Minecraft : Top 3 Hunger Games Servers!

Hey guys what’s going on my name is jack and today i’m here with a bit of a special video it’s not a commentary like most of my videos usually are instead it’s a top three video and it’s actually the top three minecraft hunger games servers uh now

The servers i’m showcasing i’m not going to be showing off the whole server for all of them uh just the uh hunger games aspect of it and i divided the ratings uh the rankings i should say reach the servers into three categories and those categories are the maps the

Accessibility and the special features of the hunger games server um for that particular server um and so i got three servers here uh i was thinking of doing five but i could really only come up with three that i play on on a regular basis that i could really

Uh review um so without further ado uh let’s get into it so number three we have hold on can’t get okay there we go at number three we’ve got the hive i’m sure you’ve heard of the hive it’s a pretty popular server one of the most popular ones out there today

So let’s go over to hunger games so i can show you what’s going on under the hood um and then uh so you got a nice lobby here but uh it does doesn’t matter i’m not counting that into my rating it’s just something that to think about when you’re deciding

What server you want to plan and that guy is hanging a mirror it was good um anyway so whoa so that was the launch pad um anyway i’m going to say about the maps first and like oh they get on makeovers since the last time i was here oh

This wall was not here anyway um the maps on the hive um the maps are i mean it’s uh the server itself is run by team frida um and variety himself so obviously the maps are going to be really nice in detail and the structures are really incredible

On the server um i don’t i don’t know it’s the maps are missing some kind of special something though so um for me out of 10 uh the hive for maps has an 8 out of 10 uh and i don’t know it’s just the the detail and the level of detail is

Incredible on some of these maps and they’re all by team varieta some of the maps are a little too large like the first and second one and so they can take a long time to get um to finish games which gets kind of annoying so anyway it’s an 8 out of 10

For maps for the accessibility of the hive the accessibility right now it’s pretty late so the servers are pretty open but on normal basis which i’m uh basing all of my ratings off of on a normal basis hive is pretty difficult to get into

So as i was saying before i cut out uh hive is pretty difficult to get into on a normal basis it’s usually the servers get full within like less than a second usually people are spamming the signs like crazy and this is just the donor hub but i’m

Sure if there was a uh a hub for non-donors it would be completely crazy and if you could see everyone that was on the server would be crazy i personally am a donor but i want to speak on behalf of the people who aren’t donors because that’s that’s what a

Majority of people on servers are um at least at this time maybe that’ll change the future but who knows um so for a normal person on a normal day at a normal time uh it’s pretty difficult to get into one of these servers um so that’s why for accessibility

I had to give this server a score of i’m sorry i cut off yet again i don’t know sorry i had i had some screens open on my other monitor that weren’t supposed to be there i supposed to have my ratings up there but anyway um as i was saying uh the

Accessibility is not amazing on the high on a normal basis so i gave it a six out of ten it’s not awful i mean it could be worse i mean i’ve been able to get friends in who aren’t donors um it just takes you know usually like five tries to get

A friend in who is not a donor and then for the last sub-topic um for ratings uh which is the special features of the hive um there aren’t too many um for the hive most servers don’t really have any special features the only thing i can think of for hive

Is that it has the launch pads on one map and maybe it may be more than just one but not only does it have launch pads in the lobby like the one you saw me go off earlier um in one of the maps sg7 i believe launch pads are present which is it’s

Pretty cool i mean it adds a added twist to the game especially since uh most of that map is just empty air that you can fall into and die um which has led to some comically amusing things in the past so overall guys we have the maps having

A score of 8 out of 10 accessibility being a 6 special features being a 7 and the overall score for the hive minecraft server is a 21 out of 30. and again i’ll put the ip up at the top of the screen so you guys can check it out

And i’ll put it also down the description down below in case you miss it in the video um so without further ado let’s get on to number two coming in at number two on my list of top three minecraft hunger games servers is mcsg and this one is as old as mcsg itself

Um minecraft hunger games i mean it’s been out for a long time it’s been out since uh early 2012 i believe um i haven’t started playing it till recently but i gotta say i really like um the accessibility as a main thing um the maps are decent but i’ll get into

That in a sec anyway it’s probably the oldest uh hungarian server that or the oldest main one anyway um that’s been in existence so obviously it’s got quite a few members um it’s lost a little popularity over time but it’s kind of lost and gained

I know at least in the very beginning it was really huge i know a lot of big youtubers used to play on it and some still do um not as much as maybe some of the other uh youtuber owned uh hunger game servers but it still is uh very thriving

Um and it usually has a good you know i’d say thousand maybe 1300 people on it at one time during the middle of the day right now again it is uh pretty late in the day um maybe morning even uh so there’s not as many people but you

Can see there’s still a good number of people on and i can turn people off with a clock should i so choose but i like to keep them on unless i want to get into a game and then i want to get people clear so i can actually

You know i want to join a game i want to get people clear um so anyway i’m going to get into my rankings um for maps the maps are pretty good um some of them are a bit repetitive because it’ll give you a voting thing

Um and i don’t know uh the voting thing usually leads to the same apps being chosen over and over again and the maps are decent um they’re not as great as the hive but they’re still pretty good so i give them a seven out of ten for the maps

Um for the accessibility the accessibility is by far uh the best i mean out of the three servers it is getting a 10 out of 10 clearly because the accessibility even during the middle of the day i can get friends in um like very easily so if you have a

