Minecraft: How to build a Fantasy Tavern – With full interior

Hello there and welcome to 80 craft today i’m going to be showing you how to build this fantasy tavern and the full interior in your world so don’t go anywhere let’s have a look at the materials in a second but just a quick reminder make sure you subscribe so you

Don’t miss any future videos here are the materials for the build and this includes everything you’ll need for the interior as well and here we have the floor plan for the build so pause the video now it’s a total of 26 blocks wide by 25 blocks

Deep from the front to the back and that includes all of the overhang and the parts on the roof and in between each of the spruce logs there is at the back and the sides anyway a three block gap with two one block caps right at the front there and a two

Block entrance because we’re going to have a double door on this so now we’ll get into the building the first thing that we’re going to do is we’re going to add our stripped spruce pillars the first layer of these and to do this what we’re going to do is

On these front four we are going to bring these up to eight blocks high and for everything else so from this block all the way around on this big section these are gonna go nine blocks high with those pillars in place we are going to then add ourselves a four high line

Of cobblestone going all the way around the build from the front one side of the front door to just one block inside here this is going to be a fireplace and a chimney so we’re going to build this up and fill in all of this on both sides

With the cobblestone walls in place on the two sides we’re going to now deal with the first part of the of the chimney breast so what we’re going to do is we’re going to build three blocks back next to this and it’s going to go four blocks high we’re going

To build that all the way around in a u-shape coming right the way around like this once we get to the top on the top we’re actually going to fill this in as well so it’s going to be level with the top of the wall and just filled in with

These the stone bricks next from outside the build we’re gonna add some spaces for some windows so starting either side um i’m gonna be starting on the right in the middle of each of these we’re going to knock out too high gap right in the middle of the area and

Put in a window sill which is an upside down spruce stair i’m going to do that all the way around now once we get past the chimney breast to the right hand side and you if you want to flip this you can of course we are going to leave this wall

And this wall because the bar is going to go in the inside so we don’t need any windows and then we’re going to carry on here and here so there’s only two walls on this right hand side two windows rather in this right hand side and then the final two windows just here

Now above the front door we are going to fill in the top two blocks with some cobblestone we’re gonna add ourselves a lintel which is gonna be two of the upside down spruce stairs again and then we’re gonna start going around and randomly replacing some of these cobblestone blocks with some other

Blocks just to vary these up a bit now if you’re using a pre 1.17 version then you can just use andesite to fill these in like so and just randomly select some blocks and replace them if you’re using post 1.17 you can still use undersight if you wish but you might

Want to throw in some tough as well that’s quite a nice block there to actually use around here so randomly pick out just some ones that you want to replace and then start filling those in with the tough or the underside or even a combination of both if you like

Now we’re going to add the bar area and we’re going to start with a cauldron in the corner we’re going to place a crafting table next to that in a jukebox next to that then next to that on the floor coming out away from the fireplace we’re gonna place one two three barrels

All face down face up like this and two more barrels on this side so you’ve got a little entrance here next we’re gonna use the spruce trapdoors and we’re gonna place them across like so and this gives you an access into the bar area and we’re going to

Bring those around the corner as well to give a nice top on the bar coming into this area just above this cauldron uh not using that one this one we’re going to be using the dark oak trap doors to place ourselves a little shelf a barrel against the wall on either end

Shift clicking onto the middle with a brewing stand and then just a couple of taps again shift clicking on to the edge and now we’ve got the bar finished adding the rest of the decoration to the downstairs we’re going to start by adding a door which we’re going to cover

Out to the entrance and use two of the warp doors like so then coming level with this edge we’re going to place a barrel facing up on each side like this on this side just on the left we are going to and that’s the left as you come

In the door opposite side to the bar itself we’re gonna place a crafting table like so then underneath this stair we’re gonna shift click two barrels across here then two barrels there and two barrels here on top of these we’re going to place ourselves an acacia trapdoor

And now we’re gonna start placing some of the seating so we’re gonna seats are gonna be some dark oak so we’re going to place some dark oak here our little tables are going to be an acacia fence and on top of that we are going to put ourselves a nice cyan

Carpet so we’re going to have it a couple of tables there then we’re also going to have a table just here like this then in this side we’re going to have a table here so this is going to be a double table like so and pop the fences and the carpets in

We’re going to miss a gap and then have a little mini table just there like this this is going to be a stairway going up underneath the stair we’re going to have another little booth which is going to go just there and again with the carpets on top

And then we’re finally going to put some well we’re going to put some carpet three carpet here three carpet coming from this point across and then we’re gonna have a couple of little tables here so one table just like this and one table just like this now you can

