Minecraft Mods FTB Infinity – INNER WORKINGS [E36] (HermitCraft Modded Server)

What’s up everybody welcome back to another episode of feed the bees infinity on the hermitcraft server so guys since last episode I went ahead and I made these little guys shorter so it looks a little bit nicer before there was two blocks above each one of these

Pulverizers I guess three blocks it just didn’t look right so I made them all a little bit squad here so there’s just like a little border around them all I think that looks much better also I have gone back through here I don’t actually know if we can see this now that I’ve

Lowered that but I’ve cleaned up the wiring just a little bit let’s see if we can poke her head in here and see no we can’t really yeah you know I think it might make sense if I pop the top off these guys real quick so I can show you

A little bit what we’re going what we got going on here was it this sign I think it was this side we’re gonna break some stuff but we are gonna see what’s going on okay so our big any dense cable yeah it comes up to this point then it comes over here

And then I discovered that there’s these cable anchors and what these do is they separate to any cables I believe the cable anchors are actually supposed to be used for like the facades or whatever but we are using them just as a buffer so these cables don’t connect which

Seems kind of weird you would think since we are coming up this dense cable we have like eight channels over here and eight channels over here and if we let these cables connect you would think that you know they’d be happy like you’d get the eight channels over here in the

Each channels over there or whatever but if we look at this any dense cable you can see right there in the tooltip but maybe you can’t see it’s kind of hard to see it says 8 out of 32 channels instead of 10 out of 32 channels so if we remove

This cable and we put a cable anchor right there and then we put this Emme cable back and we look at this cable we can see it goes from 8:30 to 10:00 on the 32 so now we are properly getting the 8 channels down this line and the 2

At the very end down this line alternatively if I want to – instead of using these Kewell anchors I could use I think just different color cables I don’t believe those connect or I could have a glass fibre between each one of these but the cable anchors are pretty inexpensive actually it’s just

Another quartz cutting knife which used to be a thing that you used all the time in 81 not so much in 82 but it looks like you use this and any type of ingot so as well maybe it’s just a few different types I don’t know I was just using lead

We don’t use lead for pretty much anything so I used glue ingots and the quartz cutting knife and I made these cable anchors and yeah we’re separating it up we made a lot shorter more compact and it fits a lot nicer in here so yeah

I’m liking that a lot more okay so let’s builders one that back together and this back together cover this whole back up make it all nice and tidy again beautiful perfect okay so this is all set up the wiring is perfect on this

Stuff what I want to do now is I want to start sending ores over here from our main system pretty much all of the rot wards that are over here we want over in the processing room until they’re no longer raw and they are what we can use

To create stuff out of so for instance we have 418 iron ores those all need to be sent over processed and then sent back okay so how are we gonna do this well I think what we’re gonna do I keep making test racks and we keep running

Out I think we’re gonna use some tester X to send items over how many of these can I make four that’s more than enough and then some ender pearls we’ll go ahead and melt up a stack of those stick that in there this over here beautiful

That would do its thing so I think what we’re gonna end up doing is using a storage bus storage bus yeah we got 18 of these guys just kind of hanging out we’re gonna need an export bus we don’t have one that’s going just craft one wheel quick we’re missing a

Formation core I don’t have a thing for a formation core let’s fix that formation core we will make a pattern for you because you are awesome you deserve a pattern and we will stick you right here because that’s the first spot available okay perfect awesome now we can make ourselves and export bus

Next start boom beautiful so we are also going to need some acceleration cards and these capacity cards these are the cards that we used for the Builder last episode but they’re actually gonna get some real use today our tesseract frames should be full so we should be able to come over

Here and make ourselves tester racks sooo we will do that this well yeah there’s four of those gonna put those back in the system now we need to actually make them the secure the security things I should have all this stuff already pre-made I do you believe

So you can just go ahead and click all those there we go four of them so now these all have the private you access public and private I don’t think we need this many honest I believe we only need one it’s always nice to crap tough craft

Up a few extra ones when you’re crafting those things just because they’re kind of annoying alright so we want to start doing some stuff here so we’re coming right off the Emmy controller with this so we’re using one channel right here so we got plenty of channels available I

