familiar with we have on team Ocelot over in Sweden we have shogi and darn geek say hello hello alright and Over here in the Redmond Redmond Bellevue section of the office we have Tomo and Argo major say hello alright so today we have a little bit of a special event going on we have put together a redstone puzzle map for you guys you can find it as a free download over at AKA Ms forward slash redstone puzzle map you should find links down in the descriptions and if not there will be links that will be posted in the chat every so often and I’ll be reminding you guys from time to time about that so 0.14 I think we have everyone trying to Get into the correct place at the moment so we could start up the puzzle as a note with the puzzle map neither teams have actually seen or played this puzzle map before so it’ll be it’ll be a fun first-time experience for both teams and we’ll see how how Well they can do where we’re trying to get everything together but once it’s going to this would be fun um so 0.14 has been officially released today for Windows 10 in Pocket Edition if you have those platforms or minecraft for those platforms you can grab a free Download in your local app store for your platform 0.14 introduces a lot of new really cool features to the Pocket Edition Windows 10 version of Minecraft including many redstone components like the repeater in the comparator all also a lot of other cool containers like dispensers droppers hoppers slime blocks New functionality to the cauldron being able to use it as leather dying and storing potions we’ve also introduced eight new achievements into the pocket agenda in Windows 10 letting you a total of one hundred and seven hundred and seventy gamers or for the Windows 10 version of micro see so we’re looking to See if both teams are in place it looks like team of squid is in place do we have team Ocelot is working their way over at the moment teamocil are you in place yet yeah almost as soon as show he gets up the roof I should be writing and I just team My team I saw let me know when you are in place and we will begin yeah of course please don’t mind that George as a note while there the teams are getting into place and trying not to die released a new redstone specialist skin pack including 15 new skins including the Team T Tech the rail rider crapper in the tinkerer to name a few um each of our teams as actually wearing one of the skins that you can see Oh seems to show via suffocated in the wall fantastic heartbreak we’re back all right you guys earned relies on let’s do A quick look at you guys as both teen skins to kind of a show off what we have brought into the the redstone or this a redstone specialist skin pack so team Ocelot can you guys show us your skins and what skin let us know think it’s about time to get the puzzle underway well we’ll ignore the bugs bugs aside um yeah it’s defined behavior we’re okay with that um so let’s get the let’s good let’s get The the it seems like I’m going to do a countdown of fat from 5 0 on 0 we will start the puzzle race so on 5 4 3 2 1 0 all right so first things first these Two teams are going to be reading the rules and finding out where they need to go they’ll start out by exploring the village finding the lure of the what happened in this fiery storm as noted this is as you can see on the stream on from the team Oslo perspective this is Phase two of the redstone update phase one being the redstone torches including the redstone power and redstone lamps and other devices like that as I mentioned before words of the new features that are bringing in to 0.14 redstone phase 2 include stuff like the comparator the repeater the hopper Dropper dispenser slime blocks the new cauldron functionality as well as the two minecart Nouman carts for 0.14 of Pocket Edition Windows 10 alright seems that both teams have started to wander around and find themselves into their first clue as to where they need to go alright it seems that both team has Found their map and they are going to be working to find out where they need to go as you can see with the functionality of the map not by itself does provide you a aerial view of the occasion combining the map with the compass also get now gives you A little arrow on your map if the player is off the map you’ll see a small little white circle as you can see at the bottom of the screen or bottom of the map once the once you are actually find once you actually get on to the map then You’ll see a small little white arrow of where you’re actually going up air bathing towards the direction you’re looking it looks like both teams are starting to figure out we’re looking to figure out where their accident needs to go from the map it’s going to be a bit Of a stumble around until they figure out where they need to go there’s a drawn thing is probably yes and again for those of you who are joining in now you can find this redstone puzzle map over at akms before it’s special redstone puzzle you can find the links In the descriptions of the channels as well as in the chat right about now yeah yeah and the second one here now all right seems like our teams are beginning to find out their bearings of where they actually are and heading towards their first location right as you can see as You could have seen on the map there is a little red X to indicate where they need to go for their first objective mic on and it seems that they are working their way up to their first place the validation in order to first place of location where they need to start their Puzzles the first section of this map is going to be teaching you about basic functionality of redstone repeaters wisdom parador’s how general power works with the two as they work their way through the puzzles I’ll kind of be describing a little bit of functionality of how somebody’s work a little bit more In-depth for those of you who are not familiar with the job of the game and