Make this a double table if you want let’s do that yeah so we’ll have another double table going there and a single table going here with again our table legs and our cyan carpet to give us the full interior so you can walk in here you’ve got plenty of spaces to sit

I’ve just doubled up this table to add a bit more seating room and now we’re going to deal with the fireplace so we’re going to get four campfires and we’re going to put them here then we’re going to place two campfires here so one this way and one this way and for these

Ones we’re going to take a shovel of some description we’re going to put those out so that’s some logs to feed the fire then taking some polished and side slabs we will run four across there just in front and then level with well one block underneath this we are going to place

Ourselves some underside stairs going across and there’s gonna be upside down now on top of those we need a place for landslide blocks i’m just gonna double up the slabs come across the top like this now for the staircase up we’re going to just step ourselves and we’ll need to

Obviously shift click when we’re placing them on here and then the last one against this wall that brings us up to the right height underneath here on the back we’re going to play some more stairs here and some more stairs here so you’ve got a nice little alcove there

And then we are going to bring some of the oak slabs all the way across right the way up to here so we’re going to bring it out level with where this staircase starts so we can come up and down the stairs fill this out right the way across here as well

And then just fill in everything apart from this staircase with these oak slabs now the last thing to do before we start on the next levels is to add some lighting down here so the first thing we’re going to do is add a second slab either side of the fireplace with a

Lantern hanging down from that like this now for each of these tables we are going to add a lantern so we’re going to add one here against the wall for this table in the middle here we’re going to have another slab and add a lantern here for

This table for both of these we’re just going to add one at the edge with the lanterns hanging down same for this one here just a slab with the lantern here for this one in the middle again we’re going to place it directly above the table just hanging down there this one we’re

Going to place on the far side of this table so just one block over and then the final one just under here we are going to take this block out and we’re going to replace it with two full blocks which allows us to then hang lantern just there

And that now means that nothing should spawn down here and you’ll be safe to work on the rest of the build to build up the next stage we’re going to first of all go to each of these three block gaps that we’ve got here so with each of these three block gaps what

We’re going to do is we’re going to place stair on each side upside down like this and we are going to place ourselves a spruce trap door in the middle so we’ll do that literally on each of these three block gaps now at the front of the build

We’re gonna in this space here we’re gonna place an upside down stair and one in here and then in the two gaps in the middle we’re gonna place two trapdoors in like this filling in this little hole we’re gonna have three fences like this and these are going to be the acacia fences

Don’t want to be unsightly and then at the back either side of this chimney breast we are going to place a stair upside down against each of these sides now once we’ve placed those the next thing to do is on the outside of these in between each of the stairs that we’ve

Got we’re gonna place another set sticking out further all the way around once we’ve done that all the way around and for these ones again we’re just going to come across the front like this everywhere just beneath these stairs that we have we’re going to place ourselves some of

The spruce trapdoors that are going to go round each of these pillars now for the front door here we can go around like this but we probably won’t use the one on the inside but everything else yeah where you’ve got this space this one you’ve got room for two

Spruce trap doors here you’ve got room for three you get four in fact going right the way around this one but yeah add those spruce trap doors on as well with a lot of the trapdoors placed uh because this is very very it’s worth building it somewhere like this to be

Honest because it’s very spruce intensive uh we’re gonna place some more stairs and these stairs are gonna be like some buttresses kind of some supports to to counteract the ones that are above and these are just gonna go facing outwards wherever we can on the build so round build like this

All the way around first stage of the second floor is going to be coming out here and again exactly what we did beneath we’re going to create a u-shape like this it’s going to be four blocks high and we’re also going to fill this in right the way across the

Top so we’ve got another little box that’s going to go around just like this Now in all of the gaps in between these spruce pillars we’ve got we’re going to fill in a line of four of the white concrete and that’s gonna come across the middle as well so all of these are gonna be filled in all the way around in between these gaps and that is

All the way after the white concrete we’re gonna go back to our spruce our strip spruce logs and on each of these sticking out stairs that we’ve created we’re going to come up to and make sure we place it all in the right direction of course we’re

Going to come up to four blocks high so it’s going to be one block beneath these ones in the middle but it’s going to be level with these ones at the front so we’re going to do that all the way around this one’s coming up to four

Blocks as well so on and so forth right the way around the build with white concrete in place we’re now going to add some windows and we’re going to do this in the same way that we did on the floor beneath however we’re not going to add any windows onto this

Entrance way because we’re going to have a staircase going up in here so from this point onwards we’re going to just knock a two block gap out and then we’re going to go into each of these three wide spaces the three by fours knock out a gap and put the spruce

