Hey guys tango back again with another tutorial for you and today I’ve got an automated continuous potion brewing system that it’s got some pretty nice features added to it so the way it works is you simply come up to this control point out there and select the Ingredients that you want to include in your potion like so and when you’re satisfied just go ahead and pull this lever here and that’s going to kick on continuous batch brewing mode now for each batch the ingredients are going to be processed from left to right and as You can see netherwart does not have a lever and that’s because it’s going to be included automatically as the first ingredient in every batch now this system is going to keep on brewing the potion you have selected as long as it’s turned on right there and as long as the Ingredients that you have selected are available in the storage but it also has some pretty nice features built in to know when to stop brewing for instance if any of the ingredients you do have selected run out while you’re in batch mode the system is smart enough to shut Off and it’s not going to try and build some kind of partial or invalid potion out of the remaining ingredients you have selected and also if you run out of water bottles which is indicated by that light if that light goes out or if you run out of storage space which is this Output storage test right here the system will also turn off and not kick off any new batches so if for some reason you do need access to the actual brewing stand being used that’s not a problem it’s go ahead and jump up on this pressure plate right here and have Yourself a peek it’s right there now to restock items in this system just simply add the items to the dropper that is above the sign for that corresponding item and you’ll see when an item runs out the light will go off so one of the really nice features of this system is That at a glance you can easily see what items you have available and therefore what potions you can brew and just as importantly you can see which items are unavailable and you need to go ahead and restock to add water bottles to the system just go ahead and load up this Chest right up here and as I mentioned that light there indicates that you do have water bottles available for brewing in the system now down here we have a water sort block which is going to make this whole process fairly straightforward just go ahead and grab your glass bottles and Hold down the right mouse button and fairly quickly you’re going to realize that you fill up your inventory with water bottles and you’re going to start spitting them out but that is perfectly okay just go ahead and fill them all up with water when you got all your glass Bottles gone just go ahead and open up this chest here and start shift double clicking your water bottles into the chest and you’ll see that very quickly they’ll pick up the items that you had previously dropped on the ground all right I think it’s time we start brewing Some potions here so with the ingredients that we have selected we’re going to get a healing – splash potion so let’s turn the system on now you’ll hear a little tune there that plays at the beginning of every batch so you can see we got our brewing stand here the Water was added automatically another word is automatically brewing and if you check this hopper up above here you can see you got the ingredients that we had selected then we’ll process in the correct order so while that’s brewing let’s go ahead and spin her on the back Here check things out you can see there’s a decent amount of redstone but we’ll do a full tutorial which should make it fairly easy to build this the footprint for this whole design is going to be 10 deep by 17 wide in this direction and 9 tall in this direction Let’s check on our potions see how it’s doing all right Mellon just finished up and bluestone is processing now and the Gunpowder is now finishing up which should finish the batch you’ll see that the potions are automatically removed from the system new batch will kick off the nether works added first And the bottles and it starts brewing and you’ll see we should have our potion which is brewed right here there we go alright before we get started as usual we’re going to show you what ingredients are going to be required to do this build should be pretty straightforward What you see here this is 13 droppers those aren’t dispensers you’ve got 48 repeaters and 17 comparators over there the number of blocks here is just a rough estimate and obviously don’t use iron blocks you can use whatever you’d like alright let’s do this we’re going to start out with redstone lamps we’re Going to put 12 of them down and a line like this on top of that block of your choice on that you’re going to add some levers going all the way down now on the back of that go ahead and add some torches on each block on top of those Torches go ahead and add another line or block of your choice on the front of those blocks go ahead and add your item frames like so now on top of those blocks you just add it go ahead and add your droppers he’s going to be pointing Up and you’re gonna go back to some more redstone lamps and put them coming out of those droppers on angle like this next go ahead and take a whole one block down and bring it back eight blocks behind each of the lamps they just placed and then go ahead and place all Your sticky stand line right here now right where the stickies end dig down one more block like this and go ahead and fill that gap with torches redstone torches and then place blocks all on the sticky snow now I will say that if you’re limited for space below this you Can take out those redstone torches and leave it solid and instead use redstone blocks right here obviously going to be more resource intensive next go ahead and you’re going to alternate redstone dust and read some repeaters so starting with the dust down here and switch to repeaters and leave Them all on default tick like this then go ahead and take another line of blocks run those down and on top of that more torches alright next coming out of the back of the redstone torches you’re going to add a top facing half slab like That and run a line of those going all the way down and now we’re going to do is do another line of repeating redstone dust and repeaters so starting with dust at the end like this and then repeaters and the gaps in between another solid block now right there run those all the Way down now on top of each of the torches you got right here we’re going to run a line of blocks right there and another one right next to it to fill in the gap now facing into these blocks here you’re going to add a line of Repeaters all the way down and dust all behind it alright next coming out of the back here droppers they’re at a block right there take a comparator put it like that another block right there torch on top of it block on top of it and torch Coming out the side right there and then just go ahead and repeat what I just did all the way down the line all right down