MINECRAFT MARKETPLACE | How to get all the FREE Mods, Worlds & Skins | Quick Guide

Hello and welcome to Oz toy reviews so hello uh parents Minecraft years Gamers whatever you want to call yourself today it’s your palazz and today we’re going to be doing some uh something a little bit different there’s no toys around this time of year it’s always like a

Quiet period so um and I’ve rediscovered Minecraft I don’t know about you guys but it seems like every four to six months I kind of like feel like playing Minecraft again so I booted up and I I have a lot of fun in the suddenly like a

New game again so I’m doing that at the moment but while doing that I’ve discovered there’s a lot of stuff that like I haven’t explored yet and you guys may not know about yet so I’m gonna kind of show you a few things over the next few videos

Um there are a lot of resource packs or mod packs or World packs um that we can go through um also um see look just skin packs no we don’t want skin packs and skin packs are all right but yeah there’s new kind of I don’t know what you call them

Collections which have new skins new worlds new models and then also new mechanics built into the game just like if you’re waiting for a Minecraft update and the update has all these new things like you don’t need to wait for updates you can just like download some of these

And play these while you’re waiting in between um because they are sometimes much bigger than the updates and have a lot more cool things which you might like more than just a vanilla Minecraft anyways in today’s video what we’re going to do is I’m going to teach you

Guys there’s going to be a quick one I’m just going to teach you guys how to get the free um I’m going to call the mod packs because that’s the easiest easiest thing for me to remember how to get the free mod packs um

So that you can play them as much as you like and new ones are released like almost every week or every two weeks a new one will be and we’re just gonna keep you guys playing Minecraft for ages because there’s a lot to explore um in between updates so anyway so what

You gotta do so you log into Minecraft started app and here you are on the home screen so from here go to Marketplace this part you might know um there’s a big promotion for the Ben 10 mod back at the moment but we’re going to ignore that so sometimes you

Can see them on the front page here um and that’s kind of cool like for the newest ones that’s fine you’ll you’ll be able to catch them but there are also a lot of smaller ones made by smaller creators um which are free and they just don’t

Get advertised on the front page the same as the big ones like Minecraft’s own mod packs they get released on this front page here all these in the video ones trying to push the whole new RTX rendering packages um those I can’t run because my computer

Is not powerful enough if I try to install them it just gives me an air a message saying that it won’t let me have it which is fine but there are other ones too if your computer is super powerful you get the right type of video

Cards then you can run these ones they all have RTX in the name so that’s why you’ll know if the ones that uh require that video had Sorry video card and really powerful computers to run but if you’re a normal guy like me and you don’t have a super powerful powerful

Computer what you need to do is click up on the search button in the top right hand corner it looks like a little magnifying glass now this is how you find the free ones okay so at the moment it’s not filtered by anything you’ll see like there’s lots

Of just random ones probably maybe the sorted by newest maybe or biggest I don’t know but to find the free ones what you do is you click on this uh filter button over here uh so it’s got the down arrow and the three lines and

You want to sort by price so scroll down a little bit uh you’ll see that gold coin there indicating the price and you want low to high so click on that and then voila it’s filtered by the cheapest uh mod packs I’m calling them to the most expensive so the cheapest of

Course is the free stuff so here you go there’s heaps here so fins and flippers we can get because it’s an RTX one same with the Observer um but this one jigs guide to Redstone Basics we can get so click on that over here click on free

And voila I now have it so I can download it which I will do I won’t play it now but I will download it so this will download jigs guide read some Basics to your device click download and then voila I’ve got it so when I start a new world in Minecraft I

Can choose to play this game or this this pack um there are some really awesome ones here which I want to go through in in future videos just one at a time um this is in good trouble oh this is education Edition wow I don’t have no idea what that’s about

Um Dogtopia so there are a few yeah educational ones or just kind of fun ones like this Dogtopia it’s by block Works which usually make slightly educational games like fun educational ones um what does this one do uh a positively delightful Island where you and your canine companions dreams come true run

Through a colorful bone-shaped forest with bacon grows on trees and they never in your fleas um okay 10 unique dogs you can play as a dog see that’s really cool you can do better than normal Minecraft um and Tin dog costume skin so if you want to play normal Minecraft you got

All these red new skins to choose from if you get this one I’ve already downloaded this so this will let me just jump straight into it which I don’t want to do um oh yeah there it’s his own so I’ve already got that one this one’s a power

Challenge so this is a slot this is like a fun learning game um so if you’re a parent watching this this would be a fine one if your kids want to play video games um but you don’t want them to because it’s all trash and will rot their brain

This might be a good one that they can do without their losing any brain size um because yeah it looks like it’s kind of cool it’s about power management and the different types of power available so I’ll quickly read the description the town of lumens losing power learn all

The learn all about energy as they solve the town’s problems in this finally educational map explore the methods of power generation such as wooden solar and nuclear then test your knowledge by taking the energy quiz um okay so I’ll download that one quickly and then I’ll show you how to run these games

Um because I think you get the gist of what to do here just to go through find all the free games you like and download them so you can do it from this page now that I’ve downloaded it and I’m still in the marketplace you can just click

Create this world and it will load up a new world but I’ll show you the main way because you’re not always going to be in the marketplace before starting these mod packs or these worlds so here we go back on the front page you click play

Click create new and then you choose the templates you want so the one we just did before that power one that should be here somewhere there’s Dogtopia that I told you about before uh learned to build towers they’re still loading I’ve got so many of them uh here

We go the Lumen power challenge click on it create this world and here we go um okay I love template World options do I want to do that Timber World options are locked to the value set button by the templates Creator okay so if you ever

Want to play around with this not using the um the default settings like if you want to cheat a little bit that’s where you would unlock the template so that you can moderate sorry modify the rules of the game yourself but I don’t want to do that so

Um so we’re leaving that as it is and now if you want to play multiplayer you can set that up but I don’t want to then resource packs if you want to change that but it should come with the resource packs already loaded for this particular game so then create

Now it’s loading we’ll just make sure it works just so you can see it beginning to end I won’t go through it if you want to be got to go through more of these like to test out these mod packs for you um I should learn their real names

They’re not just resource packs because they come with skin they come with new behaviors and they are basically mods so yeah I’m calling them mod packs um but yeah if you want me to go through these just let me know by clicking the thumbs up like button