Stair upside down like this and we’ll do that all the way around apart from like i said that front section now we’re gonna texture this white concrete that we’ve got all the way around here because it looks a bit plain at the moment if you’re in 1.16 or

Beneath then you might want to use some white wall and potentially go and do something like this now if you are in 1.17 and if you can afford it and find enough of it the the nicest plot probably to use is actually this calcite it looks really really good

Gives a bit more texture so yeah just go around the build adding these where you feel that you think they would fit and then when you’re happy and comfortable you’ve got enough we’ll move on to the next section adding now some rooms to the second floor first thing we’re going to do is

We’re going to add some pillars so level with where these two cross we’re going to take some of the strip spruce and we’re going to come up the total of four blocks so that it’s the same as the ones at the height of the wall we’re also so we’re going to put two

Pillars on that side we’re going to have one pillar here which should just line up with the edge of the stairs like so in each of these gaps for these three we’re going to create a new shape going right the way over using the white concrete like this

In the middle we’re going to place ourselves here a an upside down stair and a door uh facing through like this and again it’s a warp door like you can see here in the middle of each of these rooms we’re gonna just fill this in with some of the white concrete and again

We’re gonna do the same here we’ll fill in this side with the white concrete uh all the way up like this have a u-shape for our doorway going right the way across in this little bit just there fix that hole in a minute and the door like so

So do that on the other ones and then as you have done with the edge use whatever block you’re texturing and make sure that you texture these interior walls as well now for the upstairs interior we’re going to start with each of these bedrooms and each bedroom is going to

Have a bedding it’s going to have underneath the window a little table which is going to be an acacia fence with a cyan stair and then it’s going to have a crafting bench and a little chest so you’ve got some storage and that you can place those in whatever position you

Want so this way let’s have it going here so we’ve got the things going this way around with again the bed here and ourselves a little crafting bench there just to make interesting so do those put the same items in each of the rooms for consistency but set them up however you like

Next we’re going to add a little seat in front of this fireplace so level with this middle door of these three we’re gonna come across one two and on the third block we’re gonna place two of these stairs i’m gonna place a sign on each side like this now

Just along from that on the window opposite we are going to place a barrel and a barrel just like this with a crafting table in the middle and then on top we are going to shift clip and we’re going to place ourselves some acacia trapdoors on top just to

Give a bit of detailing and then i have a big corner seat running around this corner as far as this so just in between these two pillars and on the edge we’re gonna place ourselves again a sign just as a little arm rest now moving into this

Section here we are going to place again a little corner section with seating on this side and do the same with four stairs on this side in the middle here we’re gonna have two barrels like this and then we’re going to place some barrels coming across this way so you’ll want to

Make sure you get into the right position to place these barrels coming across so we’re going to have a wall of barrels and just a line of barrels rather and make sure you do shift click as well up and put these in the right place up here

Like this and we’re gonna have our staircase coming through this in a second and then we’re gonna have a little table here and a little table here with our little cyan carpets on top next we’re gonna put two chests behind this seat that we’ve just added

In and deal with the fireplace so again we’re gonna place four of the campfires here and two campfires here which we’re gonna put out for these ones then in front of that again exactly the same as we did beneath uh so we’re gonna have uh two lines of well either a line

Of the full and polished underside or two lines of the slabs and then underneath we’re just going to have our lint going across the fire like so here in this gap we’ll have a crafting table with an acacia trapdoor on again to keep the theme going and then we’re gonna add ourselves some

Carpets as well so we’re gonna have some carpets coming through round like this in this shape so we’re gonna have two uh four carpets there and two carpets coming out we’ll have two more carpets coming across four actually in front there four more in front here

And then for this section i’m just gonna pick block we’re gonna have some of the uh concrete coming out like this and we’re then going to have some fences filling in this gap that’s a little look through to this bit and again as with all of the other bits

Just add in some block variation there for the stairs firstly we’re going to place two more red carpets here and then starting on this side we’re going to go back and forth like this placing some of the oak stairs on up to the point that we get here to the third step

Now we’re gonna use some of the oak planks now to not go on the barrel but to actually place these like so here and then we are going to come back down here place them upside down stairs there and continue on until we get to

This point here so this is where we are going to have our last of these and then we’re going to start placing oak planks now the first thing we’re going to do with the oak planks is actually bring them out on top of both of these barrels like this

But then with the oak planks we’re just going to fill in all of the rest of this gap everything obviously with inside this wall and we’ll build the wall up in a in a bit but yeah fill in all of the floor um or the ceiling rather whichever way

You look at it all the way across this build now for the lighting on this floor in each of the rooms right in the middle of the room we’re going to place ourselves at lantern which will be enough to light them up so do that in the other three as well

