mean maybe it’s like cuz man I should be Boogie Size I should be Boogie size for how much I used to eat I used to consume like 12,000 15,000 calories a day like there’s no reason I’m not there’s no reason I’m not boogie size and I don’t know why it’s cuz my metabolism I guess I have no Idea but uh it’s some point I used to wish like man I wish I could just not like food and I’m but I’m very lucky I consider myself very lucky these days because I’m at the point where yeah what’s up Vaso It’s You on YouTube I’m At the point now where like I mean I still love the taste of food I’m still like have that relationship with food where I enjoy it too much like seriously but I’m at the point where like I try to eat to live instead of living to eat and it’s taken me a Long time of a lot of [ that they are in the spawn chunks so maybe it’s like a time thing so we’re going to give this an hour uh uh we emptied the iron farm when we were last over There so we’re going to go check the iron farm in like an hour or something okay so let’s get going sorry I’m late today today was just had to be a sleeping day I’m not mentally tired at all but I just been working out like a [ __ ] mad man so my body was like just not getting up today until it did it’s a nice little sleep in today dude the workout I did yesterday dude I’m like seriously on like another level of myself I did two rounds of p9x shoulders and arms on top of doing Cardio a [ __ ] we kind of have to go back over there oh no I guess I don’t guess I can steal this one for now is it a new video I mean I’ve seen them before anymore I kept lowering the weight and end up getting down to 12 lbs and some like the curls that I would have to do I just like I got to the point where I Would get to my eighth rep and I couldn’t workout so just say I was going to say [ __ ] it and just take a day off stream To recover but I was just sitting on my couch watching TV and uh having a bite to eat and I’m just like I’m already bored uh I want to stream so I mean we’re still within our normal time stream anyway I guess so I figured [ __ ] it let’s go line for the Day better late stream than no stream I guess right so yeah change yeah I did change my mind on that yeah uh no workout program I’m doing my own and what’s up still Glade over there by the way I’m doing my own it’s called Uh Body by Smut I’m working out while I’m reading my smut mut books um a lot of it’s like P90X exercises and stuff I’ve learned from that because I did a round of P90X uh like the end of last year but it’s not so but essentially the methodology of it is just I’m always in the Gym my timer on my watch for working out is always going as I’m reading and work out the moment I sit on the couch I pause it so it’s not tracking my energy and my heart rate and the time and stuff so if I happen to take like a 5 minute Break 10- minute break I’ll stop doing that but mostly it’s just like I’m working out every extra minute of the day that I get pretty much not going crazy or anything like well I guess it is kind of going crazy a little bit but like yesterday uh yesterday’s workout was 2 Hours 20 minutes so I streamed for 8 hours took a break I had something to head a bite to eat uh and then I went live then I went live then I started working out and the workout was two and a half hours I did do two rounds of P90X Though uh which is actually crazy so I worked out for uh 2 hours 20 minutes 1,700 calories that was a mix of reading the book uh doing sets uh with shoulders and arms yesterday so I focused the the entire workout on shoulders and Arms uh every time I do a round I do 10 minutes on the treadmill and then I’d read a a chapter or two while I’m on the treadmill then I go back to doing shoulders and arms and well the the reading is mixed with the cardio Part so once I get through like my set like it’s shoulders shoulders bicep tricep shoulders bicep tricep and then you’re supposed to take like a little break anyway my break is 5 10 minutes on the treadmill or a chapter in the book and then I go back shoulders by try Shoulders by try back on the treadmill Does SMU get your heart rate up yeah I mean does for me the smutty parts do but there’s not that many smutty Parts in the book that like I’m curly reading the smut parts are good though but the story itself is Just really good I say Body by smut just cuz like it’s you know some romance no whatever uh but oh man like I feel like I am on like another level of myself I’m feeling it today but in so in such like a good way though like in such the best way I’m Feeling it I cannot wait to see where I am in in a month or two doing this uh I’m also going to do SE bum’s routine it’s not his routine but his the way his he works his days we talked about this not not that long ago um he does three in one Three in one and repeat I guess three and one and repeat so he does three days of works out and then takes a day off of workout and then three days of workout one day off of workout uh this is going to be the sheep farm so uh that’s why today I’m not Working out so I did three days of workout so today’s going to be day off I was just going to take day off stream but I got bored already so