at this end I’ll go ahead and add a temporary block right there like that and now grab your hoppers and start chaining them down the line just like This so that they all connect into each other take some half slabs now we’re going to add a line along the top like that so they line up flush with the top of the hoppers that you just added and you can go ahead and kill that block now go Ahead and add another line of solid blocks on top of all of your lamps going all the way down grab some half slabs now and starting right here you’re going to skip every other one and put a top placing half slab just like this and What we’re gonna do now is do some dust on right where you added those slabs add three dust on each one just like this and in the other spots where you have no dust just go ahead and add two repeaters on each one okay moving a little bit further toward The back now starting at the end you’re going to come out two blocks put two dust on it just like that torch on the end of that and now you’re going to do a little stepping downward with some dust another torch dust torch and dust going Into that block there and I’ll go ahead and repeat this process skipping every other one so do the same thing there and the same thing there and so on alright it should look something like this now so now in these six remaining gaps that you just skip good and had a torch right There solid block on the side of the torch solid block on the side of the red stone like that take some dust put it on top of both torch on the back of the air swoop down a little bit put a block like that with Some dust on top of it and then go ahead and swing inside here take a torch put it on the inside right like that block down there dust on top of it and repeater pointing into that block down below it now I’m going to go ahead and Repeat that process six times in these six available slots ending right here okay you should be looking something like this right now at this point just go ahead and take some solid blocks and drop them right like this on top of those dusts you kind of clip off all Those signals should look just like that alright go ahead and swing back around the front now we’re going to finish up the left side of this control panel so go ahead and build out what you see here this three wide segments that I just built and then from there go ahead and Punch out this block down here you’re going to need to make that an upside down stairs or something that effect so that you can open up a chest underneath it punch out that block and the one behind it and go ahead and stick a double chest In there that’s going to be your output chest so you can throw an item frame there if you want and put a potion in there or something to that effect put a couple blocks there with a pressure plate like that and then go ahead and Build this up a couple more grab a lamp put it there with a block on top of it that’s going to be your water bottle indicator to let you know when you run out of water bottles and then add another couple blocks back there and then just a couple more columns up like This and again a lot of this is kind of flavored to your taste and can be very much customized to fit what you want and when you’re done of course you can obviously just you know go ahead and that you know stairs up here whatever whatever you liked it suits your taste All right now back behind the control panel first thing we’re going to do is wire up the peak window and that window is going to be right there so what we need is this block here to extend over on a sticky so just go ahead and add a Couple blocks like this and get a sticky pointing right into that one just like that kill that block put one underneath with a torch underneath it and you can go ahead and knock out those two blocks and then those three underneath it so that the dust is going to go in a little Corner pattern like that right next to the chest and your peak hole should be working let’s check it out alright there you go the next thing you’re going to want to do is continue that one deep hole you dug out in the last section and just kind of pull it over here another Four blocks so that it lines up right with the corner like that and with the edge of the build like so next come over here and add a hopper to the back of your output chest put a couple more double chests on top of that one or one Double chest rather hopper into the side of that one and double chest like that hopper right there and your actual brewing stand is going to go right on top of that hopper like that next we’re going to pull our master power switch signal a little bit away from the wall So go ahead and add a top slab right there right below the lamp and go ahead and add a repeater coming out of the lamp like that take a block of that repeater point right into it so it looks like that now from that block come down Two more break that one and put one right there like that and then put dust on top of both of those with a torch on the bottom one just like that okay moving along now go ahead and take a block and place it right there put another one right there Get a repeater and put it between the two blocks facing into that one take another block put it right on top of the repeater put some dust right there take a redstone torch and put it on the side of that block right there so that it’s underneath the hopper grab another block And put it on top of that dust and then go ahead and take a comparator and put it right there facing into that block pulling out of the hopper now we’re going to go and add three more blocks starting right on the side of that torch there at a Block right there and two more just like that go ahead and add dust on those two blocks right there and a torch on the side of the pan that block right there I’m going to grab another block and put it right on the side of that comparator Just like that so it sticks up a little bit and then take a top slab and put it right there it should be flush with the hopper that the brewing stand is standing on okay we’re going to add some more blocks now right on top of those Two dusts place two blocks so that it’s looking like this and another one right there so you’ve got a little corner pattern there put a torch standing directly on top of that one and to dust right there I’m going to grab a comparator and put it on top of your top Half slab there coming right out of the brewing stand and I’m going to grab a repeater and put it this way right there and that’s going to be pointing right into a hopper what’s going to point right into the side of the brewing stand it’s going to be your water input it’s Important that that points into the brewing stand all right we’re going to go ahead and hook up our water bottle chest chain now to get the water bottle supply all set so from that hopper you just added go back to this side right here and add another hopper pointing Into it so it looks like that go ahead and grab a chest but one there and one there grab a hopper again put it into the that side of that chest and