And then in this section here we’re going to have a one that’s level with each of the windows where they would intersect and one lantern here then in the same places we are going to have some lanterns coming into the middle here so we’re going to have one

Lantern here level with this doorway just on either side like this then we’re going to have some more lanterns on either side like this and we’re going to have some final lanterns either side here because obviously we can’t place them where we have got the underside in the way for that

Uh under here just for a little bit of extra mood lighting we’re gonna have a lantern there and coming up the stairs we can put a lantern on either side hanging down just like that next to finish off the interior pillars and the first thing i’ve noticed is

That at the front either side these just need to be one block lower that’s because the roof is going to start from there on either side and we’re also going to going to take those two blocks out in the middle as well and i’ll show you why in a minute now on

Top of these we’re going to build up both of these by three and it’s just those two so that’s going to come towards an apex for this entrance section and similarly those are all correct they should be one block beneath and they are so the roof can step up and these center

Ones are going to come up an extra six blocks at the front of the build now we are going to build up with our white concrete till we’re level with these pillars in the middle and then we’re just going to add a single block at each side

Now again as we have done let’s just add in some of the uh the texturing here and let’s just make sure it’s not too uniform On top of this we’ll need a temporary block because we’re going to place two of these spruce there in the middle and two more of the concrete just above like so at the end we are going to start by coming across with a line of the strip spruce in

On top of these blocks that we have here now in the center we are going to build ourselves a donut so that’s going to be three by three like this but with a hole in the middle on this side we’re gonna come up one then two then three

And then we’re gonna do the same on the other side one then two then three like this now again we’re going to texture this so wherever you want to put these absolutely up to you and put one here maybe one there and lastly So you’ve textured that now on top of this again we’re gonna build another line or one two three of the stripped spruce and obviously of doing this at one end you will do it at both ends now in the middle another donut so another three by three coming up here

We’re not going to build anything on the edges though because again this is going to blend into the roof itself and then on top of this we are going to have some temporary blocks so that we can get the right direction with this spruce so there’s gonna be three spruce on top

And then two more of your main block so this is how it bring comes up to the apex and you guessed it the next thing we’re gonna do is just add in some block variation for this wherever you can see and there you go you’ve got one unfinished

From that perspective for the concrete and go and do that to the other side as well the next stage is starting the route so what we’re going to do is we’re going to come to this uh block just next to the doorway here and we’re going to place ourselves a

Step and we’re going to place two more stairs coming out this way and two more stairs coming up this way so this should come one block past the spruce that we’ve got here then going back and forth we’re gonna come up with the spruce stairs until we’ve

Placed three stairs going up this way on top of the third upside down stair we’re gonna place a spruce plank then we’re gonna have another stair back and forwards oh right that way like so then another spruce plank and then again back and forwards like this

Now with this one we are going to get rid of that stair in a second because we’re going to have a spruce plank there but actually we’re going to have that as an open trapdoor then we’re going to just replicate that on the other side as well i will show

You though so we’ve got five blocks with the center block being there so two blocks out this side two blocks out this side and then back and forth with these stairs to bring them up to the apex of the roof once you’ve got one two three stairs

Like so you come up with a full block back and forth again one more full block and then again we’ll put a stair on top and this time we can just place the bank there with a spruce trap door like this now to build up the chimney at the back

So the first thing we’re going to do is we’re going to run two lines of four across now where we’ve had those ones being deeper this is going to be slightly shallower so the first thing that we’re going to do is we’re going to place one line round here

Like this and then we’re going to start coming in and we’re going to start coming in by doing uh just the outside blocks so we can still see the fireplace but we’re going to start tapering the chimney in from the back we’re going to do that for two courses of bricks blocks here

And then that will give us the right level we can then build up on top of this so we’ve got a cap and then we’re gonna come up one two and then three more blocks in total and that gives us the rest of the chimney which will then just stick out of this

Far side of the roof next we have the frame for the two big sides so the two ends of the build and we’re starting these in the same way that we did before so we’re coming to this block here level with the top of this and we’re going to build out two blocks

This way so the the blocks that one should go on top so the two rows meet up and then we’re going to come out two blocks this way again now where we came up three before uh we’re going to come back and forth and go up four steps so we’ve done three there

And then there’s the fourth step like this at this point we go up a full block and go back and forth with the stair again we come up with a second full block back and forth with the stair and then a third full block like this

And then back and forth with the stair and as you can see we’re nearly at the top this time we’re gonna come even sharper we’re gonna come up with two full blocks here and lastly we’re just gonna place our stair there with an upside down stair

Just in the middle so that then lines up with the middle i’ll show you again the other side uh and what we’re going to do is we’re going to bring this across like this it’s good going to come out this way now with this side obviously you’ve got the chimney here so

