Hey what is up guys my name is josiah and today i’ll be bringing you a new tutorial on how to build a suburban house now this house features a stylish design with its use of white concrete virgin dark oak in addition to having many aspects found in a typical suburban Home such as a porch garage and two stories so with that being said let’s get right into building it now first up we’ll lay out the foundation of the building so let’s begin by laying out a 9×13 ring of white concrete blocks then off the right side of this section We’ll lay out another ring that is four by nine block starting three blocks in from the corners next we’ll remove part of the foundation where these two rings connect so at this back joint create a three block gap and then off this end point lay out a new Line of white concrete across to the left side then at this front left part we’ll add an extra block of white concrete at the two corners next we’ll add in the floors so in this area at the front left replace the grass with gray concrete as this will be the garage area And now on the remaining area let’s replace the grass with dark oak planks next we’ll build up the walls of the house so let’s start by simply extending all the white concrete blocks up another two blocks so the walls are three blocks tall then at both ends of this longer section Will extend a part of the wall so begin by placing a row of seven white concrete blocks at the ends of these walls with a row of three blocks on top as well next we’ll place in all the doors before adding in the second floor so starting At the front left let’s go inside the garage and add in a door over at this right wall then let’s swing around to the back and placing a door at the back of this smaller wall and now at the right side of this house let’s place in a door at the middle of This wall a block up from the ground next we’ll add the second floor and ceiling over the walls so we can simply do that by placing dark oak planks above the entire house at the fourth block up now once we have the flooring in we’ll then add in the walls for the upper Level so starting along this right side let’s place in a 9×9 ring of white concrete that is three blocks tall found out the front and back sides of these walls will also add a row of seven and three white concrete blocks like we did at the bottom section Next we’ll add in the roof starting with the top section so using birch slabs we’ll first place a couple over and out a block from the corners of this front wall and then gradually slope them upwards before my peak at the middle then once we have this frame in at the Front we can also add this to the back as well and now with both frames in place let’s connect them together by extending the outer birch planks across the right and left sides of the roof then we can fill in the rest of this roof between the birch frames with dark Oak planks and slabs now once we have the upper roof complete we will then add the same exact style roof over the bottom left portion of the house so we can start at the corners of this wall and add in the birch slabs and then follow the same exact steps as before Then once the lower roof is complete we’ll next add in the porch overhang at the right side of the house so starting from this back corner go in a block and place out a four long row of white concrete and now from the end of this row place Those six blocks of this concrete towards the front of the house then at the end in corner of this row add two blocks on top for some columns so now these blocks laid out we’ll next add a roof over top of this so out and over a block from these columns placed In birch slabs and build up a frame along the right side in the same style as before then with this overhang complete let’s now connect these bottom roofs together by placing four board slabs here at the front and back next we’ll add in the windows to the House so at the front along this bottom right wall let’s add in a 2×2 window of black stained glass panes with trapdoors at the sides and leaves along the bottom then we’ll add another one of these two by two windows at the wall above starting four blocks over and a block up From the corner of the white concrete and now let’s go over to the back and add in the same window at the top section of the wall also at the back we’ll add a couple single wide too tall windows at this longer wall with trap doors around them Then come around to this left side of the house and add a couple three wide windows that start two blocks over from the corners and have five trapdoors above them with dark oak fences at the ends next we’ll add flowers under these windows so replace three blocks of grass Under both these windows at the left side with coaster and flowers on top then on the back side let’s replace five blocks of grass under these two windows with coarser and flowers as well and now let’s place leaves in between these flower patches along both these sides Then with all the windows in place we’ll next add in the porch so come over to the front right side of the house and start by adding three dark oak stairs between this column and the wall and now behind these stairs we can fill in this area with dark oak planks Then we can place dark fences on top of the white concrete at the sides of the porch next up we’ll add in the garage door so starting at this front left side remove a five wide and three tall section of the white concrete at the middle of this wall Now go any block and fill in this gap we made with horizontally placed quartz pillar blocks and place 5 stone buttons across the middle row of them then at both ends of this wall placing a cobblestone wall with two dark oak fences on top And now to finish up the exterior we’ll next out in the driveway so starting from these leaves at the left side of the house let’s place out five birch slabs towards the front then from the end of these slabs count over nine blocks to the right and place In another row of these slabs that is four blocks long and also from the end of the porch was placed in one of these rows of birch slabs that is four blocks long then we can connect these two rows of slabs here by placing a diagonal row between them Now lastly with this border of birch slabs in place we can then replace all the grass within this area with grey concrete blocks now all that is left of the house is to add in the furniture and decorations to the interior so as always i’ll leave That up to you guys but of course i’ll quickly show how mine looks as an example but that is going to be all for the suburban house tutorial i hope you guys enjoyed and thank you so much for watching as always i love to hear all Your feedback and don’t forget to drop a
