ARS choice you want to do some trick-or-treating Oh fine fine we’ll go by ourselves Danny from the diamond mine come welcome to a spooky minecraft mod showcase where today we’re gonna be going over the creepy haunted mod which allows you to harvest Souls perform magic and most importantly eat candy so this one is going to help all of us celebrate

Did you even get in here come on you need to stay safe churros I mean come on it’s getting a bit aggressive out here but anyway let’s get straight onto this mod now we know where he is and the first thing you’re gonna need to do some soul searching is this which is

The soul table now it looks pretty damn cool when you place it down and to craft it you’re going to need six smooth stone one a quartz pillar and two a blocks of redstone craft here and I’ll give you this in your image tree and when you

Place it down it looks pretty damn cool it looks like this and that graphic on the top looks really really sweet I really like how this looks and when you right-click it you’ll get this really dark looking GUI which has a nice looking screen we’ve got some got some

Pretty aggressive text here it’s all in red it looks very very nice and you’ll also be able to see that the crafting grid for this particular table is actually three times the size of a normal crafting grid so you’re gonna need a lot of materials to fill this up

But we’ll get to how that works in a second so let’s move on to what’s in here and to one of the coolest features in this mod which are the statues and the lost souls you can actually summon in some statues of your favorite minecraft players all your self or

Friend or whatever by using one of these which is called a simple statue now you can’t craft these so there’s no recipe you can only find them in normal dungeon chests so regular minecraft dungeons open your chest and hopefully you’ll find one in here and what you can do is

Take it over to an hour and then rename it with the name of the player you want to recreate so in this case we’re gonna recreate ourselves and you can rename an arm people just like that and then what you do is place it down and look how creepy that is it’s

Just like a statue with no legs kind of bent over and and that’s me there I am right there that’s me it’s pretty creepy but we’ve also got a couple more in here we’ve got Gemma’s skin and we’ve also got a special appearance by far as well

So let’s put these all in like this there’s Gemma’s skin and we’ve also got far from the diamond dimensions modpacks survival series look at that they look beautiful and you can actually activate these so they become lost souls rather than just being statues and we’re gonna

Need is some redstone and also a lever or some kind of redstone poles it doesn’t even have to be normal redstone it can just be a a proper redstone torch but for now we’re gonna light up just like this and hopefully this works get rid of that carpet right there so let’s

Do this I’m not actually sure what happens so this could be very creepy I’m worried but let’s do it let’s just activate this there we go oh my god that is cool look at that oh it’s freaky what are they looking at are they looking at

Anyway let’s carry on that’s a bit weird so those are the lost souls very very cool and you can choose any name or minecraft player you like which is a very awesome so now we’re going to move on to a something which is pretty cool you can actually have a new enchantment

In this mod which allows you to actually steal the souls of certain mobs so if we get a diamond sword here and this which is an enchanted book containing the soul steel of one-inch arm we can put these together inside an anvil and be able to have the ability to steal Souls but

There’s also an alternate version of this if you don’t have a sword or a book that you want to enchant with then take an empty soul bottle which is crafted by getting three nether quartz just like this so another use for another quartz which is pretty cool and when you kill

Any mob with any sword any weapon even your fists the soul bottle will fill up by itself so I’m going to show you how it works with this quickly and it’s going to attack this spider come out oh there we go it didn’t actually drop

One that time so let’s try and find one where it’s gonna drop it skeleton you’re up next die die it’s not dropping any why are you not dropping any come on we need to take your souls here we need to take your souls come on bear a soul for me

Bear a soul so it looks like this can actually take a while it doesn’t happen every time which I guess is okay because what you can make of the souls is fairly powerful look at all these zombies what the hell what Oh My gods why are they

Making gasps sounds oh I see look there’s a soul right there there’s one right there that is good and oh my oh my goodness um what what the hell what are you doing no stay away you guys are weird I just killed myself as a as a lost soul

That’s a bit weird but we’re gonna ignore this we’re gonna ignore this and just just turn away so what we actually gain from that zombie is this which is a clouded soul now it doesn’t matter the different types of soul now if I go into the creative tab there’s lots of

Different types there is a peaceful soul undead soul clouded soul player soul hello soul and corrupted soul which are all different types of solid you can get but they don’t really matter what kind of type it is they all do the same thing so you can also get peaceful ones so if

I kill this piggy here I have the chance of getting a peaceful soul which is just here and she gone undead one from there um that’s a little bit weird that’s a little bit weird let’s try and kill this cow and see what’s all we get from this

Guy what do we get what do we get what do we get we didn’t get one that time but I’m also gonna show you how it works with just an empty soul bottle so I’m going to put this diamond sword back in here spawn in a a piggy and just punch