What we’re actually going to do is bring this right away across the build so i won’t show you right the way but i’ll show you it just goes past so the chimney goes through the roof we’re gonna build up and maybe remove some of those blocks when we add some more

Detail to the outside of this chimney in a bit but then we come up so this is the second then the third and then the fourth of these stairs then we’ve got the first of the full blocks and back and forth with a stair second of the full blocks

Back and forth with the stair if i go the right direction there we go upside down third of these blocks again with the stair like this and then we’ve got this double on top and the last thing to do to bring us in line is to put

That on place so that gives us as you can see we’ve got a lovely shape to this roof and this then connects up to the roof here as well and for this so do exactly the same at the other side and make sure it’s connected all the way

Around now we’ve done the frame of the roof we’re going to add the final internal pillars and we’re going to start on the left hand side of the build at the back here and we’re going to come in front of this pillar we’re going to

One two three four and on the fifth one we’re gonna come up three blocks like so opposite that at the back again we’re going to come in on the fourth block one two three and on the fourth block we’re going to come up three and then on this one here we’re going to

Come up one two three four and on the fifth block come up three like so for the walls firstly we’re gonna place two blocks and then three blocks here on this side two blocks and then three blocks next to the the uh upright on this side and also two

Blocks and then three blocks here now the door on this one is going to be on just there so we’re then going to fill this in in between the two parts like so and that gives us quite a nice interesting room shape and then this one

We’re going to come out one block more and then we’re going to bring this across Like this with the white concrete and then put our lintel for the doorway the right way up in here just like so now once you’ve done all of this obviously we’re going to put our doors in place which are again going to be the walk doors these are the bigger rooms in

The in the tavern so yeah there’s going to be more inside these um a little bit but we also need to just again add in a little bit of block variation uh as somewhere you see fit inside just to make it a bit interesting for the first room which is on the back

Left what we’re gonna start with is we’re going to place our little table then we’re going to place ourselves a nice bed here a carpet in front a crafting table here and a nice chest here so we’re going to build the wall on the roof coming up through there and

Yeah that’s everything that you need in that room coming into the master suite now we’re going to start by placing a chair here level with this pillar and the chair just underneath the the window there and then we’re going to have ourselves a little table

And then on this side here we are going to have a couple of chests just on this side so just behind this and on this here at the other end we’re going to start by placing two beds then a crafting bench here we’re gonna have ourselves another

Little chest here so plenty of storage in this room and even get ourselves a barrel so we can place that that way on this side next we’re gonna just place ourselves some red carpet going down the middle and then further decoration we’re going to add an ender chest next to the chest there

And finally we’ve got ourselves a flower pot with anything you like really but i’m just going to use a lily as a valley because i think they’re quite nice and then a lantern shift clicking onto there on the floor but on top of that crafting table

The final thing that we can do now we are going to hang some banners but we need some walls for that we’re going to put ourselves just a couple of the oak signs at the bottom of the bed just a little footboard for that the final fireplace has two campfires in

It and then some of the polished underside in front of it like this this time we’ve got some stairs that are going to come across and these stairs are going to come across they’re going to be the right way upstairs and they’re going to come across just like this to

Give us a little alcove here we’re going to have a couple of campfires because we need some more logs so we’ll put those out for the fireplace and then we’re going to have a seat here with an oak signs and armrest and a couple of chests behind it here

You’ll also notice that i have switched this full block out just for a stair because it looked a bit nicer just there and we are going to have a couple of fences just there next we’re going to place two more chests next to the uh fence that we’ve

Got here then we’ve got a little table booth so we’re gonna have two sets of seats here and have ourselves the acacia fences and the carpets on top and we’ll have some arms to these as well then against this wall level with the back here we’re going to have a crafting table

And on top of that we’ll put a lantern uh should click onto it of course and then a couple more chests just here so plenty of storage upstairs completely and now what we’re going to do is we’re going to start placing uh down some stairs that are going to work their way to

The bottom here so we’re going to place one against the top here one here on one here like this three stairs going up we’ll go up these and place one more on top just like this and then underneath this and underneath this we will place just

An oak trap door just to give a little bit more structure going up to what will be the final attic room that we have last but not least we’re going to place a couple of carpets just there uh just to add a bit of color and just to fill

In that blank bit of space that we have now we’re going to start adding the roof in the first section that we’re going to do is to bring it up just to the stairs beneath this so up to level with where this calcite block is and we’re gonna do that firstly there’s

A couple of things that we need to do firstly there’s gonna be a void here so we’re just gonna fill that in with some spruce and then actually next to this we’re going to start filling this in with some warped wood like that so that