then double up your original chest there so what you’re going to have here is two double chests To store your water bottles now if you want more than that this is a place where you kind of have a lot of options here you could hook your chests and hopper chain coming up this way if you want and you know if you really wanted to you could fill your water bottles Down here somewhere and have an item elevator that lifted your water bottles up there’s plenty of options if you want more storage than what’s provided here all right next we’re going to hook up the water bottle indicator light but I will say that this step is optional and It is also the only piece that extends past this kind of boundary here so if you are tight on space in this direction over here you can go ahead and skip this little feature if you want so from the hopper that is pointing into the brewing stand your water input there go ahead And put a comparator coming out the side of it like that put a block up like that I’ll grab some half-slabs and put one first one right there and another one there another one there and then two more there and there go ahead make sure that block is killed and then go ahead And take some redstone dust and put it on top of all of those half slabs going up and then on top of that so that it’s leading right into the block above the lamp all right moving back down to the bottom again now take a repeater and put It right into that block just like that you’re going to add another block right there with a gap in between and put a torch right on the side of that block just like that and I grabbed some dust and put on top of that block you should See it line up just with that torch that was there before and I’ll grab a comparator and put it into that block right there I’m going to grab two hoppers and make them point into each other so right the first one put it back into the second One just like that so as they point right into each other alright next on top of the hoppers that you just add it on top of that one right there go ahead and add a block and another one right next to it grab a torch and put on the Side of that block with some dust on top of that one right there I’m going to grab another block and put it right on top of that red still in there so it pops up a little bit like that and put a torch on the side of it And put some dust on the top of that block there you should see it connect up to the dust that was already there grab another block and put it up like that and put a torch on the side of it now over here on top of your brewing stand Grab a hopper and point it directly into the top that is going to be the ingredient input one very important and grab a comparator now and stick it on top of the water hopper coming out of the ingredient hopper so it looks just like that grab Another block and stick it right on the side there so the comparator you just added has something to point into and then go ahead and add another block right on the side of that repeater so you should be looking something like that now and I’m go ahead and put some Dust right there and before I forget in the hopper chain that we just added down here go ahead and add fifty four blocks of your choice to the hopper right underneath the torch all right let’s go ahead and finish up the ingredient hopper chain that we just started here So on top of that hopper that you just added go ahead and put another one right on top of it and then from there put one going into the side and then the final one going into that side right there so what you should have is the original hopper chain that we Added with all the ingredients should come down go into this one that one that one and then the one below it all right moving on then we’re going to go ahead and swoop back down below here and sneak in and from that block right there going To come out one two three four with the redstone dust put a block there and Spike it with a torch now you’re going to grab a dropper and put it right on top of that dust just like that so it’s pointing straight up and take a hopper and put it right on Top of it pointing it back into the dropper I go ahead and add any block of your choice into the dropper add another block now on the side of the dropper just like that add a block right there put torch should power that whole line take a comparator and put it right there So that it’s going into that torch that you just added all right wrapping things up here now this last step is only if you want to play a little tune when each batch kicks off so totally optional but if you do want it then come over here And place a block right there put another one right there on top of comparator and come up one more on an angle just like that I placed dust one two three and go ahead and take your first note block put it right on the side grab a half slab and put it right There with a repeater right on top of it then go ahead and take your next note block we’re right on the edge of that repeater take another half slab put it just like that put a repeater on top of it you kind of see what we’re going here This is up to you totally you can obviously chain this out as far as you want set these delays on whatever you want I kind of like it delay of three and then go ahead and just doing this to whatever happy little jam you want alright alright one last little thing That I did forget man attack on here at the end we’re going to need to crawl into the guts of this thing so come in here cross over the power line here until you’re looking at the torches that are all above your lamps down there now The rightmost or this end one down here is unnecessary because that is for the nether wart so go ahead and reclaim that repeater the block the piston you can get that redstone torch back there and kill that torch up there and the only thing I want to do is put a lever there And turn it on that’s just going to be the way to indicate that the nether wart is always on but all of this channel here is unnecessary all right one more clarification a mistake I made while I was building this I had said to duplicate this torch here with this Slice five more times there there there there and there though I forgot to do that myself while I was building it so make sure you have those six torches in those spots and also down here I forgot to add one dust right there so just in case you weren’t seeing that dust and Other shots it is necessary to include that after that your systems going to work great alright guys that is going to wrap things up all that is left is to fill some water bottles into your chest up there and if I want to go ahead and add the correct items to the appropriate Item frames as shown right there and then go ahead and fill them up with whatever ingredients you have land around and go ahead and do that all the way down the line and you are ready to start brewing thanks so much for watching guys if you enjoyed this idea In this tutorial then go ahead and throw a like I really appreciate it and if you’re not subscribed it want to see more
