Minecraft Has TETRIS Now?? – Minecraft All the Magic Spellbound Modpack Ep. 12

Hello everyone and welcome to episode 12 of our all the magic spellbound let’s play last episode we went to the nether we got blaze rods and netherwarts explored a bastion got a piece of uh netherright debris and now one of our next big goals is to actually

Create all of the spell glyphs for ours duveau but to do that i’m quickly realizing just how many source gems we’re going to need so if we look at this um this magic clay requires one per clay so that’s like what a lot for those and then the marvelous clay takes

Two per clay and then let’s see this one takes okay that one still takes two per clay so undoubtedly we’re gonna need more source gems and i’ve already gone mining twice and like regular mining is just done enough so it’s become quite clear that we’re gonna have to do some enchanting

And i would like to try and get a fortune pickaxe to really speed up our mining journey here and so one thing to mention about enchanting in this mod pack is that there’s two mods that i know of at the very least that are at work here

I’m not even gonna try and go through all the mods to add different enchantments but as far as the actual system there’s quark oddities and apotheosis so quark oddities adds this tetris matrix enchanting and you’ll see that a little bit more in action once we actually start enchanting and then

Apotheosis actually adds a system that allows you to make up to level 100 enchantments which is really incredible because as you can see we keep our experience we’re already at level 64. and then the way that this works is that there’s three uh systems added to the apotheosis enchanting system and that is

Eterna quanta and arcana so eterna is the easiest one to understand um for each one point of eterna equals two levels of enchanting ability that you have so a normal 15 stack bookcase surrounding your enchanting table with normal bookshelves is going to give you your standard uh level 30 and your eternal

Level would be 15. so this is plus 15 and that’s the highest that you can go with this type of bookshelf so to increase it past level 30 you have to start employing these special types of bookshelves so as you can see here instead of the

Max being 15 we can now go up to 22.50 with this hell shelf which requires blaze rods another brick and a potion of regeneration and it’s also become apparent to me that we like only got two blaze rods that i can remember getting like i put all of

My stuff up and we only had two blaze rods so either i lost them somewhere or we’re gonna have to go back for more which is okay because i’m mock i marked the spot on my map but anyways so that can go up to 22.50

This one can go up to 30 but you have to enchant that first tier with hell infusion you enchant bookshelves by just sticking them on the enchantment table as far as i know and then the sea shelf which will require you to have prisma marine blocks one way or another whether it’s visiting

A sea temple or other and then the crystalline shelf and the heartboard shelf which requires the heart of the sea so you would have to get that from like a sunken treasure then we have the in shelves which obviously require you to go to the end

And that is the only way um to get the actual eternal level 50 so enchanting table level 100. okay that was a lot of explaining now let’s actually try this because i’ve never worked with the quark oddities enchanting system and it’s actually a little bit confusing for me so

There’s this level one here and i’m not sure if this is the level that it requires or what but you click the plus and that literally thank you and now we’re playing tetris so here’s fortune um unfortunately i am not a tetris queen as much as i would like to be but i’m

This could not be going any better nature’s mend don’t care for that unbreaking yes okay we’ll stick that down there no Um let me look up what miners fervor is i’ll be right back okay evidently this is something that helps you mine very quickly when you are below sea level okay there’s fortune unbreaking the only other thing we would want is like efficiency or i guess in this case the miner’s fervor

Since we already have two of them but can i fit it yes yes i can okay what else do you have for me yes yes yes yes yes wow how lucky yes okay oh look down there you can actually already see it taking levels away from me

I see so is it one level per per clicking the plus sign what happens if i click it again 56 every time i click it it’s taking a level for me oh no no no no it’ll it’s okay it’ll stay god if it doesn’t stay come here did you just take that

Okay i got really scared that he just like grabbed that off of my enchanting table for a second all right back to it all right soul bound um let’s do it again unusing i don’t remember what i’m using is there’s so many enchantments tools become unusable when having one durability left um I’m usually pretty pretty good i’m gonna combine this with my mending pickaxe for sure no matter what oh so now they’re actually costing me two levels each okay one more and breaking again perfect again there we go there we go oh it takes two this is actually addicting

Okay there’s miners forever three that’s on breaking two oh this is yeah i think it’s really easy to spend all of your stuff um i know it’s gonna take a lot to combine this with um our mini pickaxe let’s just okay there’s another one breaking okay do i want to stop here

I’ll go with that boom that was nice okay i’m totally down with that enchanting system that’s really nice okay you know something interesting though is with the quark oddities mod i’m not actually sure how necessary it is or even if it helps to have the rest of the bookshelves because

You’re not automatically getting fortune 3 popping up like it’s always the first level of enchantment and then you combine another so i’m not really sure if we’ll ever need that it’s a really cool idea though so i you know i’m not sure but look at that exciting okay so let’s