Will give us a nice effect on the inside the main thing that we’re going to be doing with this roof is simply following whatever block is on the end so with this one we’re going to be using the the warped stairs we’re going to bring this

Out and as you’ll see it connects up with the next level so you’ve got a nice look there next layer is just some stairs that come out like this so you connect those up and by placing those planks that it makes it nice and easy to connect up here we’ve got a

A full block here so we’ll take this full block across first and that will link up with the full blocks that we have here and then the stairs will simply just go in front of that like so so yeah it all should match up pretty well it should all link

Up pretty well once we get to this then we just bring it across again and then we’ve only got one more layer really to well two more layers to really think about this one we’ll bring in and we always bring that in just one step past and then this is a

Full layer as well and these two then just connect up at this point so yeah we’ll do one more of these just to finish off with some stairs coming right the way round and all you need to do is replicate that on the other side of the build as well

Now we’ve got that far on the front section we’re going to start on the back section and firstly we’ve got the same voids to fill in so level with the top here we’re gonna fill in with some just some spruce planks there going across and then we’ve got a layer of the

Uh the warped wood that goes next to the items so that we’ve got a nice wall on the inside then it is get really simply just a case of connecting all of these up now when we get to any of these bits then the only one to note is obviously this

Comes across and it’s a full block so that’ll then link up and then you’re placing on top of these stairs with your next block which will be some other stairs going back the other way so this is the point where the roof it gets a little bit fiddly you need to come up

Here like so this is the point where the chimney comes out of the roof so once you’ve filled all of this in um you can take this right the way up to the top and again what we’re going to do is we’re going to take up to the top here of the

Flat blocks of the main blocks just like so so this is the line that we’ll be bringing up to because on top of this there’s something slightly different we’re going to have a slight saddle to this roof um but yeah pretty much just copy whatever the block

Is here and run that in warped wood all the way along your build back to the front of the build now and we are going to start this next stage by connecting up these full blocks that go right the way across now by connecting these up it gives us

The platform to build against and what we’re gonna do with these is we’re gonna have two more of the full planks and then we’re gonna have a line of stairs that’s gonna come across and that set of stairs will then connect into these warped planks that we’ve got here

And we can do the same then on the other side which takes us to the apex of this roof now it’s simply a case that we’ve joined that front bit of the roof to the the rest of it and we can carry on filling this up to the same level and a little

Tip for filling up is always fill in the full block sections first because then it makes it much easier for you to actually place the stairs against something rather than just having to place the stairs against each other which can be a little bit

Fiddly so i’ll show you what i mean in a second once this is connected up so by doing this it means i’ve got the blocks beneath that i can place the stairs on like this and then i can just come along and place the stairs on these blocks as well

We’re now going to add the detailing to the apex of the front section of this roof and this starts with a couple of stairs here we’ve got some spruce trap doors that go into those stairs then we’ve got some upside down stairs that are placed just there now we need some temporary

Blocks i’ll just use some of the warped blocks and we’ll place some stairs into those and we’ve got some stairs upside down like this so they kind of curve round and then we take away those temporary blocks using some slabs here and some slabs there we’ve got the nice curl

Effects that we wanted next we’re just going to use a couple of the trapdoors like so just to round things out a little bit so that gives you the nice curl on the front to deal with the main roof the first thing we’re going to do is just do a

Line of the spruce planks rather right the way across the build connecting that like this then on top of that at each end we’re gonna have one two three four and five so that’s again one two three four and five into that we’ll have a stair at either

End then two slabs like this and then now we’re just going to use some trapdoors we place them in this orientation they go nicely and some trapdoors on those three blocks here and those three blocks there as well and then we’re gonna i’ll show you how

To build one of the ends of the detailing on this this detailing is the same on both sides so i’ll just show you it once the first thing that we’re going to do is build out with a slab here and then a stair and then we’re gonna have another stair just like this

Now at this point we need a couple of temporary box we need one temporary block just beneath this and one temporary block on the front the one beneath it we’re gonna use to come in underneath like this and have another upside down stair facing that way

And the one on the front we’re gonna place the spruce stair that way like so now we can get rid of those temporary blocks here we’re gonna have another one going into this and we’re gonna have another one just hooking around like so and we’ll finish this off by putting two

Slabs on top so that again it gives us the similar style to what we’ve used but just a slightly different design and do that at the other end as well to finish the roof we are going to bring out three of the stairs that way in the warped wood and

Then have one stair curling round and this is done on both sides then we’re going to have two of the slabs like this so on this side again be three and then one curling round and then two slabs like so and that should leave six blocks in the middle now these are spawnable