experiencing these redstone redstone torch run torches for Peters comparators over the first time so one thing to note with these puzzles in this area or in the map in general is diamond blocks are The only places that you can place for place items on and Chester the only thing in place where you’re supposed to gather items from so this purpose first puzzle they were working through learning about the functionality for Peters where it spends power up to 15 blocks or continuing power and extending It up to 15 blocks seems we are moving on to the second puzzle seems team a squid is falling behind a little bit as team Ocelot has already moved on to the third puzzle actually I’m Clyde Yahoo so one thing to note is that the teams seem To be a little stacked at the moment teams keep squid team squid are no of the basic functionality of Peters that aren’t the most redstone savvy whereas to Mozilla it seems to be a little bit more experienced put your redstone back you destroyed it which is far oh one Thing to note is that one of our teams is fallen behind here one thing to note with repeaters is that setting a power from another repeater into the side will lock the repeater keeping its current state of power so that if a pot repeater is currently transmitting power and you Lock it regardless if you remove the power from back or not it will continue to transmit power the same thing with if it’s not Pat transmitting power if you lock it until you do not transmit power so see if team team squid can catch up as another hint remember locking Repeaters will prevent you from transmitting power through them or rather changing the state of turn on the first side and then I won’t walk into it that’s not okay oh are you done locked I didn’t know I just remember the power when you bring the power it seems that team onslaught has Already moved on to the last puzzle okay and team squid has finally caught up and figured out exactly what to do oh yes yes all right team squid is finally passing their second puzzle moving on to the third puzzle which begins the introduction to comparators parents are Have a lot of awesome functionality to them here they allow you to compare the state are the the fullness of test so how many full slots are within a test or other containers such as droppers dispensers hoppers you can also use it to an impaired signal strings so It’s like the content from the back of a this little streak that comes in from the back of a comparator will compare against any similar strengths that are passed it from the side so if the string will shrink from the back is stronger then the power will transmit listeners From is better from larger from the side it will not transmit power through but those of you who are joining the stream as a recently more functionally the Poulter um this addition a new achievements I know the hundreds of gamers oh wait oh yeah and Also as you can see okay you’re on the which now at twitch.tv slash minecraft is the official launch of the twitch minecraft channel this is a new place that will be streaming on our new extrema new content to on twitch for Minecraft related content allowing us to Do a lot more a lot their way through the first verses of the Puzzle map they are moving their way on to the phase our section 2 of the puzzle map where we start learning about some more of the different features redstone features more the different how to say go home do I Auto comparators look again and as we could see team Ocelot has Neither way to the last puzzle within the first section of the managing at all of these lit up one other ultimate goal this area is if they are attention to power all three lamps which this pub this puzzle takes advantage of use of it parador’s and repeaters to try to unlock All the things so they’re taking the visit knowledge that they learned from the first line of puzzles in order to they okay kind of a compound it together rainy up try to unlock unlock the door engineer to get a power your Peters on orbit one thing this team has to Remember is that there are multiple chests within this area that they have to look and find the all the different components that they need destroyed encase so I set some cakes now I hope they didn’t need all of them well you might have needed a few one There’s yeah I get your peers years it seems team onslaught is our team squid is off to a fantastic start alright okay we got three locked this one now RIT missed school flora team Ocelot is now at the beginning or near the beginning of the second fee second Area of the puzzle area yeah that’s locked and I put it over here so there you go why bark – why / – really only one thing that the team squid is hoping for is that the parkour will end up slowing down team on spot long enough to Catch up we’ll see how well the parkour helps helps with this as a hint with these puzzles over this first Red’s for this last redstone section of the puzzles subtraction mode on the comparator is not necessary this is a different functionality for the comparator that is not demonstrated in This puzzle but be fun for you to learn and play around with yourself longer playing around whatever out for cinema there’s a lot of quota features functionality do with redstone have fun tutorials and you will be I know in a world of we’re gone new and awesome Creations so those of wrapping helps the parkour going for team squid witty like or dodging squid when the squid is currently in pickle um because I believe they did how many kicks did you strike two I think they destroyed one too many cakes maybe Oh Oh it creatively found a way to get past the puzzle another yes you have to get not you know to say the least I wasn’t to say the least that was not the correct way to solve the puzzle but creative use of a of cake well we’ll ignore the part that they Cheated a little but uh they working past anytime soon alright seems that team squid has found their way to