Hello everyone i’m your shadow buddy and welcome back to another tutorial this is a tutorial that i’ve been meaning to get around to for a very long time and just haven’t but we’re going to be doing it today and this it is this tower this wizard tower that i built a while back So let’s get started hey it’s future me before we start the video i wanted to let you all know that i have set up a paypal account to accept donations so if you would like to help support the channel please consider donating thank you and enjoy the video So first we’re just going to get started with the basic tower shape which is literally just a cylinder so we’re going to place seven blocks one two three four five six seven go in one place two go in another one place one and then we’re just gonna continue that design so another two One two three four five six seven two one two one two three four five six seven two one two two one two that’s going to be our basic shape for the lower half for this lower bit right here and we’re going to go ahead and build That up so it is 13 blocks tall in total so go ahead and do that and i will be back to you welcome back your tower should be about 13 13 blocks tall now so i’m just gonna go ahead and show you that mine is one two three four five six seven Eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen and now we’re gonna go ahead and work on our supports so they’re just these small supports on each side or just around the tower a little bit so the first supports are going to go in the center of each side so you’re going to place a cobblestone Block right side upstair upside down stair cobblestone block right side upstair and an upside down stair pointing out from there and we’re going to do that on each side in the center simple things my goal is to make this tutorial as easy as possible because it might look complicated but it Is not it just looks fancy because of the texture pack so then we have the middle supports now we’re going to put supports on these sides as well so on the edge of each of these two block wide here one and two so go ahead and do those They’re going to be the exact same as these and i will be back to in a second all right now that you’ve done your supports we’re going to move on to just like this top rim here and we are going to place our stone brick stairs stone brick slabs and our cobblestone walls So we’re not going to do completely all the way around because we do have this little um balcony out here so what we’re going to do is place one stone brick stair leave a gap a stone brick stair leave a gap you’re just going to do Those two from here and you’re going to do two slaps and another one a slab it’s a stair a stair a stair a stair a slab and then this one is going to go all the way around a stair a stair a stair a stair a slab stair slab stair slab Stair slab stair i’m assuming you’re getting the pattern now so we’re just going to go ahead and finish this up but again on this side we’re just going to do the two and then the two slabs and we’re going to leave this blank because that will be where our balcony will go The other thing we’re going to do is now place cobblestone walls underneath each of the stairs and on these stairs we’re going to place two of them two cobblestone walls on every corner two two one one one one one one two one one one all right Now i think we’re gonna go ahead and move into the doorway and the staircase i just wanted to give you guys a quick look at this balcony here this is what we’re going to be building along with the staircase so i just want to give you a quick look we’re going to place One block three blocks out from here a space of three blocks and a space of three blocks here we’re going to build this up so it’s too tall place a cobblestone wall on top of each of those two spruce fences and then another two spruce logs on top of that And a spruce slab to top it all off then we’re going to take our stone our not stone brick stairs spruce wood stairs and place one here one here one here one there and another one upside down on the walls and then we’re just going to fill this in With our slabs and you can go ahead and place spruce fences along these sides pretty simple that’s the idea and now if we take a look over here again at our staircase this is where we start staring down so we are going to come out down a half slab And we are going to do something similar with this pillar here except we’re only going to use one spruce fence so if we come back and build up two a cobblestone wall one spruce fence and two logs and then a slab then we are going to start staring down so three slabs But you’re going to place another slab here so that way we can place a fence and let’s go ahead and build up the rest of these columns so now we have one log stone fence two logs and then the rest these three are just going to be one wall and these Two are just going to be two and one so that’s pretty simple so we have one one one one one i’m gonna go ahead and cut cap these off here then we have two two two and then the one right here sorry i had to take another look at it and another two We can go and cap those off and now it’s just going to be doing the stairs so let’s go take a look and it might be easier if we just start building up so we’re just going to place three three i did not realize i have auto jump on three three three four So let’s start with that three three you can go ahead and place another one so four and a spruce fence three four and then another one five spruce fence and then this is where we’re going to have another little complication here so do you see this so we’re going to place three three Two one so it’s going to come up one more three three two one oh wait i’m sorry that is not correct i apologize i don’t believe that that is correct oh no it is i apologize except we are