy cobal no Mossy Granite bricks yes let’s grab some of them and these are also just so pretty I think together this is going to be a really good combination I needed those campfires so that I can make these special little chimneys from har and home it’s such a great mod I definitely want to get some deep slate bricks in here though and then we can make those chimneys and these are amazing definitely recommend this Hearth and

Home mod if you haven’t looked into it already there’s also these little syi chimneys that I added but I don’t have any terracotta and I don’t feel like going to get some more clay And well there is going to be kind of a secret that we’re going to be using for this and it’s going to be these framed blocks but I do need to make some framed cubes which seems simple enough to make and I’m going to need some framed

Slabs we don’t need too many of these I think it’s only a couple of layers of roof that are going to be made out of slabs so oh right don’t want to use my chipped ones you can use the Birch ones that’s fine and I’ve played with this in a

Creative testing world just to see if this was possible what I’m going to do with these slabs and I can’t wait to show you guys and then here we’re going to craft up our typical Spruce variant so some stairs get the rest of those planks and we’ll get some slabs as well

Oh we already have slabs so just more stairs and I’m going to bring the stone cutter just in case we need it and we’ll grab the crafting bench as well just in case we need it and I think it’s time to start putting the roof on this

House all right let’s get some of this stuff out of our inventory oh my God my backpack is even worse than my chests are I can’t wait to start setting up storage I am not even lying all right anyways let’s start on a little roof here now we’re going to come

Down and I really want to have like two kind of Peaks over the windows I don’t normally do something like that so I’m very interested to see how it’ll look instead of an upside down stair I think I’m going to do two slabs and then over here I want to do the same

Thing bring up a little Peak over the top of the window and then we can bring this up right here actually I think instead of these stairs I want to do a plank instead make it a little bit more boxy know that’s a little bit weird but I

Kind of have been digging this lately ever since I was building with infinite drift in our like Christmas world I’ve really enjoyed that kind of style and we’re just going to bring those blocks upwards with the moss in the middle until we reach the

Middle and then I want to do a plank and a slab on top of the plank just for a little bit of extra flare you know right on the edge and then we’ll come over here and we’ll do basically the same thing H is that right I think so I can’t really

Tell you know what I’ll just I’ll just go from here oh awkward this is not right I placed that block Incorrectly I think for this roof I’m going to keep it really really simple I’m going to do slabs on the sides and then bring it up one slab at a time until it gets to the middle point just going to keep bringing it up one at a

Time then we can get rid of these extra blocks going to keep that one there cuz I’ll probably bring that over with Spruce slabs there we go okay bring that to there is sh maybe I’ll fix that later and then here we’re going to put a

Block of Oak and also right there and also there got to fill in these bits with Oak as well before I forget To and then then strip Those and then I guess we got to mirror that over here right why this feels very difficult for my brain right now I don’t know why that felt so difficult to figure out I’m just absolutely blanking on that oh I want this to be up and down um

Yeah I guess we’ll do something like that and then we can come over here and try our best I guess that’s that’s what we’ve got right now just trying our best okay now the part that I’m a little bit nervous about but H we just got to do it

We’re going to have to start filling in the roof with our brick and granite and Moss so let me just grab those things and put them in my hot bar this should be good let me just organize it a little bit but I really want it to look like

Patches of moss have grown on the roof of this like brick house that used to sit here so all the spots that have Moss I definitely want to have like bricks with moss or the granite Moss bricks attached to them that way it can look like it’s spreading except for right

Here where I’m going to put a spruce slab I really want it to look like kind of the the Moss has overtaken the roof in a way that you can’t like really ignore it’s become one with the bricks and the old granite and you know it’s

Actually just part of the roof at this point and instead of being upset about that we kind of you know Revel in that fact you know we use that to our advantage we have flowers up there and it’s going to be pretty and there’s the front of the roof done

Now I kind of want to just see what that’s going to look like but you know what we’re going to have to take a step back back I don’t want to look at it from the ground yet I just want to look at it from this height and I think that that

Works I actually really like that without the Moss it’s also good and Now to repeat what we did on the front side on the back well not necessarily repeat I don’t want it to be exactly the same but I do want it to have the same kind of idea

Oh yeah this is this is coming together I’m really really liking how this looks oh yeah that is a beautiful connected patch of moss and it looks like it belongs there it’s perfect and on the map it well it looked a little bit weird but we won’t

Look at the map anymore okay I promise and here is where the framed slabs that I was telling you guys about earlier are going to come into play because you can’t normally make moss slabs I mean you can make brick slabs and you can make you know granite slabs