this had a clue for the second for the second map for their next clue of where to go as for team Ocelot it seems that they had just completed their second second Step second phase of the puzzle now they are blazing ahead pleasing had any progress actually no they have not completed second phase I’m looking at the wrong screen um they are working to complete their second phase I survived you guys are running the wrong way you guys are going the wrong way along With their creative use of cake they may have decided to find their own way down using the appropriate pathway three lines who is winning currently the winning team is team Ocelot which is shogi and darn key um however yes however team squid is working on catching up and getting working their Way over to a second section above I think we are bypassing a second patient I guess we were supposed to I think originally I do think that one thing to notice they do have a map that shows a marker as to where they need to go so we Don’t tell my gosh I guess we need to obtain like ours before no you’re all set without my cards so let’s follow the railroads all right so team squid has finally made their way to the second puzzles and the parkour was really easy actually oh they made it made their way to the Second section of the puzzles it looks like team onslaught of shogi and darn geek have made their way through the second section and are beginning to get the clues for the third section of the puzzle area those of you who are joining in now but those are you joining in Recently or now this is 0.14 overworld update for Pocket Edition Windows 10 that was just released today so we not have or you have Pocket Edition Windows 10 and they’re not gone the update yet because a free download and feel free to get it your discretion chests um this is A special event for 0.14 you have our two teams of dough developers from the Pocket Edition Windows 10 team onslaught of shogi and during geek who are at least one section ahead in the man board and we have x squared over do you squid of touhou and argo major who are working To catch up as quickly as they can’t stand for me to show my no why don’t you like beautiful um character that of course I can do that all right looks like team squid has finally made it to the park horror section of the map where they’re Hoping to make some time catch up as quickly as they can as this is it 0.14 update for the Pocket Edition rose and there’s lots of cool new features improvements that we’ve made to the game including yours barriers dispensers droppers hoppers on slime blocks to new minecarts slew of other features Including improvements to the cauldron that allows them to hold potions as well as be used for dining leather armor um it is to that a new with skin pack has been released the redstone specialist skin pack including 15 new skins such as the TNT tech the rail rider old trapper and the tinker’s You’re like an addition lobby new achievements has been added for the Minecraft Windows 10 version of the game adding up to a total of 170 gamers if you’re interested in joining in playing in the map with the two teams you can find it as a free download I think a dot Ms fourth wipeout zone puzzle go I saw the letter down it seems team squid is having a fantastic time with the park board like much similar just seems they are having a fun time with the parkour okay whether it was as good or better team also on I’ll leave that for you to Decide but team Ocelot is team onslaught is ahead at the moment it looks like they have made it to the third section of the puzzle map they are looking to they’re looking to pull ahead even farther and farther teamocil on our team squid it’s looking to put up a fight though and parkour Their way to victory might hopefully hopefully they’ll parkour with their way to victory all right so as you can see and as an additional note this as you can see on the twitch channel we are on a new launching of the twitch.tv slash minecraft channel where we’ll be doing a Lot more streaming on the various platforms of minecraft including the week here the Xbox one windows 10 and all your other platforms so there is a cyclone apart well some squid works their way together as a team red black on look over at us let’s see how they’re doing though Ah did you know anybody across the debuff in high school they knew about them because I mean then so they go with some whole set people Sophia so that as we can see now team Ocelot is working our way over towards dispensers and droppers section of the area they have Just recently went through the upper section of the area with the signs giving us a little bit of a instructions about how this work hoppers allow you to attach with hoppers your honors attach it to containers and it such as a chest or droppers to spend search or other Hoppers and it allows you to transfer items along if you create lots of cool new contraptions including ones that allow you to sort your create a sorting system like eight or just allow you to transfer items among distances much easier than you put the floor without having to worry about waterfall water Streams and such of potential items just fine so for those of you who are joining into the stream as of new we have with us two teams from the Minecraft Pocket Edition and Windows 10 with development of the game we have team Ocelot as you Can see on the right side of your screen with Zoe and darn geek we also have on the left side of the screen and we have team squid which is Tomo and Argo major yes all right it sounds like here now it sounds like team squid is this way it is Working away swiftly through this section after after a fun amount of parkour which they will actually never expect they will be enjoying soon enough and one thing to note is though and back where a was one thing to know is that our major is actually going the wrong way What you’re going the wrong way are they know okay I