Throw a mending on there it only costs four and we can name it for five hmm i’ll just name it big bucketer beautiful okay now let’s go mining Actually just kidding it wouldn’t enchant something else this is really fun magic siphon what does that do Um thank you uh that is not what i’m looking for magic siphon absorb beneficial effects from the target i don’t really care dana villagers do not care knock back er do care that’s a big one nature’s men don’t care better villagers again oh geez we’re going quick sharp thank you something normal worthwhile

Um okay what’s my what’s my best bet here that again i is this just gonna become my illager sword i i guess there’s that’s fine i’ll just have this one specifically for like uh what am i saying dungeons like the dungeons that spawn just like pillagers in them that’s fine

We could have lots of different swords but i’m already down at 35. i don’t want to do another one life stealing i cannot fit that and that makes me very oh i don’t see any way i’m gonna be able to fit this oh wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait

This is from enigmatic legacy that was five levels and so the deal with these levels is that obviously it takes a lot more levels to get from like 56 to 57 than it takes to get from one to two and so i’d rather just spend all my

Enchanting points now use a bunch of those i probably shouldn’t use that but whatever and i’m spending less for more by using the cheaper levels to do this enchanting uh there wasn’t really any good way to go about using the other ones the the my level like 60

But as far as i can tell i don’t know that i’m gonna need to be level 60 to do this okay try again i really want looting oops looting living leech looting oh okay so now it’s telling me i need to be at least level 16. yikes i don’t like any of these

What is leech i feel like that’s useful what a slayer increase damage against monsters i mean yeah i have a bunch of those all right slayer slayer one slayer one i’m breaking leech wait that leech is way better than this one Oh well it’s already leech two now outlaw one i don’t remember what outlaw does oh it’s like a vein of villagers i i think they’re just from different mods honestly outlaw knock back slayer again life stealing again all right well evidently i need more levels that

There definitely is some sort of cap at play here darn i really want to have looting and unfortunately i don’t think there’s any way for me to know if there’s like a minimum level that it was going to require but what else can you be applied just just um swords uh

No it doesn’t look like there’s any that i can tell like any sort of requirement okay that’s fine our little uh trick knee helps at least from what he says he’s supposed to do so we summoned him he dies sometimes and i forget to bring him back but look at threes okay

All right now i’m gonna go mining all right we are back and we have a lot of questions so i’m excited i’m going to go ahead and make a stack of these okay and let’s see we’ve got one two three four five by five so 25

30 of these if they’re all yeah looks like it okay so 30 of those which means we’ll set aside 30 and then these go ahead and start converting into the next one the marvelous clay that needs another source gem gold and lapis which we have plenty of and then does that also

Yeah okay so they build off each other so we’ll go ahead and convert the rest into this marvelous clay cold and and which one was it marvelous yeah okay oh i almost let it convert all of my stuff not all of it i need 30 of those okay cool

All right now how many do we need for this so that’s 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 how many do we make 34 okay this is so fun so we needed 22. and then how many for this one uh 9 10 11. we have 12. yeah okay

And to make the mythical clay now here’s the issue we’ve got to go get more blaze rods why do we only have two i don’t know and i’m just so confused because i really thought we got more than two i like truly thought but i mean

It’s no biggie to go back and get more i just we killed a lot of blaze rods and we did it oh what are you doing in there we didn’t bring a lot of blaze rods home which i made a lot of blazes no not in here well there’s four

So we can make two of these we have plenty of diamonds they are not an issue i just wish we had some more laser bends okay so there’s two of the mythical clays cool all right i Um you go to the nether right now with all of this on us and risk losing all that let’s put it in a holding chest a run get some blazes and then come right back except i want that okay i’m gonna go run get some more blaze rods and then i’ll be back

Goodness oh goodness this is gonna get stressful okay this year i’m after you oh my goodness all right that’s five you’re doing great thank you Okay manageable over here anything oh i think i just made some piglets angry all right oh there’s more i just heard more blazes regardless let’s keep let’s keep killing these guys like they’re our best shot so before we finish our another trip there’s actually one more thing i wanted to see about

So i just made a nature’s compass if you don’t know what that is this will lead you to any biome of your choosing so intermittent spawn in warped forests and i would like to see if there’s one nearby there is and it’s 500 blocks away okay well

I’ll see you guys in 500 blocks oh i think i see it on the map yeah we have made it well we’ve almost made it these trees have been so helpful though in getting these things and getting over the um lava pools like where there’s lava lakes

You just jump through the treetops easy peasy i say as i almost fall straight into the lava all right let’s go find some endermen and we’ll make sure we re-summon our drinkmates so that he can help us out with our looting Oh gosh they’re so angry with me i don’t know what i’ve done hey is that possibly a bastion too what an interesting beginning and end of biomes ah probably just gonna jump thank you is this is this a city not a city of happy people i’m sorry

In the midst and i am sad to report i’m not seeing any enderman yeah it’s a wee bit saddening i was really hoping and they’re definitely supposed to spawn here and there’s i’m guessing something is interfering with that that’s unfortunate well i guess we’ll call today and