no I won’t be going to the library I don’t think the library is going to have any any smut books I don’t think they’re going to have any Sarah Jos my dad actually got brought me a book I forgot what it’s called he dropped it off randomly this morning uh not a smut book hey nice all the cake yeah dude walking is one of the best things you can do like they say That like a 30 minute walk a day is like one of the best things you can do like this should be like a minimum for everybody really just a 20 30 minute walk even briskly you know uh so yeah the the I’m kind of just Doing like my own thing but a bunch of it’s like P90X like the push-up routine the pullup routine like like a lot of the stuff I learned from pnx and I’m just like repeating it while throwing in some cardio while I’m reading at the same time so I’m calling a body by smut Because it’s pretty much what I’m doing like in between my sets and and stuff I’m reading my book but the the point is like anytime if I’m in my apartment and I’m not doing anything specific like it’s gym either like uh like whatever day it is cuz every every second day is like Physical work pretty much like next workout is going to be laging back laging back tomorrow but it’s like M uh I can’t really say Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday anymore but like uh my physical workouts are chest and back so that’s chest and back is a day and shoulders bicep tricep is another Day that’s what I did yesterday and then next workout is lagging back and then it repeats and every second day is all cardio so like my stair stepper thing that I got and treadmill pretty much and uh some Plyometrics plyometric is like a jump training so just like jumping in place and stuff Oh actually next workout is alloc cardio CU yesterday was should arm so next workout is alloc cardio let’s go no no I know it’s oh it’s better to walk fast for sure but I’m just saying like just like just the just even like the habit of like going for a walk every Day like okay I don’t really want to go for a walk for half hour but let’s do it anyway like even that’s healthy for you something is better than nothing uh and by the way we’re building a uh sheep farm dead bro that’s what we’re making what up yeah body needed a sleep In day today that’s for sure Body by smut will do that to you watch us make this like an actual workout routine [Laughter] oh oops that’s not what I wanted yo where’s your brain mat yeah my body just start like my my like a my uh mental Health’s good like I’m not like Exhausted I just had three [ __ ] incredible workout days so my body’s just like you’re not moving today so I slept in for like 4 hours and I was just sitting around like no what I don’t want to go live so better late than none I guess Right let’s go mid winner hey stick with it the second book is so much better but like I say the uh I’m already excited for you to start reading the second book it takes everything that happened in the first book and it’s just like it just it’s just it’s good it’s just so Good but yeah my point my point for my workouts now is like I’m not limiting it to like uh 30 minutes I’m not like limiting it to an hour I’d like to do at least a minimum of an hour but kind of like the method I’m going to Be doing is like I just don’t want to be sitting on the couch doing nothing basically so I will be at some point well when I’m done working out uh I’m done eating like I’ll watch like a like while I’m cooking my food and stuff like that I’ll watch a Little bit of TV and then after I’m done eating I’ll let you know it rest in my stomach for 30 45 minutes before I start working out like Let It settle and then it’s just like very casually just in the gym for the rest of the day doing something uh while reading the Book and getting the book done like I might read a chapter do some cardio on the treadmill and then do like a set like focus on the set but then just do that for like the rest of my day and the rest of my day shouldn’t be anywhere From like uh like 2 to 2 to 5 hours and if I sit down at any point I pause my watch you know so it’s not tracking anything so it’s like actual workout time that I’m tracking so it’s going to be interesting turning into a monster bro Hey that worked out perfectly oh my God I’m a Minecraft God how did I even do that that’s incredible this worked out so well uh my other ones came in I didn’t realize how thick these books were and I opened it up to a page oh Boy uh I love the artwork on this book but that’s a thick book it’s is a big book and there’s two of them book one book two they’re both just as thick it’s a lot of that’s a lot of book uh hunting and haunting Adeline apparently they’re real Smudy uh so I’m going to read those after the agotar series after I read the five books I not going to lie I kind of really want to read them now though uh I really like the artwork on those books stuff like That I seen it’s because they have circulation problems I don’t have circulation problem with my feet like my circulation of my feet is actually good cuz I remember I tore the muscles in my feet is what happened so I think I just like damaged the nerves but like my circulation is