Large group of friends and it’s the middle of the day and you can’t get on let’s say hive or any other big hunger games server just join mcsg and of course cip will be up at the top in the description just join mcsg and uh you will not be

Disappointed because these games are very open they’ve got a lot of servers um for still a decent number of people but the amount of servers really contributes to a lot of them being open like see even right now 9 out of 24. come on and then we’ve got special features from

Csg and uh this one even has uh fewer than hive like i said before most servers don’t have many special features this one uh i don’t believe has any you know special things actually in game but i’m still gonna give it a six i’m not gonna give it a zero

Because i don’t know that would that would make the ratings like completely off balanced and not right so it gets a six for the um for the special features but remember the accessibility like if you want to join a server with a bunch of friends or you just can’t get into other services

This is the server for you that’s like the main highlight of the server as well as the maps being pretty good as well so overall we’ve got mcsg having the maps being a score of 7 out of 10 accessibility is a 10 out of 10 completely flawless beautiful

Special features is a six and then overall we’ve got a 23 out of 30 um so coming in a bit better than hive but not as good as number one which i’ll get to in one sec and coming in at number one on my top three minecraft hunger games

Servers list is the nexus um now this server i don’t know i i just started playing it a bit recently or maybe like a month ago but i’ve started to play it a lot more as of the last few days um and i gotta tell you it’s

Uh it’s my my favorite um by quite a bit um the other two are really good hive and uh mcsg but nexus i don’t know it has a special touch about it a special feeling i get i’m like oh yeah i’m playing on nexus not to mention the 20

Some thousand points that i have on it that could really contribute um but that’s just that’s not even on the ratings i can’t include that because that doesn’t affect you does it and maybe it does who cares um anyway i hope this video is a bit concise

Um it’s it’s it’s struggling a little bit of parts it’s going a bit elaborate but uh maybe that just makes it more interesting who knows maybe you should tell me in the comments maybe you shouldn’t anyway um this server is really great it is run by beijing canadian and jerome asf

Um you should know them if you don’t know them then maybe you’ve been living under a rock but more likely you haven’t been because that would be pretty painful i’d imagine um so i’m going to get into the ratings here um for maps on nexus uh it’s amazing uh

Probably the best out of all of them the hive has the special features or not the stretch features the fine detail um that you you know if you’re into fine detail i’m not so much into fine detail uh but i give nexus a 9 out of 10 on

Their maps i would give it a 10 out of 10 but similar to mcsg the um the same maps are usually chosen over and over again because you can vote in the lobby before you actually play but people usually vote for the same games um whether it’s

It’s usually like a four certain maps that are played over and over again but the maps that are played are really good um and i really enjoy playing on them i have a route for all of them and i must say i do pretty well if i 22 000 points or so

It doesn’t speak for itself then that will um and then for accessibility it’s not nearly as good as mcsg um nor hive is but it is a bit better than hive in my opinion i can get friends on usually in like a game or two of attempts during the middle of the day

Um so for that reason i give the nexus an accessibility rating of 7 out of 10 which is pretty good better than hive not as good as mcsg and then for special features nexus this is this is its shining highlight right here special features gets a 10 out of 10 um mainly because

Well first off if you get an egg in the game you can chuck it at people and i believe they get hunger and they get stopped and there’s a bunch of chickens of doom that get thrown out of there which i think is pretty comical so whenever i’m chasing someone i’m like

You know i’m just going to throw an egg at you and he’s like oh no please um but it gives me it gives me a good chuckle and then snowballs are slowing snowballs um which i’m sure other servers have the egg and snowball stuff but you know this is just a server

I play on and it doesn’t uh hive and mcsg don’t have that so yeah and then also the blooper eggs which are basically squid uh squid sacks or squid squid ink sex i i can’t even know squid sacks i think whatever um and you throw them they’re blue

People and they make them all blind and confused um but then the more important thing um is that the mutations on here um i know that the fridge i don’t know if the fridge was the first i believe it was the first to have mutations back when it was just basic canadian

Server um but the mutations are probably the best special feature on here i don’t personally use it very often because well obviously i don’t lose um but uh whenever i do i can come back and kill people as a giant mutant pig and uh can run around like 10

Times faster than normal people and it’s pretty comically amusing i think i just run around and people are like oh no don’t kill me and i’m like oh i’m sorry it’s too late for that sir you shouldn’t have thought of that before you killed me earlier um

But anyway the mutations uh deserve this a 10 out of 10 along with the squid sacks the eggs the snowballs as well as being able to sponsor people which is a bit of an added bonus you can sponsor people by right clicking on them when you’re a dead guy it does cost

Points but points are pretty easy to come by and i should also mention that mutation passes to be able to mutate after death um requires you to either win or pay for them on the server but i got like 20 some i believe um stocked up because

I don’t use them very often i try not to unless i’m like oh that person’s about to die or that person you know shouldn’t have been able to kill me or someone maybe just in the mood to mutate and become a pig that’s a very common mood for most

People these days am i right am i right yeah i’m right um anyway so the overall score for the nexus so the maps being a 9 out of 10 accessibility being a 7 out of 10 special features being a perfect flawless beautiful 10 out of 10. the overall score for the nexus

Minecraft server is a 26 out of 30 which is uh the best out of all of them and so yeah i really hope you guys enjoyed again these are all opinions so please do not uh say in the comments i mean you can say your comments and your opinions on what servers are