It with our fist until it dies and then we should still what gets a soul from it I think this is the easiest way to do it because you get a soul every time and as you can see the bottle has changed from clear into a bottle – so now what you

Can do if that is just put it into your personal crafting table kind of thing that’s usually here and you’ll get one of these in circle forms if you put that into a crafting table we will actually get a a peaceful soul which is just like

This now I know what you’re asking why are we getting these Souls well I’ll tell you why that is in a minute but first the most important thing we’ve got candy in this mod yes we do each hostile mob that you kill actually has a chance

Of dropping a nice piece of candy which when eaten will give you a nice speed buff for a little bit so what you can get is from the skeleton you can get a gummy skull it’s harder than it and end a pop which is just a simple end

A pop from an Enderman a chocolate spider eye which is rather crunchy from a spider a batty bar which taste will drive you batty from a bat and the final one is a bubblegum which the aroma is bewitching so you’ve got all of these when eaten we’ll give you a nice little

Speed buff for a few seconds and thank God it’s turned today it was getting a bit creepy around here wasn’t agreeing but anyway we’re gonna move on and show you what we can do with these Souls so we actually need a few more Souls than

This so let’s just grab a few from the creative menu because we’re gonna be able to spawn in the Grim Reaper yes you heard me correctly the Grim Reaper but what you’re gonna need to do is use this the soul table to craft it so let’s just

Take loads of stone put it all the way around the outside and then what you need to do is take the souls that you’ve farmed and then put them around the inner kind of place like this I messed up a little bit but there you go and

Then put an eye of ender in the middle and you’ll get a death gem now I’m pretty sure you can use any Souls for this let me see no you can’t use any Souls for this so it seems like it has to be the same soul

Or it might just have to be the undead soul I’m not too sure but um yeah this one works so a full set of undead souls which equals one two three four five six seven eight in total we’ll be able to get you at the death gem in this recipe

Now what does the death gem do well they actually spawns in the Reaper boss so let’s go ahead and do that let’s grab a weapon quickly so we can see and at what happens when we kill him so let’s bring him over here we’re not gonna spawn him

Inside because that could be dangerous and here he is here is the Reaper right now now he doesn’t actually do too much quite what are you doing don’t don’t move so weirdly mr. Reaper he’s actually our 640 health which is pretty crazy but he doesn’t do much at the moment when

You hits him he doesn’t have too many attacks he does have a melee attack which does do a decent amount of damage I’ll go into game-mode 0 quickly so you can see it come here come here you punk yep let’s see does to damage every hit

Which is crazy oh my god is he seriously hitting hard there you go so this is still a work in progress mod which means he doesn’t have all the attacks that he will finally have yet but yeah this is the Reaper let’s lay him down he will take a lot of hits and

Yeah remember I am using a diamond sword and it’s taking a forever so you need to be well-equipped to kill this guy I’d recommend fire lava stuff like that just to get his health down a little bit more and I don’t think stuff like poison affects

Him because you know he’s undead I said there you go let’s kill this guy okay we nearly there nearly there two more hits and he’s dead now why would you want to kill this guy here you ask well for this we’ve got the death scythe which is the

Same as an iron sword but it has a soul steel one ability so if you’re struggling to find at the soul steel one-inch Armin book just use loads of grass bottles which i think is probably the best way to get in them anyways you get a soul every single time turn them

Into Souls and then get the death scythe because in the future there will be more boss mobs and and this is pretty powerful let’s check it out this kills something let’s kill something naturally that’s kill some of the new mobs which I’ve forgotten to go over which include

The lost soul which we’ve already seen the zombie pig and the zombie spider which will be used in the future of this mod so this is the zombie pig look how beautiful this guy is I’m not sure if he attacks you in game-mode 0 let’s try

Let’s try it quick he does burn in daylight so I’m guessing oh my god you know what you know I’m just gonna kill you I’m gonna kill you there we go beautiful zombie pig and then we also have the zombie spider look at this guy oh he actually burns in the day too

Which is interesting look it’s very very cool but you’re gonna have to go I’m sorry I’m sorry buddy I’m sorry so let’s just quickly spawn in a lost soul and see if that’s any different to the normal ones and it’s just a Steve I look

At it old no why are you making don’t know get away get away get away thank you very much I’m pretty sure they are evil so let’s quickly go into game mode zero and see if they do damage to us you’re gonna have you’re gonna do damage

Oh yes you are why would you want to spawn this guy in get away from me get away oh my god you make disgusting sounds as well so that was why those weren’t attacking the zombies they were actually trying to kill try us in there that’s not very nice whatsoever