Think what we need to do let’s go ahead and place our tests erect down that’s fine right there that should be good we will place that down right there we’ll put any storage bus right on top of you and let’s set this to owner only processing room we want our mood send

Only we’ll block everything else because this does not matter so we’re only gonna be sending items to the processing room through this great so next thing you need let’s go ahead and grab ourselves uh we’ll just do iron for now just to get this thing going so iron is gonna be

Stored in our storage bus and we’re gonna set the priority high just to make sure this is the only place I am or ever goes um so yeah that’s pretty much it at this point I think not sure but I think if we come over here and we use

Our wireless and we grab some iron or however inventory and we double click that back into our inventory it should be in this system there it is perfect ok so we know that how it works so every time we pull on iron we put back in the

System it gets stored in that tesseract which stores it over here so what we need to do at this point is now grab an export bus this is kind of silly but this is kind of what we need to do and interface let’s make one of you thank

You so make an interface you’ll place the interface right here we’ll get an export bus stick it right there let’s go and upgrade this guy we’re gonna put in some capacity cards so we have all nine slots available and the acceleration cards perfect I need to get myself an

Iron ore I Ron here we go so I run or goes right there and we just need to connect a little bit of cables up like OOP OOP not there give me back okay so what we are doing is we are currently exporting iron ore out of our system into this interface

And the interface puts it back in the system the systems like where do I store it the storage bus says here in this tesseract so looking at our system we should see this stuff going down quite quickly well it stopped there might be a problem let’s go over here and see

What’s going on there might be a problem I’m not sure I know there’s no problem it is being stored over here hmm it’s not going as quickly as I would like and I thought we had a lot more in the system I thought we had 400,000 not sure

With 150,000 of it went it’s somewhere but there might be some kind of a loop or crazy thing going on with all these sub networks we have going um hopefully not but yeah it should all be stored in this tesseract which is sending it over to the other system

Which is going in over there I’m still looking kind of concerned that not seeing this number go down so I don’t know where all of that why it’s not going down I really don’t know what is going on here I think we’ve created some kind of a loop that’s what it feels like

To me let’s try removing the keel off this export bus okay now what do we see here it’s gone up like 50,000 that’s got me a little worried I don’t know I don’t know it’s somewhere it’s lost I don’t know I thought we had like 400,000 of this

Stuff and now it kind of feels like we don’t so I don’t know where it all went and over here we got 10,000 of it so hmm okay well maybe we just need to slow down that export bus or something I will figure it out let me go ahead and mess

Around with this a little bit more off camera guys and we will be right back alright guys so I went ahead and I rewatched that video and it looks like we have a three hundred and four thousand iron not four hundred thousand or 450 whatever it was I thought that we

Had so everything’s all fine I went in I’ve sent all the iron ore over here although it still shows that we’re missing like 50 thousand I don’t know what the deal with that is whatever we have a lot of iron not a big deal so now

It looks like it’s sending over lead ore and I have a going to send over redstone and silver and let I think anyway we’re gonna be getting all those materials over here the next step is to get the redstone furnaces hooked up and before we get those hooked up I would like to

Go ahead and get an Emmy storage bus on our tesseract here this is the one main base part this is how we’re powering this little section we want to set this up so it will be sending items yep so it’s gonna be the same thing when we get

Iron ingots in the system we you want those sent over so we have an iron ingot here we will set that as a filter we’ll have it the priority high enough that it’ll always go there no matter what and we will connect that beautiful so now the next step we need

To get ourselves oh and pulverized iron let’s start over here there’s no particular order that we need to set these up and the way this is set up at the brake blocks in order to set these things but it’s fine it’s fine so right here we will put a pulverized

Iron that should start exporting come on I fly I start exporting our pulverized iron into I into the redstone furnace the redstone furnace ejects it into the impulse item ducts those go over to the interface which goes into our system which says where do I store this and

That storage bus says store it in the tesseract so goes back to our main and E system so if we look at our wireless terminal and we look at iron we should see this go up and it looks like it’s working I think everything’s fine another thing we’ll notice if we look in

This terminal here there is never any iron ingots so put the same mean get in here it immediately disappears it goes back over to our mean mu system so this is exactly what we’re looking for we send the roars over they get pulverized they gets melted they immediately go