Good I think I just tore the muscles and the nerves and my feet and then just like they’re just the way they are now yeah so like I was streaming a lot of hours at the time and I was at my heaviest too which didn’t help I’m sure I was at like my heaviest at like 285 but I used to sit with like my feet crossed like at my ankles so I would sit at my desk my feet would be crossed at my ankles like that and it was a particular day I was stream for like Eight n it was like eight hours but I didn’t move the whole day so like my feet were locked and I was just like having a good stream day I was like I should probably get up and I got up really quickly like to take a break and I took In in my feet I tore the muscles along the whole top of the foot cuz like they were just like relaxed and like I went to get up and just like I got up too fast or something and like it tore the muscles in it and then I did it Again I did it again like two weeks later same thing I was like had like a really long stream day and I didn’t move I’m like I better get up but they caused my feet to be like like I lost like feeling in my feet from that Like uh I was using and here’s how stubborn I am I was literally using a broom as a crutch to like walk around CU I had no feeling in my feet like they were stumps pretty much and I couldn’t I like I could I legit couldn’t walk so I was using a Broom as [ __ ] crunches and then they’ve just kind of been like you know the the nerve pain or whatever which I’ve been calling neuropathy but uh Sierra actually helped me test out the circulation cuz she’s like has the circulation in your feet she hasn’t said that it’s not neuropathy And it might be like a form of neuropathy I guess but I know a lot of people with like you know like people that have diabetic neuropathy and stuff they have like no circulation in their feet but apparently you can you can tell your pulse from like your Foot and you can see like how good your circulation is in your foot and like how strong like the blood is pumping through there and mine’s really good like it’s like really strong so it’s not like like I don’t need like special socks or anything cuz that’s like for Like people with bad circulation but my circulation my Feet’s like really really good so I think it’s just like just going to be like a forever like nerve damaged injury but you know pedal pulse yeah used to be a medic yeah this actually shocked me it was really cool To find that out actually but like it’s really like like it I can almost like feel my fingers moving from it which is a like a you know good indication that like it’s actually like really strong hey did you Dem bro I heard mix reviews about it uh I’ve seen a couple People play uh bits of it uh it looked good to me I think most people were like most people’s complaints is that it wasn’t like the characters from the movie which is silly in Sauce uh I bought a box of cereal some a box of Raisin brand and I got a Listerine and I got an olive oil I got I need to fill up on my olive oil that I use it with my pasta how much you think that cost olive oil Listerine box of Raisin brand Cas of Mr Noodle which is 24 uh four noname brand packs of spaghetti two name brand packs of the green spaghetti and I think that was it right I think those was earning $38 $50 $95 $78 Canadian Alexa what’s $78 Canadian to US Dollars 78 Canadian dollars is about 5842 just for that was 58 [ __ ] dollar is nobody else losing her mind at that I didn’t really like about this author midwinter oh dude you wait you wait you wait especially the second book especially like the very like first couple of chapters of second book then that’s what I like about the smut versus movies wait Until you get into the smut so everything everything that you just read in detail about the atmosphere of the woods and the snow and everything the smut is the same way even if it’s the light smut it explains it well very visually and I think that’s where you’re Going to wake up and be like oh [ __ ] cuz that’s what I’ve been like like oh oh oh oh my God especially in the second book dude the [ __ ] second book smut in the second book yikers hurry up and read it so we can talk about It so yeah so literally this is like this is what I mean like about smut and like why I like it oh god oh good that’s what I’m saying so like literally what you said to be they oh so mentally inspiring how good books are you can really picture Everything the snow the books lots of like red flight it’s very like these are apparently very heavy uh and pretty dark and like incredibly smudy and they’re thick too I literally like opened up to one page randomly and I was like like oh God okay here we go all righty Then uh I’m going to read the the whole acatar series first before I get into those though so uh I’m glad you’re liking it that early though cuz you seem you seem to be like me a little bit cuz that was like my first thought too Like what you miss over like like movies and stuff like they try to like get that in there with cinematography and stuff like that but yeah even me new to being a book reader it’s it’s very Visual and like no detail left out sort of thing especially if it’s a