Hey guys what’s up it’s Luna and finish here bringing you another minecraft video now I’m going to be showing you how brewing works and a few of the basic formulas to make potions using brewing so yeah let’s go right into the laboratory go into the left side so to Start it all out you’re going to need a cold tryn I’m going to fill that with water and you’re going to need water bottles so to make water bottles you’re going to need glass bottles to make glass bottles you’re going to need three pieces of glass so let me get that three Pieces of glass out and show you how to make it in the crafting bench you want to put in a v-shape gives you three glass bottles then from the glass bottles you can fill up and the Coldren and it gives you water bottles you can only fill up all the closer in three Times before you have to refill it again with a water bucket so let’s get right into the basic type of potions that you can make so brewing is basically the process of creating potions by adding various ingredients into the water bottles and a brewing stand which is This thing and just as a rule of thumb you can add four different ingredients that can add to the potions redstone dust makes it last longer glowstone dust makes it stronger fermented spider eyes make it harmful and gunpowder turns into a splash potion and I’ll get into that Stuff over there on the other section now to make the four basic potions these are like the primary ingredients you need another bort for an awkward potion you need redstone for a mundane potion glowstone for thick potion and a fermented spider I for a potion of weakness no I’m probably not going to Get into the three the last three potions because they all have negative effects and most people probably aren’t going to be using those I’m just going to go into the first potion which is the awkward potion use that using nether wart or you make it using nether wart so let me make one Of those things real quick actually I’ll make three while I’m at it you can brew three different water bottles or any type of potion you can just use three of them at once so you can brew it faster so the additions that you can add on to The awkward potion which I’m going to go into I’m not going to go into the negative ones either because again nobody is going to be using those I’m just going to do the positive effect ones that most people would be using now the ingredients are in here the Glittering melon makes a potion of healing the magma cream makes a potion of fire resistance gast here regeneration blaze powder strength sugar potion of swiftness and golden carrot gives night vision I’ll go into those potions over there and a second so I’m just going to take one of these awkward Potions out of here now I’m going to add say a golden carrot put a golden carrot in there I’ll let that warm up for a little bit get that cold and carrot all in there I’ll show you the different types of potions and what they do over In that station just a moment right now I’m just going to show you how the ingredient can go in and they get a final thing so there it is pushing the night vision last three minutes right there alright yeah so let’s go in the other section on the left these are Potions I can’t really show you because you have to be in survival mode and right now I’m in creative mode and the potion on the right I can actually show you what they do I will be describing them all though so you know basically what they are on the left side portion Of regeneration it slowly gains your health like how you would whenever you have a full bar food your health would just slowly regenerate now the potion of poison is probably it’s just as opposite it slowly decreases your health potion of healing instantly increases your health butchering the farming instantly Decreases it pushing a fire resistance just it’s pretty self-explanatory was this fire and then down here is just an example of how you can make it a splash potion splash potions you don’t have to drink it you just hit against the ground and it insolently makes it effect on you You don’t have to do it you’re anything like that now here are the ones i’ll show you pushing of swiftness this one makes you faster let me drink that see I’m going a little bit faster you can upgrade the potions but that gets more complicated so I’m not going to show you That this is just the basics upgrading it makes it last longer that’s using redstone actually you can use redstone for that this potion of slowness it’s the opposite you may not be able to see its effects very well because I just took a potion of swiftness but yeah that Is cancelled out the potion of swiftness so it makes you slower there’s the potion of strength which makes things easier to kill so let me take that and I’ll hit the cow 3c I could kill it in three hits and normally it would take a lot more than that the potion of Strength actually makes you a lot stronger now pushing a weakness over here I’ll take that counter the effects kill the other cow to show you how much it would actually take two three four five see that was five the other one was three and there’s a potion the night Vision makes a lot easier to see at night so right out here it is night so let me take that it looks clear as day you can see everything very well go inside again push an invisibility makes you invisible again self-explanatory know what you can’t really see it right Here whatever excellent save the screenshot I was going to put in third person got what effort will though and this is a splash potion so I’m just gonna throw it against the ground so you can see what a split splash potion looks like yeah maybe faster oh yeah you can’t see my arm That’s the potion of invisibility right there yeah so that’s basically it covers the basics of brewing hopefully you understand a little bit more about it it is actually a pretty confusing subject so yeah I may put in more advanced one out there later showing the negative effects of potions and how to upgrade Potions and all that so yeah that’s basically if you liked what you saw like the video favorite the video and subscribe alright see you