Back to our main system and it’s just like this is its own separate thing so this is really really cool I need to go ahead and set the filters for the rest of these things like the gold oh I can’t I was trying to scroll those out gold

Various copper tin we got silver and lead yep those only get sent over I need to set a R I’m sorry these need to be sit as an export on the redstone furnaces I need to put these particular items right here into the storage bus so those automatically get sent over as

Well Oh what am i doing I need to click on the interface here okay so we will put that there this there and that one there okay so those are all set so if we come over here and look at this terminal you could put

Those back in the system I just take a stack of diamonds and put it back in it disappears that’s exactly what we want to see that cinnabar goes away let’s go ahead MySpace click those and then double click those back in the system we no longer see those things oh you

Know what I need to grab redstone too didn’t I did they set up a filter for redstone I don’t think I did no let’s put a redstone right there as well so we can do the same thing with redstone yeah with the terminal if you space click it

All goes into your inventory and if you shift double click it all goes back in the system and since that’s being stored in our other system yeah just kind of disappears so that’s great okay so let me go ahead and set up some of these export busses and get this

Stuff automatically going and we will continue getting this processing room set up so see you guys in just a little bit all right guys so I’m trying to copy the items over a little bit quicker so I decided to go with a so work bench where

You can put a cell in here and you can set different filters and then we’re using the MU i/o port to copy from our network to that cell right so this is the different filters we have we have copper yellow right iron silver and lead

So those are all the same items that are down here so the filter is set properly on this guy so what we need to do is take oh you know what let’s also verify that there is items in the system here so we have 33,000 copper 33,000 yellow right 110,000 iron

Some silver some LED like almost 50,000 both of those so yeah we got a bunch of items in our network still so here’s what we’re doing we’re putting down the yeah any i/o port who are swapping this from our network to a disk so we can see

The little arrow pointing this way let me put in the storage but what I’m seeing is like nothing is copying over the bytes are not getting bigger which I’m finding interesting and when we look in here into the network iron where’s the hundred thousand iron that we just saw it’s not here anymore

So where’d it go that’s a good question I have no idea where it is but it’s not here and it’s not being copied so will you pull this out let’s look again iron there’s nothing here no hundred thousand iron let’s remove our i/o port and we’ll look again

What just happened now we have a hundred and ten thousand iron I don’t know what’s going on here I can’t get this iron out of my system I wonder if this is like if it’s stored over here in one of these disks this has got nothing on

It this has nothing on it and this has nothing on it so none of these are containing iron so it has to be one of these disks they almost feel like that’s got a little something on it I don’t know what’s there yeah it kind of feels

Like if I had to guess it’s the items on these sub networks that aren’t being copied over now I don’t know hmm I haven’t tried this well I can’t really try that either I was gonna say I haven’t tried putting the i/o port right here and copy directly from that sub

Network if we do that it’ll break because we have the max amount of channels on here I don’t know I don’t know where you have to figure that out but we can’t get that extra I’m hearing out of there copying it that way I can’t click it out and then manually copy it

Well that’s gonna be a pain that’s a hundred thousand things ah I don’t know guys I just want to show you guys that little issue I’m continuing to copy things over here and move items around and this is what our systems looking like now we had a big stock pile of

Stuff here and yeah there probably was 400,000 hyoeun or right we got three hundred thousand here there’s a hundred thousand in the other system so yeah I wasn’t going crazy even though I did go back and look and only said three hundred thousand at the time I don’t

Know what’s going on but anyway stuffs happening things are processing it’s all good okay guys so enough about the processing room I’m gonna work on a little bit more of that off-camera and we’ll try and get that thing sorted out there’s a few more pieces we need to add

To a like induction smelting in like sand production and other things like that we’ll worry about that at another time so another thing I was thinking about this since this is supposed to be a futuristic base it’s pretty not futuristic having to walk between these areas right I’m almost thinking it would

Be kind of cool if instead of these bridges connecting each of these areas if we had like intro linking mist craft portals which means we would walk through a portal here and it immediately warp us right over to that other dome so you wouldn’t have to walk the 85 or 90

Blocks between I’d like to try that out and just kind of see what that’s gonna be like I think it’d be kind of cool although making these intra linking portals it’s kind of a pain so the way you make these oh it looks like we’re