Spaces so you’ll want to put some buttons on those or some pressure plates um but yeah repeat that on the other side of the build as well to fill in the gap here once you’ve done that we are going to uh i am going to texture

It by switching out some of the blocks i’m going to use a mixture of dark prismarine and prismarine uh now if you are again in 1.17 i’ve used dark prismarine and prismarine and some uh warped roots blocks rather in some of the other builds which is why i’m keeping it

Consistent here but you can also use copper blocks if you are in 1.17 those will look quite good with this warped so yeah get those finished off and get the texture added to the roof and then we’re nearly done coming around to the back of the build i

Have started texturing up the chimney now i’m using a combination of the stone brick stairs mixing them in upside down some of the cracked stone bricks and some of the stove brick walls just to build it out a little bit in the space that was available to kind of try

And make it a bit more uh tapered in now if you want to see in detail exactly what i’ve i’ve done here including sort of using at the top using quite a lot of walls to taper that chimney in then obviously there is a world download

Available for this so go and check that out make sure um that you go and do that at the discord and join that because there’s a great community there the final thing to do is just add four soul campfires on top to give us some smoke and then just surround that

In some of the spruce trapdoors like so and then you get a lovely looking finished chimney and now we can finish off the interior and the the final details inside the build we’re going to build the final floor into place now and the first thing that we’re going to do is on

Top of all of these walls we’re going to fill in a line of the full oak planks coming right the way across the build now what we’re going to do is we’re going to take our oak slabs and we’re going to bring those out to the edge of the build and bring that

Out and put them just underneath a lot of these areas so this area here we’re also going to have some full blocks because we’re going to have some lanterns hanging down but everything else we’re just going to add this fascia of the oak slabs coming through the build and building ourselves the

Final final floor uh now like i say when you get into this room you will have these coming out underneath here and then connecting up like so so yeah fill in all of your flooring right the way across this build and then i’ll go through the upstairs before we go

Upstairs we’re gonna fill in all of the lights that we’ll need up on this floor here so the first thing we’re going to do as i mentioned is we’re going to add ourselves a couple of lanterns here over the table we’re also going to add in an

Additional slab so you can put a lantern hanging here we’re going to add one also in this corner just like so now above this above this chest we’re going to add two more lanterns just like this hanging over the top coming over here above the table again

We’re going to add a slab and the lantern and the last place to do is going in here and because we’ve got a lantern over here on this it lights that half of the room so like this half the room we’ve got the lantern going over the

Table here so this should give you uh all of the lighting that you need in your builds to keep all mob proof up here the first thing we’re going to do is we’re going to add a guard rail by the stairs here so we’re going to have three fences coming along here now

On the other side of the build we are going to go to the far end and we’re going to have four barrels all facing up like this on either side like so in front of those we’re gonna have some seating and then we’re gonna put our fences in

Here as well which will allow us to have a nice long table going across here on top of these for these barrels we’re gonna actually add in some more fences just as a decorative piece uh obviously you can still access all the barrels so it’s some good uh so it’s some good

Storage in there then we’re gonna leave one space have two of the fences here and then we’re gonna have some of our furnaces so we’re actually gonna have eight furnaces with a set of fences here as well opposite those furnaces we’re going to have two sets of double chests and then

We’re going to have a crafting table just here next we have an ender chest that we’re going to place next to the crafting bench and then we’re going to run some carpet just down the middle so level with this ender chest through and just one block before we start on this table area

For the lighting in here it’s gonna be quite simple we’re gonna leave two blocks here on the side then have a lantern two more blocks lantern two more blocks lantern and then final two blocks lantern which will line up and then we’re just going to replicate

That on the other side of the build as well with our lanterns just to make sure that everything is lit up beautifully now to finish off the details on the front of the build first thing that we’re going to do is on these two blocks just above them we’re going to have some

Strip spruce facing out then we’re going to link this up from the side so that’s why we took the blocks out before we’re going to link this up from the top coming down and then we’re gonna have another line coming out in front of this strip spruce

That we have here now we’re gonna take our stairs we’re gonna place an upside down stair in here and in here to add a bit of depth and make sure that one goes the right direction so you can just see a little bit of the white coming through

In here again we’re going to have an upside down stair here and here and the right way up one here and here we’re going to go for the same pattern just in this section like this on these two sides just in here we’re gonna have just an upside down stair to

Finish that off and then we’re gonna start using some of our spruce trap doors so by adding some spruce trap doors on the sides here then we’ve got a nice little oval type pattern in there and we’re going to do the same here as well with some on the front

And then some just above it to fill in this gap there next we are going to have some buttons and we’re just simply going to place some of the walk buttons on the middle sections there and that gives us a really really nice frontage that we’ll finish off by placing two