didn’t have to park or going the right way my mistake all right seems that team squid has finally made it I already made it out of section two of the puzzles they’re going to grab their clue board On third section and then go exploring for that um as for team Ocelot it seems that they have working their way swiftly through the puzzles in through the puzzles in section 3 although once again team squid is hoping that the parkour or4 of section 3 will slow down teeth Tomas Enough for teams already catch out here no we’re all fine what’s up for those we were as in addition to what I was saying before as I said this is the 0.40 update the overworld update which includes the redstone phase t new new items blocks and our improvements including hopper Trapper dispenser the repeater the comparator as well as slime blocks and I knew functionality to the bottom allowing it to be used to hold potions or die leather armor if you’d like to download this map and play along maybe race them and beat them beat them In a quicker time than they are taking you can find this map at 8 KMS board / redstone puzzle map this new update and crew includes some new red a new skin pack redstone the skins including 15 new scan this concluding the Tinley tech be a real writer the trapper in the tinker And we actually have both teams on using a few new skins from hack so currently with us right now I have the designer that designed up this map Casey okay right here Mary so this is Mike he is the designer of the map and the one who works so tired so hard to Get this up and ready for all of you and for this special event yeah I was going guys yeah like we’re do ma yeah you’re better in bed we have we have we have two two very different strategies going on this map one of teamocil are actually playing through the map team squid Cutting as many corners as I can I’m going towards cutting as many corners as they can in order to try to catch up team Aslan will ignore that part though hello it just doesn’t do anything it says jail is this section for yeah that’s section three We found that jail all right seems that tea masala has our team squid as finally found two section three of the map and luckily for them team Ocelot has not completed section three yet they are part way through it but you still remember to go are you Stuck in jail uh okay so that’s all doors it seems that the they probe something so we dropped our roaster but it’s not doing anything so triggering the pressure plate doesn’t light up anything oh you well that’s where that managed to break then somehow that that second iron Door if you can just bypass it if that’s not work um which is odd because it was working I tested it last night yeah alright so team squid has made their way over towards their first puzzle they are looking to find a way into getting past this dubious ladder Well that here’s to not be finished they managed to figure out how to finish it we’ll see um all right now team Ocelot his bypassing the door that the they’ve managed to we’ll just say they maybe they broke good oh I got a door alright that’s all there A baby’s not over you know there and then I think it’s a 50-person go to either come to the leather all right it looks like team squid has managed to figure out how to solve the first puzzle the second puzzle um team onslaught has moved on towards D’oeuvre for the puzzle of this one which one course what is that the purple oh that’s yeah that’s the second to last one in there alright so team huh saw has managed to get to the second-to-last wuzzle um just dropping it like my bad block nice and sweet other waterworks so it’s Funny about the the varying degree of knowledge that some people have on the team about my drive I always learning it’s always it’s always a learning experience when it comes to Minecraft even for those working on it um alright so a team seems hits team squid is Working their way through to their third puzzle now their puzzle they are making good progress to catch up to team Ocelot who are now starting to work their way into parkour which has sense thus far been the bane of looms book in that Lisa of the butter so what’s Ocelot oh then Tomo our major are representing teams connected though I was I was Harboring and then he just died and it’s really slow I’ll reset the game plenty of technical difficulties to be had oh yes guys this dream working okay you’ll have to try and get here oh yeah you turn that one on I did I didn’t touch anyone because it just it just Died on you roll the lovers must be turned on or turned off on life oh yeah oh yes I did that that’s that one alright well it seems that team Ocelot has made their way through the third section of them actually this is the fourth section of the map now I should Order they made it through their section of the map yes as I believe there was a sign that says so there was a tunnel right okay oh it all makes sense oh here we go alright so it looks like team Ocelot now has their fourth map they’re looking to find their next Location from the clues on the map okay and we’re hoping team squid can catch up with them though if they’re parkour is anything like it was in the neck of a previous area might be in for a fun fun show we’ll see how that goes already looking to be a great start for Them oh come on look sorry will want the yeah just just not keep space first it keeps jumping alright so looks like team Ocelot has found their way into the next area so he’s kind of jump on this phone it’s a bit of a challenge to get the Team back together all right so it looks like we’re actually trying to get the team together now um before they move their way to the next clue on the map team squid 1 & 1 I think we get to watch no II was what isn’t looking to do some more parkour but as You can tell this is not their Forte yeah I’m honest they’re coated a parkour their code is not Parkhurst alright alright bring those of you joining it to