But Moss slabs hello that is that is new we’ll put our blocks here yeah that’s that’s looking good okay and then we’ll connect that one Oops I did not mean to place that there all right there we go a little Spruce slab on that bit and then we’ll put our frame slabs here

Again and we’ll just fill those in with the same blocks that we were using before our moss and our bricks and all of that stuff and get the rest of this all filled in that’s looking good yeah I like that but as you can see here is a

Problem so here is what I’m going to show you and this works I tested this in a creative world I am going to strip one of these oak logs and then I’m going to break this block and the Moss block here and I’m going to place two frame slabs and on

The top I’ll put Moss on that side again two frame slabs and I’ll put the whatever did I have there back I guess we’ll do Mossy bricks doesn’t matter and then we’ll take our stripped Oak and we’ll put that on one side and the other one look at

That different textured double slabs now that is game changer and on the inside it is looking a little bit rough from down here but we will be working on that I promise but we do have another tiny problem and that’s that we have been in this world

For over 3 hours I still have not finished the roof of the house I haven’t done any of the outside like foliage and detailing and we haven’t done anything on the inside either so I think we’re only going to have time for either you know the upstairs or the downstairs and

I think that we’re going to have to say that we’re going to do one floor of the house at like decorated floor and I think I’m going to do the bottom so that we have some storage and then it would also be really fun to explore decorating the upstairs

Together maybe on a live stream all right let’s put on this other chimney and then we can get a start on the rest of these tasks I love double chimneys for some reason I don’t know why I just feel like they always look amazing on a

Build and I love this eroded deep sley it’s just so cool it looks like Stone but you know deep slate stone but like not regular un or silk touch deep slate is what I wanted to say cuz I don’t know sometimes I don’t really like the silk touch deep slate texture I

Them from a distance it would not look like I have chopped trees on the edge of this forest does that make sense well I didn’t actually see any big trees that we could easily chop down but all these small ones should be enough maybe we’ll just get one more

Oh I love this area looking up from here and the house is looking good too oh my gosh h and let’s start here by putting some Spruce slabs to extend this think we’re going to go by three out and then we’ll have to figure out exactly how far the

Get some of these frames put down that we can kind of mix and match our stairs we’ll do it like that and this is just going to make the stairs look a little bit more interesting you know and then we’re going to need some more of our aelia flowering logs so that we

Can build up kind of the same idea as we had on the other or on the beams for the house and you can do a railing with other things like sometimes I’ll use like trap doors instead but for a house like this I don’t know I just feel like

An official railing that has like a lot of definition I feel like looks really really good And we can already see from here I really really like that it looks good when you walk up I genuinely really adore it I’m just going to bring the same kind of log idea around the entire thing that way it’s actually filled in we can just kind of build these up a

Little bit here and there I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this before so forgive me if I have but I really like making spaces in Minecraft that just make my brain happy I like to imagine if I was living in the world of Minecraft that I would

Have a house like this and maybe I wouldn’t be living in modern Minecraft okay I would have to make do with like a zil leaves in regular Minecraft but I don’t know I just feel like I would have the the little house of my dreams and I would be a happy little

Minecrafter everything would feel very me and I don’t know I I like it sounds silly but I like building things for that like childish part of myself that you know always wanted to be creative and never had the time cuz I was always studying or you

Know had ideas but had no idea how to really get those out into the universe and now I kind of have a medium that I feel like really works to get those like spaces expressed my houses in Minecraft feel like safety to me and I hope they feel safe to you as

Well I hope they bring you as much comfort as they bring me to build and through that I hope that we can share those positive feelings and that positive energy um but you’re not very positive you just go away okay well thanks ruin my speech now

Well and then we can put some up here as well we’ll put one there and let’s try to hang it m I don’t know if I like it as much when it’s hung up but I do like it hanging off of that part so we can work around that

And this is like very old school what I used to do before like I figured out that you could use Moss carpets but you know sometimes times the simplest things just work and I don’t have any Moss carpet on me right now so I guess right now this is what we’re Doing all right finally made that shovel let’s get the pathway going over to the staircase cuz that only just makes sense you know there we go doesn’t even have to be the best pathway ever it just needs to be you know a pathway that looks much much better well honestly I think that’s

Going to be done for today so let’s do a little walk through of the whole thing this is our little Mossy flower field Cottage this Cottage uses a lot of natural resources found in the area such as Stones Woods Moss bricks granite and other materials it’s very beautifully

Decorated on the outside and the bottom floor is a big storage and crafting and work area it is a bit small and cramped and a little bit humble but it has a bright future ahead of it I know it and then you can follow the pathway to go

Upstairs into the main living area where I have forgotten the window um we will not talk about that but this will be a kitchen and living space with a bedroom at some point and I’m hoping that I’ll be able to do that on a live stream