Lanterns just hanging over the doorway next we’re going to add some more detailing so we’re going to do this using some slabs firstly so the slabs are going to come in on the two sides and they’re going to come in level with the roof and then leaving a full block

In between half a block up from the bottom of this strip spruce and we are going to then put ourselves some acacia fences in there we’re also going to do this same thing with half a block gap and at the same level of the roof on the

Sides and the back so i’ll just do it here for the final one and you put the slab in that gap slab here and two acacia fences here so there’s one acacia fence on the front two on the sides but then they all come with the same level

For each of these three by four window sections that we’ve got here basically we’re gonna replicate what we did beneath and that means we’re gonna have a oh if i put it the right way an upside down stair on both of those and then we’re gonna have ourselves a uh

Trap door in the middle so trapdoor in the middle upside down stair i’ll show you again on this one like so again just across here so all of these three by three windows we’re gonna have uh those details in place around the back we’re just gonna put some little trapdoors underneath the rafters

Here uh not some trapdoors rather some stairs underneath the rafters just to connect up now once we’ve added all of those windows in again we’re going to use the same design trick that we used before that we’re going to surround all of these pillars with some trapdoors so

Yeah get chopping down your spruce because you’ll need plenty of it and that is again anywhere that you can fit these that are just beneath almost like supports and braces around this i’ll also pop one here and just pop a couple of little trapdoors under there to cover up that wood

And then we can add some here as well so we might even switch that out But we’ll also bring some of these just for some visual interest around the front on either side of this pillar now because we’ve got one on the inside we can’t place another one on the inside there so we’ll just put one on the front like so

But yeah go and fill in that window detail all the way around for the three block gaps and fill in all of those trapdoors now dealing with the sections on the two ends i’ll show you this on one side because it’s exactly the same on both once we’ve filled all of those window

Bits in we’re going to come in with our strip spruce and we’re going to place some outward facing strip spruce logs wherever there’s an intersection here and we’re going to go up and do some there as well and then we’re going to fill in all of the strips root across

Linking all of these up in each of these sections like so making sure that you get all of the little nooks and crannies of course and so that you’ve got all of your spruce and make sure it is going also in the right direction and that will come up like this last few

Across like so so that gives you some of the depth upwards and now what we’re going to do is we are going to use a similar pattern coming around here we’re going to create some little circle windows so on each of these three by three sections we’re going to place ourselves a

Uh a stair in each of the corners and in this as well a bit fiddly to get in but we’re also going to start where we can of this as if it were a three by three placing ones in at the sides as well so again getting to the right spot to be

Able to do that and fill those in up here three by three as well so we’re going to have another little round window and once we’ve done that as you can see it gives a really really nice shape to that in here what we are going to do is then

Start placing some trapdoors so we’ll start from the top place a trapdoor in here and whilst we’re up here we want to place a lantern because that saved us coming back later and then we’re going to wrap all of these sections around uh this window with just this extra

Little trapdoor and link these up uh with trap doors in between and as you can see looking at that window it gives a really really lovely circle which is something that’s quite difficult to do in minecraft anyway so yeah we’ll surround all of these with our trapdoors

And this is basically the pretty much the final detail there’s a couple of little things to add so once we’ve added this and once you’ve done the other side as well you can actually see that’s pretty much finished now what we are going to

Do like we had on the front is get our walk buttons and wherever we’ve got one of these sticking out not there though we’re gonna add a warped button which just gives a a bit of additional color and as you can see that’s already looking fantastic and now

Just the very few finishing touches once you’ve done the same on the other side the very final touches we’re going to add are that firstly we’re going to fill in all of the windows so anywhere where we’ve got a window hole we’re not going to place it through the window in the

Window of course we are going to add in some cyan stained glass so that adds to some of the color and that’s going to go right the way through the build on all of the windows make sure you get these little porthole windows as well so add all of that across

Then we are on this level gonna use some acacia signs and we’re gonna bring those acacia signs around now here you can’t have two signs occupying the same place but you can then carry on the signs in this section there we’re gonna have some on either side here of the doorway

And then just carrying on like we have done on the rest of the build here we go and carrying on the straight line across here and what that does is it adds a lovely bit more color to the build it makes it really pop especially when you’ve got the cyan windows nearby

Filling all of those in so continue those right the way around the build and then the very very final thing to do before we finished is not to destroy that at all is to actually place ourselves a lantern on each of these corners we’ve got a lantern on the top there in

That little hole and then we’re also going to place two lanterns up here just on the entrance way to the to the build on the start so fill in those final details and then you are done so here is the finished build showing to you in shaders and i think you’ll agree