Out of ink let’s go ahead and fill that up I shouldn’t have extra outs over here let’s grab a bottle 16 okay so the way you do interlinking from what I understand the way this used to be is you take gold dust and it was like four

Of them in there should make it pretty good so you drop one in there and the ink starts changing the green I believe is what we wanted interlinking red I believe is disarmed and can’t remember what they agree is but the way this works is the longer

Is on the screen the better your chance is so it’s like a visual indicator so I put two in there and greens last name a little bit longer Reds lasting little shorter so I’ll put three in there now green lasts for a while where it’s kind

Of short and that gray is really short let’s put a fourth one in there so green slight red mostly green that’s still not quite fast enough let’s do a fifth one I’m just curious now we’re just testing six seven that red stayed on there little too long for my liking there

Eight I’m starting to see like a little purple color I don’t know if that’s the thing all right well we did eat what do we got here generate plant form in interlinking okay well that’s fine generate platform is an option in this craft like whenever you generate a miss

Craft age there’s like a little was that a 5 by 5 platform that spawns underneath you I don’t know why that’s a thing that you can get since it always generates a platform but interlinking that’s good that’s what we want so let’s try let’s just draw four in that time and let’s

Try this so generate platform interlinking now we don’t always get the good ones both of these are good sometimes it’ll give us disarm and that’s gonna be garbage interlinking again we’ll put four more in that didn’t give us anything that time okay so I know some people think like when you

Click on it depends on which colors on the screen that doesn’t really matter yeah interlinking we’re gonna make a few of these by the way if you can tell what we’re doing here here we go here’s a nasty one disarmed if you have disarmed in a portal you drop all your items that

Are in your inventory add you teleport through you don’t want that that is a really terrible thing okay so I’ll grab that that’s another blink let’s try eight at a time I mean weak gold isn’t like something we’re hurting for that’s blank as well and generally platform that’s not very good

So you can see it’s a little bit of like hitting this here let’s try again one screen is that do anything well that kind of worked I really don’t think that matters oh that was green that time green yeah see was green we got disarmed so I really don’t know if that matters

Okay so we got six good ones and get some like yeah okay ones maybe I should make another chest and stick it over here for this stuff can we put these in oh we can’t put those in here Oh awesome that is super awesome okay we’ll just go

Ahead and store those all in here I didn’t know that those were the same thing but they are great I don’t know why there’s that one well stick that over here okay so this will be our linked panel pages and this will be like our unsorted miss craft page is perfect

Okay so we have all these things now we need to get ourselves six leather okay so we’ll just go ahead and make it interlinking generally platform interlinking etc etc go in perfect awesome okay so this is gonna be fun oh come on stuff and don’t not load on me

Alright so we want to get some miss craft crystals in fact I’m gonna make a stack of these even though we will never need a stack of those at least I don’t think so grab some of those portal frames okay I think we’re good I really wish you could dye those

Different colors but you can’t so I’m kind of thinking this is just a thought I don’t know if we’re gonna do this permanently or not but something like this I think you don’t have to put in the corners you might have to so you might not have to do a change here but

If we do something like that we can put that right there and this should warp us over this way so we need to get a book here and we need to link that right where we want this to put us out I don’t know maybe right here let’s

Right-click okay so if we come back over here and we put the book in aha we got a portal and I warp this right here so we keep running so that’s pretty cool now the only problem is I’m not gonna be able to get through here it’s gonna send

Me back again so we need to set up one on the other side over here let’s face this way and we will do another book okay I guess we can use this for fast access right that was a crazy sound alright so let’s go ahead and remove

These blocks right like this dance um yeah let’s get these portals something like that and this guy that guy so now we can warp over here and go into our applied energistics system or we can warp over here and go over into over either over into our processing room

Alright that is really cool I like that the only thing I don’t like about it though is that these portal blocks are kind of shown I think we can micro block over those or something but I do like this a lot better that we can just kind

Of work back and forth like that I’m probably going to end up removing the bridges yeah because if there is no no way we can walk over here what’s the point of the bridge great doesn’t really make sense so I think we’ll end up removing those bridges making this so

Like when we warp it or when we go between the domes it’s just a quick little warp back and forth like that which means we’re gonna have to build a few of those books for each one of these domes going wherever we’re going but yeah I think that’s gonna be kind of