good book and I think she does a really good job of that D there’s even a couple times in in this book when we’re talking about farra who uh the main character as you know I’m sure already I I caught myself biting my lip like when they’re describing what she was wearing be Like oh yeah yo yo yo relax hold on what just happened there for a second oh really he there you go yeah I’m excited to see what you think about it [ __ ] I didn’t mean to bring these chapters of the book while I’m like working out uh it’s been really nice actually and actually really crazy uh yesterday I worked out for near two and a half hours doing and it wasn’t just cardio cuz I did three and a half Hours of cardio the other day day before yesterday yesterday I did uh 2 and 1 half hours of a mix of cardio and shoulders and arms where did these others books go what did I just do you just [ __ ] up like an idiot uh the book two I think is longer as Well um I’m like chapter like 11 or 12 or something something like that I used three books on the shame shars did I actually thinking but way too much SM right now uh so I’m decently far in there dude the second book is so much better but it Wouldn’t be anything without the first book that’s the thing it wouldn’t be it would be nothing without the first book like the second book is so good because I read the first book like it takes it’s taken all of that character development and everything that happens in the book And like exent like exaggerating it like in the best way and I’m obsessed with this Reese character he’s by far my favorite character so far and like my favorite character like in anything in a in a long time so I’m not like incredibly far into it but a few hours for Sure I didn’t get to read as much of uh the book yesterday cuz I was doing shoulders and arms but basically what my workout routine was the smut by uh I must said smut by Daddy Body by smut I’m calling it uh I would do so yesterday was Shoulders and and shoulders and arms so I Do shoulders bicep tricep shoulder bicep tricep and then I get on the treadmill for 10 minutes or read a chapter I’d read a chapter to the book and then i’ get off I do shoulder bicep tricep shoulder bicep tricep uh treadmill read another chapter Shoulder bicep tricep shoulder bicep tricep get on the treadmill read another chapter shoulder bicep tricep shoulder bicep tricep get on the treadmill for another 10 minutes read another chapter uh sometimes it might have been longer than 10 minutes like around 15 minutes however long the chapters are some of Them are longer shoulder bicep tricep shoulder bicep tricep get on the treadmill and I finish that workout uh like that and then I did a super set I did another round of shoulder by bicep tricep as many times as I just said so what was it shoulder bicep tricep one shoulder bicep tricep Shoulder bicep tricep that’s one round there are five rounds of shoulder bicep tricep in P90X so I did that with in between each set reading a chapter of the book when I finished doing all that uh I did another round uh without taking a break so I did shoulder bicep tricep shoulder bicep Tricep I did another five rounds of that until I couldn’t liftt weights anymore and that was that was my workout yesterday if we go to the m City gym so it took me 2 hours 21 minutes I burned 1,700 calories total uh and dude I feel like I really feel like I’m On another level like of my fitness I cannot wait to see what happens in a month or two if I continue if I keep that up they already are is the other thing I’m excited about there is a qu of thorns coming it’s supposed to be on Hulu though uh the series is Coming which I’m really excited about cuz this will be the first time I’ve ever read a book series that’s being adapted into a TV show so it’s yeah it’s already happening in process already uh I that’s what I was saying I I was wishing it was HBO oh [ __ ] I need XP well I’ve never read books before so for me it was just it’s just always been the TV or movie adaptation so now I’m going to be one of those people but in the books the people that I always complain about just separated let the TV atation Be the TV adaptation and enjoy the book but now I’m going to be one of those people that’s like put in the book this it’s not as good as the book ruins book yeah that’s what I mean I be one of those people now I’ve changed dude It’s noty enough that’s I mean that’s what I’m worried about cuz you can’t you really I mean you just can’t be really you know what I mean they can’t be as smarty as the book cuz book is in real detail but it oh hi Sierra How was dispenser so what should happen is when they eat the grass they’ll grow their wool um and the Observer will recognize that the grass has changed to dirt which will activate the Observer which will Shear the Sheep so they eat the grass the grass blocks change to a dirt block The Observer recognizes the change that it changes from it the Redstone activates the dispenser and shears them and then drops down let’s watch it work let’s see it in action just going to wait for one to get H I think it can take up to five minutes for them to actually eat The Observer was an interesting block huh I