going to need to remove that stair here so it doesn’t get in our way So there’s that and then what you’re going to do is just place slabs up above this so we have a place for our railing you can go ahead and just place your spruce fences there and we are going to start building up farther so from here going to build four five four So from here you go four five four another spruce fence oh wait sorry we do place sorry i’m a little bit confused four five ah yes okay so we do place another slab up above right here there we are sorry about that and then we may need to get rid of part Of that as well yes so we had up four five four yes we did get rid of this stair here as you can see so we’re going to go up another four another four and then we should meet up with that three so yeah so get rid of that we’re going To go four four and we’re going to place another slab here right above so we can place our fence and there we have our nice little staircase now we’re going to do the door so i will give a little show here the door is pretty simple we’re just Going to need a spruce door a wooden trapdoor some stone brick stairs a cobblestone wall and that will be it so i added the trapdoor just to add so the door would just be a little bit taller so we’re just going to go ahead and place that then There we are same thing with the door it will be flush with this wall because we are doing the stairs here so i’m going to do two right side upstairs two upside down stairs a two cobblestone walls two stairs facing in an upside down stair and a stair on top And there is our door very simple but it does add some nice it makes it look taller than it actually is i think is what i like about that alrighty now we’re going to start a little bit more of the complicated part slightly complicated to what we had Before we’re going to start doing the basic piece of our balcony so i’ll be back to you in a second welcome back i will say please forgive me if i do have to go look back at this build again it has been a very long time since i constructed this the first time And so it has been a little tough familiarizing myself again with everything that i did in the past but i have the gist of what we have done in the beginning of the balcony so for pretty much just for this bottom part of the balcony we’re just going to need cobblestone Stairs slab walls and then stone brick stair and stone brick slabs so what we’re going to start is from the lowest point level with this cobblestone wall here i’m going to place two and stack those up too we’re going to place two blocks on top of that And we’re actually going to do one two three on top of that and then we are going to do build out from here one two three four one two three four you can just kind of fill that in and now for the fun part fun part sorry talking is hard sometimes We are going to place two upside down cobblestone stairs same thing over here and then two cobblestone slabs here and actually we are going to place another block there and let’s go see make sure that we matched everything up correctly that should be exactly how we need this bottom part Here yes so we have two cobblestone walls two two blocks our slabs and our stairs so now we are getting into up here more so we’re going to come out actually i’m sorry we already have that done so from there we are going to place let’s just go Ahead and do the slabs here going to place oh sorry it’s blocks one block there one block here same thing over here and then we are going to do slabs one two another two another two and we i do need to go look at this again here Yes okay so we did that correctly we’re going to come up another half slab so now what we’re going to do i see going to build up up now we’re going to place three two one three two oh sorry it is three two two three Now you can kind of see how it’s looking and then we are just going to place yes one more block sorry so i did forget we going to place one block here with a slab under it one block here with a slab under it and once actually i forgot another block We’re going to place one more block without the slab right next to it sorry about that so one more block one more block you’re going to put up a stone stair facing in and a stone stair facing in you can go ahead and put the cobblestone wall underneath that And now we’re just going to do this little fairly simple stone brick and stone slab very similar to what we did here so we’re just going to do another stair a slab stair slab stair slab stair slab we get the gist so stare slab stare stare slab in the middle slab stare slab Stare slab stare slap stare slab stair making sure that meets up all all right yes we are looking very good and now just for this last layer that we’re going to do in this part of the tutorial we’re just going to layer some of these stone bricks around And we’re going to go ahead and do this so for we are going to need our chiseled stone bricks and just some stone slabs and it’s going to be similar to what we did with the stairs and the slabs down here and you will need once again some just regular old stone bricks So we’re just going to go ahead and start layering these on top of the old slabs and stairs all righty everything making sense so far i hope and then we are going to start our balcony here so we’re going to do stone brick brick brick brick brick brick Brick brick and then our slabs right above that and that is our lower half well not quite half but lower third of our tower and if you want to you can go and just fill this this little break here in with our cobblestone and that is all we are going to work on For this part of the tutorial but if you go ahead and click and get into part two we can continue with our second third of the tower thank you so much for watching have a wonderful day sincerely your shadow buddy Video Information
