Hey what is up guys my name is josiah and welcome back to another episode in my survival starter house tutorial series now the house we’ll be building today has a compact two-story design that fits within a 14 by 13 area with notable features including a cool ladder based Entranceway and porch area so without any further ado let’s get right into building it now the first thing we’ll need to do is lay out the foundation of the building so let’s begin by placing down a 5×4 ring of cobblestone then once we have the cobblestone down Let’s replace the grass inside here with spruce planks and now on top of the cobblestone let’s build up six layers of spruce planks for the walls then with all these walls in place let’s now add some doors along the front and left sides and now let’s place columns of oak logs Off the corners of this section that are seven blocks tall next we’ll build another section of the house so from the front corners extend out a 5×5 ring of cobblestone then we can replace the grass inside here with spruce planks and afterwards let’s build up the walls on top of the Cobblestone with three layers of spruce planks and now off the front corners of the section let’s place columns of oak logs that are four blocks tall next we’ll build the final section off to the left side so between these taller columns of oak losses extend out a 5×4 ring of cobblestone Now once again replace the grass with spruce planks here and after build up two layers of spruce planks on top of the cobblestone and lastly off the left corners let’s build up columns of oak logs that are three blocks tall next we’ll build the roofs over top of The house starting with the lower front section so first let’s close off the ceiling by placing a row of three spruce planks across the middle then we’ll add the roof over top using oak slabs so first place some slabs off the top edge of the oak logs and make a Frame that slopes up to the middle from each side so once we’ve made the shape of the roof we can then extend it over the rest of this section next we’ll add the same style roof over the taller section at the back so first close off the ceiling with a three wide Row of spruce planks and then add the roof over top with oak slabs now for the lower left section we’ll add a flat roof in which the porch will sit on so first let’s add a layer of oak planks over the ceiling and oak logs Then off the top edge of the oak planks let’s add oak slabs that wrap around the entire house and now half a block below these slabs will add another row of oak slabs that wraps around the house as well next up we’ll add the entrance and porch Area to the house so from the top of this flat roof let’s first add double doors at this top section and also place a floor of oak planks inside here and also while we’re inside here let’s add ladders down to the bottom floor now back outside we’ll need to add Ladders to get up to the porch so at the middle of this bottom left section let’s add ladders up to the top with spruce fences at the sides then on top here let’s add spruce fences around the ladders and extend them around this roof with the porch railings Next we’ll add in all the windows using white stained glass panes so first at the top section let’s add in a single window at the front and back then for the lower front section let’s also add in a single window and then add a couple to wide windows at the sides And lastly let’s add another one of these two wide windows at the lower left side of the house now once we have the windows in we’ll then add some bushes around the house so let’s add leaves between all the oak lock columns at the ground level Lastly we’ll add a small patio area at this front left part of the house so begin by placing three stone slabs out from the two oak lock columns at the sides and now we can connect them up diagonally with three more stone slabs finally replace the grass within this Area with cobblestone and then that will finish up the house now as for what you guys want in the interior i’ll leave that entirely up to you but as always i’ll quickly show you how i did mine as an example but that is going to be all for the Survival starter house tutorial i hope you guys enjoyed and thank you so much for watching as always i’d love to hear all your feedback and don’t forget to drop a like if you enjoyed as that would be much appreciated and with that said i hope to see you guys in the next video Later guys bye bye You Video Information
