Minecraft Movie Release Date Announced!

Warner Brothers just announced the release dates of a bunch of new movies and one of them is its long-awaited Minecraft movie this is going to be releasing on the 4th of April 2025 that’s just under two years from now and just over a decade from when Notch

Originally shared the uh leak offer the Minecraft movie being in production and interestingly enough that’s almost six years after its original release date of May 2019. this movie has gone through development hell with so many producers and major actors and scriptwriters leaving the project and their new ones

Coming in and basically the only details we know for sure is there’s some amount of live action in this movie we know that Jason Momoa is likely going to Star as Steve and we also know that there is a trademark for the Ender Dragon which came out just before this news and is

Very heavily linked to the Minecraft movie so it’s going to involve Steve but Jason Momoa and the Ender Dragon and that is literally everything we know and so the obvious question is do you think Minecraft should even have its own movie honestly based on what we’ve heard so

Far it doesn’t sound like something that’s going to be appealing I’m going to watch it because I care about Minecraft and I know a bunch of other people probably will too but the truth is right now they’re not encouraging people to watch it for any reason

Besides wow that’s a big IP and that sounds interesting is this going to be another Sonic movie that’s great for newcomers as well as long-term fans or is this going to be another Bargain Basement uh video game movie that people forget about a few weeks after it comes
