Hello friends one more video for you here today about minecraft from Jackson’s toy box today we’re going to make a video about which is so we’re going to talk about how to combat witches as well as some of the drops in spectra that you can get from them and

Including how to get them to drop potions which is not necessarily always very easy to do so we’re in a controlled environment here and as you can see we’ve got a lot of villagers around us so I apologize for the noise in the background but in any case we make

Me switch over to survival mode like this little bit more interesting right and let’s go ahead and go after the witch so we’ve got a tame dog to help us and okay now if you want the witch to drop a potion you need to make sure that

You kill her while she is drinking that potion now in that case there’s only four potions that I’m aware of that she’ll actually drop and that would be a healing potion fire fire resistance potion swiftness and water breathing so if she’s not drinking one of those

Potions you want to Sara Lee drop it but you never really know so you got to try to wait until they actually have a potion that they’re drinking before he necessarily will kill them usually you won’t find witches in a location like this and mostly we’re going to be in

Swamps and stuff like that my dog is washed now she just got me right got me with some poison I can cure that poison with milk okay so milk will get rid of the effects very quickly so and my dog actually got rid of the witch but she didn’t really drop

Anything that we wanted let’s go ahead and put another one in here and let’s see okay cuz she’s drinking the potion let’s get her while she’s drinking the potion okay did we get her to draw okay she did drop a potion do you see that right there let’s see what she dropped

Okay so she dropped where is it where did my potions I did not have enough inventory to pick it up it’s still over there let me get rid of something here let’s get rid of these guys I don’t want a spider size we want that potion potion of healing very

Interesting so again if you want the witch to drop the potion if it’s one of those four potions and you won’t know this until you get them just wait till she’s drinking that before you try to kill her okay and remember milk will overcome the effects

Of poisoning for you let’s see if we can get her to I don’t necessarily want her to destroy my dog but let’s see if we can get her to throw a potion on the dog okay she did okay let’s go ahead and get her now and then we’ll cure the dog so

Our dog now has poisoning let’s see if we can’t cure that poisoning and we can’t see and milk won’t do it either unfortunately I’m not aware of how to cure a dog from poisoning if you know that please put that in the comment section we’d love to hear from you I

Wonder if a splash potion of healing would do it but this is not a splash potion though what if we can give it a Golden Apple let’s try that too where is he no that’s giving it to us and that unfortunately would be what the dog didn’t die thankfully so that’s good I’m

Not aware though if so again if you know that quest I don’t know everything so if you know how to cure the dog of poisoning and you know you can give a dog rotten flesh from a zombie and that won’t kill it it won’t even poison it if

You know you have an 80% chance of being poisoned by rotten flesh it won’t poison the dog so it’s a great way to use your rotten flesh and keep your dogs happy okay it’s interesting though I want to get a splash potion of healing and see

If that will cure the dog okay so I’m going to just switch over here we’re gonna cheat while we do this we’re just making this video here so where is a splash potion of healing splash potion of healing instant health okay let’s go ahead and do that get rid of that okay

Think did he get us oh she got us too interesting okay look we still have poison on us okay so so there we go so that was very interesting to see so we can cure the dog from being poisoned if you use that splash potion of healing

Okay you know the only thing was though we were in creative mode we need to switch over to survival mode just to prove this let’s try to prove this okay try again okay let’s get this witch in here okay and now let’s get our dog to

Go after it see if she will poison that okay okay now let’s try the splash potion of healing on the dog come here buddy okay did it cure it did not did necessarily cure the dog though did it I thought we did it did we splash the

Okay well we’re going to have to try it with a different dog so let’s spawn a dog in hope my dog will come back one day let’s see do we have any dog spawning eggs where are they it’s potable that’s work that’ll work okay let’s spawn our wolf let’s take our

Wolf there okay now let’s go and get a splash potion of healing again try again one more time splash potion of healing okay we’ll just put it right here we don’t need the bucket of milk anymore okay let’s get our witch oh let’s switch over to creative mode or survival mode okay now

Let’s get back there buddy where’s my dog go get them let me back up don’t get me man by the way I do want to show you something I’m using a sewer iron sword that has looting on it looting too which tends to give me better drops than the diamond sword

Which does not have looting on it looting is a very powerful enchantment so I would encourage you to use that enchantment when you get the opportunity okay here we go let’s back up well back up let’s let the dog get it see if we can’t and let’s get

Our potion ready but we’ll have to kill the witch first though but she’s not really going after that she’s still not after the top there you go okay go ahead get him get her buddy yeah let’s try again come on man I want the witch to poison the dog so that we

Can cure the dog okay we did it now let’s go ahead and get that witch okay now let’s go ahead and cure see if we can’t cure the dog where is he oops wait wait wait wait it does not cure the dog the instant health does not cure the dog so that’s unfortunate

I was hoping that it would hopefully that won’t actually go there sir asam be in here the zombie has cleared out all of our villagers okay okay is our dog still alive yes it is okay now let’s just try one more time I want to just show you again the

Ability to get better drops from witches using the looting again this is looting here okay this has knocked back this one has looting on it looting two versus the diamond sword disenchanted which does not have it the looting on it okay so let’s try again and will spawn the witch

Will use the diamond sword okay and we got gunpowder there okay let’s do another witch and let’s use the iron sword with looting on and now we were able to get what’s that glowstone dust let’s try again right here okay let’s see if we can get her to get a potion

While she’s doing that get her with the potion while she’s drinking the potion oh she did kill our dog oh dang it that’s really unfortunate that’s very sad isn’t it try one more time here let’s get our looting get her to get the potion on get her while she’s got the

Potion okay and we still didn’t get her to drop it but she wasn’t not obviously drinking one of the potions that we want which is those four get her there and still just gunpowder okay interesting we able to get that potion earlier I don’t know what percentage of the time they

Actually drink oh she just poisoned me and she just poisoned me again I better better drink eat my golden apple potion of healing – I know I kind of need some milk don’t I okay we need to get rid of this girl very quickly she’s she said she’s

Serious huh still didn’t drop the potion that we wanted what did she do to us by the way so she poisoned us fairly badly huh okay I’m gonna try one more time see if we can’t get we did earlier in the day get her to drop that potion

Mmm still didn’t do it okay well in any case we were successfully able to do it in the beginning and we did talk a lot about witches and we certainly talked about how to you know get them to give you more drops when you are using the looting enchantment drink baby okay ah
